This episode dives deep into productizing a high-ticket service business through strategic offer architecture and ecosystem design. The host walks through her own million-dollar offer suite - private one-on-one clients, group programs like Inner Circle, scalable signature offers, and low-ticket Authority Catalyst offers ($22-500) - emphasizing that the key is talking to one premium buyer avatar across all tiers, not mixing messaging for beginners with seasoned entrepreneurs. The critical mistake she flags: conventional linear value ladders (free → low ticket → mid-tier → high ticket) actually repel premium buyers who have autonomy; instead, she advocates for an 'ecosystem' approach using pink-arrow entry points that let savvy clients jump directly to high-ticket offers or route through lower-ticket programs on their own terms. This is powered by strategic email sequences offering upsell incentives (like crediting low-ticket spend toward higher offers within 72 hours). She then launches She Sells Higher, a live cohort program starting next week, positioned as a $20,000-equivalent mastermind but presold at under half that price. The program includes live trainings she's building in real-time, twice-monthly hot-seat coaching, lifetime access, and bonus masterclasses (normally $197-497) included free. Ideal for six-figure founders aiming toward $1M in 12-18 months, or earlier-stage operators wanting to avoid building offers nobody buys.

Key takeaways

  • →Structure offers by proximity (high, medium, zero) and price tier while maintaining one buyer message across all levels, not linear value ladders that confuse premium buyers with mixed messaging.
  • →Create an offer ecosystem with multiple entry points via email, content, lead magnets, and direct outreach - letting premium buyers choose their own path upward rather than forcing sequential progression.
  • →Email sequences are underutilized sales tools; add PS lines crediting lower-ticket purchases toward higher offers within 72 hours, and ensure every email 'blows their mind' so people actually open them.
  • →She Sells Higher live cohort includes live trainings, bi-monthly hot-seat coaching at mastermind level, lifetime access to all future updates and bonus masterclasses, and presale pricing under $1,000 before evergreen pricing of $2,000-3,000.
  • →Avoid the six-month trap of building in isolation; launch live with your audience so their feedback shapes the program and validates demand before investing months unpaid.

Questions this episode answers

What's the difference between an Authority Catalyst offer and a signature offer in a million-dollar business?

Authority Catalyst offers are low-ticket ($22-500), hands-off programs or courses that give premium buyers a taste of your work and a quick win; signature offers are scalable mid-tier offerings ($2-3k) where you're not involved in delivery but they're higher-value than Authority Catalyst; both serve different buyer states rather than a forced linear progression.

How do you prevent premium buyers from getting confused when you have multiple offer price points?

Talk to one buyer persona across all offers - your highest-caliber, already-successful client - and ensure messaging, content, and lead magnets reflect that single avatar, not beginners; this prevents premium buyers from thinking you work with people 'not quite at their level' and bouncing.

Why is a sales ecosystem better than a traditional value ladder for converting premium clients?

An ecosystem uses multiple entry points (pink arrows) letting premium buyers jump directly to your highest offer if they want you, or explore low-ticket options first if uncertain, giving them autonomy; traditional linear funnels force them through beginner-focused content that repels them.

What makes She Sells Higher different from buying the evergreen version later?

The live cohort includes real-time curriculum building with the founder, bi-monthly hot-seat coaching at mastermind level, and lifetime access to all future bonus masterclasses (normally $197-497 each); the evergreen version is pre-recorded with no live trainings, coaching, or community access and costs $2,000-3,000 without the presale discount.

What's the presale price of She Sells Higher and what happens after the live cohort ends?

The presale price is under $1,000 for the live cohort; once complete (estimated fall), it will be repackaged evergreen at $2,000+ without live trainings, hot-seat coaching, or mastermind community, but with lifetime access to any future bonus content added.

Our reviewer’s read on each dimension, with quotes from the episode.

Insight Density

11 / 20

The episode contains a structured framework for offer stacks and sales ecosystems that is useful for founders, but much of the substance is repetitive explanation of the same concepts (premium buyers, autonomy, one buyer positioning) without deep new ideas per minute. The content is padded with motivational rhetoric and heavy promotion of the speaker's paid programs, diluting insight density.

the juice of um a million dollar offer suite is you're talking to one buyer
we're giving the premium buyer the flexibility to choose their own road

Originality

9 / 20

The core framework - offer stacking, value ladders, targeting premium buyers - draws heavily from established B2B playbooks (Russell Brunson's ladders are explicitly mentioned and then positioned as obsolete, but the alternative is not substantially novel). The "start high" and "give them autonomy" positioning is somewhat fresh but still within conventional premium positioning doctrine. Limited counterintuitive claims.

I like to let me tell you something this is so good A few years ago I'm like start high baby Let's go high Let's flip the traditional value ladder on its head
if anything I like to start here Here No no no

Guest Caliber

3 / 20

This is a solo monologue by the host (Judy Weber) with minimal guest interaction - only brief affirming remarks from an audience member (Speaker B). No meaningful guest interviews or expert perspectives from practitioners outside the host's own framework. The episode is primarily a sales pitch for the host's programs rather than a guest-driven conversation.

Specificity & Evidence

10 / 20

While the episode names specific price ranges ($1-3k, $5-20k, $22-$497, $4,500 for McKenna's service), there is limited hard data on results, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. The host mentions podcast guesting has generated "hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars" but offers no breakdown, timeframe, or supporting metrics. McKenna's conversation adds some specificity (her revenue level, offer structure) but remains anecdotal rather than data-driven evidence.

podcast guesting has put hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars in my pocket uh sometimes even more
These convert at 50 to 80 percent

Conversational Craft

12 / 20

The host demonstrates strong facilitation skills in the live Q&A segment, asking follow-up questions ("what offer brings in most revenue?", "which do you enjoy most?"), pushing McKenna on offer positioning and pricing, and exploring underlying issues. However, these exchanges are brief and occur only in the final 10 minutes. The bulk of the episode (35+ minutes) is monologue with minimal push-back, challenge, or genuine debate. The host frames most questions rhetorically rather than inviting real disagreement.

Tell me would you mind giving me like a 30 foot 30,000 foot view of your current offer suite?
And which level of work do you enjoy the most?

Speaker A: Now I'm going to switch gears to talk about the million dollar offer suite. Now I'm going to switch over to Canva and I'm going to show you my offer suite. And I want to emphasize when I show you that, that this is not the only, or even, dare I say, the ideal offer suite. You do you. Okay, but then after I show you mine, I'm going to show you a sample offer suite that can absolutely get you to your first million. But again, what I want you to understand is this. The issue is not if you have, uh, the types of offers I'm going to show you. It's about the potency of each offer and whether they're intentionally designed to move a premium buyer from curious to client and ascend. And one more thing, okay. Depending on your area of expertise, how you work with clients, your offers may look very different than what I'm going to be showing you. I just want to assure you. No worries. I have been blessed to work with consultants, fractional experts and service providers of all kinds, from interior designers to web designers, from women in the financial industry to women in the legal and medical industries. All right, the million dollar offer suite, what we're looking at here. And I'm going to go from top to bottom. This, this is my offer suite. I have private clients, one on one, they come in various things. Um, you know, six month, 12 month containers. There may be some VIP intensives, but this is at the top and that's generally the price range. Then the next level, and this is by the way, high proximity. Right. One to one. Then the next level is my inner circle. And my inner circle is the first level of ongoing close proximity to me. And this is where I go into each of my three expert pillars. Strategic sales, aligned leadership and profitable team. And whether you come in at six months or 12 months, that determines the range there. Okay, um, then the next row of offers here are what I call my core signature offers. These are my scalable offers because generally speaking I'm not involved in the delivery of these. Okay. Now I'm going to tell you in just a little bit about she sells higher because that's my brand new sales program that I'm going to be teaching live and putting it together live with you in the room. And uh, I'm adding a mastermind element. So I mean it's, it's insane the current pre sale price tag because of that proximity. But after that is built out, it's going to go evergreen and it's going to be priced at 2 to 3k without any feedback from me, any input from me, any access to me. Okay, so you see highest proximity, first level of proximity, zero proximity, but it's still going to be amazing. And then the next row is what I call authority Catalyst offers. Others call these micro offers or they're low ticket offers basically, but I love to call them Authority Catalyst offers because these offers are so amazing. They give your clients the opportunity to see what it's really like to work with you. Even though again, generally speaking, it's hands off for you. These are programs or courses, I really don't like that word. But these are what you put together to give them a sense of what it's like to work with you. And it gives them a win. It gives them a win they're looking for. Right? So I call them Authority Catalyst offers. And the prices range from 22 on up to 500. Okay, now I do want to say that there is a very, there is a specific way you have to think about offers overall. I don't have time to get into this a lot in a lot of detail, but the most important thing is, and I really want you to write this down, is regardless of where they are in this offer suite, you need to know you're talking to one buyer. One, one. Because what I see, one of the biggest mistakes I see is these, what I call authority Catalyst offers, these lower ticket offers. Conventional wisdom says make it for the beginner buyer and then like ease her up. Right. And the beginner buyer. So. So not the someone that's really going big, but somebody kind of just putting their foot in the water. Wait a minute. If I am talking to somebody at this level in my marketing sometimes and somebody at this level in my marketing other times, you're going to confuse the audience. They won't know who you serve. So the juice of, um, a million dollar offer suite is you're talking to one buyer. Does that make sense? And then this, bottom row, this is your free body of work. Generally speaking, I say body of work. Now when I say body of work here, I really meant content. I had. I don't like the word content. So I consider your content is a binge able body of work. And we're going to get into that in just a bit. And then I have a public podcast, I have a private podcast, and of course your email. So this is a million dollar offer suite, very simple. But I want to show you one that's even more simple that can also get you to the million dollars. Okay, let's start from the bottom on this one, if all you had was one lead magnet, one free, something that again spoke to your one highest caliber best client and we put the juice behind it. Um, so that that was actually downloaded and people opted in over and over and over and over every day. And if you use your email, your email list is growing because more and more opting in and you have this amazing body of work. You're not just posting content, but you are intentionally saying, I'm not posting unless this thing is going to blow their minds. That's how we approach our social feed. So that's the free stuff you have going on. And even if you just had one low, uh, ticket offer, one authority catalyst offer that would then solve a problem and lead them beautifully into your next level, whether that's a service or a group program. And again, I'm giving you price ranges but, but they can vary. So you have, you know, your, your access here where you're not involved, you're not involved in the service delivery. This is your first level of being involved. And then you may have some element of higher, higher proximity, whether one on one VIP day, um, or a super done for you package, that kind of thing. Okay, this is your million dollar offer suite. So with that, now we're ready to dive into the back end daily sales ecosystem. That is the thing that drives daily sales into your business without you. And this, when you get this unlocked, it results in massive impact, massive scale and massive freedom for, for you. And if you're like, I need more freedom in my business, drop freedom. If you're like, I need more joy in my business, drop joy. Right. I want to get a sense of where you are with your business because we love what we do. But if we don't build the right model and ah, we're not really super strategic in embedding sales in everything we're doing, it can be harder than it needs to be. All right? This is how you build a wildly successful business around your life. This daily sales ecosystem. Ecosystem. And this is what I call again a strategically simple business. It's a business that multiplies impact. It's a business that's engineered to sell without you and without a dedicated sales team. Okay, I know about you and I know there are lots of different business models that can work. But I choose simple, sustainable, scalable. Right? And understand that when we say big impact, big impact business, big money follows because revenue is the natural byproduct of impact. Right? Uh, I think you'll agree with me. We're here to Leave eternal legacy with your work and generational wealth left to your children and your children's children. That's what you want, isn't it? And this is how you go from an overly busy founder to a highly impactful CEO. So let me show you what this daily sales ecosystem looks like. This is a simplified version. I, uh, want you to understand what we're looking at here. In this example, we're talking about two offers that involve you, and these are generally the price points. And again, I'm happy at the end of this to talk through what your offer, uh, suite might look like based upon your specific industry and your services. But let's assume that you have an offer for about 1 to 3k and you have a higher level offer price between 5 and 20,000. Okay. Um, and actually in this example, this one has no proximity. This is like that signature scalable offer. And this is the. This is. Let's say you only have one offer, but it's high proximity. Um, okay, what all these arrows means is the pink arrow in this ecosystem is the entry point. What does that mean, Jude? That means that some people may have heard you on a podcast and you pitched something. They checked you out in your world, and they're like, I'm in. And they come in here even before they opt into your freebie. They're like, I love that girl. I'm gonna see what she got. And they just buy. Somebody else may have fake found your lead magnet, and they come in this way and somebody else may have, here's your content and there's your, um, authority catalyst offer, but all the different arrows. What I mean by that is I want you to picture the Russell Brunson funnel, um, value ladder, offer ladder that we all know about, right? We start here at free, and then we go up here for low ticket, and then we go here, and then we go here, and then we go here. You are removing the autonomy of your buyer and, like, you're forcing them to ascend your way, not their way. And if you're not talking to one buyer, a premium buyer who's at this level, and she really, you know, she's, she's already successful. She just wants more success. If you're mixing your message like that, they may sign up for your lead magnet, be very excited about possibly working with you. But if this lead magnet is built for a beginner buyer, they're like, nope, thought she was good, but she's not. For me, she works with people not quite at my level. Meanwhile, you're like, what she Would have been an amazing dream client. This is what I'm talking about is this landing. I see her faces. Can you say yes or no so I can see if this all makes sense? Okay. Okay. So somebody could get your lead magnet and then jump into your highest proximity offer because they want you, because of all the things we've already talked about. Nobody talks the way you do, nobody says the things you say, and the values align, all of that, but somebody may. This is what makes it an ecosystem. Instead of a tight structure of you go here, then here, then here, that somebody might download your lead magnet and then say, hmm, it's pretty good. Well, I'm not sure. So then they decide to go over here. I couldn't get an hour that far. It would have made a mess here. But they could go over here to your authority Catalyst offer and say, you know what, I just want to check her out one more time. And then here you blow their mind. Then they go into your highest caliber work, right? So I just wanted you to see how the ecosystem on the front, like what you're seeing right now. The idea here is we're giving the premium buyer the flexibility to choose their own road, to choose what they need. We're not stopping them from getting to the highest tier work with you if that's what they need, if that's what they decide, if that's what they want. And what we don't see here on this graphic is the amazing email sequence behind this, where you are, let's say someone buys your low ticket offer, right? Your authority catalyst offer. And even in the first and as early as the first email you're delivering it, and then in the PS saying something like, if you know, you're ready for, um, more, I don't know how you say it depends on what your offer is. But if you're ready for more support at a higher level, when you jump into this offer, whatever it's called, we're going to give you your money back that you invested in that. But you've got to do it in the next 72 hours. You see what I'm saying? There's a way to do it because when I review my clients email sequences, I love my clients, but I, uh, love my clients. And sometimes these email sequencers are so darn boring and they're doing everything but selling. And then we wonder why, if your emails aren't interesting, why would people open them again? We have to blow their minds every time. Potency every time. All right, let me show you my, uh, ecosystem. So uh, there's lots of things going on, so don't get confused. But you know, now these little pink ones are how someone comes in and then they can choose where they're going after that. So I have. These aren't even all of my authority Catalyst offers. They're anywhere from like $22 and there's one at 497 whatever. But someone can come in and let's say over here, someone, hi. Someone grabs my hiring guide, then they jump into the inner circle because they want weekly access to me in the way of group calls every week. They don't have to say hiring guide, low ticket offer. Now I'm ready, right? And now that I'm starting to, um, pre sell into, she sells higher, which begins next week, that's at a lower price point. So someone could say, you know what? I, I'm not sure about Jude on the inner circle, but let me jump into. She sells higher. And maybe after the first month they're like, oh my gosh, this is amazing. But I want more of Judy. I want more of her community. I want more of her, um, ladies in the group. I want more of the community support and that higher level support. So someone could be in here again when you're strategic in incentivizing them to move when they're ready, they could do that. You see what I'm saying? Um, so I hope this makes sense. Where I want you to not think of as Russell Brunson, God bless him, taught us. Okay, start here. Here. No, no, no. If anything, I like to. Let me tell you something, this is so good. A few years ago, I'm like, start high, baby. Let's go high. Let's flip the traditional value ladder on its head. And since that time, with the shift in the market, I'm like, let's give them, um, whatever they want. Let's accept that our best client has autonomy. They're smart, they get to make their own decisions. Now we're about to go into some live masterminding, but I want to talk about just a couple of different ways that you and I can work together. Okay, So I just touched on high level strategic sales strategies, including category of 1 positioning and sales anchored messaging. And you've seen where when your front end and your back end sales systems are in place, you're going to sell your offers and deliver the most transformational results non stop. But all that we've dived into, it's just a tiny snippet of what I do in my world because I also talk about specific strategies to fill specific offers, including, you know, how do I fill my highest level masterminds and my private mentorship at a super high investment, high proximity space that's different than your signature offer. Right? Because I want to give you every sales strategy so you can stack your monthly recurring revenue with ease. But beyond even sales, what else do you need and what else do I do? In my world, I talk about leverage Legion activities that get you in front of hundreds, even thousands at once. And then I also talk about a 1 to many sales event you never heard of. I call it Easylift events. I invented them. They convert at 50 to 80%. It is the simplest and most fun way to sign clients at scale. Now I think that you could hear in my voice that I love high uh, level sales. By God's grace, I'm a sales master. I've been doing this for nearly four decades. But my genius is also aligned leadership and profitable team. Okay. Those are my three core pillars of my work. And I wish, I only wish I had more time to dive into those other two topics even deeper. But for now, I'm super excited to share with you something that I'm doing live in real time and I've never done this before, so I'm excited to share this with you. The first way that we could continue our work together is inside. She Sells Higher. This is my ultimate high level strategic sales program for faith fueled founders. Ready to fill your offers with high caliber clients and generate premium daily sales and stack that monthly recurring revenue powered by a hands off sales system. And she Sells Higher is really a deep dive into installing this sales centric business model so that you call in those premium buyers, you create demand for every offer and you bring in sales every day. And I'm not just talking about lower ticket buyers, I'm talking about premium buyers as well. Now this she Sells hire program is not like anything that you've been a part of m before because I'm building out the entire thing, this very robust curriculum with you in the room with me. Live trainings, right? I'm going to be teaching this live as we go. And so I'm a leader. Uh, and I, I walked my talk. So I decided I'm not going to do things like other people do them. I could have chosen to create this, create the modules and put it out there and just put it on Evergreen. I'm like, that's not fun. We're going to do this together in real time, close proximity. It's insane. Especially when you see the price point and when you join, we're going to build out the most incredible sales program on the planet. Okay. It's going to be a beast. And it's not just a program with live trainings with me. It's also a mastermind level mentorship. So that means inside this first and only live cohort, as we build this program together, I'm going to share with you what I'm doing in my business and why I'm doing it, because I know that's how all of you are going to succeed. Um, I am so open with the ladies in my world, and you're going to get the benefit of that when you jump in. And I want you to build the business that truly lights you up. And you're also going to get. Besides the live training, you're going to get hot seat coaching with me twice a month. And it's important for you to know how I'm thinking about and curating. She sells higher. I am curating it with the proximity and the access to me and all of it as if it were a $20,000 mastermind. And fair warning, fair warning. Once she sells higher is complete and built out, I'm going to repackage it and make it evergreen with a starting price of at least $2,000. And you can get in for less than half of that now at this pre sale price. But that evergreen already done. No access to me. Um, yeah, there's no mastermind element, no live trainings. Now. This live cohort starts next week, and I can't even tell you how long it's going to be done. I've never done this before, and I told you it's going to be a beast. I'm thinking we're going to go to this fall, but I don't know. But here's what I want you to know. It's to your benefit that it takes longer. Why? Because as long as it takes, you're going to have access to me. Right? We're going to be coming together for trainings. We're going to be coming together with hot seat coaching. So good. Yes. Huh. Holly, I'm excited to have you there as well. So many of you here are already in it, others not. But look, I. I want to do this work with incredible women like you in the room. They're with me. It's going to be so awesome. And here's something else. When I'm delivering this live, and this is why I wanted to do it this way, during the hot seat coaching calls, I'm going to be able to See your gaps. And when I see those gaps I just m might and probably will create a, uh, training around that. So that's where you are actually helping me to create the very best sales program on the planet. By the way, one of the biggest mistakes I see women do is spend six months or more building out a program in their office alone, only to have nobody buy it and they just work for free for six months. So maybe you want to do what I'm doing. It's scary and it's super fun. Okay, you're an expert, you can do this. And as you probably can tell, my coaching and my teaching style is super direct, super honest, super genuine. What you see is what you get. If you were here with me in my area, if you're here with me live in an event or here, you know, in, in zoom, while we're masterminding together. So yes, you can buy it later this year when it's all built out. You can buy whenever you want, but it's going to be the recorded version and there's not going to be a live element or a mastermind element. Now you may be wondering, okay, what level of business do I need to be in order to benefit from she sells higher. And that is a beautiful question and may I say, it's not really a matter of dollars or revenue right now. The right woman comes down to a matter of commitment and devotion to learning, doing and growing. Meaning if you are right now at uh, six or multi six figures and you've got your eyes on that first million dollars in the next 12 to 18 months, this is perfect for you. We're going to go deep and doing the nuanced work that's going to allow you to scale peacefully with that lean team and high profits. And you know, I gotta say, I once had a team of six, but now I'm um, me plus one. And it works. So it's simple, profitable, highly impactful, million dollar business is what you're after. She sells higher is exactly what you need to get there. Now, if you're not yet at six figures, this is for you as well. Judy. How can that be? Well, glad you asked because you're going to see how to structure your sales, how specifically to embed sales into everything you do from the get go so you avoid tons of mistakes and lots of time. And another awesome thing about jumping into she sells higher today is when you do, you're going to get lifetime access. Yep. Invest once, get access to everything forever. And as if that's not all awesome enough. I've got something even better for you because over delivery is my love language. So when you join now, not only will you get lifetime access to the trainings that you and I are going to build out together, but you'll also get access to any and every update and every training I decide to put into she Sells Higher. Let me give you an example. Let's say that later this year I decide to do a Black Friday masterclass. And typically I'll charge anywhere from like 197, 297, maybe 497 for that to the public. But when you're inside she Sells Higher, your seat's already saved for free. Amazing, right? And that goes on forever and ever and ever.

Speaker B: Amen.

Speaker A: Um, if it goes into she Sells Higher, you get the ticket. Now, in addition to live trainings, as I said, I'm also doing bi monthly coaching calls. Again, that's high proximity. High proximity access to me. And in my coaching calls, I'm not the type of person where I say can't answer that. Move on. Oh, uh, sorry, don't have time to go into there. Sorry. No, no, no. I know how to facilitate a call with lots of women in the room. And we're not going to have hundreds right now. We have 40. And not everybody comes every week because they've got busy schedules. Right. But trust me, on those calls, you are going to be served whether you're on the hot seat or not. And my clients are here, so maybe they could, in the chat testify. Yes, I always leave with value and I set it up that way. So this is going to be so much fun. So this is for you. If you already know how to make money. But it still depends on you showing up and being on. If you built real revenue, but it's not yet predictable and you want to stack that monthly recurring revenue if you're visible but not consistently chosen by those highest caliber buyers you really want to work with. And if you're done chasing leads, done with the comparison game and so done being overlooked because you know your work is head and shoulders above even some of the top influencers in your space, she Sells hires for you. It's not fluff, it's not surface. We're going deep. Okay? This is going to be, as I said, the best sales program ever. Especially for women of faith, bar none. I always over deliver. Now, this is a one time offer for you to do it live with me to master the nuances of the major components of sales. With me right there with you. Okay? And I'm going to wrap it up this way. This is the level and depth of sales strategy that in humility, I got to admit, other coaches cannot touch because they don't have it. They don't have the experience, they don't have the expertise, so they can't teach it. And this she sells higher is the unapologetic exaltation of Christ. Everything points to him. Hallelujah. This is the work that I do behind closed doors with my private clients who invest 25k and more to work with me. But for a limited time, you get rare access to do it with me for less than a thousand bucks. Okay. And I'm opening up a telegram group so you'll be able to network and collab with each other. And for those of you inside already, that's going to drop tomorrow. It's going to be so exciting. Um, you'll get to get access to additional audio trainings that I just want to drop and insights. Okay, now let's uh, see what else, what else, what else? Yeah. Now it is at pre sale price and like I said, it's going to blow your mind. Um, so to get the link, what I want you to do is to head on over to Instagram, find me at Judy Weberco and go to my bio. You'll find the link for she sells higher there or you can DM the word higher over on Instagram and I'll send you the link directly. And if you have any questions, you can also do that. Now, this pricing disappears on Sunday, May 31 at midnight and the price is going to go up not just a little bit, but hundreds and hundreds of dollars and it's going to continue to increase even during the live cohort. So jump in now at the very best price that it's ever going to be and chase something else. For some of you that's awesome. But I've got something real quick I want to share with you that may be even better. And that is to come into the inner circle, which is my high level mastermind for multi six figure change makers and industry leaders. This is where you focus not only on strategic sales, but aligned leadership and profitable teams. Those are the three core pillars of my work. So inside the inner circle, you'll also get weekly calls with me and access to all the trainings I've ever done, which is a lot.

Speaker B: Plus.

Speaker A: Okay, come with me. You're gonna have to listen to this and you don't want to miss it. You'll get 50 plus templates, spreadsheets like Canva, presentations marketing assets, SOPs, strategic planning documents, back end spreadsheets and more. I give you everything. I'm not one of those coaches that says, I'm sorry, you have to open up your wallet and give me another 50 grand, then I'll share. No, no, no, that's not me. What else inside the inner circle besides the weekly group calls? You get monthly co working sessions with me. These are project based. We work together and then at the end of the time you get feedback from me on the spot. I give audits, I give reviews right then and there. Those in the inner circle also get featured on my top 1% wealthy women of Faith podcast. You also, you heard I'm a lawyer. I'm giving you sample legal documents, things out there on the Internet for like a thousand bucks or more thrown in even that, even more, you get a completely customizable employee handbook. Because I know some of the ladies coming in, they have bigger teams. I'm not telling you to stop it. I'm just saying that's not really what I teach because it's not what I wanted to do. But I can absolutely support you. And one of the ways I do that is with this employee handbook. And there's a private community where you get ongoing daily support and detailed feedback and review. Post sales pages for my review email sequences, offer suites, strategy questions. Ah, all is fair game. Everybody inside the inner circle gets access to all of it. Plus you'll get a seat inside this first cohort of uh, she sells higher. So if you decide to join the inner circle, you get a double win here because you're getting inner circle plus everything I went through and she sells higher, but the inner circle is even higher. Proximity, it's expanded deeper. Business growth strategy. And it's the daily opportunity, daily inside the inner circle to get my eyes on your business. So if you already know you want to work with me in a closer, high touch way about all the aspects of scaling to your first million, inner circle is your best option. And again, if you're a coach, consultant or service provider, regardless of your industry or niche, if you're a top notch expert, committed to making more impact and devoted to Jesus Christ as Lord, the inner circle may be your next best move. Now you may have questions like Judy, I thought I liked, she sells higher. But now I don't know. I think I'm interested in the inner circle. Which one should I go with? Come into my DMs, um, at Judy Weberco over on Instagram and I'll tell you. Let's have A conversation. Now, I will tell you in love. I got to tell you that if you want to do this work with me at a high proximity, there's never going to be a better time to get into the inner circle because pricing is the best it will ever be. And you have the option of joining for six months or 12 months. But anyway, you can't go wrong with any of whichever way you go because you're going to be entering a room full of Jesus loving leaders who share your same values, who have the same goals. And everything I teach is on a Christ foundation. So with that, let's go into Mastermind. Let me get caught up on the beautiful chat here. Meanwhile, drop your. I'd love for you to drop your biggest takeaway. I think that would be amazing reading through here. Wow. This marketing centric versus sales centric models. The exact issue I've been having with a client right now. Yes. So good. It makes so much sense. I'm not a businessman. I'm. I am the businessman. Nice. Yes. I love the I am the industry. I've always shied away from feeling that way. Yeah, you know, look, humility, I think, is misunderstood in the Christian space. Jesus absolutely modeled humility. And he had power and he stood up. He knew his authority. Right now we have a fraction of his authority. But yes, we are the industry. If we don't believe it, why should anybody else? If we don't have belief in our own work, why should anybody else? We have to lead. Okay, very good. Excellent. I only have one offer currently. One to one coaching. Fine. Awesome. Beautiful. Okay. Thank you, ladies. Okay, who has a question? I would love to take the time right now. And I'm gonna change that. I thought I was on a different thought. I was already on gallery view. Who has a question now? If you have a question about anything we went through through today, I'm all for it. If you have a, um, issue that's going on right now in your business, I'm here for the next 10, possibly more minutes. So please do not let this opportunity slip away. If there is something going on, then I want you to drop coaching in the chat and we'll go until I get tired. Okay. Main takeaway content in 2026 must be powerful and potent. Yes. I feel like I have the offer suite, but I don't know, it isn't working. Ooh. Well, we're going to figure it out. McKenna inside. Uh, she sells higher. Yes. Um, it's going to be so good because there's so many things. See, here's the deal. The way I work with clients is I know my clients. I know them by name. If I saw them and I've worked with hundreds of women over the years. If I saw them, I would know them. I wouldn't just bump into them and say not. No. You know what I mean? So I know my women by face, by name, and I know their business enough, I know it deeply enough to be able to give you specific advice. And so with that said, McKenna, it's like I'm going to be asking you specific questions. Okay. I need to understand fully your offer suite and, and not only like the nuts and bolts of uh, how much is it and who do you serve and what are your deliverables. But, but like there's more to it than that. Which we'll get into inside. She sells higher. So it's going to be amazing. We're gonna, we're gonna find out what's going on. We're gonna diagnose it. I'm not a doctor. I got my juris Doctor and I could never be a doctor doctor, but I love, uh, to diagnose. There's always a reason why something is happening. Okay, Eugenia, let's go. What's your question? I'll begin with. My question is. Give me just the question and if I need further context, I will ask. Yes. My question is how to start thinking about this non a founder centric approach. Because as, uh, fractional cmo, that's exactly the issue. I'm running with my client. He run. Well, I, I'm giving you context. Do you need the context? Yeah. What's the question again? So how does one begin to get out of the marketing focus and transition into the sales centric focus in when, when I'm planning, I'm building a marketing plan and I need to start thinking differently. What should I do first? Beautiful. Step one. Anybody want to put in the chat? I know this might be a hard question because I know like the back of my hand, but you just heard it once. What is the first step to removing the founder from having to sell, Having to be involved in every single sale. Anybody have a clue? Drum roll. Don't throw the baby out the bathwater. Yes. We never. We don't need to start over. Like I'm not into the reinvention. Okay. Or even necessarily the pivot. It's evolution. But anyway, the positioning. So when I talked about the uncopyable genius and I talked about the category of one, like that's where we need to spend the time to say how Am I different? And, um, what. How am I going to redefine the problem? It's not something we make up. Right. We have to really get behind it. I totally believe that when we approach everything through the lens of sales, everything we do in our business, everything our, uh, team does in the business, that then everybody's like, heading in the right direction. So that would be where I would ask you to start those two things. So that's great. That's what we just did. We redefined the positioning and wrote updated messaging. And my sales approach, because I was coming from this founder, centric was going to be, let's make, map out your contacts so you can start reaching out to those people and build your CRM. And he was having friction because obviously he's like, I'm already buried in deliverables. I don't want to be also leading this. Can you lead this? And so, yes, I'm, um, um, this is new concept to me and it's great timing. May I ask, what is his revenue level? Um, 500, 600k. Okay. At that point, I totally get it. Okay, now let me just say this. There are two tracks for sales. Anchored marketing, for lack of a better word. Okay. One is the one to one, one is the reach outs. But at that level, I get it where he's like, I don't really have time for this. His calendar may be full, plus he wants a life. So that may be a team member. And you know, as a client of mine that I teach the power hour model, that whether that power hour is 15 minutes a day or two hours a day, where we have the protocol to reach out to people. So definitely you, he, I guess you could train his, somebody on his team to do that. I get that at his level. Um, the other track is the leveraged marketing, which, you know, my go to is podcast guesting. That's put hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars in my pocket, uh, sometimes even more, More, uh, traction than my own podcast. So, uh, that's where I would suggest that he focus. And again, and I don't want to give away too much of the juice, the podcast guesting has to be mic drop moments. It has to be potent. But when he does that and he has the right lead magnet that he's offering there on the show, that's also going to be something he can get in front of hundreds, maybe thousands of people by getting on one podcast. So that would be kind of where I would think and focus on for him.

Speaker B: Wonderful. Thank you.

Speaker A: You're so welcome. Um, are we learning that and she sells higher? You know it, baby. We're going in all things sales, telling you, tell your friends, don't tell your enemies, don't tell your competitors. Okay, but tell your friends. This is going to be so Good. All right, McKenna, you're up next. What's your question? There we go.

Speaker B: Hello. Um, well, my question was just kind of general around the offer suite thing. Like, I, I feel like I have it on lock. Um, I feel like I have the. I feel like I have the messaging on lock. And even when you and I Talked in the DMs the other day, you were, you regurgitated it back to me pretty perfectly. And then you even said something about your ideal client that was exactly my ideal client parts of it as well. So I was like, I feel like the messaging is there, but I don't know why I haven't reached that next level of leads. Like, my business has been solid. So it's just been a mystery I've been trying to solve for about a year now.

Speaker A: Okay, we're going to get into it a lot inside. She sells higher, but I want to explore a little bit. Tell me, would you mind giving me like a 30 foot, 30,000 foot view of your current offer suite?

Speaker B: Yeah. So full branded website design. Uh, that's the kind of traditional model there, but I have it offer stacked in terms of broken out by like bonuses and all those things. So not the offered ladder that like Russell Brunson teaches, but that like offer compiling. I don't know what you want to call it. Um, and then I have, um, some kind of like lower proximity offers. Um, in terms of. I have website templates that you can buy. I have digital products. I have, um, I also have monthly recurring revenue. And I have. But that's like back end offer for existing clients. And then I also have template customization. So it's like a lower tier offer. So I kind of have like, this is your custom and I have your kind of middle tier and then I have your DIY tier.

Speaker A: So.

Speaker B: Good.

Speaker A: What offer or level of offer brings in the most revenue?

Speaker B: Well, right now, full custom branded website design, but the, uh, most profit would be the, um, template customization.

Speaker A: Okay.

Speaker B: Um,

Speaker A: and which level of work do you enjoy the most?

Speaker B: I, I enjoy them all. Um, I have a hard time saying one or the other because every project is rewarding in different ways. So when I can serve somebody at a lower ticket and they get an awesome return on investment, I love that a lot. So maybe that.

Speaker A: Okay, well, One of the things I know we talked about in the DMs is a higher, a little bit a higher echelon client. It's not necessarily how much but money they're bringing in, uh, but their level of commitment. One of the things they want to make sure is that my website is going to convert. Right. One of the things we're going to do is from what you said, I gathered that we could go harder on that. It's not just a pretty site, which it is. Okay. It's not just an aesthetically pleasing and brand. Um, you know, defining. You're clearly. You help them with brand is what I get. Right. Okay. So, so do you understand like. Okay, I'm almost. I'm not afraid to ask this question. That was the wrong parlance. But what I think about what you do, if you're helping them with brand and you're helping them with copy and you're helping them with the design, that's three different skill sets.

Speaker B: It sure is.

Speaker A: Yeah. So I'm curious, do you mind sharing if there's a range. Go ahead. But the fully customized branded website design, what does that run?

Speaker B: Yeah, uh, if it's, if it does not include brand design from bottom up, it's 4, 500 for a four page website and then it goes up from there.

Speaker A: Okay. And, and see, here's the thing that I want you to think about. You and uh, when all. I want you all to hear this.

Speaker B: Okay.

Speaker A: So. So when I think about McKenna and what she just said, it's not like it's wrong, but I feel like there's a bit of customization that if you're okay with that and you're fine with it, then the last thing I'm going to say is you must change it. Right. But one of the things that I would want to suggest to you is to say more like this is what I do. And really there's nothing else. And even if you have conversations with someone and you love them and they're like, I love you McKenna, but I just spent $3,000 with a brand person so I really don't need that. Is there any way you can do the rest? Then at that point you can say, well, I don't typically do that but for you I can. And it's going to be at this price. So it's more like I have this one go to offer and you know about the downsells but it's really being more um, very specific on who you're targeting and what your offers are because I'm telling you, I'm not sure. I haven't looked at your website lately. Depending on what's there, it may be confusing. I don't know, it may be so. So I look forward to working together inside she Sells Higher. Because I'm going to suggest that we go very, um, more hyperspecific on the. On the who and the what they really want. And, um, to me, when I hear you have those three powerful skill sets, 4500 is the bargain of the century.

Speaker B: It. Yeah, it most definitely is. And, uh, the only thing displayed on my website is custom brand and custom web. So everything else is a back end, back downsell, like you said.

Speaker A: Got you, got you. Okay. And then the last thing I'll say when I hear that you have some digital products, some website templates, I love me some, like, Authority Catalyst offers that are bringing in money. So I'm curious, are you selling some of that every week or are you happy with how that's. No. Okay.

Speaker B: You know, I'd like to sell lots more of those. That would be a lot of fun.

Speaker A: Okay. I will suggest that, um, tomorrow when I open the Telegram part of she Sells Higher, that there's going to be like a main chat section. And I encourage McKenna and all of you who are already in or will be jumping in to feel free at any time to, you know, it's a chat for not just me. Like, that's not going to be primarily where I give feedback, but I will be in there. So that you say, like, here's a. Here's a link to my Google Doc where I lay out for you my offer suite. And I'll rip and I'll say, you know what, McKenna, to best advise you, I need to know more about this. Or here's what I'm thinking about that. Like, that's the kind of high touch that you can expect inside. So I'm very excited.

Speaker B: Thank you.

Speaker A: Yes. Because, you know, I don't know. Um, I'm curious. Can I just ask you one more question, McKenna? So. So you don't have to tell us your monthly if you don't want to, but what is your goal? Monthly revenue? What. What do you want to have as your monthly revenue coming in, let's say, by year's end?

Speaker B: You know, I posted in a Facebook group this week asking a question, and the question was, what would it take to get to half a million dollars? Is it even possible in my industry? I was just throwing it out there to see what would happen. I got 163 comments, all telling me it was impossible. And so now I obviously want to make the impossible happen. So that's the number that came to mind.

Speaker A: Okay. This is so good. Thank you, Jesus. Okay, so how many of us, how many of you would agree with me that everybody who said that's not possible in that industry are probably people in web design who are struggling? They're no doubt not even doing what McKenna is already doing. So be careful who we ask questions to or even if we ask the question, because you don't know who else might be. There, uh, might be other powerhouses in there. But. But let's not take their advice. Or, again, this is what I meant. When I'm strongly in my power, I'm an authority. I know where I'm going. And I don't care what anybody else says. I don't care if it's my husband. I don't care if it's my best friend. I don't care if it's my mom. I don't care if it's my pastor who says I'm a little something something on Facebook. Don't look, sir. Love you and. All right, so we just want to make sure that. It's almost like I have blinders on. I'm following Christ. So what man says, I really don't care because where was it in scripture? We'll end here? Um, you know, I do not. I'm not here to please men. I'm here to please Christ. And we cannot please him without faith. And faith is boldly standing in the authority that we've been anointed with. So I think that's a beautiful place to end. So thank you for that, McKenna. All right, ladies. Love you so much. If anybody has any questions about. She sells higher about the inner circle, come on over in Instagram, udiweberco. Let's have a conversation. Until then, uh, God bless you. Have a great rest of your day.
