FCPS ACE, Paul D. Steiner Paul D. Steiner is the Administrator for Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) Adult and Community Education (ACE) in Fairfax County, Virginia. An advocate and driver of workforce development and lifelong learning opportunities. As a former carpentry teacher, Steiner brings extensive experience in program and career technical education. Along with overseeing daily operations, Steiner maintains and builds relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to serve the needs of students, employers, and the regional workforce. Known for his ability to keep a strong pulse on trends, Steiner is often asked to contribute to industry panels, events, and media including CNBC . Prior to his tenure at FCPS ACE, Steiner served as the Career and Technical Education Administrator at Manassas City Public Schools and taught construction and carpentry at Prince William County Public Schools. ACE Apprenticeship Programs Apprenticeship programs train participants in a skilled trade profession. Apprentices work as full-time paid employees of a registered training sponsor company.
