This training session dismantles the conventional wisdom that more marketing, more social media consistency, or more sales calls generate predictable revenue. Judy positions a sales-centric business model - where sales is embedded in every department from marketing to team to client delivery - as fundamentally different from the marketing-focused approach most coaches teach. The core insight: 3-5% of your current audience is already ready to buy, but your marketing-focused nurture strategy and lack of potent (versus valuable) content keeps them from converting. Rather than teaching better objection handling or closing techniques, Judy introduces systematized sales infrastructure including the premium buyer activation sales system (front-end), the daily sales ecosystem (back-end systems working together), and positioning built on uncopyable genius. This appeals directly to former corporate professionals, coaches, consultants, and service providers - typically women with significant expertise who've left six-figure roles and now need sustainable, non-founder-dependent revenue systems that allow them to scale to $1M+ without burning out or hiring large teams. The framework emphasizes faith-led decision-making and building lean, profitable organizations.
Marketing-centric focuses on visibility, engagement, and nurture (more posts, more emails, more funnels), while sales-centric embeds selling throughout - positioning and possibility in marketing, revenue-driving KPIs in team roles, and reputation-building in client delivery. Sales-centric businesses convert ready buyers; marketing-centric businesses chase visibility.
Because 3-5% of your current audience is already ready to buy, but they're not converting due to two issues: you're nurturing with valuable content instead of potent content that converts, and you've built a marketing-focused model rather than one designed to activate ready buyers.
Judy doubts it and warns against it - founder-dependent sales burn you out, pull you away from CEO and visionary work, and aren't sustainable at scale. The alternative is engineering sales systems that don't require founder involvement.
It's the distinct, irreplicable part of your expertise, methodology, or approach that positions you uniquely in the marketplace and determines how you're perceived - which is entirely within your control as an expert.
Team is assigned revenue-driving KPIs rather than treated as an expense; they're hired knowing they'll pay for themselves, and a sell-every-day mindset drives culture so everyone understands their role is to bring in clients and impact lives.
Our reviewer’s read on each dimension, with quotes from the episode.
The episode contains some substantive frameworks (e.g., 'sales-centric vs. marketing-centric,' 'uncopyable genius,' 'redefining the problem'), but substantial portions consist of motivational preamble, repetitive assertions, and high-level philosophy without concrete mechanics. The speaker restates the same central claim (systematized sales vs. founder-dependent sales) multiple times without new operational detail, and much content is devoted to personal branding and faith-based framing rather than actionable sales systems.
Predictable sales are engineered. Write that down. Predictable sales are engineered with strategic intention, without you.
The uncopyable genius combined with your category of 1 answers that pivotal question that premium buyers care about. Why you?
While the speaker positions ideas as contrarian (e.g., 'I stand alone in saying predictable sales are not created by founder hustle'), the core concepts - positioning, differentiation, messaging, target audience clarity - are standard business strategy. The Netflix/Uber/Airbnb examples are widely-cited templates for market redefinition. The framing through a faith lens adds packaging but not fundamental originality.
Other sales coaches teach you how to sell. I teach you how to build a business that sells.
You become a category of one by redefining the problem. That is redefining the problem that that highest caliber, best client thinks they have.
The speaker (Judy) has legitimate operational pedigree: former trial lawyer and C-suite executive (general counsel, HR director) at a multi-million dollar international company, 23-year serial entrepreneur with five exits, closed $11M+ in sales personally, and serves as a high-level sales strategist. She is a practitioner with skin in the game, not a pure theorist. However, the episode is a solo training/masterclass rather than a guest interview, so this dimension reflects speaker credibility rather than guest caliber.
Professionally I'm a former trial lawyer and C suite executive. I sat in the general counsel seat as well as the director of HR for a multi million dollar international company with well over a thousand employees.
I've been doing sales since graduating college 39 years ago. And I've closed upwards of 11 million in dollars in sales.
While the speaker cites her own track record ($11M in sales closed, 3x revenue in 15 months), she provides almost no specifics about client outcomes, dollar figures for client results, or concrete case studies beyond abstract testimony ('millions and millions of dollars'). The Uber/Netflix/Airbnb examples are illustrative but disconnected from her actual methodology. No names of clients, metrics from implementations, or timeframe data are shared.
And over the past 10 years, my clients have have generated millions and millions of dollars.
I 3x revenue in just 15 months.
This is a solo training/masterclass, not a dialogue, so traditional host-guest dynamics do not apply. The speaker delivers prepared material with periodic prompts to a virtual audience ('Tell me in the chat') but does not engage in genuine back-and-forth, follow-up questions, or productive disagreement. The format is monologue with rhetorical questions rather than conversation. There is minimal evidence of intellectual sparring or deeper probing beyond the prepared script.
Tell me in the chat. Who determines whether or not you're in demand? Who controls that? Tell me that.
If you love that, say simple in the chat, right?

Speaker A: All right, welcome. Um, you are about to hear sales explained in a completely different way than you've ever heard before and it's going to blow your mind. So get ready, silence your phone, turn off those notifications, grab a pen and paper and give yourself the gift of being fully present. Because the next 60 minutes you're going to have a training, um, high level training followed by a mastermind where you can ask me questions or get hot seat coaching. Because I am about to lay out for you the exact sales strategies, systems and structure that allowed me to 3x revenue in just 15 months. And so if you pay attention, you're going to see exactly where you're currently leaking revenue each and every month. And even more exciting, you're going to understand exactly what you need to do to fix the those leaks so that your business becomes the driver, your business becomes the sales engine that brings in daily premium sales. Yes, even without you. So I want you to imagine what if, what if your company, 10x impact and you were able to multiply your revenue to hit your first million dollars, scaling well past 50k is monthly recurring revenue. And here's the kicker. You do it without a massive team, without launching, and yes, even without ads. Uh, imagine that you were widely known in your industry, known for your work, known for your values and for the mission you lead. You are the one everybody in your industry holds in highest respect regard. You're sought after and you're in demand as the authority. The one, the one authority. And what if all that came as a result of you doing less and being more? What I mean by that is you are pursuing your full potential, even the impossible. You are fully embracing your Christ identity. You are stepping into, fully stepping into your anointing. That most powerful spirit led version of you. Living a life that is fully surrendered to Christ and doing business from a place of complete trust. An inner knowing that in him all things work out and they work together for your good and for his glory. Just as promised in Romans 8:28. And with that then you operate as a faith fueled CEO from this beautiful place of, um, calm, confidence and certainty. So what that means is you're thinking higher, you're deciding confidently, you're speaking boldly and you're acting fast and you're selling unapologetically and oh so effortlessly because you are relentlessly stewarding the gifts that the Lord God gave you. Now with all that, what else, you're making global impact. But you're doing it not by building an expensive empire with a massive team, tons of Overhead and lots of complexity. Instead, you keep it simple. You have a lean team, a very efficient team, a very profitable team. Because you're leading a movement that's going to far outlive you. I call this a strategically simple business. I'm curious, does that sound like a good thing? If you love that, say simple in the chat, right? This is a business that is seen, known and hired by high caliber clients. It's a business that generates daily premium sales without you. It's a business that changes so many lives. And it's a business that creates generational wealth for your children and your children's children, as scripture commands. Because the fact is, when Christian women make global impact and massive amounts of money, the world is a better place. Gonna get an amen on that. That is the premise of the wealthy women of faith movement that I lead. It's all about sales reclaimed and realigned for women destined for millions. So welcome to premium daily sales on repeat. This is sales engineered strategically inside a company. Your company that's powered by faith in Christ and as a result, achieving the impossible. And I am so honored that you're here. I love training. Did you know I went to college to be a teacher? Uh, so I love training. I love pouring into fellow sisters in Christ to impart the wisdom that I've garnered as a serial entrepreneur for the past 23 years. Now, if you and I haven't met before. Hey there. I'm Judy. Uh, first and foremost, I'm a devoted follower of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is my life. He saved my life. He's my everything. Professionally. I'm a former trial lawyer and C suite executive. I sat in the general counsel seat as well as the director of HR for a multi million dollar international company with well over a thousand employees. And before all of that, I worked in retail, interior design as well as in real estate. I've been doing sales since graduating college 39 years ago. And I've closed upwards of $11 million in sales. And all of that experience and God's call led me to the work I do today as a high level sales strategist and business mentor for highly driven Christian women. I am a lifelong women's advocate. And by that I mean I see the awesomeness of every single woman I meet. And my heart's desire is to empower her to see herself the way God sees her. Loved, precious and powerful. I've been a successful serial entrepreneur, like I said, since 2003. And I'm a five time founder. And today I'm blessed To serve coaches, consultants and service providers. My women are smart, well educated and highly degreed. They tend to be former corporate or professional powerhouses who left six and multi six figure salaries to answer God's call to steward their gifts so they could change people's lives. Make no doubt, my clients are top notch experts. They are geniuses at what they do. They've got big goals and they know they're going to achieve them. And I created a simple, powerful offer suite rooted in my genius. Three things. Strategic sales, aligned leadership and a profitable lean team. And over the past 10 years, my clients have have generated millions and millions of dollars. And again, they've impacted lives around the world. On a personal note, I'm a boy mom to three grown men of Christ, I'm a beach girl and I'm intensely passionate about the things that matter. Jesus Christ, my kids and my work with incredible women. And so today, here's what we're going to cover. Founder dependent sales versus systematized sales. And this is the unlock at scale at speed. That's the unlock for you to scale at speed. Then I'm going to introduce the sales centric business model which is the most profitable and impactful model in 2026. And then we're going to get into the premium buyer activation sales system. This is what collapses the timeline between interested and I'm in. Where's the link? Then we're going to dive into million dollar offer suite. You're going to see how very simple it can be to scale to your first million dollars. And then finally we're going to dive into the daily sales ecosystem. This is where the front end and the back end sales systems work together to bring in daily sales without you. But before we dive in, let's go to our gracious all powerful heavenly father in prayer. Because if we'll do anything valuable together in this masterclass, we need to be led by the holy Spirit. Lord God, um, we are here. We bow at your feet. We thank you God for all of your exceedingly great and precious promises. All of which are, yes, in Christ Jesus. So you've said we're two or more gathered in your name. And we surely are that you will be here. And so, God, you know that I've prepared, but I am open to your prompting. So take me where you need. You know what, each of these beautiful ladies that are here with me now or that will be watching this at some point in the future, you know what each needs. So I pray, Lord that you're going to quicken her heart. Her mind and her ears to get exactly what she needs to get to that next level, to break through whatever now is currently keeping her where she is. We want to break through. Lord, in your power, we thank you in advance for how you're going to do that. We love you, we, we praise you, we pray these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, your son, our lord. Amen and amen. Uh, all right, you want predictable sales. That's why you're here, right? Sales, you can count on sales that are expected and repeatable. And so me, after working with hundreds of women in various niches across virtually all industries, one of the biggest problems I see especially for, for women scaling beyond their first six figures is founder dependent sales. And what I mean by that is you as the founder being the driving force behind every sale that comes in. So can you scale to a million dollars when you are involved in every sale? Well, frankly, I doubt it. But even if you are able to get there, no doubt you will be burned out, period. And so this is where I'm standing alone, separated from conventional sales coaches and other business coaches because they tend to teach founder dependent sales. I teach systematized sales without founder involvement required. You see, other sales coaches teach you how to sell better, AKA you're going to improve your sales skills. So that looks like better. Objection. Handling. Right. A, uh, tighter sales script, if you follow scripts. I don't. You're going to become more confident on sales calls. They say they're going to give you better follow up better closing techniques. That idea. So in a nutshell, their approach to predictable sales is sell harder, get on more calls, and get better at, uh, manual sales. Now look, uh, from what I think, more sales calls on your already full calendar, that's not the flex building your business to actually be the sales engine and drive sales. That's what I want. If you agree, say yes. Yes, yes. Right. That's how you scale to hit your first million dollars. Peacefully, sustainably. You see, other sales coaches teach you how to sell. I teach you how to build a business that sells. Other coaches are all about you increasing your activity. Do more. Do more. Be omnipresent. I'm about, let's increase conversions. Others teach tactics. I teach infrastructure. Others are all about how can you get on more sales calls. And especially the men. When I say that I just, yeah, it's totally the men that really tend to come on, come on, pound the phones, right? I say, why does your business still need them? Now let's go a little deeper to see why the standard sales coach approach doesn't work. And this is exactly why you may have invested in sales programs in the past and you may have mastered sales skills, right? And yet you still don't have predictable revenue. So it's like, how can that be? Well, conventional wisdom treats selling in a silo. Sales is separate and distinct from what else is going on with you or your team in the business. Other sales experts typically don't teach you how to systematize selling. Like, they don't necessarily teach marketing. They don't teach offer creation. They don't teach funnels or email sequences, either because they don't have that expertise or because they simply choose not to. But they may say that sales is the lifeblood of the business, but they don't teach you on it. They don't teach the how how specifically. These other areas of your business combine to produce a healthy business that actually brings in clients consistently without you. So under that conventional model, the goal is for you to book as many sales calls as you can. And that leaves you with two options. Take the calls yourself or hire a sales team to do it for you. Now, neither of those is ideal. First, you taking the calls isn't ideal because it overwhelms your already full calendar. Am I right? And that pulls you away from things you want to do, things you need to be doing as the CEO and visionary of your company, and the things you'd like to do outside of work, with your family, with or at church and in the community. After all, look, you're a CEO, not a closer. And then hiring a sales team, that's not ideal either because that adds significantly to your expenses. And oh, by the way, if you want them to actually do a great job, you're going to have to train them. So with all of that, it's clear that founder dependent sales, it's not workable, it's not sustainable, and it's definitely not scalable. So I stand alone in the market in saying predictable sales are not created by more founder hustle. Predictable sales are engineered. Write that down. Predictable sales are engineered with strategic intention, without you. So tell me in the chat, what do you think you need to 3x your revenue or even 10x your revenue? Tell me in the chat, what do you think you need? And for the sake of time, I'm just going to tell you that in asking this question more and more and more. Yep, okay, I see it. A, uh, consistent lead gen strategy. More leads. Okay, I hear that all the time. That's typically the answer, right? More leads More visibility, more content, AKA marketing. So if that were true, that would mean that to get more sales, you need more marketing. Right, but it's not true. And I'm going to prove it to you and it's going to be like a right. So listen, have you ever made an effort to be more consistent in posting on social, expecting that what the gurus are telling you, that increase in consistency is going to bring in more sales? Um, has that happened to you? So that's what conventional wisdom says, be more consistent. But the fact is more consistency does not mean more sales. How about this? How many of you think I need more leads? I saw a couple of them coming in the chat. Well, what if I told you that it's highly likely that right now 3 to 5% of your current leads, your followers, those on your email list, they're ready to buy from you, but because they're not booking a sales call, they're going to somebody else. There's many reasons for that and we'll get into some of them. Even more than the fact that they don't have an opportunity to book a sales call. Right, but why is that happening? Why is it that you're not converting the 3 to 5% of your current leads who would love to work with you? Two main reasons, and I really want you to hear me on this. Number one, you're nurturing your leads with valuable content instead of potent content that actually converts valuable content. Potent content, very different. And we're going to get into what potent content means in just a bit. But the second reason is that you're not getting ready buyers, uh, that are sitting in your current audience to buy is because by default you built your business on a marketing focused model rather than a sales centric model. And look, it's not your fault, right? Conventional wisdom tells you to market, market, market push to a sales call. Even though, can we be honest? Tell me if I'm right about this. Are you tired of taking sales calls? I mean, they're great. I mean, if you're like me, you love your clients so much, but it just takes up so much time and I know many women, they're secretly wishing and hoping and praying that incredible dream. Clients just come to you pre sold, happy to pay. Am I right? Now, it's important to understand that a marketing centrist centric focus says posting is posting so that the goal there is to be more visible or to go viral or to get more engagement. That's what marketing centric focus means. It's not selling, it's Something far different. It's kind of like they know sales are down the road, but that's not the focus marketing is. Check the box, get it done. A marketing centric focus also says in the way of emails give value. You know that no like and trust. No like and trust is garbage. Okay? It's garbage. By the way, how's that going for you if that's what you're doing in your emails? Do clients come in from your emails Currently? And then a marketing centric focus also says in the way of funnels and email sequences again, nurture, nurture, nurture, nurture, nurture, nurture. It's like in the 15th email. Now you can pitch. Love you, Gary V. The left, left, jab, jab, jab, right hook, wrong. Maybe before, it ain't that now. Okay, so I'm going to summarize this so it really lands with you with that marketing focus. The results are more posting does not lead to more leads. More leads does not lead to more clients. More emails aren't getting you more sales, and more funnels don't lead to more conversions. Okay, that was marketing. Now let's turn to the sales centric focus that says something far different. This is sales centric. Sales centric focus says posting is to sell email. The goal is to sell funnels. The goal is to sell because sales is that golden thread that needs to run throughout your entire company, throughout everything you're doing. Let me show you what I mean. I want to prove to you that every department of your business is really founded on sales. All right, so how is marketing sales? Well, because effective marketing means that you're selling in your marketing. You're selling you and your genius. You're selling your concepts, your methodology and your offers. You're selling possibility and a, uh, future identity for those premium ready buyers in your audience. Bottom line, marketing is selling. You see, and I really, I really want you to, to see this. And if you are like Judy, I don't see it. Make sure you pop in the chat and we'll talk about it at the end. But the most effective marketing is seen through a sales lens. Again, the purpose of marketing is to sell. It is not to nurture. It is not to go viral. Okay, how about team? How is team? How can that be seen through a sales lens? Oh, golly, let me share with you how that is. Let's be real. Sales funds the team. Sales don't come in, can't pay your team, right? What else? Sales clarifies everybody's responsibilities. And I work with my Clients by, by assigning KPIs to each role, the, that ensures the team is actually driving revenue. They're paying for themselves. In my world, team's not an expense. Everybody you hire, you that you know coming in that they're going to pay for themselves and then some. Okay, that's why I said this is the most profitable and impactful business model. What else? When it comes to team, a uh, sell everyday mindset drives the culture. We your team, they know that they're here to impact lives. And the only way to do that is to sell. To bring in amazing clients so you can transform their lives through working with you. So hear me, no doubt about it. The most effective team is built through a uh, sales lens because the purpose of the team is to drive revenue. You'll definitely want to write that down. I've never heard anybody else say that, but it's the truth. The purpose of team is to drive revenue, not just get things done. Okay, now one more department of your company that's also built on sales or should be is client delivery. How is that, Jude? Well, because in your delivery for your clients, you're selling clients on doing the work or on your process or in the case of done for you, you're selling them on your deliverables and your expertise, right? Also in client delivery you're selling your reputation, you're selling referrals, retention, ascension. So once again, make no mistake, the most effective client delivery is curated. And client delivery is curated through a uh, sales lens because the purpose of client delivery is to drive client results, right? And when we get our clients results, that leads to an increased lifetime value, lots of referrals and in effect this is the beautiful part, your clients become a raving sales team for you. And so I landed on here for quite a while. But the big takeaway here is a sales centric business is, is the model that you want to build your business on because of its profitability and its impact. This is where every aspect of your business has sales embedded in it. That's the goal and that's what I'm taking you through today. So okay, listen, if right now in order to make sales you have to do anything of um, the following live launch, you have to host events, to sign clients. If to make sales you have to constantly post on social in an effort to get more visible and to get more leads. If you have to chase leads in the DM only to be ghosted. If you're spending hours and hours on sales calls and you're signing clients, but you're not satisfied with the number of clients or the revenue or the quality of clients coming in. Or if you're doing more and more and more because the gurus are telling you be everywhere. That's the problem. You're not showing up enough. And you're like, holy goalie, can I sleep? And if you're customizing offers to meet individuals exactly where they are to meet their expectations, let me tell you something, sister. You are the sales system right now and it's burning you out. And the truth here is in love. You're never going to schedule a million dollars that way, right? You will never scale to your first million dollars without a strategic, an intentional sales system. It's got to be front facing system and a back end system that works together. Right? And if you've had some aha moments, feel free to pop them in the chat because I'm curious what's landing with you? Okay, so premium buyer activation sales system. What is this? All right, this is what collapses the timeline between oh, I found you, I'm interested and hello, how can I work with you? Now, at its most basic and simplest terms, what is sales? Sales is giving people what they want. Do that and they will buy. This is very important, so listen up. People don't buy what they need, they buy what they want. And let me prove it to you. I'm a lawyer, so I love to prove things. All right, listen, nobody needs to go to Disney World, but how many people do you know spend beaucoup bucks annually even to go? Why? Because they want to versus someone who knows they need to go to the dentist? It's been too long. They might even have an ache and pain. I know there's a cavity back there, but they put it off. Why? Because they don't want to go. It's not fun. There's no instant gratification in that. Let me bring it to something that might relate to some of you here. What if you're a weight loss expert and you know that to get to their weight they need to eat more kale or less carbs or do more workouts and, and, and your would be clients probably know they need that too, but they don't want it. More kale? No, thank you. So if that's what you're saying, that's why they're not buying. Okay, let's go back to the premium buyer activation system. Okay. This is your front end sales system. This is what people see. This is your messaging. This is your positioning. These are words, intentionally chosen messaging, strategically crafted to sell, because I want to make sure we're on the same page here. Selling is the highest form of service. So let's pause to talk about messaging versus positioning, because they're not the same thing, and women often get confused on this. So positioning. And you might want to write this down to make sure you don't ever get it confused again. Positioning is how you're perceived in the marketplace. Messaging is how you communicate that. Okay, so let's start with positioning. Now, as I say the word, I know you're smart, so I already know what you're thinking. Some of you may be thinking, jude, love you. My positioning is on lock. I'm good, but in love. Gotta say, if you're not in constant demand, if people aren't reaching out to you in the DMs, asking, How can I work with you? And if you're not consistently signing clients in love, again, your positioning is off. That's the fact. Now, quiz time. Who determines how you are perceived in the marketplace? Tell me in the chat. Who determines whether or not you're in demand? Who controls that? Tell me that. That's right. You do. Absolutely. Okay. And that's great, y'. All. You know, know that answer. Like I said, you're smart. But. But how do you do that? How do you control that? Well, your job as an expert and an authority in your space is to, among other things, identify what I call your uncopyable genius. Write that down. Then that's cool. I have an uncopyable genius. And this is the part of your work, your uncopyable genius, that no one else can replicate, because it's yours and yours alone. Nobody else, not anybody, can do what you do like you do. So this is the depth of how you think, how you see a problem, how you solve it, and how you move a client from her current reality to the outcome she wants and the outcome she's meant for. It's in your approach, this uncopyable genius. It's your standards, your decisions in real time. It's the way you diagnose what's actually going on with your clients. And I love this word, the precision, uh, with which you guide your clients through it. All of that is what makes your work land differently, and it's why your clients get better results faster, cleaner, with more certainty. But, uh, verbalizing your uncopyable genius, this. Okay, this is what makes me different. What makes me me how I do things differently. That's wonderful, but we've got to know how to verbalize that how to communicate that and understanding how to communicate that is absolutely essential. In this market where buyer behaviors changed, virtually every market is saturated and everybody looks the same. It is no longer good enough for you to say, I've been doing this work for X number of years. Or, you know, just to flash screenshots of testimonials or to say, come work with me to learn blah, blah, blah, skill, or even to say, I have the amazing ABC methodology. Listen, buyers, premium buyers care about one thing. Solving the specific problem they are desperate to solve. They're looking. They're looking for help. So premium buyers are asking, why you when they see you? That's what they're looking at. Why this person and why you? Why does your work work? And part of that also is what are your unwavering beliefs about your work and about your industry? Now, your uncopyable genius goes deeper than just knowing your zone of genius. It's layers, deeper. So how you can kind of check yourself if you haven't yet captured the communication of your uncopyable genius is if right now clients are resigning, right? And they're referring you out because of the power of their work with you. But, but signing new clients feels harder, right? If the clients you are signing aren't complete, right? Fit clients, meaning they're not the true highest caliber clients you really want to work with. If that's the case, and if sales feel harder and your monthly revenue feels stalled, this is the work that can change everything. This uncopyable genius, the communication of it. Now that's step one. Identifying your uncopyable genius goes hand in hand with claiming your category of one. Lots of people talk about category of one. Uh, let's get into it. The uncopyable genius combined with your category of 1 answers that pivotal question that premium buyers care about. Why you? What makes you different? And I want to emphasize it's not good enough to be better. Okay? And I'm going to get into some examples in just a moment. What makes you different than m anybody else out there? So when both your uncopyable genius and your category of one are clearly communicated, here's the beautiful thing. Here's your beautiful reality. You have no competition. You're incomparable. You are the undeniable, obvious and only choice. And this becomes your incomparable edge. You want an incomparable edge? Put edge in the chat. This is how you become that true category of one. And this is where you not only stand out, because standing out means you're one of Many. There's many here. I want to stand out. No, when you nail this, this is where you stand alone. You're different. So you're the obvious and only option. All right, let's talk about how do you do this, Jude? Sounds great. How do you find the words to convincingly answer the question why you? Couple steps. First, think about how does your unique approach, the unique lens that you see your work through, how does that differ from everybody else that does what you do, right? What do you do? Really think about it. And this takes power, thinking, taking the time to do this, the time you take is going to multiply. It's so worth it. That's step one. But the next step is where the rubber meets the road. Because in this second step, you say, okay, I know how I'm different, how my approach, the lens, I see things through. But how will I talk about that difference in a way that actually positions me as the only I. E. I have no real competitors. Like, how do you truly become a category of one? And that means. And this is so fun. We're innovators here, right? We're trailblazers. Yes. We're super smart. I know that you're all of those things. So the question becomes, how do you carve out a new and completely different category in the market that you then claim and own for yourself? Do you want. Do you want to know how? I'm ready to drop it. I told you, no, uh, no gatekeeping. Here. Here's where it starts. You become a category of one by redefining the problem. That is redefining the problem that that highest caliber, best client thinks they have. And you talk about the problem as actually completely different than what they thought. And what that does is it shifts the way they think about what's really going on. And you explain it in such a beautifully eloquent way that it sounds logical. It makes sense. And so these great, highest caliber, best clients, they lean in, they want to learn more. And here's the juice of why this is so effective. Because here's the deal. We talk about redefining the problem, which means you're couching things in ways they've never heard before, because nobody's talked about that redefined problem at all. So it's completely unique. So only you have the solution to the problem, Right. Others can't solve a problem they don't even recognize. Right? And then when you present this new problem, you've redefined what's actually going on. Then they realize that these other people, they're actually Solving the wrong problem. Do you see how ingenious that is? So you've carved out an entirely new category in the market simply by redefining the actual problem. That is the actual reason why your audience of amazing people aren't getting the results they want. You've made them see the problem in a completely new way, and then their eyes are opened as you show them the answer and they're hooked. I'm going to give you some real life examples, and you're going to know these. But I hope that you understand that even though I'm going to be talking about some Inc. 500 companies, may I remind you, your business is a company and you can employ these same things. So Uber carved out an entirely new market. How? By redefining convenient transportation. Before then, taxis were it. Well, it was that. Ah, it was that or a bus or a subway. And so Uber said, you don't need a better taxi service. You need a completely different alternative to taxis. Netflix is another example. Before Netflix, for those of you old enough to remember, if you didn't want to go to the movies and you wanted to rent a movie to watch at home, the only option out there was Blockbuster. And it wasn't very convenient, especially on a rainy or snowy night, because you had to drive to the store, hope that the movie you wanted to see was still there, and then drive home. And then after you watched it, you were on a tight deadline to get the tape back to the store, and, oh, don't forget to rewind it. All of that is inconvenient. So Netflix redefined the industry, offering on demand streaming service available from the convenience of your home. You never had to worry about whether your preferred movie was sold out. Another example is Airbnb. This concept, I, uh, want you to really get this. This concept wasn't a better hotel. It was a complete alternative to a hotel. And yes, while since Airbnb came out and blew up the market, others have come in and do similar things. Right? But Airbnb owns the market because they were the first. Do you see how in each case, we're not talking about better option, we're talking about different option, different solution by redefining the problem. All right, I'm going to give you a final example. My category of one, and I seeded it earlier, okay? The problem most female founders think they have is a marketing problem. I need more leads, I need more visibility. I need to be more consistent. And in fact, that's not the problem at all. That's not the reason that they're not scaling their sales as quickly as they'd like or as peacefully as they'd like. It's because these women have built their business on the wrong model. It's not their fault, but they've built it on a marketing focus versus a sales focus. Because the fact is, and you're going to see it in just a couple minutes, when you embed sales strategically and intentionally into every part of your business and in every activity that you or your team takes, not only do you sign more clients, but the business itself becomes the sales engine. Selling 247 whether you're actively selling or not. Right? It's like a new market providing a logical solution to a redefined problem. Does that make sense? Any questions, Pop it in the chat. I'd love to answer them at the end. Now let's talk about whether kind of give a tent check on, uh, what's going on in your business right now. If you're not in demand at the level you know you should be, given your expertise, you're not leveraging your unique edge. Right? I talked about this as the edge. This is the incomparable edge. So you no doubt have it. We just have to bring it up, um, put words behind it and blow it up. Put it out there. Right? Because this is what calls in premium buyers. This level of specificity, showing clearly your authority and it calls your best clients forward. Because I know you're amazing at what you do. And I also know that when you nail your uncopyable genius, right? When you identify and claim ownership in a brand new category that you define, and you may clear your incomparable edge in your messaging so that it's easy for your audience to understand. They see it, they get it, they want it, and you become the one. This is what actually creates demand. And this is you being perceived. This is so important, you being perceived. Not merely as a category leader, okay, You're a category owner. Please write that distinction down. I might circle it if I were you. And I'm going to take it even further. You're not part of an industry. You are the industry. That's the energy. That's what's required to stand alone in this most competitive market when trust is down and all the rest. Okay, that my sister requires leadership. Elevated leadership, what I call aligned leadership. And if that feels like a stretch, whoa, I am, um, the industry sounds a little braggadocious. No, it's not. It's you standing firm in your God appointed authority with all humility and power, just as Jesus Christ, our model did as well. You are firm, you're unwavering in belief of who you are in Christ and what you're capable of by his power. You're grounded in your Christ identity and you are unmoved by what anybody says. And you're unshaken by external circumstances. Can I get an ah, Amen. Would you love to operate your business like that? That's what I'm talking about. A faith fueled CEO. When you know, you know, you know what God has for you. And we don't care what our eyes see, we don't care what we hear, whether it's in our own houses or on the Internet. Okay? It's about the way you talk about yourself, the way you talk about your work and talk about your business. This aligned, uh, leadership is you changing the conversation, actually elevating people the conversation so that people finally understand the depth and the full impact of what you do. And this, ladies, you can see I'm so excited about this because this is how you 10x visibility. Not by posting more, not by being consistent. It's by having something incredibly powerful and potent to say that's what draws in the right people. Okay? The point of content is another huge thing. So listen up. The point of content is not to merely be helpful or give tips. That kind of gives me a visceral reaction. I don't give tips. I'm an authority. I give strategy to my clients. Okay? But the point of content is not to be helpful or to entertain. Content, especially in 2026, must be powerful and potent. Which means you're hitting the mind. They say, wow, I've never heard anybody talk like this before. But even more hitting the heart so that your audience feels your power. And you'll never do that unless you are in aligned, uh, leadership, fully in your Christ identity, fully embracing and stepping into your God anointed authority. So once you do this foundational positioning work, then, then we can curate powerful messaging. And so this is what I call sales anchored messaging. Messaging that strategically curates to sell. We're selling concepts, we're selling you, we're selling your methodology and your approach. This kind of messaging does the heavy lifting so that serious buyers reach out to you in the DMs just by finding your, your um, your feed. So this is those that see you, they recognize your brilliance, they understand who you are, what you stand for, what you stand against. They get why you do what you do. So much so that they feel your power, they feel your authority, and then they decide you're for them. So there's this mix of logic. Your words make sense and. And it's emotionally activating. Why? Because you're giving them what they want. They see. This is what I've been missing. Nobody ever said this before. This is what I've been praying for. And your premium buyer thinks this is the nuance, this is the gap that I couldn't see. And that's what positions you as the one, meaning they're going to buy whatever you sell. Now, there was way more to sales anchored messaging and your front end sales system and all of it. And we've only touched the surface. But you now know the necessary foundation for messaging that converts into buyers.
