Episode notes

Do you ever wonder why your training programme in the gym is different to ‘that’ person in the corner doing a zillion press-ups? Our guest talks about ‘Volume of the training’; do you know what that is and do you overload your body? “We often need to train much less than we think we do” says James Bacon Talking about how much exercise to do, he explains how it’s more about creating just enough stimulus in the body so that the next day you know you’ve done something, and the body will adapt. Known for his Body Fix Method, our guest today is a Strength and Movement Coach and talks to us about all things fitness. An experienced personal trainer, James is passionate about helping people get out of pain and get back to living their best life. Video Trailer Alert! It was quite hilarious when the video lagging decided to leave us both wondering who was saying what and when! So, aside from a couple of out-takes because it was funny, enjoy the audio trailer below!
