As Chairman of the LA Lodge, Will helped organize a Reunion in Los Angeles for a Chinese American Fraternity. Over four days, the Reunion hosted 15 events and brought together 190 brothers from around the world, joined by wives and families for a total of 450 attendees. Beyond the main program, Will shares to Andrew what meant the most to him: helping run a pre-reunion wellness retreat with past guest Gene Lee, and leading a three-hour men’s group for other lodge leaders - an idea sparked by past guest Rich Shiu. Both experiences gave him a chance to explore how to create deeper connection inside the fraternity.
