Five dimensions, 20 points each
Amos Bar Joseph, CEO of GetSwann, demonstrates how the platform automates go-to-market workflows through natural language commands in Slack, positioning Swan as "Lovable for GTM." Rather than forcing sales teams to navigate fragmented stacks - CRMs, sales automation, data enrichment tools, and outreach platforms - Swan consolidates these functions into a conversational interface with read-write access to CRMs, email, LinkedIn, and B2B data providers like ZoomInfo and Apollo. In the live demo, Amos builds a complete anonymous website visitor qualification and LinkedIn outreach motion in minutes: defining ICP criteria (100-5K employees, $500M+ revenue, North America, B2B FinTech), identifying senior marketing and sales development leaders, crafting personalized messages, and routing approvals through a Slack inbox for human oversight. The workflow automatically enriches company data, documents its reasoning transparently, and integrates results back into HubSpot or Salesforce - a process that would traditionally require weeks of integration work across multiple platforms. Operators in sales, marketing operations, and revenue teams will see immediate value in replacing SOPs and multi-tool orchestration with agentic workflows that adapt to their specific go-to-market motion.
GetSwann is an AI-powered Slack app that builds agentic workflows for sales and marketing teams. It has read-write access to CRMs, email, LinkedIn, and B2B data providers, allowing users to describe playbooks in natural language and Swan automatically executes them - researching accounts, qualifying leads, personalizing outreach, and updating CRMs without manual tool-switching.
Swan can notify a Slack channel or specific team members before sending outreach, allowing human oversight when needed. Users can see the draft message, review Swan's research and reasoning documented in Slack, and approve or edit before Swan sends the outreach - or users can skip approval for fully automated execution.
Amos created a workflow that identifies anonymous website visitors from a HubSpot list, qualifies them by employee count (100-5K), revenue ($500M+), geography (North America), and vertical (B2B FinTech), researches the most senior marketing and sales development leaders at each company, crafts personalized LinkedIn messages, and routes them to a Slack inbox for team approval.
According to Amos, building the demonstrated motion end-to-end using traditional stacks (combining tools like Clay, HeyReach, Instantly, or Sixth Sense) would take weeks, whereas Swan built and tested the complete workflow in a few minutes.
Swan can qualify inbound leads, engage webinar attendees, create research briefs when prospects book demos, and build other agentic workflows - Amos notes the opportunities are endless once you have an autonomous technical resource for GTM workflows.
Our reviewer’s read on each dimension, with quotes from the episode.
The episode delivers a product walkthrough with a few genuinely useful operational observations - like natural language replacing rigid keyword-based database queries - but is padded with enthusiasm, filler affirmations, and marketing language ('the sky's the limit', 'opportunities are endless'). The ratio of novel idea to filler is low for a 15-minute window.
you can even add criteria that is not really available in these platforms because one can digest, you know, the description of the company, can research online
It will take me weeks to actually build this out end to end here
The 'Lovable for GTM' framing is a borrowed analogy rather than first-principles thinking, and the agentic-workflow-replaces-manual-stack concept is circulating widely in 2024 B2B circles. The slight fresh angle - describing personas in plain language instead of rigid keyword filters - is real but underdeveloped.
from a world of SaaS solutions where companies build solutions for this for like a specific use case, to an agentic world where companies build solutions for you for your business
find the most senior leader. What will Swan do behind the scenes? It will query these databases and actually check for all the keywords until it will find like the highest ranking officer
Amos is a genuine founder-operator building the product being demonstrated, and the prior episode reference to '0 to 30 million with three employees' suggests real practitioner experience at scale. However, this episode functions almost entirely as a product demo, leaving his depth of GTM insight largely unexplored and unverified within the transcript.
going from 0 to 30 million with three employees
I actually use Swann to, um, you know, every time a person books a demo, so to create, like, a research brief on that specific person
The demo provides concrete tool names (RB2B, Clay, heyreach, instantly, Sixth Sense, HubSpot, Salesforce), specific ICP criteria (100 - 5K employees, $500M revenue, North America, B2B FinTech), and a live list of 47 companies - but there are zero outcome metrics, conversion rates, or revenue results to validate the claims, which caps the score.
I found the list I can see I have 47 companies there. The last one was added 2 hours ago
It will take me weeks to actually build this out end to end here Swann help me... hook together RB2B to Clay to heyreach to instantly or if I'm using like a beast, like sixth sense
The host functions almost entirely as a cheerleader - 'Sounds pretty damn sexy, man,' 'hot girl at the party' - with no probing follow-ups, no pushback on unverified claims (e.g., '0 to 30 million with 3 employees'), and no questions about pricing, accuracy, failure modes, or competitive differentiation. The one useful interjection about 'SOP prompting' is helpful color commentary but not a real interview question.
Sounds pretty damn sexy, man. Sounds like the hot girl at the party or hot dude at the party, depending on your preference
I think I need to get my hands on it, man, so I could, I could um, build some shit out

Speaker A: Welcome everybody. This is Ryan and I am back with Amos Bar Joseph, founder and CEO at GetSwann. As you know from episode number one that we did together, Swan is an AI company that enhances business apps through AI. Uh, Amos talks a lot about agents and creating an autonomous organization going from 0 to 30 million with three employees. And he's got something amazing to show us today. And so I had to have him back. He's going to talk about basically what they're building is the lovable for GTM effectively, so building Agentic workflows in seconds for go to market. And I wanted to share it all with you. He told me about it. I was super excited. I'm like, you have to come back on, uh, when we're ready to go. So, Amos, happy to have you back on the show, man.
Speaker B: Yo, man, thank you for having me again, Ryan. I'm super excited about this one. This is one of the, maybe the first times, you know, we're sharing actually how Swan looks like, you know, from the inside. What does it mean to build, you know, agentic go to market workflows in natural language. So, uh, it's going to be exciting. Definitely would love to, uh, you know, unveil and open up everything.
Speaker A: I love it. World premiere, right? So if you're listening to this on the podcast, check this out. This will be on YouTube so you can visually see what he's talking about. I would definitely say, um, you might want to check out the YouTube version. I'll try to be very, uh, color commentator orientated as well. So, uh, you don't miss out on if you're in a car or driving around or walking to work. So go ahead, man, and let it rip. Let's see it.
Speaker B: Amazing. Let's do it. So, you know, a quick intro to why we're building, you know, lovable for go to market and then we'll kind of like dive deep into it. So, you know, for decades, like the last 25 years or so, you know, sales teams got used to, um, you know, bending around their tech stack and you know, they had all these gaps and all these heavy machinery, you can call it of like a CRM and sales automation tools. And it adds so many limitations and what we're basically transitioning right now from a world of SaaS solutions where companies build solutions for this for like a specific use case, to an agentic world where companies build solutions for you for your business, basically. And Swann is really about, you know, bending around your go to market motion. It's around you Know, bending the tech stack around, what works for you. And so what we're going to see basically is how we interact with Swan. Swan lives in, in Slack. It's a Slack app basically that you add to your Slack workspace. That is the conversational interface that you work with it there and you describe it a, uh, workflow, like a playbook of how you want to run a specific go to Market Motion. And Swann has read and write privileges into your CRM and sales automation, can send emails and LinkedIns, it can use other B2B data providers. So it can enrich and find contacts, research accounts, it could personalize messages, it could update your CRM, it can add prospects to sequences, it can send these messages, etc. Etc. Right, so we're going to see what does it mean and how does it look like to actually use Swan?
Speaker A: Sounds pretty damn sexy, man. Sounds like the hot girl at the party or hot dude at the party, depending on your preference. Um, excited to see it.
Speaker B: All right.
Speaker A: Share.
Speaker B: Love it.
Speaker A: Okay, go ahead, Matt.
Speaker B: Amazing. Can you see my screen? Um, right now?
Speaker A: Yeah, you can see it. Good. I see the Slack with the uh, inbox there. And you got um, a couple contacts pulled up.
Speaker B: Yeah, perfect. So what I'm going to do now is I'm going to open up, you know, chat with the Swann architect with the Swan, you know, go to Market Engineer. It's kind of like open a thread in Slack basically. And now I can just work with Swan and tell it, you know, hey, Swan, I want to create a uh, motion to identify my anonymous website visitors, qualify them, um, you know, find the relevant people within the company to reach out to, personalize the message, um, and send a, ah, LinkedIn DM. I have a list, I have a list in HubSpot with all these visitors. So I want it to be the source of truth. Okay, let's go. Right, for example, so I can just, you know, I describe to Swan like an initial idea. Swan will basically, um, digest that and will try to initially ping pong with me about that playbook basically. And it will try to go take me step by step. Like a go to Market Engineer will take me step by step. It will ask me, okay, wait a second, what's the name of the HubSpot list with the anonymous website visitors? So it's actually called Swan Website Visits. Visits, yes. Um, and it will digest that, it will take me to the next step here. Let's see what will be the next step of that Go to Market Engineer. So perfect. I found the list I can see I have 47 companies there. The last one was added 2 hours ago. Looks like you're getting good traffic. Thank you. Now, what kind of qualification criteria do you want me to use? For example, if yada, yada, yada, I have all these, uh, qualification criteria. So let's say, you know what, ah, uh, employees, you know, uh, 100 to 5K revenue, uh, above, uh, 500 mil North America, America. And let's say that they are working, uh, B2B FinTech only. Right?
Speaker A: Nice.
Speaker B: Okay, so, and we can add these, like, soft criteria here as well, because Swan can add that. And I also, um. Yeah, let's.
Speaker A: Let's just let me add something, man, while you're doing that, because I think this is a good point to give you a compliment on. So what he's doing basically is at first he started off with kind of like, all right, step one, do this, step two, do this, step three. So it's almost like what I call SOP prompting. And then it looks like after that, basically what you're doing is instead of like clicking a bunch of boxes in Sales Navigator or Apollo or tool or ZoomInfo, you're just saying, Hey, 100 to 5K, 500 million North America. So it makes it very easy so you don't have to go around and click from screen to screen. So sorry, I just wanted to call that out for people that were listening 100%.
Speaker B: And what you get here additionally is that you can even add criteria that is not really available in these platforms because one can digest, you know, the description of the company, can research online and check all these other things. So I can actually say, you know what, I just want to work with B2B fintech companies. Right? And that is not really something that is easy to pull out, you know, with these regular databases. So now for the outreach part. Right. When I find qualified companies. Swan. This is Swan asking me when, uh, I find qualified companies and identify the right contacts, who should I notify for approval before sending LinkedIn DMs? Um, should I send to a specific person on your team post in a Slack channel? Both I can hear, I can choose. Basically, if we want this to be kind of like human in the loop, where Swan will notify someone on my team. And actually, for those of you are seeing in the YouTube channel, I have here the Swan inbox that, you know, surfaces these leads for approval for my team. So Swan can just send these Slack notifications to say, like, do you approve this outreach? Or I can go for like a more Automated um, approach where Swan just sends these personalized touch points without kind of like a human in the loop so you can control when you're working with Swan. Where do you want to actually leverage your human resources and where do you want to have more emphasis on these AI resources? So I want you um, send a notif to the Swann inbox channel. And now it asking me what role title should uh I typically target for outreach at these fintech companies. Right. So we want to focus on you know the most senior marketing leader and the most senior sales dev leader. Right. So I can describe to Swann my Persona definition. Not in like the old school keyword way where it was super rigid. I can say just find the most senior leader. What will Swan do behind the scenes? It will query these databases and actually check for all the keywords until it will find like the highest ranking officer and you know, in the marketing team for example. So yeah, Swann said okay, got it. I found the Swan inbox channel looks active with your team monitoring regularly. So for each qualified company I will first research and identify the most senior marketing leader, find the most senior sales development leader. I will craft a personalized LinkedIn message for both. Send the draft messages to Swann inbox for approval. Let's let me confirm the full play now this full play would actually taking me like weeks to build if I would need to actually hook together um, you know RB2B to Clay to heyreach to instantly or if I'm using like a beast, like sixth sense. It will take me weeks to actually build this out end to end here Swann help me. Okay, the trigger is that you know company was added to the Swann website visit list. It was identified as you know, hot lead on the website. The qualification is 100 to 5k employees, 5 million plus revenue. North America B2B FinTech Actions Research the company find senior marketing plus sales dev leaders. Craft personalized LinkedIn outreach. Notify Swan inbox from approval. Sounds right. Yes, let it rip. And now what will happen is that I will start getting these um, you know, hot leads flowing into my inbox here and we can see how does it look like. So just got Juan a couple of hours ago. Message approval needed. Basically there's like the you know, vp, uh marketing and business development here, Martin Bach Swan has you know pushed this lead into the Swann inbox. I can actually see kind of like the message that wrote here. Um, I can click and see the visit details to understand more about that specific visit and all the research that Swann did if I want to really kind of dive deep into seeing the thought process. So we can actually see the thought process here. So for those of you who are not looking at what we're seeing here. So Swan documents the, you know, his thought process in Slack and you can access it if you want to understand what happened behind the scene. And here we can see that, um, you know, Swann, they're identified like a company that, you know, fits uh, our, you know, icp. Um, and we can see that the steps taken here, um, it researched it, it said, okay, let me check if they fit the icp. It checked the icp, it sees that it fits, fit the icp. Then, um, based on the playbook, it means that this is a net new ICP account. Um, I need to further research it, write a personalized message. And we can see kind of like here that the quality of the messages, it would say, um, Srivasthan Ido from Swan here. Uh, respect for the 3.5 million raise with a three person team. We respect that kind of lean and efficient operation here at Swan. Um, and then you know what Swan does and like a CTA at the end, I can edit, approve. I can actually, you know, manage everything out of Slack. Everything of course is documented and integrated into HubSpot or Salesforce within your CRM. So you can check it out there. But basically it takes me, you know, a couple of minutes to actually build this end to end motion to test it and kind of like to get it all the information into Slack.
Speaker A: I think I need to get my hands on it, man, so I could, I could um, build some shit out and then share with everyone like you did. Because that's a couple things I just want to call out that you. There's like, there's significance in the subtlety details, right? So like, I think the messaging that that's in there is really good and you could tell that it's, it's tightly relevant, which is the most important thing because I've seen so many shitty LinkedIn inbound messages. But like, that's one thing that I noticed. The other thing too is the speed is really fast in terms of how you pull that up. I thought that was really impressive and um, super excited about this, man. It's awesome to see your product continue to evolve and every barrier you mentioned at the beginning does take fricking a long time to set up. So, um, excited that you're able to come in and share this with you. Do you have anything? I know we're tight on time Anything else you want to. You hit before we bounce.
Speaker B: Yeah, I feel like, you know, so we just saw, you know, it wasn't mean to build, like, an end to end motion for, like, your first party intent, but you can use Swann, um, to research and qualify inbound leads. You can use Swann, um, if you have, like, a webinar list of attendees and you want to qualify them and engage them. Um, I actually use Swann to, um, you know, every time a person books a demo, so to create, like, a research brief on that specific person and to send it to me over slack so I can access that research brief before the call so you can start. You know, the opportunities are endless. The sky's the limit. Once you have this, you know, endless technical resource to build these agentic, go to market workflows. So, uh, you know, pretty excited to get in your hands, Ryan.
Speaker A: Yeah, man. Well, thanks for being on. Thanks for having a world premiere here. Right. And at the same time, um, congrats. Like, I know there's a lot of hard work that goes behind this, and what you're trying to do is not easy. So appreciate you sharing it with us. Sharing it with, uh, you, the listener. Right. And, um, thanks for being on, man.
Speaker B: Thank you for having me.
Speaker A: All right. And we will see you all on the next episode.
