About Kim Shamley Kim joined Soles4Souls in January 2022 as their first Vice President of People & Culture. She has more than 15 years of hands-on experience in human resources administration and management, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. People are Kim’s passion, and she is excited about continuing to develop the great culture of Soles4Souls.
