We’ll spend some time exploring what challenges women have faced, historically, in the workplace, the progress that’s been made to support a more equitable working environment and the challenges still faced today. Throughout the discussion will reference how we approach designing and delivering change programs that support women in the workplace and take a deeper dive, through the lens of our Steps to Change methodology, into how we partner with organizations around the globe to support their women in the business.
