David Meltzer hosts an Instagram Live episode featuring two notable guests discussing wealth and relationships. Gil Deezer, developer of the Bentley Residences in Miami, showcases a 62-floor luxury tower located on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles with 214 units priced from $6.5M to $37M. The building features patented DeserT car lift technology that transports vehicles directly to individual units in under one minute, private pools on balconies exceeding 1,000 sq ft, saunas, heated floors, and a restaurant run by Todd English. With 119 units already sold and rental demand approaching $40K/month, Deezer emphasizes the property's amenities including car spa, dog spa, racing simulators, and hair salon. Later, relationship coach (known as "The Kingmaker") introduces his Consistent Desire System, addressing why high-achieving men lose attraction in long-term marriages. He argues that successful leaders often diminish their relationships by over-managing them rather than confidently leading, and that a man's relationship with himself directly reflects in how his partner perceives him. Meltzer validates this through his 28-year marriage experience, noting that strong intimate partnerships are foundational to executive performance and success.

Units range from $6.5M to $10M for standard units, with penthouse outliers from $18M to $37M; the deposit structure is 30% now, then 10% as construction progresses to completion.
It's a coaching program for executives and entrepreneurs that teaches relationship-oriented men how to maintain desire and respect in long-term marriages by focusing on self-respect and confident leadership rather than over-management of the relationship.
He identifies the belief that "I'm not enough" and "I won't be loved," leading successful men to put pressure on their wives by seeking validation rather than confidently leading with purpose and allowing their partners to choose to follow them.
Up to four cars in your private garage, plus there is a car spa where you can have your vehicles washed and maintained on-site.

The episode is dominated by logistics announcements, technical difficulties finding guests, and a luxury real estate sales pitch that functions as an infomercial. The few genuine ideas - sleep hacking for time zones and self-criticism mirroring outward behavior - are brief and surface-level, offering minimal density of actionable insight for any operator.
sleep is my best hack. If you're not recovered, you're not going to perform well
Typically, how we speak to ourselves is exactly how we speak to others
The relationship coach's framing of 'you keep her by trying not to keep her' and leading as a 'captain with a ship' is a mildly distinct articulation of a concept common in men's coaching circles but not novel. Everything else - gratitude mindset, self-reflection, sleep recovery - is recycled self-help.
you keep her, by trying not to keep her
This is me. I'm the captain. This is my ship. This is where I'm going. And I love for you to come with me. That's the proper way.
The Bentley Residences guest is a developer doing an overt sales pitch rather than sharing transferable knowledge, and the relationship coach 'Kingmaker' explicitly cannot name any clients and offers no verifiable track record. Neither guest brings practitioner depth relevant to a B2B operator.
I coach executives, entrepreneurs, and some celebrities that I'm not at. Uh, I can't disclose their names
I mean, I live in all my buildings. You know, as I, as I keep on building, I move to the next one.
The Bentley Residences segment is the episode's only source of hard specifics - unit counts, price bands, floor count, maintenance fees, and rental comps - but these serve a promotional purpose rather than illustrating a broader lesson. The relationship coaching segment has almost no data or named examples.
We're starting at six and a half million and we go up to 10 million on the regular units. And then the outliers start at, uh, 18 and go up to 37.
rents are approaching $40,000 a month, and we have about 30 renters in there
The host asks almost exclusively softball or leading questions, frequently redirects to personal anecdotes ('I've been married 28 years to my dream girl'), and never challenges a claim. The real estate segment is a guided infomercial, and the relationship coaching segment ends before any meaningful depth is reached.
Are you living in the building?
I've been married 28 years to my dream girl and blessed to have her

Uh, alrighty. We will bring our first friend on here today. Dr. Brett Bolton is in the house. Uh, request to join Brett. Oh, I don't see Brett here. Nick has a question. What's your definition of integrity? Integrity is your intention to pursue the truth. That's living in integrity. Living means speaking. It means thinking, doing, saying and believing. And so if you're aligned with your divine direction, you are living by Doing, saying, thinking, feeling, and believing in integrity. Uh, all right, we still don't have our friend, so if somebody on our team can reach out, find Dr. Brett Bolton from Fort Lauderdale, Surge Hair restoration specialist. Maybe he'll hook me up. I'm looking for some dreads. When I turn 60, that's gonna be me. Dreadlock Dave. A new brand. Uh, I always wanted dreadlocks. I mean, I don't got. Hopefully the transplant will work. Uh, anyways, we're looking for Brett Bolton. If not, I need questions. I need someone from my team to move up our next guest. Great, let's start calling people. Come on, we need questions. We need people. Gil Deezer maybe can come earlier. Take the third guest and bring them on first. Uh, the kingmaker. That's right. Uh, argustic ad. The king maker, Dunbar. Who's here? Where's Dr. Brett, man? See, the problem with surgeons is there's stuff that's way more important than going live. Right, Mike? Where you and me, we got nothing more important than going live. Very, very ra. And Mike's driving. All right, well, Colleen, Nick, somebody tell me what's going on. I don't got questions. Can you put a question in there at least? Uh, all right, Mike, you want to give me a question? All right. Um, regarding that people may overlook during your travel, especially to an international place like Japan. Yeah. So understanding, number one, sleep is my best hack. If you're not recovered, you're not going to perform well. And if you're recovering well, you can utilize time while everybody else is not recovering well, so they're sleeping. So making sure that you're scheduling the things that are important while everybody else is sleeping, but yet still you're recovered and so understanding, for example, in Japan, there's a 16 hour difference. So knowing some key areas where if I can recover and make sure that I'm up a little bit earlier, which is 3 or 4 o' clock in the afternoon, uh, which 3 to 5 is a really good bucket of time with, uh, 16 hours in Japan. So 3 to 5pm are scheduled times for coaching calls, interviews, shows, etc. And then also in the morning knowing, uh, uh, the morning time is the afternoon time. So knowing these two different buckets of time with the 16 hour spread is so important. Another thing is, you know, giving an opportunity for other people to do interviews, to host your shows, you know, something I never did before. Uh, you know, I always had to do it myself now that I'm building a business that I do what I want, what I want, what Do I want for as long as I want. It's much easier when I know that Nick and you and Colleen, we can do VIP dinners without me. Uh, so being able to delegate, uh, is another, believe it or not, rule of time. But I think understanding where those windows are, being, uh, able to maximize the activities of health and family recovery is super important in the hacking. Uh, it has a duplicative positive recovery because one is you have more energy, but it's also that other people aren't good at recovering, so they're going to be sleeping later or going to bed earlier. And then if you know that, you can use the time when they're sleeping because you recover better to go ahead and have activity you get paid for without interfering or even without their knowledge that you've given any attention or intention. Because most people, they cannot understand consistent, persistent daily activities. Um, all right, at least my team came up with some questions. I don't know if they found anybody here. Alright, uh, here we go. What can you do to tell if you're interfering with your own progress? Categorization, uh, is key when we start looking at behaviors, uh, people, places, things, circumstances and around us, and categorizing it as either interfering with or aligned with where we want to be or better. That's the first component when we start the practice of categorization of either this is aligned with where I want to be or better, or this is interfering with it. If it's interfering with it. I utilize the stop, um, drop and roll technique in order to shorten the distance of resistance that most people create unnecessarily in their lives. They are allowed and can and capable of dissolving, disappearing, disappear, dissipating that interference. Here we go. All, uh, right, we got a new friend coming on DES development. Here we go. Maybe for third. See who's here second. Oh, yeah, Gil. All right, we're rocking and rolling. Good afternoon, Gil.
Speaker B: Okay, here we are.
Speaker A: How are you?
Speaker B: Good. How are you?
Speaker A: Very good. Thank you so much for joining us, uh, here on more Good News Wednesday. Want to talk about the Bentley Residences in Miami? I'm a luxury resident client myself. Always looking, uh, as I'm in the next stage of my life.
Speaker B: Are you driving at Bentley right now or what car are you driving?
Speaker A: I'm being driven, but not in a Bentley, uh, convertible, uh, one of my favorites. Uh, but more importantly, give me some distinctive properties about the Bentley luxury Residences. Uh, where are they located in Miami? What types of, uh, amenities do we have? Let's get into the property itself.
Speaker B: Well, we are located on 184th street in Collins Avenue, right on the beach in Sunny Isles. 214 units ranging from 5,500 square feet to about 6,500 square feet on the average. And then of course, the outliers are penthouses, et cetera. Um, the project today has 119 units sold out of the 214. We're under construction on the eighth floor. Now, what makes this property extremely unique is our patented deserter technology, which is a car lift system that I patented that brings you inside your car up to your unit in a less than one minute ride in the elevator and places you adjacent to your front door so you don't have to ask for valet for assistance, et cetera. Another thing that really makes us stand out is the units themselves. Every unit has a swimming pool on the balcony. That is not specific for standard in Miami. We're also doing saunas in every room, heated floors in every bathroom, um, outdoor showers. We have a restaurant that is not open to the public, which is being run by Todd English. Uh, oh, let's see if we can show this Todd English picture here. There you go. Um, so, I mean it's, you know, this is definitely the highest end building anywhere in Miami. Um, our buyers see that, they understand it, they love it, or maybe, or
Speaker A: maybe the United States, uh, is incredible. Uh, what's the price range?
Speaker B: We're starting at six and a half million and we go up to 10 million on the regular units. And then the outliers start at, uh, 18 and go up to 37.
Speaker A: And how many floors are on the building?
Speaker B: 62 floors.
Speaker A: 62 floors and you, you deliver a car up to the 60, 62nd floor, 61st floor.
Speaker B: You'll be in a car lift system that runs at a thousand feet per minute, being built by Otis, which is the world's largest elevator company in the world. We, but they didn't want to do it with us on the Porsche design Tower. But once we showed them how it worked, they were all ready to sign up. And so we signed them up for Bentley Tower.
Speaker A: That is incredible. With 119 of the units already sold, you know, this is winning. Beyond the restaurant, private restaurant. Uh, what are some of the other amenities that I'm sure is there now? Can you park more than one car in the building, even though it's a different.
Speaker C: Four cars.
Speaker B: Four cars in your garage. Uh, in your garage itself. Part of the amenities are we have a car spa. So if you need your car washed, et cetera, there's somebody there to do it for you. Um, also we have a dog spa. We have a kids area. We have of course, the car simulators and racing simulators and golf simulators and all that fun stuff that we were the first ones to ever put into our towers and everybody, you know, copied us on. So we put everything in there that, uh, we can. We have, um, a teens club. We have, uh, a hair salon. And so you never need to leave the building.
Speaker A: And uh, if I want to buy one today, uh, how much of a deposit do I need to put down?
Speaker B: We're doing 50% total deposits, 30% now. And uh, as we, as the building grows up, it's um, another 10. Another 10.
Speaker A: I love it. Very good. Um, that's amazing. And where can people, uh, get information, brochures, website?
Speaker B: Well, we have, we have an amazing sales office. The best is to visit our sales office here on the Ocean, 183rd and Collins. But we also have the Website Bentley Residences, Miami.com and 305 Bentley is our phone number. So easy to remember. 305 Bentley.
Speaker A: I need a phone number like that for my community. Instead of 949-298-2905. I had to build a jingle. Uh, anyways, um, how many rooms are in the 5500?
Speaker B: Uh, we have three or four bedroom layouts, so depending on the buyer, at no extra charge we can move some walls and make it a four bedroom, but the majority of people are going for a three bedroom. Um, they're larger sized apartments. They're three bedrooms with three bath and large living rooms and expansive views. So beautiful.
Speaker C: Best thing that's ever happened to you, financially.
Speaker A: Go easy. Sold my car on Carvana. Amazing offer, really. I hit 200 on a scratcher. Did the scratcher come to your house and hand you a check? No.
Speaker C: How many scratchers did you hit to get that?
Speaker A: I hit a button on Carvana.com once. Okay, that's fair. It's like the lottery, except you always win. Not like the lottery at all, actually. Exactly. Inexplicably good offers worth bragging about. Sell your car today on Carvana. Pick up fees may apply. How big the balcony with the pool?
Speaker B: The balcony is the magic moment. The balconies are over a thousand square feet. In some cases they're up to 1500 square feet. Um, and they have a swimming pool on their outdoor shower. Uh, and it's protected. The balcony is closed by three sides. So what happens is you don't get tremendous wind in there. The wind actually gets blocked from going Inside. So that was an added benefit to, uh, make sure that these balconies are usable, because in 80% of these buildings in Miami, you know, you go outside, the wind's blowing and the balcony is useless. So we wanted to make sure that's not the case here.
Speaker A: That is amazing. Uh, and, uh, views. What type of views?
Speaker B: The ocean is where we all come to Miami for. Right. We have the ocean on the east side and of course, the Intracoastal Waterway on the west side, which is also stunning. You get to see great sunsets and you see all the boats coming by in the Intracoastal. So if you want a real active view, the Intracoastal side, if you want a nice passive view of just waves and the sound of the waves, and people choose the ocean side.
Speaker A: And then, uh. Are you at liberty to give the maintenance, uh, fees?
Speaker B: Yeah, maintenances are normal. They're $4,500 a month for these units. So it's not anything that's, uh, that crazy relative to the price point, you know? Yeah. And then.
Speaker A: Are you living in the building?
Speaker B: I. Of course, I. I mean, I live in all my buildings. You know, as I, as I keep on building, I move to the next one.
Speaker C: Next one.
Speaker B: So, yeah, we, we are, uh, creating a pretty much a combo unit. We do have eight combo units there where we're combining the two of them. Those were telling you, but they're 12, 000 square feet. And so those are the outliers I mentioned. So I have one of those reserved myself, of course.
Speaker A: Yeah.
Speaker B: Seven cars arrived in your unit.
Speaker A: You get storage down in that garage too, I assume?
Speaker B: Of course. I mean, seven cars is like, that's for me, is a dream. You get to choose any which one of your seven cars you want to drive that day and pull it out.
Speaker A: And of course, Bentley is your favorite car.
Speaker B: Uh, I'm a Porsche guy as far as cars go. As far as cars go. But. But the style and elegance of Bentley is kind of where you want to live. You know, Porsche, the Porsche design tower was really cool. It's still really cool. It'll forever be very cool. But Bentley is that level of, like, super luxury that, you know, everybody's become accustomed to.
Speaker A: Yeah. Uh, I gotta come in. We're gonna be down there for. I'm gonna invite you, uh, with me. We're gonna see the. Do an event with, uh, FC Miami with Messi, uh, in July. I'll be down there. I want to come and tour. And, uh, that sounds like my kind of building to Invest in.
Speaker B: Okay, Sounds good.
Speaker A: Um, are you allowed to rent it or.
Speaker B: Uh, yeah, yeah. We never thought that people were gonn rent so much, but if you look now at the Porsche design tower, rents are approaching $40,000 a month, and we have about 30 renters in there. It's crazy.
Speaker A: We never talked to anybody you bring with that. But there's a lot of athletes, they like to rent my places for a few months, so. It's amazing. Um, well, I cannot wait to see it. We'll be down there in July. I'll invite you to the game with me. We'll be down on the tunnel. I don't know if you've been to an FC Miami game or seen Messi play, but not yet. You'll be my guest, and then, uh, you'll give me a tour of the building so I can pick a unit.
Speaker B: Love it. Absolutely.
Speaker C: Let's do it.
Speaker A: Yeah, man. Thank you so much. Once again. Go to three. Oh, Paul305 Bentley or go to BentleyResidences Miami Calm Bentley Residences, Miami dot com.
Speaker C: Maybe.
Speaker A: Maybe the best residences, luxury residences in our country. Uh, Dubai has a few up there, but I cannot wait to see this elevator. Uh, this is gonna be amazing. Thank, uh, you so, uh, Gil, for joining us.
Speaker B: Okay. My pleasure.
Speaker A: Amazing. You made my game. Thank you, brother.
Speaker B: All right, bye.
Speaker A: That's so cool, man. I wish they had that in Newport beach, but It'd be like 50 million to start. 62 floor elevator with your car and gets a thousand. It's ridiculous. I don't even get this stuff. It's amazing. All right. Ad the king. Make her here on More Good News Wednesday. Uh, speaking of the Kingmaker, he should buy one of those units in the Bentley luxury Residences. I am m intrigued. What's up, Kingmaker?
Speaker C: Hello. How are you, my guy?
Speaker A: I am m amazing. I'm so grateful that you're taking the time to share with my community and, uh, just understanding performance and the intention that's necessary, um, daily with consistent, persistent behavior in order to get the most that we can out of life. Um, you have your own BJ System. It's a weekly system. You offer help to everyone, private coaching, uh, free information. Uh, you know, what is the weekly BJ System?
Speaker C: Yeah, so that's actually the name. That's the older name of the program.
Speaker A: Okay.
Speaker C: It's called the Consistent Desire System. So essentially what I do is I coach executives, entrepreneurs, and some celebrities that I'm not at. Uh, I can't disclose their names, but I teach relationship oriented men how to Keep their relationships together and essentially be desired long term. Right. Um, like yourself, they're coaching, they're leading, they have teams. But typically the relationships that we value the most are the ones at home with our spouse, with our kids. Right. And to a certain level, you really understand, like, it's your relationship with yourself, if that makes sense. And in the beginning, you know, there's the honeymoon phase or the courting phase, and it's hot. You guys can't keep your hands off each other. But years later, you're doing more than you've ever done. You're paying mortgages and car notes and college tuitions and daycare. And it's almost like the desire or the love or the softness, the respect is just absent. And you're like, how in the heck did I get here? How did I get from. You know, everything was amazing. You know, this is someone who I love and I cherish, I want to spend my life with, to like, I don't even think she likes me as a person anymore. Right. That is the problem that I help solve. And I'm the best on earth at it. And I'm just excited to be here to have the opportunity to discuss it.
Speaker A: I think some of the issues and you know, I talk about my own marriage in this respect, but I tell people it's my belief that every person is married three different times in their life and if they're lucky, it's the same person. So I've been married to the same person. Uh, but there are three different phases, three different marriages within their environment. One of the things that I found that you're addressing is that people try to fill a God sized hole with everything but God. And you listed them all out. Unless you have that all filled with, you know, inner beliefs and thoughts and words and feelings and love and truth, uh, you won't be able to create true relationships or relativity of anything. What are some of the things that we should be filling our guts up whole with?
Speaker C: Oh, man, that's a great question. So from what I am a nerd about human nature and human psychology. Right. And so one of the things.
Speaker A: And human nature never changes, brother. Human nature, Exactly.
Speaker C: So you can crack the code once you've got it for a lifetime. You're a smart guy. Yes, yes. Um, so what I've learned is that we all have this deep sense of, uh, I'm not enough, Right?
Speaker A: Yeah.
Speaker C: I'm not significant and therefore I won't be loved. And it's just like this external dread. We all have it. And there's two ways in which you can fill it, right? You can choose to do one or the other, or you can become superhuman and do both. One is creating a pursuit of greatness, a pursuit of your highest self. Right. Um, the other is a deep connection with God or the universe, or however you want to put it. Um, and truly, what a lot of men and leaders don't understand is that your woman is a reflection of you, right? So you are. And the number one thing I see is the guy gets her. And not only, you know, are you. If you're a successful guy, not only are you apt to lose your wife, you're at. You're apt to lose, like, half of everything, too. Right? I heard some stat that said, like, step 3% of, um. What do you call those? Uh, uh, um, the thing that they signed to make sure you don't lose all your. Your money. 70% of those get thrown out.
Speaker A: Yeah.
Speaker C: Right. And so if you can see, if you fear losing her, she can feel that. And now she's afraid because you're afraid, and she signed up to be in your army, and it feels like emotionally, you're. You're leading her off a cliff. And so I tell my clients, we solve this by, like, you keep her, by trying not to keep her. My wife is a beautiful woman, right? And I'm certain I don't check her Instagram, DMs and things like that, but I'm certain there's someone, lots of men who are sending her messages, wanting to get her time. They're pursuing her. She's pursuing me. I'm pursuing my purpose, right? So, like, you, you. You have to understand that the setup is, this is me. I'm the captain. This is my ship. This is where I'm going. And I love for you to come with me. That's the proper way. What most men do is, oh, my God. I've always wanted a wife and kids. I've got her. Hey, babe. What do you want to do? And that is a lot of pressure that we put on our lives.
Speaker A: Yeah, it's interesting. Good, uh, advice. You know, a couple things I was told in my own marriage. I've been married 28 years to my dream girl and blessed to have her. But one is, you know, look for what you want in your wife, stop looking for what you don't want. That was a huge epiphany. But the other one was be the wife you want to be. Uh, you know, you want your wife to do certain things or to think certain things or feel Certain things. And you better do it, uh, be that person. Uh, and those two things will change any marriage. Uh, but I want to finish up with one question. I believe that my greatest success comes from having this relationship. I think, quintessentially, it's a huge advantage I have to have such an amazing relationship with my wife. Yeah, she's lathe on to everything in my life. And when that relationship wasn't solid, wasn't where I was at a diminished capacity. All great leaders, uh, are at a diminished capacity if that relationship is not correct. And so I was curious. You deal and help people correct those relationships. How valuable is it to have the most fulfilling relationship with an intimate partner man?
Speaker C: Um, it's invaluable. It's invaluable. Um, and, you know, the only thing that I think is more valuable than that. I don't even want to say more because I don't want to compare it. But something that is just as valuable is your relationship with yourself. And what I tend to see, you could say it's due to propaganda or movies or Disney or a whole list of things, is these men don't love and they don't value themselves. And again, your woman is a reflection of you. So she cannot respect you any more than you respect you. You. She cannot like you any more than you like yourself. So the secret to having a great relationship, we'll start with something small, like kindness and love. Like a lot of men, they will criticize themselves so harshly in their head. And then when. And you know this because they'll be critical of others. And you're telling on yourself when you're speaking, right?
Speaker A: He needs to hear this. Say that. You're telling to say that again.
Speaker C: So your woman is a reflection of you. If you're critical of your own self in your head, right. You make a mistake, something doesn't go how you want it to go. You could say, you know, it go how it's gonna go. I'm gonna improve and do better. Or you can say, look at you. You're such an f up. You're this, you're that. And it's happening so quickly. Right. Typically, how we speak to ourselves is exactly how we speak to others. And that is a reflection of how much we do or do not like ourselves.
Speaker A: And what was the quote? Was a quote. You're telling on your.
Speaker C: People tell on themselves all the time when they're communicating. How you communicate is more important than what you communicate. And you're telling on yourself all the time based on how you speak to others.
