Alexandra Redmond shares her journey building Biz Fit, an online fitness coaching company serving busy professionals and moms, from solo coach during COVID layoff to scaling to 200 concurrent clients with a five-person team. The core of her scaling strategy relies on three pillars: hiring passionate coaches with clear caps on client loads per coach to maintain one-on-one quality, implementing systems around video feedback and structured check-ins, and prioritizing communication and transparency across teams and clients. Redmond emphasizes that early growth came from referrals and consistent social media value-add (free content, transformation stories), not paid ads. She stresses the importance of relationship-building through weekly check-ins, monthly surveys, and proactive outreach to catch dissatisfaction early. For coaches starting out with just a few clients, she advocates for focusing on referrals from happy clients, consistent content creation over 6-12 months (not jumping ship after 30 days), and staying mission-driven rather than purely revenue-focused. The episode also touches on integration possibilities with MyCoachAI, the show's sponsor platform for consolidating communication, automation, and client management.
Biz Fit caps how many clients each of their five coaches work with to ensure they have the time, bandwidth, and mental space for individual attention, custom programs, and custom check-ins - though the specific number is not stated in the episode.
Focus on referrals from happy clients (offer incentives), create consistent free value on social media, share transformation stories, and train friends and family for free to build your resume as a coach - but expect 6-12 months before momentum kicks in, not 30 days.
Use weekly check-ins, monthly surveys, and proactive outreach in the first few days/weeks of their program; get them on a call if anything feels off to uncover the deeper reason (workout dissatisfaction, lack of progress, personal struggle) and fix it together.
Successful coaches stay consistent, mission-driven, and focused on helping people rather than just making money; they trust the process for 6-12 months instead of jumping to new strategies every month.
Use group chats with structured prompts to help clients share struggles and celebrate wins together, creating momentum where clients feel inspired by peers doing the same thing and want the same success for themselves.

We were just talking about. It's a, it's a scary ride. It's a uh, interesting ride. It's filled with Many emotions. She is a fitness influencer and owner of Biz Fit, an online fitness coaching company for busy professionals and moms. And, uh, Alex, shall you introduce yourself as well? Welcome to the show.
Speaker D: Yeah. Thank you so much, Brandon. It's awesome being here. So thank you for having me on. And yeah, I am, um, an entrepreneur, business owner, you can say fitness influencer. Um, and we'll be having, like you just said, baby number one here in exactly a month. So really, really excited and fortunate to be chatting with you.
Speaker C: So you're saying baby number one as if baby number two is coming. What's up with that?
Speaker D: Well, let's, let's get through this first one and see how that goes first. Yeah.
Speaker C: And then how, how's it been being a, a soon to be mom while also running your business? Like, what are the type of numbers that. I don't know if you mind sharing your revenue or anything like that. Like, you have a very successful business, right?
Speaker D: Yeah, we do. This this year is more challenging. And I've, you know, I've never been pregnant, I've never been expecting, so there's a lot of new challenges that I didn't quite expect. Um, the last couple months just with going through pregnancy, going through it all. But, um, we're working through it and it's been great. Great. And thankfully I have an amazing team that I can trust and count on. So I was able to lean on them throughout this process as well to make my life a lot less stressful. But, yeah, definitely balancing it all can be tough.
Speaker C: And you, you have a lot of success and I want people to really, really know, like, uh, a little bit more about your background and the success that you are having now. So how could you share that in a way that is palatable, that people can understand? Um, maybe what's possible, but also how successful you actually are.
Speaker D: Yeah, well, we. So my background's in business. I, um, have my master's in business. I've always been really interested in the marketing and business side of things and have been fortunate to grow my company to around 200 clients. Um, so we have a team of five coaches here at Bisfit and they're all absolutely incredible. Um, so we have around the max that we've, we've probably had this year was around 200 clients.
Speaker C: Wow, that's amazing. And how did you start?
Speaker D: Yeah, I started as a coach myself. I was in the corporate world and I realized I wasn't passionate about what I was doing. So I got certified and started coaching other women on the side, because that was really what I was interested in was fitness and I found that I loved it and I love social media. So I started doing that on the side and growing that while I had my full time job. And then, uh, during COVID I got laid off and I decided that I was going to go full time entrepreneur and, you know, invest in my business. And I've never looked back. It's been the best couple of years, but almost four years, um, since starting my business of my life. It's been really rewarding.
Speaker C: And what would you say is the. Is the mindset that you took to get to where you are today, to find the success that you have?
Speaker D: Yeah, I just. My mindset has always been, uh, about I'm gonna make it happen. Whatever that takes.
Speaker A: It's.
Speaker D: I'm gonna make it happen and that's the end of the story. And if it doesn't work out, it wasn't meant to be. But whatever I do, I'm gonna go full, you know, into it, full force, and it will work out for the best, no matter what.
Speaker C: Amen. M. And so what are some of the challenges that you've been facing over the last four years that you've been building this business? It hasn't always been 200 clients, but like, tell us like some of these challenges, then I'll. I'll dive a little bit deeper into the biz with you.
Speaker D: Yeah, I think that challenges come up all the time and then you're going to go through different challenges depending on where you are in your business. But starting off, of course, growing it right, getting your name out there, growing a client base, that was kind of one of the first challenges that we ran into. But then, um, you know, from there it's okay. What are the challenges of building a team, right? Picking the right people, hiring the right people, um, making sure that your systems are in place, making sure that you have reliable people and good processes. So I think there's, there's a lot of different challenges. It just depends on where you are in the lifecycle of the business.
Speaker C: So when you first got started, what was your mindset of 200 clients? What was your. Your sight set on?
Speaker D: I just wanted to help as many people as possible. I also realized that as I was coaching that I was definitely more on, more interested and had more passion for the business side of things. So my initial goal, uh, beyond growing a client base myself, was to then be able to have coaches that I could, you know, have starting to work with different clients so that I could Focus on the business side of things. Um, so I really just wanted to help as many people as possible while providing the highest quality as possible.
Speaker C: So where did you focus more? Did you focus more on leads? Did you focus more on fulfillment? Did you focus more on referrals? Where did you focus to really take that leap in your business?
Speaker D: Yeah, I think it was a combination. I mean definitely at first it was about giving as much free information as possible and being as helpful as I could on social media. You know, training, um, different friends and family for free, getting those pictures or transformation stories and then using that to share with others to get them interested. So referrals for sure were huge. Not just now, but at the beginning, uh, when you're starting off, you know, building up your, your resume basically as a coach and what you've been able to do is really important. Um, so yeah, I would say definitely focusing on the quality of work that you're doing but also providing a lot of value, whether that's paid for or free. Free to get your name out there and just show people what you're doing to change people's lives.
Speaker C: And so to serve 200 clients, would you say that you, your team does a really good job at serving each one, even though there's 200 for sure.
Speaker D: And that's why we have a cap of how many clients our coaches work with because we want to make sure we have the time and bandwidth for individual attention. It's one on one coaching. Right? We don't do group coaching. This is truly. You are getting direct attention. You're getting custom programs and custom check ins. So it's really important for us to have the bandwidth and energy, mental space to be able to support each client through their entire time with us to the best of our ability. That's the number one, um, value.
Speaker C: Do you know where mate is?
Speaker D: What is that?
Speaker C: You know what mate is? No, I'm drinking mate.
Speaker D: What's mate?
Speaker C: You don't know what it is?
Speaker D: I don't think so.
Speaker C: I got this little thermos. I like to, I like to do little intermissions when we're getting deep. So. Mate. So I live in Argentina. Do you know that?
Speaker D: Yeah. Well, you've been, you've been like everywhere so.
Speaker C: Yeah, I, I have, but that's, that's very true. So essentially it is like leaves in a way. It's like herbs, it's caffeinated. You've heard of yerba mate? Like you know the yellow, the yellow can yerba mate?
Speaker D: No, I don't think so.
Speaker C: What? Oh my. Well, yeah, you're assuming, mother. You got other things to be worrying about. I'm thinking about yerba mate. Anyways, um, I started drinking. It's like the very ah, cultural thing like in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and it's. You sip on it and you sip on it at your own leisure and how you want and they, they'll drink it at like 7pm, 8pm it's crazy. It is nuts. And they also go to sleep like 3:00am Anyways, intermission. Yeah, no, it's crazy. Uh, it's crazy. But. Okay, intermission complete. So when it comes to your biz, I, I'm curious about your systems. Like what, what would you say supports these 200 clients and supports your, your coaches and supports consistent people coming in and being fulfilled and being happy with your, with your product and with your service. Like what systems you have in place. Are you, um, are you somebody, you're really big on calls, phone calls you like, you utilize the zoom or like how are you ensuring that your systems are button tight for all of your other team members?
Speaker D: Yeah, well, I think first the team itself is really important to make sure that you have dedicated coaches, people who want to be there and people who are passionate about helping others. That's definitely extremely important when you're in the business of helping others and changing lives. For sure. Um, but we also have a lot of different systems as far as our video feedback for clients to make sure that they're getting that interaction face to face with us coaches and seeing us and being able to see the data that we're pulling up and you know, see their progress and everything like that. So it's really important for us to be able to have the visuals for our clients to actually see what's going on. Um, yeah, we have a, we have a lot of different things in place. We uh, we definitely do phone calls, especially when someone is looking or interested in coaching. The first thing we do is get on a, ah, video call with them because we want to make sure that it's a good fit. We don't just bring on anyone. We don't just, we don't pressure you to sign up. We want to get to know you first and make sure that it's a good fit both ways before bringing you on to our program. Because ultimately if it's not a good fit, it's not going to work out long term and we don't want that.
Speaker A: Right.
Speaker D: We want the best experience for everyone who's coming on.
Speaker C: So what would you tell anybody that is Looking to get more clients. Drive about five clients right now or maybe a couple less or they want to get started, whatever it is. And um, they don't have the luxury of turning people away or whatever it is. Right. Uh, they just want their, want their next client. What would you say can get people in the door? Like what should they do, what should they focus on?
Speaker D: I would definitely say focus on referrals early on, especially when you have clients who have had success. Share that, get them involved, ask them to refer a friend, give them like an incentive to refer somebody, whatever that looks like for you. But make sure that you're following up with the clients you are working with to see who they know that would be good for the program. Because if they're happy and they've, they're getting results, they're going to be happy to help you out and refer someone who might need the help as well. So definitely referrals. But then also consider, I mean you, you guys know how, excuse me, how big social media is and the impact you have or can have on social media. Doesn't matter. Your following. But put that stuff out there, you know, provide value for people, get them interested in what you're saying and eventually the more they listen to you, the more content and free stuff you put out or transformations that you have, they're gonna eventually connect with you or want to join your program at some point if they have any interest at all. Right? So it's just about being consistent with those things. Referrals, content, um, you know, free value. Basically.
Speaker C: I always try to say it takes 6, 8, 10, or even 12 months M for people to really start believing in what you're saying and find validity in you. You can't expect it in just like 30 days. It's, oh, it's not working in 30 days. I'm going to jump ship. Well, the reason why you're going to jump ship or the reason why people aren't going to sign up with that or really buy into you as an influencer or as a, um, as a leader is simply due to it not being long enough. Everybody else does that. Everybody else jumps in for 30 days and then they jump out for 30 days. And then they go over here for 30 days. They try something out. Oh, it's not working. But things take time. What would you say to, to those who are struggling right now? They're like, ah, I'm not getting clients. Like, give them a little pep talk.
Speaker D: You got to just keep going, right? Like, yeah, it's going to be hard at first, when you're brand new to starting anything, it's going to be hard. Just like you would tell your clients at the beginning who aren't seeing results right away, what would you tell them? Right? You tell them to stick with the process, keep going, be consistent, and there's going to be a tipping point where things start to change. But if you give up before that, you're never going to have the success. So you just have to, uh, especially in the beginning, like, grind it out, stay consistent and focused and it will pay off.
Speaker C: Trust the process.
Speaker D: Trust the process. Exactly.
Speaker C: Trust the process. I've been at this for nearly 11 years. Same vertical, kept on pushing step by step, piece by piece, and I'm where I am. And same thing with you. Four years, you're still going, you're going, you're going. Even before then, I'm sure you were interested in fitness and wanted to do something that you're doing now for quite a lot of time. And it's important to just keep on going. What's your experience of other coaches, other successful coaches? I'm sure you know other successful coaches, plenty of them. What is your experience with them and how, how they also act with their companies and what really separates them from the coach that has a couple clients?
Speaker D: Yeah, I think it's probably the, the same kind of thing as the consistency and just the, um, the passion behind it. Right. Like, if you are truly passionate about helping people, you always want to keep that at the forefront of what you're doing and not let anything else crowd that or cloud that you want to, you know, like, focus on what are, what's our mission here? You know, who are we helping? Why is this so important? And keep that at the forefront of everything you're doing, whether it's content or how you interact with clients or building your business. That should be, you know, the top value. One of the top values that you have is just you're here to help. You're not in it for like, strictly making more money or all these other external things. Like, yes, those might be important, but if you have the passion and truly want to help people, that's going to shine through.
Speaker C: What's one of the main things that you like? One of your core values for your company that you guys, uh, that you lead by?
Speaker D: Top one would be, well, of a couple, would be communication. We are huge on. And that goes for, as a team, for myself and our coaches and everyone else involved in the team, but also with our clients and client to coach, coach to client goes Both ways. Because if you don't have clear communication, open communication, transparency, which is another one that goes along with communication, you will not build the relationships that you need to to keep things going and to make the progress you want and to build the success for yourself and your clients that you want to have. I think communication is one of the most important things to focus on.
Speaker C: In what way do you feel communication is? When do you recognize communication? You're like, yes, that's good communication.
Speaker D: Yeah. I think when someone can just be transparent and honest about where they are. So we always tell clients, hey, before you even get started in your program, I want you to, uh, let me know what's going on. Right. If I'm not in the loop with how you're doing, how you're feeling, if you're not doing your check ins, if you're not asking questions, I don't know necessarily how to help you. It's the same thing for coaches and myself. It's like, hey, if something's going on, let me know. Like, let's figure this out together. Let's be a team. Because it is a team effort. It's a partnership. So I think that's, you know, if somebody's reaching out without having to pry them, that's a really good sign that, hey, this person is communicating well.
Speaker C: And how do you know if a client is unhappy with their service? And, and when you find out that they are unhappy or they're not getting what they want, how do you shift that into them loving what, what they're a part of?
Speaker D: Sure. So we try to stay really close with all of our clients, of course, communication, we're always open to chat any day, but through weekly check ins, through monthly surveys, um, through just popping in and asking, you know, I'll come in and ask clients how they're doing a couple weeks or days into their program. So just really staying close with the relationship and trying to find that out early is really important because a lot of times, you know, people don't want to complain or maybe they just will stop talking to you. If something's going on, we want to try to get ahead of that and say, okay, like if things are not feeling right, let's talk about it now and let's see, let's get to the bottom of it. Because there's usually a reason, a deeper reason that they're not happy. And we, it's our job to figure that out with them. Whether that's, I don't like the workouts I'm doing or I Don't feel like I'm making progress or I'm just struggling. Whatever it is, it's our job to figure that out with these clients and to get them on a call and talk through it. So I think just being proactive with different, like I said, surveys, asking through check ins, what's going on, um, and just daily communication, we can kind of feel that out if something's not feeling like it's, you know, all positive and then we'll ask them to hop on a call and just talk it through.
Speaker C: Yeah, that's a lot of the, the powerful things that they can do in, in my coach, I know that you, uh, you and I went back and forth about my coach AI, you have such a big company, it would, it's going to be so much to even move into a system like that. Um, but uh, with my coach AI, it's like you can drip out messages and you can drip out experiences and resources and things to keep the client success, the client success experience very high. Which obviously the more touch points you have with your client, generally it means that the service is going to feel better for them and they're going to feel heard, feel supported. So when your client tells you, hey, I absolutely love your service generally, what are you doing for them that makes them feel that way or it opens up that door for them to walk through?
Speaker D: I think a lot of it starts with the relationship itself and them trusting us. Because if you don't trust the coach you're working with or feel like you have a good relationship, you're not going to have the best experience. So it starts with the relationship, to be honest. Um, but then we do provide a lot of value through resources, through our check ins, through team calls, things like that. So I think that it's a combination of things, but it really comes down to do they trust us, do they feel heard and do they feel like we have their best interest in mind? Because if not, if that piece isn't there, then the rest doesn't matter.
Speaker C: When it comes to group community, what do you do that really brings people together? Because I'm someone that I really, really understand how important community is and the more that you have other people around you, the, you almost feel like more excited to keep on going and, or when you feel like you're being, you're dragging a little bit, you can utilize them as a little bit more energy. It's kind of like when you're racing and you're in a, on a bike, behind another bike, right? It's these Type of things that really, really pique my interest. So what are your thoughts there?
Speaker D: Yeah, I agree. Community is super important. I mean, you are who you surround yourself with. Right. And you can be inspired by other women or other men or whoever who are doing the same thing. So with our group chat, that's one of the ways that we build community. Um, we talk very openly in there. You know, we share struggles, we have different prompts, um, on different days to help people open up and share their experience, or different wins, you know, celebrating each other and then that momentum, you start to feel that and you want the same for you and it just kind of, you know, trickles down. So I think community, community built through group chats can be one really great way of doing that or different calls that you have as a team. And we do a mix of both of those.
Speaker C: Alex, you need to get in my coach. AI, what are you doing? What are you doing? Like all these things that you're talking about is exactly the way that we build my coach. It's really cool. So when it comes to customize, because this is a big one, a lot of coaches, they, they complicate the process and then they over complicate the process. So they're already complicating it and then they complicate it more. It becomes an over complicated system and program and all this stuff.
Speaker D: Yeah.
Speaker C: Can you tell us the way that you coach? Like, can you just very simply, like, hey, this is what we do so that people can get an understanding of maybe something they can mimic as far
Speaker D: as like how we coach our clients or. Yeah, yeah. Uh, yeah. And I would agree with you. Keep it simple for sure. Right. Provide whatever it is that you provide. We do nutrition, we do custom, so custom nutrition, custom workouts. That's going to look different for everyone. But we have the systems in place to have the baseline there and then from there we adjust based on the client needs, but have your main service offerings and get really good at that. So provide the nutrition, provide the workouts, whatever that looks like for you, provide the check ins, however that looks like for you, but keep it consistent across your clients and get really good at that first before trying to add on different offerings.
Speaker C: Right. And what are some offerings that you generally have added on over the years that have supported the biz?
Speaker D: We've kept it pretty consistent. So we've always been a full coaching program where we do workouts, nutrition community check ins for the. To make it really simple. Obviously there's a lot more that goes into it, but that's the main gist of it. We don't really do just one or the other because what we do works. And I want each client to have the best experience and not just give them a piece of what we do necessarily. Um, when I know that they can have more success getting it all.
Speaker C: And why have you said no to a client in the past? No, you're not the right fit for our company. Why?
Speaker D: I'd say the main thing that's come up is if a person is struggling with an active eating disorder and needs that expert help in that department where it's out of our scope. Right. So someone who has maybe going. Been struggling with bulimia for years and they've never seen a specialist or a therapist or anything like that. That's where we would want to refer them to someone who specializes in that, uh, because that is technically outside of our scope of practice.
Speaker C: Uh, very interesting.
Speaker D: And
Speaker C: what's your longest standing client?
Speaker D: We have a couple clients who are in their third year with us, so pretty much from the beginning, um, we have actually a handful of those clients, and they're absolutely amazing.
Speaker C: What do you tell. What would you tell a coach or somebody who's like, hey, um, a client can't stay with me forever or they shouldn't stay with me forever. Do you. Would you agree with that or do you feel like. Well, no, they can.
Speaker D: I think it goes both ways, to be honest.
Speaker A: We.
Speaker D: Our goal is not to work with you for the rest of your life. We want you to get in a spot where you're sufficient on your own and you feel empowered to do this by yourself. But on the flip side, I can understand why you would want to stay because we take so much of the work and the f. Like the, you know, the, um, time off of your plate to just make it simple for you. So I can see it both ways. Honestly, I think it's fine. I think it's great if they want to stay. Just shows how much they love your program. Um, and a lot of times they'll say, like, a client I'm thinking of right now, she could do this on her own, but she doesn't want to spend the time figuring it out or, you know, making the workouts for herself. It's just like, I'd rather pay you all, continue to pay for your support and make sure I'm doing the things I need to do. So. Goes both ways, in my opinion.
Speaker C: Quick question. Reese's or M and Ms?
Speaker D: Reese's?
Speaker C: Skittles or Starburst?
Speaker D: Skittles. But neither are, like, my favorite.
Speaker C: Ooh, are you. Are you a more salty, sweet, desserty? Like, where are you. Where you at?
Speaker D: Well, through pregnancy, it's like desserts all day.
Speaker A: Yeah.
Speaker D: Uh, yeah, but usually I'm more of,
Speaker C: like, a salty type person, talking about salty and. And desserts and all this stuff. What do you think about vacation as a. As a business owner?
Speaker D: For, uh, what? Perspective.
Speaker C: Any perspective that comes up for you.
Speaker D: I think it's important to. To take time away. Um, well, I say that, and I'm. I am not the best at taking time away, so.
Speaker C: Interesting.
Speaker D: Yeah, I. But I love what I do. You know, it's. It's really hard for me to completely be off the grid. Um, especially being on social media. You know, it can be tough. So I'm usually present in some way. But it is important to take breaks whenever that looks like for you.
Speaker C: Burnout. Do you ever get stressed doing what you do?
Speaker D: For sure, yeah.
Speaker C: And how do you manage that?
Speaker D: Stress, working out, meditation, yoga, um, breath work, journaling, um, getting outside. Anything in nature.
Speaker C: Interesting. Do you speak any other languages or is it just English?
Speaker D: I wish I took Spanish for too long to not be able to speak Spanish.
Speaker C: It's okay. Italian, we can, uh. We'll practice on the next podcast.
Speaker B: We'll go.
Speaker C: We'll go through some Spanish.
Speaker D: A lesson. Okay.
Speaker C: When you. When you think about your. Your child coming into this. Into this world, what do you. What's the type of life that you want this child to live?
Speaker D: That's a really awesome question. Um, I think. Well, first, an active, abundant life. I. I want to be a role model in terms of, you know, showing what an active and healthy lifestyle looks like. But also the. Like, I. I'm huge on. On nature and being in the mountains and just that feeling of being away from technology and, like, really immersing yourself in how beautiful this world is. I want them to see him to see the beauty of the world. Um, so I think that's a big part of it. But then also just knowing that you can really do whatever you want to do. Right. There are no. You don't have to do m. To live a certain life just because your parents did that career, you know, you don't have to follow a certain path. You could make your own path. And just having the confidence and the resources to be able to do that, I think is really important.
Speaker C: That's beautiful. Is it a boy or girl?
Speaker D: It's a boy. Uh, yeah.
Speaker C: The little entrepreneur coming into the world. That's very exciting. Ed, do you have a name yet?
Speaker D: We don't. We have two or three that we've narrowed it down to. But I think it's going to be a game time decision where we decide
Speaker C: like, whatever you look at, you look at him and you're like, I think you should just go with Brendan. That's a good name.
Speaker A: Yeah.
Speaker C: I'm kidding. Actually, here in, uh, Latin American countries, they don't have a name Brendan. So they always think I'm a girl. So when they call for, like to serve my food and I get up to grab my food, they're always so confused. They're like, really? You have a girl's? Yeah, because it's Brenda. It's a very, it's a usual name. But Brendan is not a usual name anywhere, not even in the United States. It's not really that normal. So it's, uh, an interesting way. I don't know how my parents got to it. Anyways, so baby coming in, building a little fam, got the business running full steam. What is your next goal in your life?
Speaker D: Well, really focusing on family for sure. Building, building this family. Um, but also continuing to have a successful, stable company where my coaches feel supported and fulfilled and our clients are supported and fulfilled. Um, and my family life is supported and fulfilled. I think those are the main focuses. Just continuing on, making improvements, of course, to the business is one thing that I'll be focusing on. Um, to make that happen, to continue to have a successful company.
Speaker C: Right. Wow. I'm so excited for you. I'm, I'm, uh, it's cool to see very, very successful women leading, having a child, building a family, doing it all. And you're so grounded in, you're very decisive. You are like a lot of these things. You eat great desserts. Yeah, like a lot of, A lot of awesome. It's really awesome and admirable. So I really appreciate you coming on here, Alex, and sharing. We're actually gonna call this coach. 200 clients per month at scale. And it's the mindset, I think what anybody can hear from this podcast is the mindset that you have and just, you're grounded, you're neutral. You're like, hey, just keep things simple. Just. Yeah, it's that. And you're, you're very collective. Is there anything that you'd like to say, signing off here to the group? We've actually been on here for 32 minutes. I don't know if you know that, but, um, anything you'd like to, to say to anybody listening out there?
Speaker D: Yeah, well, And I appreciate it, Brendan. It's, it's awesome talking with you. And I would say for anyone listening, no matter where you are in your career, your business, just have that mind. Like you said, have the mindset of I'm going to make this happen, whatever that looks like, you can do it. It's going to be hard, but you're capable of making whatever reality you want to create come true. So just, um, keep working at it and know that's going to take time.
