Five dimensions, 20 points each
Alex Ram, a long-time AI for Business program participant, demystifies the AI for Business Pro platform and its modular approach to learning and execution. Rather than treating the program as a linear curriculum, Ram advocates for a strategic, outcomes-focused methodology: first establish your customer persona using the Customer Persona Generator tool, then layer in business planning and marketing strategy. The three pillars of AI for Business Pro - education, tools, and support - serve different subscriber cohorts: monthly subscribers get milestone-based one-on-one coaching appointments after modules 4, 8, and 12, while annual subscribers accelerate through eight weeks of intensive training with Bryan and Francis. Ram emphasizes that whether you're optimizing an existing business, launching a service-based income stream around AI skills, or starting from scratch with a product idea, the persona exercise must come first. By defining audience, price point, target market, and geographic focus before engaging AI for copywriting, funnel building, or content creation, you establish the reference data that makes every downstream AI interaction more precise. This is not a 'learn everything first, act later' program - it's a 'establish one constraint, execute, refine' methodology.
Create a customer persona using the Customer Persona Generator tool by defining your industry, product or service, price point, target market, customer insights, and geographic focus - this becomes the reference data for all future AI interactions.
Focus only on the specific modules that address your bottleneck (for example, if you struggle converting leads, study the funnel modules) rather than working through all educational material sequentially.
Yes - each AI for Business Pro module topic (funnel building, copywriting, website creation, virtual assistant services, chatbots, app development) can be monetized as a service you offer to future clients, as long as you gain certification or mastery in that skill.
Monthly subscribers get three 20-minute sessions (after modules 4, 8, and 12) designed to translate education into real business execution - the coach helps customize the program to your specific business situation.
Even a preliminary three-year business plan and 90-day marketing plan give you direction and prevent the 'learning loop' where you study indefinitely; you need at least a rough map to prioritize which skills to learn and execute first.
Our reviewer’s read on each dimension, with quotes from the episode.
The episode consists primarily of procedural walkthroughs of existing tools (customer persona generator, business plan templates) with minimal novel insights. Most claims are obvious or vague - 'establish the audience because everything else is based on audience,' 'don't learn everything before acting' - and the substantive content is diluted by meandering personal anecdotes (marathons, volcanoes) that add no actionable business knowledge.
everything else that I'm going to do regarding my product or service is based on on audience
I'm not that person I have I'm the guy that's going to jump first and I'm going to learn later on how to do it
The core concept - defining a buyer persona before building a business - is elementary marketing doctrine repeated everywhere for 20+ years. The 'jump in and learn' philosophy is likewise commonplace. No contrarian arguments, first-principles reasoning, or counterintuitive frameworks are presented; the approach amounts to reciting standard steps in a predetermined sequence.
establish the audience because everything else that I'm going to do regarding my product or service is based on on audience
The our hub AI for business the circle later
Alex appears to be a program coordinator or facilitator within the 'AI for Business' ecosystem rather than a proven practitioner with tracked results at scale. He references consulting others but provides no evidence of meaningful business outcomes achieved, revenue generated, or companies built. His background (retired 2014, started working with program co-founders in 2019) does not establish operator credibility on the core topic.
I retired in 2014 and in 2019 I started to work with Bryan and Francis
I'm part of AI for business since the beginning of the program Am I role here is to help people down the road
The episode is almost entirely devoid of concrete data, metrics, named companies, timelines with results, or dollar figures. The persona exercise is generic (budget vs. premium, age, gender, location) with no real examples. The personal anecdotes (marathon, volcano climbing) include exact numbers (42km, 26 miles) but are irrelevant to business. No case studies, benchmarks, or measurable outcomes are cited.
I ran 42km I don't know how many miles like 20 something six miles
we have three appointments one on one on zoom
This appears to be a solo presentation or instructional monologue rather than a genuine conversation. There is no host asking clarifying questions, no pushback on claims, no productive disagreement, and no follow-up probing. The speaker talks *at* an audience ('everybody let's go on driven') rather than engaging in dialogue. Statements go unchallenged and are often vague.
So everybody let's go on driven Let's go on customer persona generator
Doesn't mean to do that for nothing

In this live workshop session from the AI for Business event, longtime AI for Business Pro coach Alex walks a room full of members through exactly how to get real, usable output from the program instead of just consuming more education. Alex has been part of the AI for Business team since 2019, and his whole pitch is simple: don't wait until you've finished every module to start doing something, jump in and learn as you go. He splits the session into two live exercises. First, everyone builds a customer avatar using the Pro Customer Persona Generator, entering their industry, price point, product or service, budget, and target market, then generating three personas on the spot. From there, Alex walks through the next natural steps, feeding that persona into a three-year business plan and a 90-day marketing plan, so attendees leave with an actual document instead of just notes.

My name is Alex. I'm not around here. I travel like, 24 hours to be here yesterday. So, I'm coming from Europe.
From Romania. I'm going to, talk about Mia by 28 minutes, and I have two more minutes to show you some things. I'm doing business for a while. I retired in 2014, and, in 2019, I started to work with Bryan and Francis.
So I'm almost ten years now. Soon, and I'm part of AI for business since the beginning of the program. Am I role here is to help people down the road. And, today we're going to talk more about, how to use, pro.
Seems to be a little bit overwhelming because you can approach it from so many angles. We have, a large, verity of profiles here. We have people with a business, that come here to use AI to boost the business. We have people here that come to learn AI to start something from scratch and generate money from AI.
We have people just because, like me, have nothing to do home, and they try to play with AI. So there are so many, reasons why you are here. And, today we're going to go a little bit through, through pro to see how to use it. It's not necessarily to go through all the trainings and all the education to have something, accomplished.
At AI for Business Pro, we have three pillars here. We have education, we have tools, we have support. And you can approach, those pillars as, as you want. How many of you are into monthly subscription?
And the rest in the year subscription, I presume if you are not in one of those. So I feel I'm the wrong room. Okay. I'm joking.
There are different path. This is why I'm asking. Because, there there is a strategy for people. Our monthly subscription, another strategy for people in, in a one year subscription.
As, as we can, discover soon, we going to, we have, in AI for business Pro, the main idea is how to use AI to optimize your marketing and your sales process. That is the the AI for business pro in, in a sentence. If, if you have a business or you don't have a business, doesn't matter. The approach is the same.
How to market using AI. And, from this perspective. Yeah. I'm going to start here from, from a for business.
The our hub AI for business. The circle later. So, where you have everything, you have the community, you have the, education, you have the tools, you have, the upcoming events, you have the recordings, you have everything in, in one place. I'm going to, go here in, AI for business Pro on, under classrooms, on the Pro modules.
Because this is what you can benefit from, depending where you are in, in your business. Prompting, business research, productivity, marketing mindset. After module four, you have the possibility to book an appointment with me, actually, who is in Pro? We have like three appointments, one on one on zoom.
And, the purpose of those meetings will be more to customize this, experience into real, life, into your business. And this is what we're going to do today. I'm not a pleasant person. I'm giving you things to do.
Usually, people are not showing up after the first meeting because they are not doing stuff. So, after, module four, we have a meeting, like 20 minutes. The purpose is to start doing things, in, in your business. Then we have another meeting after module eight.
We have another meeting after the 12 modules. This is for monthly people. For one year subscription. We have a different approach because you go much faster through the educational part of the, of the program.
You have the eight weeks with Brian and Francis. So basically, with or without your will, in eight weeks, you'll basically covered everything that we supposed to to teach you. So, coming from different angles here. Now, if you have a business going on and, you are lacking on, converting leads into assets, maybe it's the funnel stuff.
So you go in, in a for business, in all our education and look everything about, about funnels, how to build a funnel, learn about funnels and so on. So you don't need to go through the entire material. You focused on what you need to accomplish, like yesterday for, for your business. If you have no business, but you are looking for a way to, to make money with I.
I recommend you to go through the entire, for the entire plan, because every module can be a business service. Funnel building. That can be an activity. I can sell funnels, I can I will learn how to create funnels, and I can generate funnels for my future clients.
I can, do copywriting. Especially if you have the, the copywriting, certification, module. The trainings with, Francis and so on. So if you master a copywriting now, you are able to generate, to create emails, to create newsletters for your future clients, even to create websites you're going to see pretty soon how easy is to build a website.
So if you don't have a business and you are looking to to create an income, from AI, any of those, topics can be of service to offer to your future clients. Important is to to find something that you like. Like, if you don't like, funnels will be, nasty to all of our funnels. But, virtual assistant?
Probably not. Chat bots, app development. Any of those can be, a service to, to offer of there. So, this is the approach from people that they are looking to create an, a, an income from.
I, if you want to start a business, a business from scratch, you have the idea, you know, what you want to, to do. For example, you want to create a, book. You want to write the book. You want to create an e-book?
Then, going through this entire, going through different, different, modules, you start to, to build your, audience, you start to increase sales and so on. That means you need to make some research, in your niche to see what is the competition with your book and so on. And we're going to go in a minute in prompting how to do that. Then you're going to, create, social media, content.
You're going to create some, noise around your book, even if it's not ready. You just, look to, for the market, for the market feedback. They are interested in this topic or not, and stop to talk about your book. And then, you're going to create a funnel when you start to get leads or people interested in, in your content, in your book, then you're going to create a funnel, to, direct those people into bias.
And going through this recipe, you don't need to know everything from day one. For the moment, I'm on stage one. I want to reset, research the market. So I'm going to concentrate only that I'm going to play with prompting, and I'm going to research the market when I'm done with the researching and I understand who is my audience, then I'm going, I can move into a, market plan, and we're going to do that, in a minute.
And then if I have a marketing plan for the 90 days, then I can take every month step by step and I can, execute the plan. So this is, how you approach this without going through the, education, trying to learn everything. Before you going to, act. I'm not that person I have, I'm the guy that's going to jump first, and I'm going to learn later on how to do it.
Otherwise, you're going to spend a lot of time learning, loop. And nothing was going to, come, pretty fast now. The first thing that, this I'm doing, in, in our consultation and in general with friends or people that, they look for some, business, engagement, or coaching or, direction. I'm starting with, prompting the first thing that, that I'm doing is to, establish the audience, because everything else that I'm going to do regarding my product or service is based on, on audience.
Now, Francis earlier talked about, audience and how to, I'm going to keep it as simple as possible and, I'm going to go in tools and I'm going to go in, pro customer, persona generator. And you all, we're going to do this the same thing, like right now we're going to have, we're going to work together on this. So the purpose of my, segment here is to make you to do things, don't disappoint me. So I drove, like, 24 hours.
Doesn't mean to do that for nothing. So, everybody, let's go on driven. Let's go on customer persona generator. Some of you, know this, already or, you know, quiz your buyer, some of you, going to start a business or going to start a service in the future.
And, now it's time to meet your, cash machine. So, customer persona generator industry, whatever. Is your industry type there? Your industry.
I'm in real estate. I'm in e-commerce. So if I want to sell something online, even if it's a book or if it's, I don't know, my coaching or whatever, if I'm selling something online, I can put, e-commerce, if it's coaching, coaching, whatever is on the same page, everybody, can we move on now? What is relevant?
Price point. Okay. Product. Service.
Here, let's, have like a sentence or so, about my, product or my service or what I'm thinking to be my next product or service. Just give some, some details here. The purpose of this exercise is for you to, start using revenue. Of course, you're going to go home and probably, you're going to do it much better.
But now at least we have something versus nothing. I can tell you. A few years ago, middle class age, Christ. Middle Christ's, middle aged Christ.
You know, about, at 40, in my, I had my birthday, during a weekend. I said, I'm going to do something completely new. Here. So I'm not going to get drunk as I did in the previous 20 years.
So I decided to do something for the first time. And that was a marathon. I never run a marathon, so I said, I'm going to go to a marathon. So I got to Amsterdam and I ran 42km.
I don't know how many miles, like 20 something, six miles. And when I crossed the, the finish line, I said, oh, what's next now? Like, this is done. And I said, okay, I'm going to go to the mountains.
Never been the month before now, having no knowledge, about mountains. And so and now I'm pretty close to finish the seven volcano challenge. Like, one month ago, I climbed the highest volcano in the world. I started with zero experience.
So I'm this type of guy, got gets into impossible situations, and we're going to figure out how to do it. So product services description just put here some, stuff the budget I'm going to go with budget. Except if you are on high end type of service but premium. But I'm going to start with budget first.
And, who is my target market if I know it? Okay. If not, yes, I think I don't know. Painters will be my, my my audience.
Just make an assumption there. Doesn't matter. Just put something there. If you have some experience with, customers or you have few customers, then, on the current customer insights, you can, talk, put some info here.
Maybe age, maybe gender, maybe location, maybe. Maybe something. Give some ideas. Again, we don't need to be perfect.
We just need to have something done that will help a. And, the the last thing will be, geographic focus, if it's, state, county, nationwide, English speaking countries worldwide, what is the case? Why do we do this first? Way before everything else?
Because, when are you going to use AI in the future? We going to reference to. Are we going to make a reference to the audience? And I'm going to copy and paste that, audience that we just, studied.
And we're going to get better results from AI interaction. This is why we do that. First, so we're going to have, three personas. I'm going to start, when I'm, using persona, I'm going to start with the first one, even if it's, for a business plan, if, if even if it's for, social content, creation.
I'm going to start with the first one. I also have two more to to play with. So from here I would have so many things to, to analyze and to post out there. So this is how I'm generating more and more leads.
I'm engaging more people. This is again, we are on the starting line. We try to put something together to work with later on when the leads will, pop up, when the customers, will, will generate that will be generated. Then we going to have more information and our, results will be more accurate.
From, from the research, the next thing that I'm doing, after I have the persona, the next thing that I'm doing is to play a little bit with a business plan and the marketing plan. First, we going to go into prompter to create, business plan for three years. Even if I have a business, if I don't have a business, I'm going to ask AI to create me. At least I have, slightly idea what's going to happen next or where should I go from, from here.
So, business plan we're going to create together, and we're going to create a marketing plan for 90 days. That's a wrap for this episode of the AI for business podcast.
