Episode notes

We’ve been taught that independence equals strength. Especially as women, we tell ourselves we should be able to do it all: the finances, the strategy, the planning, and hold it all together. But what if that belief is what’s keeping you stuck and exhausted? What if real strength isn’t about doing it alone? In this episode, I talk about why having support doesn’t make you weak, it makes you wiser. I share new research from the University of British Columbia, along with insights from my own life, my business, and what I’ve seen in my clients. Everything truly is better and lighter when you stop trying to carry it all yourself. If you’ve been telling yourself you should be able to do it all by yourself, that you shouldn’t need help, or you feel that you should have it all figured out by now, this episode is for you.
