IG Live : From Financial Freedom to UFC History: The Secrets Behind Credit Wealth, the Octagon & Life-Changing Innovation

Office Hours with David Meltzer · 2026-05-20 · 33 min

0:00--:--

David Meltzer hosts a live Instagram session covering financial freedom, personal credit optimization, and innovation in mobility technology. Dub Washington, CEO of Reinvented Consulting, shares his masterclass approach to credit wealth, teaching entrepreneurs how to audit banks rather than fear audits, understand which institutions offer which products, and strategically access capital starting with personal credit repair before moving to business lines. He emphasizes that the American credit system offers tremendous opportunity - Chase alone is deploying $80 billion through their American Dream initiative - but most people miss it due to misallocated attention. Rick Sharak, CEO of Exokinetics, introduces the Zine, a motor-free standing mobility device using gas spring technology to lift users from seated to standing position, enabling safe independent walking for people facing mobility loss. At roughly $5,000, the device addresses the gap between wheelchairs and walkers, combating the fall risk that contributes to mortality in aging populations. The episode targets entrepreneurs seeking capital strategy, business operators evaluating credit optimization, and healthcare/longevity advocates interested in mobility solutions.

Key takeaways

  • →Banks have specific primary products and you need to know which institutions offer what you're looking for to avoid unfavorable terms like blanket liens that limit future capital access.
  • →Personal credit optimization is a prerequisite to business credit success, and understanding the difference between types of capital (credit cards vs. lines of credit) impacts your ROI and future borrowing capacity.
  • →The Zine mobility device uses motor-free gas spring lift technology to help people with mobility challenges stand independently and maintain confidence without relying on wheelchairs or walkers.
  • →Directing attention toward financial education and skill-building (rather than entertainment) is critical when the largest transfer of wealth in history is occurring, particularly to women and children.
  • →The American credit system represents one of the greatest wealth-building opportunities available, with major banks like Chase investing heavily in small business lending through initiatives like the American Dream program.

Questions this episode answers

How does Dub Washington's approach to accessing capital differ from typical banking advice?

Rather than simply seeking capital, Washington teaches people to audit banks to understand which institutions specialize in which products (business credit cards vs. lines of credit) and what liquidity terms will actually support ROI. He emphasizes understanding underlying terms, such as avoiding UCC liens that block access to additional capital, and matching the product type to your business maturity stage.

What is the Zine mobility device and how does it work?

The Zine is a standing mobility device that uses motor-free gas spring lift technology to raise users from a seated position to standing without using motors, supporting up to 325 pounds. Once standing, users can walk in the device with full hip and buttocks support, reducing fall risk and allowing natural upright movement compared to walkers or wheelchairs.

Why does Dub Washington say the first $50,000 in available credit can change your life?

With initial $50,000 in capital, you can develop banking relationships and leverage competition - making banks compete to lend you money - which can eventually unlock access to an additional $350,000 or more in total capital available to you.

What is the Parable of the Talents and how does it relate to using credit?

Washington references the biblical Parable of the Talents to argue that you should leverage what you've been entrusted with - including access to the American credit system - to create financial opportunities for your family rather than waste your attention on entertainment.

How much does the Zine cost and how is it financed?

The Zine costs approximately $5,000. Since it is not yet covered by Medicare or Medicaid (CMS has no code for it yet), Exokinetics offers financing options and many customers pursue grants or government subsidies to make the purchase.

Speaker C: For.

Speaker B: Dub Washington himself. I, uh, thought he'd be out of Seattle, but he's out of Georgia. CEO and founder at Reinvented Consulting. And, uh, we're going to talk about hit master classes. What's up, Dub?

Speaker D: How you feeling, brother?

Speaker E: Pleasure.

Speaker D: Pleasure to finally talk to you, man.

Speaker B: Oh, my God. The pleasure is all mine. I'm just curious why you didn't go to the University of Washington with the name like Dove Washington.

Speaker D: Listen, man, we went to South Carolina State University. The financial aid wasn't enough back then, so, you know, we had to take

Speaker F: what we could get, man.

Speaker B: I can appreciate that, but, uh, your name means a lot to me as my business partner, Warren Moon was also nicknamed the Dub at the Dub. And, uh, what a great thing to be named. Um, now you're helping people with your masterclass, and, uh, you're a passionate entrepreneur like mine on a mission to empower others to make a Lot of money for the sake of helping others and having fun. Uh, give me an idea of the masterclass that you're giving and some of the key takeaways that people can gather by joining your masterclass.

Speaker D: So, you know, typically in the community, you have a lot of people talking about getting access to capital for multiple things. Everybody has a different niche in business. So what we do is one, teach you how to get access to capital, but not only getting access to capital, going to the correct institutions. So typically, whenever we hear, you know, an audit, we think of irs, and then we, Everybody gets scared because nobody likes dealing with the irs.

Speaker E: Right.

Speaker D: So we typically think audit. But in our perspective, we're teaching people how to audit the banks to know which institutions that you are going to, because you could go for a business line of credit and let's just say Navy Federal, for example, even though they offer that product, that doesn't essentially mean that's their primary product. So you have to know which institutions to go to and ask for what individual product, whether it's a business credit card, a business line of credit. And also just understanding, like, the type of liquidity that you're getting. Because whenever we are going out to get access to capital, most people assume all money spends the same. Yes, it spends the same, but those terms associated with it doesn't always incorporate. You're going to get the same roi. So we kind of to dive deep into, you know, fixing up your personal profile, optimizing it, and then leaning over to the business side to get capital.

Speaker B: Yeah, a lot of people, they miss out on options, opportunities, touches of favor that are right in front of them because they have the I can't attitude. They feel nobody would ever help me. And there's so much capital. Uh, but we need advocates. People are learning that in wellness, there's so many more people that have advocates for healthcare. Because the convoluted, complex, uh, system needs an advocate, someone that does it every single day. And that's the value that you're bringing. This situational knowledge, experience. I always say the fastest way to get to where you want to be, especially in business, is to know your who, who already sits in a situation that you want to be in. So they can give you directions but also know who you can help as well. Um, it's so interesting because there is a lot of capital out there, uh, and we can truly benefit. There's so many big companies that started by accumulating credit lines, credit cards, uh, to build their first franchise, to build their first business. I Had a friend of mine, Matt ebert, he's the CEO of Crash Champions. And there are over 3 billion, 3 billion with a B dollar company. And I asked him, you know, what did he said, well, I had a buy in for my first store. You know, they do collision repair my first store. And you know, it was like a hundred grand. And he said, and I had accumulate credit, you know, I literally loaded up different credit cards, uh, to start this business. And here he is running a 3 billion billion with a B dollar business. So, uh, a lot of people hold back. What do you have to say to the people that aren't taking the time to come to the masterclass and at least learn what options they have?

Speaker D: Attention is currency. Like, we all have to give our attention to something every single day. And oftentimes, like, we have people that would be focused on the NBA playoffs and nothing wrong with sports by the way, but like, you have people that's focused on, you know, multiple, you know, entertainment things. But what's like, what are you bringing to the value of your family? You know, rooting for your favorite sports team and then them winning the championship if they're still playing. Like that brings no, like, intentional value to your family. So like, I would say, like, just pay attention or audit your, I would say surroundings and audit your attention. Because attention is currency. And one of the best things in my opinion, outside of developing, and I hope I don't offend any of your followers, I know you're going to the Aspire, uh, conference, but outside of locking in with God, the second most important thing will be creating financial opportunities for the ones that you love. Because, you know, I don't want to go spiritual here, but the parable of the talents, that's kind of like what opened my eyes to this whole biblical concept of like, what are you doing with what you have been entrusted with in this current season? And you often look at what other people are doing, like, what are you doing with your talents? You have access and I hate to go here with it, but in my opinion the American credit system are, uh, one of the greatest opportunities for anyone that can get here to take advantage of, to put yourself in a better position. So what are you doing with your attention span that you currently have? Because we won't always have this level of attention. So like, I would say, like, let's just focus in and your first 50,000 can completely change your life because you can take that, go out and develop other banking relationships. And my favorite things is to say is, how do we make the Banks compete to lend you money. Like Chase just literally went out. And they are, they're calling the American Dream initiative, where they're putting 80 billion, like you say, with a B, into small businesses. Are you going to get your fair share? You won't get your fair share by focusing on the NBA playoffs.

Speaker B: I. You're not offending me at all. And I will tell you, God will not give you an invitation if you don't, if he doesn't already know your limitations. So don't worry about your limitations. When you're looking at the masterclass, I can see people in here that want to come on. Uh, it's so important. Yes. You know, these distractions are, uh, for drifters. People without a definiteness of purpose. Not only do you need attention, but you need to give it your intention, meaning you got to do it, say it, think it, feel it, and believe it. And you got to ask for help. And I'm constantly searching as far as I've gone in some areas of my life as a subject topic expert in what I know. I'm seeking individuals like you that sit in a situation of a different topic or subject matter so I can learn where those topics. Competitive banks are where these lines of credit are what they're looking for. So even in their circumstance of people who make a lot of money, there's certain criteria that may deter you from getting credit. And you're sitting there going, I got more cash in the bank than I'm asking for, but yet you're not approving me because, uh, this business that I applied under hasn't been seasoned over two years or, you know, certain banks have certain criteria, um, to that matter, I'm the chairman of Napoleon Hill Institute. I believe in intention. Uh, what and how can we get people motivated to get off their couch or even while, you know, they got the game on in the background. This is the nice thing about content today. You don't need the volume. Right. I have games going all the time while I'm taking master classes.

Speaker D: Yes.

Speaker B: Because I can look up and see the score. You know, use a little bit of my attention to just stay up to date on. Because I love sports, but I'm not going to let it drift me away from my definite business of purpose. I'm not going to miss my shows, I'm not going to miss my speaking, my meetups, my holy courts, my interviews. Uh, for you, how long is the masterclass? Let's get a lot of people want to come and sign up. What does it entail to join Your master class.

Speaker D: So the masterclass is completely free. We're going to basically break down the pillars, as I call them, basically the fundamentals of repairing your personal credit. We're going to talk about building your personal credit and then branching over to the business lines, whether it's business credit cards or business line of credit. But we take a different approach, as I previously stated, is to just understanding what institutions are right for you. Because we can hear different things online and you hear people talk about data points. And I went to this bank with no documentation, like, I don't know, last time you had to go and access capital from a bank and sit down with a banker. But whenever we're walking in that communication style, are you knowing what to say? What is your reason for asking for this capital? Because oftentimes trying to grow your business is not a valid enough reason for that lender or underwriter to say, hey, we're going to sign off on this 50,000, $75,000 line or credit card for you to grow your business. Now, if the personal profile is great by all, uh, means you can get access to something. But we like to go for what they call max exposure at an institution. But there are underwriting or underlying terms to it if you specifically should go for that. If you are not, you know, have two years in business, why go for that business line of credit for 100k whenever it's going to put a UCC one or a blanket lien on the business? Now you can't go out and get access to other institutions, so you may go and get a hundred thousand and it stops you from getting access to an additional 350. So I would tell everybody the year 2050 is going to come, whether you have kids, grandkids, uh, loved ones, etc, they're going to ask you, what did you do in the greatest transfer of wealth of all times? Were you watching the NBA playoffs? Like, what were you doing? Because they're gonna look around and we're in the comparison era, and they're gonna see all the other kids playing and all the other families playing around. They're gonna be like, hey, dad, hey, mom, why don't we have this? If you were given the same exact opportunities, so I would say, like, let's just lock in and 20, 30 years. Like, you know, I got a little graze here. So, like, the 20 or 30 years is going to go by regardless. But what are you doing, which, what you are entrusted with right now in this current season, and you taking the time to jump into a free Master class. Learn how the banks think could position you to get your first 50 to 100k and then everything blossoms from there.

Speaker B: God is not going to give you an invitation without already knowing your limitations. You got to find the guide to give you the steps to get to where you want to be or better. That guy starts with a dub. That's Dove, uh, Washington. Go ahead and look up Dub Washington of Washington. Uh, join him with reinvented consulting dot com. Join his masterclass. It's free. So you got no excuse. You like to watch the playoffs? Not a problem. Put them on in the background. But take the masterclass. I promise you that's how you get to where you want to be or better. Doug, promise me you'll come back on my other shows. We got to give you more exposure, more awareness, allow our community to access the capital. And the biggest transfer of capital in the history of the world is coming down and it's coming down to women and children. So let's make sure that we are, ah, part of that perception and the intention necessary to make a lot of money for the sake of helping others and having fun. In 2050, you want to be owning the team in the playoffs, not sitting there still watching it. Thanks for joining me, man. Great to meet you.

Speaker E: All right, peace.

Speaker B: Peace. What a great guy, man. It's so easy when you find the right mentorship, the right teachers, uh, in the world. So I got a wam question for you. We are going to be departing from terminal A and coming home into terminal C from this flight, confirming you would like to park at terminal C for the emotional ease of, um, having your car even closer to you when you get home. Um, although if there's traffic getting to C, then we'll just do a. Got it, Crystal. I love it. Exactly. All right. We answer questions while we're on the road. That's from the live of, uh, the WOM podcast, the fastest growing podcast that you'll be able to catch soon on podcast one, the Wampas podcast, Lubel Oil Machine. All right, we're going to bring Rick on, uh, Rick Sharak is here, CEO at Zine. And we're going to bring Rick on, uh, at Go Zine. Right on time. Very good. Appreciate you very much, Dub. What a great match. Uh, Sean Anthony's in the house. Uh, great. There he is.

Speaker F: Morning, David. How are you?

Speaker B: Phenomenal would be an understatement. I have to be honest. Uh, it's great to be mobile and talking to the mobility device, uh, man himself transforming people. Uh, so Give me an idea. Uh, you know I have a practice in non negotiable practice for my own balance, my own endurance, my own strength every day. So I do cardio strength, balance and flexibility. Most people die because they fall. Most people don't realize that's the contributing factor to most deaths if somebody falls. And so I work on flexibility and balance. Give me an idea of uh, this unique mobility device that can help us with one of the most critical capabilities that we need through our own wellness and longevity.

Speaker F: Absolutely.

Speaker B: So

Speaker F: there's so many people out there that are facing mobility, Endurance and ah, from illness, injury, you know, recovery, broke, recover, uh, or just age related diseases, mobility, uh, real and it, you know it's going to hit us all at m some point if we don't, you know. That's off to you David for keeping up uh, stretching and your mobility.

Speaker D: Never bet against American Grit or American Energy. Through innovation, Venture Global is not only building some of the largest energy facilities in the world right here in the United States, but delivering American energy at a fraction of the cost and a fraction of the time. So while others are busy talking, we're busy building. That's Venture Global, that's unstoppable energy.

Speaker F: But um, you know when you, when you start losing mobility you have two different options really. Uh, today you could either go with a wheelchair, right? And that takes some psychological and emotional commitment to be relegated to a wheelchair, that's pretty tough. Or you could go with a walker. And we've all seen people out there struggling with these walkers, you know, supporting their lower body by using their upper body, their shoulders, arms, hands, you know, trying to keep up. And the likelihood of falling like you said David, is so high in these walkers and tipping over and really hurting yourself. So that's this gap that my company is filling. Uh, my company is called Exokinetics. Like you said, we are a mobility technology company offering new mobility solutions for people that need uh, something different and for people that want to have an active um, lifestyle even with their mobility challenge in effect. So our flagship product is called the Zine and that's spelled Z double E N M. Right. And the Zine is different than anything else in the market because we designed and developed it in house with our own engineering staff. It took almost six years to come up with this device, um, design and we've been commercial for a little over three years. Um, but what makes the Zine so different David, is that we incorporate uh, a motor m free lift technology. And what that means is that when somebody Sits in our zine device. Right. They sit in, it kind of looks like a wheelchair. And you're sitting on a very large seat, like a bicycle seat with a prowl that goes between your legs. And as you sit there, when you engage the lift mechanism, it will raise you from seated position to standing. Right. Without the use of motors using sophisticated gas spring technology so that you're in a full standing position. The nice thing is that you're fully supported. Right. Uh, you have a belt around you that keeps you in the device. And the lift mechanism is strong. It can lift a person up to £325 into that standing position. Right. So what does that do for you? Well, people facing mobility loss, it does several things. One, it gets them on their legs, it puts weight through their legs and it gets their back straight. You know, the poor people with walkers are hunched over in a zine. You're just, you're standing up because you're not using your hands to hold your body. You're being supported through your hips and your buttocks area. So it's very unique, right, this lift technology. And then once you're in a standing position, we have patented uh, wheel axles and wheel mechanisms where you can start walking right in this device. And the key is that you build confidence that you're not going to fall. So that fear of falling as soon as you trust the device goes uh, away. And you can just focus on using your body, using your legs and uh, doing it in a natural upright position and giving you a lot more independence.

Speaker B: And in that independence comes one of the greatest factors of longevity, uh, which is this feeling of happiness and fulfillment. You're, you're not isolated and separate. You can go to your kids, graduation, uh, all the things. You know, I'm getting choked up because my mom wasn't mobile. So the last, she was too ashamed to be in a wheelchair, use a walker. But you know, missed out on so many things later on in her life because she wasn't mobile and more importantly got weaker and weaker because she wasn't supporting herself in an upright position as well. Um, so these, the quantitative value of uh, something like this is unbelievable. Off the charts. Uh, how can people afford the zine? That's always an issue when we're looking at mobility devices.

Speaker F: Yeah, it is. Um, and you know, I wish we were covered by insurance, you know, um, cms, which runs Medicare and Medicaid. Great organization. But man, it is tough when you come in with new technology and innovative device. They don't have a code for us, it's going to take us years to get onto the CMS schedule. So, uh, you know, unfortunately it is a out of pocket expense and a zine costs roughly $5,000. Right. But it's amazing. What I'm always impressed with is our clientele because they're facing mobility challenges. A lot of them don't have 5,000 bucks just to throw down right away. And the tenacity, you know, uh, they apply for grants, you know, uh, we have financing, which is great, spread out the payments, but so many of them, you know, are under government subsidy. And just the determination to get a device that will change their life is really inspiring. And I tell you, our clients are probably the courageous people I know because they just don't give up. And that's what, you know, that's what you need if you're going to maintain your mobility and you're affected with loss. Um, you just gotta, you know, you just gotta push through. And like you said with your mother, David, we see it all the time, man, you know, loving children, you know, say, oh, mom, dad, you gotta try this device. This is the ideal for you. But you know, the parent has that stigma in their head, oh, I don't need that. I'll just sit here on the couch, you know, or I got my cake or my walker and God forbid, uh, they lose their balance or tip, you know.

Speaker B: Yeah, you gotta focus in on breathing, on eating, on drinking, on sleeping, but also on movement. Those are the five things that will keep us alive. Healthy and happy, wealthy and worthy of everything. If you want to make an investment into the greatest investment, health. When you're healthy, you get as many wishes as you want. When you're unhealthy, you only have one wish. Let Zine answer those wishes for you. Go to zine.com gozine.com go z E-E-N.com thank you so much, Rick. Let's have you on our other shows. I appreciate everything you're doing to help the silver tsunami that's coming, coming our way.

Speaker F: All right, David, thanks again. I appreciate.

Speaker B: Great job. Awesome. All right, last but not least, as we're going down in the garage, we'll see how connected we stay as we go down, uh, with our friend Greg in the house, uh, the Kasha man himself, Greg Kasha Katzel in the house from San Pedro, Octagon Nation. Ah, Tap Out Truth. The UFC at the White House story. Would love to hear it. Michael Chandler, my man. I was invited by multiple parties. I'm going to be in Japan and miss that fight. But I really wanted to be at the White House. Let's bring him on to see the story and see what's going on. Uh, not connecting, so I may have to wait. Paul is not here. Uh, hopefully Greg is in the house. We're right on time. Uh, so it might be my connectivity. Greg, hang on for a sec. We'll see if we can get you. Otherwise, everybody remember, we're on our way to Minnesota. If you're even close to Minnesota, you don't want to miss us tonight. Meet up, holding court, VIP dinner interviews, and then we're at the Aspire Business tour where I will host you with a VIP ticket, uh, myself. So email Nicknic Meltzer. Um, nicmeltzer.com. uh, we are blessed to be here. Um, do you want this? Yeah. Okay, cool. All right, we are walking. Do you have. Mhm. Any questions?

Speaker C: Let's see here. Loving your podcast. Please ship to UK. I'm going to be at the UK on July 27th, Nick. Or 28th.

Speaker B: Where?

Speaker C: Uh, UK. 27th. Join us at the Mastermind with the who's who at the private, private members club. Uh, in. There we go. I think I see Greg here. Yeah, there he is. Tap Out Truth. All right, very good. Um, let me lock the door. Very good. Um, okay. Greg. Hey, how are you? I'm good.

Speaker E: How you doing?

Speaker C: Phenomenal, man. Thank you for your patience. As we are mobile.

Speaker B: Let's get right into it.

Speaker C: I was super excited about the fights at the White House. Uh, oh, yeah, obviously, Mike Chandler, great partner and a friend of mine, and,

Speaker B: uh, really wanted to go.

Speaker C: I'll be in Japan, but give me the background and the story about the

Speaker B: fight at the White House.

Speaker E: Yeah, it's great. You know, I was always saying, I'm doing this book called Tap Out Truth. You know, after my website and everything, I put it all together and I'm looking for the right people. You know, I'm looking for UTA or CAA or somebody to take that book because. Or Netflix, a Netflix deal. But the White House, that octagon. I created the octagon in 1993 was called Cage or Hill. And Hoyen, Gracie and Art Davey, they came to my show and they saw the Octagon. They were going to use a wooden piss, but then they decided to use, uh, the octagon. And then it was going and going and going and nothing was going on. The UFC was going bankrupt, like in 1998. And I was doing my show on Cox Cable every single night. And, uh, I did the show and Uh, I got. If you go on octagonnation.com you see the media package. That media package made the sport legal. It shows all the news, all the positive news. And if it wasn't for that media package, that octagon would not be at the White House today. They were going to use when I went out to Vegas to make the rules legal in 2001. Uh, it got approved in 2001. And what happened is I got a call from Kirk Hendricks and Mark Ratner on that issue, and they said, can you please help us get your octagon approved? They only want to use a boxer ring. Could you imagine a boxing ring at the White House? It wouldn't work. So what happened was I contacted all the governors and all the senators and everybody, and I told them why I created the octagon. And so you couldn't get pinned in the corner and you couldn't fall out, hurt the person, stuff like this. So it got approved. So if it wasn't for that media package, the main thing is that media package that got all the news, and that's what got Endeavor interested. I met Sean Perry of Endeavor, and he's seen that package. Endeavor is the one that bought him for like $4 billion.

Speaker C: But, uh, amazing.

Speaker D: It's been a.

Speaker E: It's been a long battle, but it was. You know, the whole true story is going to come out. I'm putting the book together, you know, plus, remember I was talking to you last time I got the M. Menahony. I'm doing this Menahoni. And, uh, it's going right now. It's getting good. We might do an animation for it. And, uh, you know, I'm just plugging away, you know, you know, the Octagon. I got Octagon Nation. I'm doing Octagon Nation. And, uh, it's gonna be a big thing. That White House thing is going to be a huge event and, uh, the sports exploding. You got MVP now doing fights. They did the one at the, uh, at the. At the Intuit this weekend.

Speaker C: Yep.

Speaker F: Yeah.

Speaker E: Did you see that one?

Speaker C: Uh, I did. I did. And, you know, on the animation side, we're doing a deal with, uh, John Semper. So, uh, let's get you in touch with the guy who did Spider man and, uh, the Blues Cruise and a few others. So he's great at animation. And we'd love to introduce you and give, uh, you some relationships on the agency side, uh, where can people go, uh, to learn more about the Octagon and the Octagon Contenders and, and participate in that.

Speaker E: Yeah. If you go on my octagonnation.com you see what I've been. I got, you know, me, I got add, right? I got so many things, you know, I got so many things going, but Now I'm just one, putting it all together. And it's been like 20, 40, you know, about 40 some years of pushing and pushing, and I don't stop. Like, when I met you gave me a lot of inspiration to, uh, started putting this thing out on Tap Out Truth. It was after you I created Tap Out Truth. I created my. All my websites and all my Internet. And, uh, it was that inspiration that I got from you. And, uh, I can say keep on. Keep on pushing. Well, I'm pushing hard right now. I'm trying to get the Menahuni, uh, out. I'm trying to get the Octagon Nation out. And also I got Matrat, the registered trademark for Matrat, and I'm bringing that back out again.

Speaker C: So that's beautiful.

Speaker E: Well, but, you know, the animation is really important. The animation is. The Menahonian Surf warriors is a great story. It's a great concept. It'd be bigger than the Ninja Turtles. This one right here, this is, uh, Kwai. This is one of the guys. And, uh, and, uh, I got all the Menahony and the Lohi tribe. But if you go and Tap Out Truth, you'll see some of the story of, uh, the Octagon mma. And the battle was to make legal. I mean, I was at all the meetings trying to push it through in 1999, 2000. I got the first license in 2000, but I had to get Vegas to get approved. And you know me, I called up Vegas, I said, if you don't approve that, you're gonna have to arrest me. So they said, come out, help us write the rules. And then 2001, it got approved. And then 2001, we got the Octagon approved. And if it wasn't for that, there would not be no UFC today. And then Endeavor, and then getting Endeavor involved way back then, it got. They got. They gave the UFC from doing that Spike TV Ultimate Fighter. That was Sean Perry from Endeavor that put that together, and that's what saved them. They were like $45 million in debt until Endeavor did that show Ultimate Fighter.

Speaker C: Yeah. Which Mike Chandler also was saying, well, everybody, let's support our friend. And Greg the Kasha, you are on the right track. Please reach out to me. I'd love to help you to take this to even the next level. I'm glad I could be some sort of inspiration for you, everybody. The Octagon contenders. The innovator himself, Greg Kasha Purcell. Thank you so much.

Speaker E: Thank you. Thank you so much, David.
