Raj, founder of Lead Arto, demonstrates a content multiplication strategy for B2B professionals and agencies: taking a single 3-5 minute video and repurposing it across three distinct media formats. The core tactic involves extracting the video file itself, the audio component, and the text transcript - each optimized for different platforms. Video content can be uploaded directly to YouTube, LinkedIn (profile or company page), websites, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Audio extraction using tools like Descript enables podcast distribution through aggregators such as Spotify for Podcasters, reaching five podcast channels simultaneously. Text extraction - cleaned of filler words and minor edits - becomes LinkedIn articles, blog posts, Medium pieces, or Quora answers. With strategic planning, one video asset can generate 10-15 pieces of content across platforms, maximizing reach and engagement without proportional effort increase. This approach is ideal for busy founders, agency owners, and B2B marketers managing tight content calendars.

Key takeaways

  • →A single video can be repurposed into three distinct formats: video, audio podcast, and text content to maximize reach across multiple platforms.
  • →Tools like Descript enable easy audio extraction from videos for podcast distribution through aggregators like Spotify for Podcasters.
  • →Repurposed video content can be distributed across YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Medium, Quora, and blog posts with minimal additional effort.
  • →Planning content ahead and making minor transcript edits (removing filler words) allows one piece of original content to reach 10-15 different platforms.
  • →This content multiplication strategy is particularly effective for B2B lead generation and personal branding when executed consistently.

What our scoring noted

Our reviewer’s read on each dimension, with quotes from the episode.

Insight Density

3 / 20

The entire episode delivers three points that amount to 'use the video, rip the audio, copy the text' - ideas that have been standard content-repurposing advice for years and occupy essentially every minute of the runtime with no depth or nuance added.

First of all, of course you can use this video like it is and just upload it to your YouTube channel
of course kind of common sense, use the video as it is. Use the video as a video.

Originality

2 / 20

Content repurposing (video → audio → text) is arguably the single most recycled take in B2B content marketing, associated with Gary Vaynerchuk for over a decade; the speaker adds no new angle, caveat, or counter-intuitive framing whatsoever.

one video can become video, podcast and of course some text based media
you can extract the audio from the video... whenever you have the audio only you can upload it to different podcasts

Guest Caliber

4 / 20

The speaker is the self-identified founder of a small B2B lead-generation agency with no demonstrated scale, no verifiable track record, and no credentials cited beyond the agency name; the format is a solo vlog with no guest to evaluate.

my name is Raj and I'm the founder of Lead Arto, a B2B, lead generation and personal branding agency

Specificity & Evidence

4 / 20

The only concrete references are two tool names (Descript, podcasters.Spotify.com) and an unsubstantiated claim that Spotify distributes to 'five different podcast channels'; no metrics, case studies, timelines, or client results are offered.

you can use tools such as, like, I don't know, descript and there are many other tools you can use
once you upload it there, it's going to be available on five different podcast channels

Conversational Craft

2 / 20

This is an uninterrupted solo monologue lasting roughly two minutes; there is no host, no interviewer, no questions, no follow-ups, and no pushback - the format structurally prevents any conversational craft from being demonstrated.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you are doing something like that and if you do share your best practice. Have a good one and cheers. Bye. Bye.

Speaker A: What can you do with a five minute video like this one? Hi, if this is the first time you are seeing me, my name is Raj and I'm the founder of Lead Arto, a B2B, lead generation and personal branding agency. So getting back to the question, what can you do with a video like this one, which is going to be probably like three to five minutes max? Uh, there are three main options you can do and let's uh, you know, jump right into it. First of all, of course you can use this video like it is and just upload it to your YouTube channel. You, you can use this video, uh, and upload it to LinkedIn, to your LinkedIn profile, to your company page, whatever. You can embed it on your website if you have one. You can upload the same thing or share the links on different platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, whatever you are using, right? And whatever works for you. So number one, of course, kind of common sense, use the video as it is. Use the video as a video. The second thing which a lot of people are not doing or extract is, is to extract the audio from the video. And you can use tools such as, like, I don't know, descript and there are many other tools you can use. And uh, whenever you have the audio only you can upload it to different podcasts. Like for example, you can go to this one, podcasters.Spotify.com right. And upload it there. And once you upload it there, it's going to be available on five different podcast channels. So this is another way to repurpose your video and make it into another, you know, media. The other third way you can use a video is extract not the audio this time, but the text this time. Of course make some minor modifications, remove some, you know, filler words, etc. And then use it to upload it to as a LinkedIn article or maybe a blog post or maybe go to Medium or Quora and upload it as a text, as an article. So one video can become video, podcast and of course some text based media, uh, whatever it is, some medium, article, whatever. So hope this helps. Of course it's not easy to do all the time on all topics, but if you plan it ahead, if you plan good enough, you will be able to use one simple video and have up to 10 to 15 types of, let's say not actually three types of content, but on up to 10 to 15 different platforms. Hope this helps. Let me know if you are doing something like that and if you do share your best practice. Have a good one and cheers. Bye. Bye.
