Episode notes

We’ve made it to episode 50 (!!) and today, I’ve got a word for my fellow overthinkers, list-makers, and spreadsheet lovers. ‍️ You think you’re making progress because you had an amazing five-hour planning session, a vision board, a 3-tab Notion workspace, and a to-do list longer than a CVS receipt. But here’s the truth I had to face myself: Planning isn’t progress. In fact, sometimes planning is just our brain’s way of avoiding risk... Of avoiding the vulnerability of putting your creative vision out into the world. And if you’ve been stuck in this cycle - where you plan but don’t move - this episode is for you.
