Our reviewer’s read on each dimension, with quotes from the episode.
Insight Density
The episode is almost entirely a long personal narrative with minimal transferable insights. The few claims made about business growth are generic platitudes (hire a coach, community helps, don't quit) with no mechanisms or novel ideas for a B2B operator to act on.
having like, weekly group coaching calls and having like a coach that you can check in with and ask questions and get mentorship and clarity from, um, and encouragement from and challenge you, like, that is huge
If you just keep going, your success is inevitable. If you just keep going, just keep going forward
Originality
Zero contrarian or first-principles thinking. Every idea - invest in coaching, community prevents slumps, husbands become supportive over time, comfort zone equals growth - is a recycled staple of the female entrepreneur podcast genre with no fresh angle or depth.
it is the enemy wants us to be in isolation
we do not ever grow in our comfort zone
Guest Caliber
The guest is the host's own paying client, functioning as a testimonial rather than an independent expert practitioner. She operates a solo coaching business at a small scale (10-15 hours/week, sub-$70K annual gross), which is not practitioner-at-scale caliber relevant to B2B operators.
I help Christian moms that struggle with out of control anger learn how to be in control of their emotions
working part time from to 15 hours a week
Specificity & Evidence
The episode is unusually specific about revenue milestones, pricing evolution, and timelines - all self-reported but internally consistent. However, the numbers exist to serve a promotional narrative rather than to illustrate replicable mechanisms, limiting their instructional value.
Since March, I've earned, um, so far through October 11, $55.6K from high ticket sales and then total for the year is 63.7
in 2023 the price was $2,000...And so in, in 2024 it was um, 2,500. And then I raised it to 3,000 halfway through the year
Conversational Craft
The host is interviewing her own paying client about how great the host's own program is, producing a pure promotional testimonial. Every question is a softball designed to elicit praise, and there is zero pushback, probing, or challenge throughout the episode.
Tell me about that feeling. I want to know the feeling like when you, when you opened up your stripe account and you saw you know, those, those few
Can we acknowledge how amazing that is?

Speaker A: Today's episode is such a treat for me to share with you. It is a client case study episode with my incredible client inside of High Ticket Sales Machine Elizabeth. Elizabeth hired me back in March of 2025 and from March till October she has had not one, not two, but three five figure months in her coaching business while being inside of my program High Ticket Sales Machine. Now here's the kicker though. Elizabeth does not use social media to market or promote her business. She is promoting and marketing her business and getting her clients from podcasting and emailing. Which is incredible that inside of Sales Machine she has had such fantastic success and she is here today to tell you all about it.
Speaker B: Are you an online coach who is sick and tired of working with wishy washy clients who never show up to do the work in your program and then are shocked when they don't get results? And I'm on a mission to teach you how to do the same. You should know this isn't your average tickle your ear and make you feel good kind of show. I'm Cami Wilkie and you're listening to the Bible's Babies and Business podcast. Let's make some money honey.
Speaker A: Elizabeth, I'm so excited to have you here on the show. I, I first off want to have you tell the audience about the work that you do inside of your coaching business. It is such kingdom work. It is something that is because you work with moms obviously. This is the Bible's babies in business podcast. Like I have such a heart for motherhood and the work that you do I think is, is bold. I think it's needed and it's, it's truly to, to use your own branding. It really is changing family legacies for generations.
Speaker C: Mhm. Yeah. Thank you so much. I'm excited to be here. So I'm Elizabeth and my title is anger coach for Christian and I help Christian moms that struggle with out of control anger learn how to be in control of their emotions, cultivate peace and calm in their home m so they can nourish their relationships with their kids and really do legacy work by breaking any generational anger and creating that connection with their kids.
Speaker A: When did you start, when did you start this business?
Speaker C: So exactly five years ago as we are recording, maybe just like a few days off. It was mid October 2020 and I um, we were on a trip, on a family trip with my husband and the kids to Wisconsin Dells and around that time um, so one of the um, issue was like the first influencer I really follow like a podcast, you know mom influencer, she had a podcast and the first course I've ever bought. She, you know, got a lot of success from that. And so then she transitioned into business coaching and having, like, two sides of her business and continuing to mentor moms in decluttering and, you know, schedules and mindset. And then the other aspect was business coaching, and she launched her first business program for $1,000. So you could buy it for $1,000, and then you would get, like, week. I don't think it was monthly coaching calls. Like, um, either weekly or monthly coaching call. I don't remember, um, that, you know, she would get on and answer questions. And I just thought that. And it was like, how to start a business from scratch. You pretty much don't know who exactly you serve. You know, what should you put on your website? You know, how you should talk about your offer. And the promise was that you'll make money in four weeks. Well, you know, obviously, that's a stretch, but potentially, you could, I guess, if you implemented everything and you had the confidence to. And so I talked my husband into buying that course. Obviously, he was very resistant because, you know, that's a thousand dollars. And this is all of a sudden, out of the blue, I have this idea to start a business, which, like, we've never truly discussed. And I was just super passionate about it. I just felt super excited, like, hey, this is something I want to do. And I knew it was something with emotional wellness. I wasn't exactly sure, but I knew that stress for moms caused emotional dysregulation and caused them to be more frustrated and reactive with their kids. So I knew it had to do something with emotional wellness. But I hadn't. Didn't have things narrowed down. So I did talk him into buying that course. Um, and I did, like, a payment plan. And I got so fired up. I was so excited to start. And I started with, like, figuring out who I serve and how I serve them and, um, um, building a website and, you know, putting together a podcast. But in the beginning, it was just, I am a stress coach for moms. That was my title, Stress coach for moms. It wasn't Christian moms. I thought I could reach more people if it was just moms. Um, you know, like, you know, when we first started business, we were like, oh, I want to reach more people. And so it's more broad. And. And I started a podcast, but I didn't really, like, tell anybody about it after I launched it. Then I, you know, asked some family members to leave a review and some friends, but I. I didn't like, promote it. I was really lost in the social media game. I was randomly trying to put out content over there. It was, like, very disorganized and messy. Um, and, I mean, it was a start. It was a start. I was five years ago. I'm like, I was so lost and confused. But I knew that I wanted to do something in the online business, and I knew that there was potential is just like, growing that audience, growing that confidence, being consistent, all the things. And I just decided in my head that that is what I'm going to do, like, and I was going to stick with it until I figure it out. It was not an option for me to just, like, give up. It was the only way was forward, and I was going to make it work. As I told my husband, I'm going to make that $1,000 back. Like, I will make it back. I don't know when, but I will make that money back. Because I wasn't going to, like, lose. And so I started a, uh, podcast in February. So October is when I bought the business course. I started in February, and then, oh, in October, I also got pregnant with my fourth child. So obviously things slow down because in the first trimester. But I would work during the times where my toddler, who stayed home with me, um, and my two older went to school. I would work during quiet time or, like, nap time. I don't think he napped anymore, but he, you know, had quiet time in the afternoons. And that's. I had like, that hour and a half to two hours. And for the longest time, it wasn't like, oh, you have a business. It was like, oh, you have this side, um, hobby that you enjoy doing. And if all the home stuff gets done and, you know, you keep up with that, you can definitely work on your side thing as long as it doesn't take away from the family. And that's what it was for the longest time. It wasn't like, oh, it's an actual business, you know, because it wasn't really bringing anything, any money. And I did launch, like, a membership, like, maybe, I don't know, eight months after. And how many months? That's after October through May. Um, and in May, at the end of May, I launched, like, a membership was like $20 a month. I got excited that I could potentially do, like, a reoccurring, you know, revenue. But it was called Emotionally Healthy Mom. And the only people that signed up were the people that knew me in real life. And obviously, like, between paying the platform fees and all of that, Like I wasn't really making any money. I was I think even going into the negatives. Um, but I was consistent. I was consistent. I figured out that the membership platform with a low cost wasn't the way to go. And after about a year I, you know, closed it. Um, but then I did hire a business coach for I think it was $2,000 and it was a social media business coach. And that was when I was became pretty consistent on social media trying to show. And I had to put together my first high ticket paid offer. And that was so hard and uncomfortable for me to go out there and say like, hey, I have a paid offer. Because I was putting out consistently podcast episodes. But there was no offer. It was just me literally serving people and sharing things that I've learned. I never promoted my membership on there and then wondered why nobody joined, you know, cause I never talked about it. But um, I started to like be more confident on social media. But it was so hard to start talking about an offer. I remember it was four weeks to work with me for $500. And I just like, I felt so uncomfortable putting that price out there. It was so hard for me to do that. I even blocked some family members that I felt like they would judge me too much so they wouldn't see my stories when I would talk about the offer. Um, but um, I did, I actually started to push myself out of the comfort zone and show up. And um, I did not get any clients through social media because she also taught the DM strategy. But I did get do a collaboration where I did a blog post for one of the. So it was a social media account. I reached out asking if we could do a live collaboration, like a live, you know, Instagram Live. But they're like, we don't do that. But what you can do is you can do a blog post for us. And I did do a blog post and that got me one client. I think that lady went to my social media and then saw me promote, you know, the, um, the slides about my offer. And I got my first client, like paid client. She paid me $500. Pretty sure it was $500 for four weeks. And that was like, I was like. And she didn't even. Her husband had a lot of money. You know, they, they were really well off. And so for her, $500 wasn't a big deal. And for me I was like, somebody paid me five for one on one coaching for four weeks. Like it just blew my mind that that's also like, it's a Possibility. It felt like such a lot of money back then. And so that was my first client that I worked with and, and then I didn't get any more clients for probably maybe like seven or eight months. Still trying to do the same thing, but on social media, talking about my offer, showing up consistently, putting out the content, doing the podcast. But I think I didn't, I didn't have a signature offer. It's just like, hey, I have this, you know, you can reach out to me for some coaching. There wasn't like a signature offer with a proven process. And so then I did get one more client for like an eight week coaching program, one on one. And I ended up like caving in and giving her a lower price because she couldn't pay them. I think it was like 1500 that I wanted or something and she paid a thousand for eight weeks or something like that. But for me like I needed that experience. I didn't do any free coaching. That's the thing. And I think it's because I didn't, you know, how you teach in the beginning that in the beginning you should do some, you know, like um, some coaching in the beginning to try to like figure out who you serve and how you serve them. But I didn't do any of that. So. And I was listening to your podcast at that time, I did come across it and I started to learn a lot of things about high tech ticket. And I'm like, well this is a great option. And I started to put pieces together. We were in a really hard financial place. We moved in the summer of 22 to Florida and we were in like a really hard financial place where I could not do anything extra like financially to hire anybody. And we had no credit card history because we like did the Dave Ramsey. We paid off all our debt and then closed the credit cards that it erased all our history for like seven years. There was like no credit card history so it comes back to zero. Which by the way didn't know. So then when we wanted a credit card we couldn't get one. So like it was in a really hard financial state. But I was consistent. I was putting pieces together from like free content from like your podcast and other podcasters putting things together to try to um, create a signature offer. And a friend of mine also went through like ah, a big business coaching program that talked about creating a big high ticket signature offer. And I started putting pieces together and doing that. Um, and so in 2023, at the end of 2022, God really prompted me to Narrow down to Christian moms and anger management, which felt very uncomfortable because I felt like I was very niching down and I couldn't reach as many people. And I just thought. And being like, you know, faith based, I felt like there was more accountability, you know, when you're faith based, you know, with what you speak and what you say. Um, and so I was some resistance with that, but I did follow through. And at the same time, the Lord prompted me to leave social media, which is crazy. Um, I heard, um, and so around that time, I found you. And then I found another podcaster, Stephanie Gass, which I didn't know. There were Christian mentors, business mentors, like, legit. I didn't know that was a thing. Yes. Like, I just didn't know because that I followed, you know, all the other mentors that were non believers, and. And so they all, like. And I actually got sucked into manifestation. And that's why you and I had a lot of questions in the beginning I had about that with you, about, like, the, you know, mindset and all the things with manifestation, because I actually got sucked into that for a while. And the funny thing is, nothing was working when I was trying to do the manifestation. And I think it's because God was literally protecting me. He's like, there's a whole dark world out there and I'm protecting you from that. And so none of it was working. And I was getting so upset. I'm like, how is this manifestation stuff working for others, but not for me? And my husband's like, elizabeth, like, this is wrong. This feels wrong. And I'm like, you don't get it. All the business people do this. And so I was so glad when I found you and Stephanie Gass, because there was so much freedom that I was able to actually grow a business that was God honoring and I could serve people and I didn't have this pressure that had to do these manifestation practices or whatever it was to, like, yes, there's still a lot of mindset work, but it wasn't, you know, it's different than, you know, the whole thing with manifestation. So anyways, um, I narrowed down to Christian mom's anger management, and I stopped using social media.
Speaker A: And.
Speaker C: And I went all in on my podcast. I did a bunch of podcast guesting, and I went into doing two episodes a week because I didn't have clients at that time. And I could. I had the time my toddler was napping, you know, a couple hours every day, and I was able to do that. And my Three other boys were at school. And so that's what I did for a while. And then at the end of 20, in August of 2023, I created my signature offer for Calm Christian mom coaching program. 12 weeks long. I hosted, hosted a three day workshop and I was giving away 50% scholarship for somebody that attended all three days, did their homework assignments. Well, one mama won it and she was the only one that entered the program. And so that was my first client two years ago, um, for my signature Calm Christian mom coaching program. And in 2023 I had total of two clients for that program. And then in 2024 I raised my price and I also, in 2023 the price was $2,000, but she won the 50% scholarship. So it was a thousand dollars. And so in, in 2024 it was um, 2,500. And then I raised it to 3,000 halfway through the year and I had 12 clients. And then in 2025 I raised it to 39.97. Um, and I have had so far 16 clients in my coaching program. So, and this is October, October 11th as we are recording and I am really excited. And then, um, so after that one business coach that I hired for $2,000, I didn't have any business coaches. And so then when I, and I was still listening to your podcast because I thought it was great and I really loved the idea of having high ticket. And then you were promoting your, um, 10x your leads or something like that training. I think that's what I signed up for. Yeah, Springtime. And uh, my intention was not to join. My intention was just to learn. I, because I knew that your, your process was different and you were promoting social media as one of the main ways to get clients. And I knew that that's not what I wanted to do. I knew that podcasting was my way and it was working so far. And I, I really liked having freedom of not media and for it not, uh, to suck my time and energy. And so my intention was to join and see what I can learn because I know you did high ticket and I had a high ticket offer and, and then you promoted your offer and it was different. You actually, you know, shared the price on it and it was something that I thought I could potentially do. And I asked you at the end of that training, you know, I said, will this work for me if I don't use social media? Like, would we be able to modify some of the things that you teach for me specifically, I use podcasting and email lists. And you said, yes, we can do that. And so that was very freeing for me. And because I already was able to earn quite a bit of money in 2024. So in 2023 I think I earned like $5,000 total. And then in 2024 I earned $35,000, you know, gross. And I told my husband I did buy a passive course business coaching that was like $2,000 in September of 2024. And I earned $20,000 since then. So I told my husband, I know that if I invest in some business program, it's going to help. And so when I brought up your, uh, business program, like, this is going to be really helpful for me. And I know having somebody that checks in every single week, we have group coaching calls and it's a smaller container. This is what I need. And so he was supportive because there was already proof that, hey, I was able to actually earn some money with when I invested in support. And, um, and I signed up and I signed up with you in, um, in March. And then in September my contract was up and I resigned for another year. And I wrote down the numbers. Since March, I've earned, um, so far through October 11, $55.6K from high ticket sales and then total for the year is 63.7. And that is with working part time from to 15 hours a week. And I stay home with my kids. So that's my business story, I guess that was long.
Speaker A: That it was, it was perfect though. I love the detail that you went into. Not only because, well, it's, it's your unique journey. There's also like certain points in your journey where I'm like, yep, that happened to me. Yep, that happened to me. Um, but I think it's so insightful for people to hear the actual, real detail by detail timeline of how somebody came to be where they are now. And not just this. I started a business and then woke up one day and I was making $30,000 in a month and you know, actually tell us the real story. So I love that you told us the real story. And I also want to go into the fact that you're right. Like, like so, like a lot of my framework inside of High ticket Sales Machine, which is the program that you joined. A lot of the marketing is Instagram relied on. And so when you can't, when you come into the, into the container and the fact that you don't use Instagram, what I have found myself doing is like when I drop into the Slack channel and I provide you guys like a new Idea. I always try to be like, okay, now here's the Instagram version and here's the podcast version. Here's how you would do this if you have only a podcast. And so I, what I say that to say is that, that you already had a lot of your business established when you came into the container. You didn't start your podcast fresh, brand new. When you, when you joined with me, you had already had your podcast, you'd already had your email list and you had proof of sales. And so I'm curious, um, because, like, it's, I want to acknowledge you had that foundation prior to coming in. When you came into sales machine, what do you feel either was what you learned that allowed you to, to go to that next level. Because so far this year, and you made some sales prior, from, from January to March prior to coming into sales machine. But starting in sales machine till now, you've made, uh, significantly more money than you made in the entire year previously. What role do you feel like sales machine played being that you already had some of that foundation?
Speaker C: Yeah. So there's multiple different things. Well, first of all, having like, weekly group coaching calls and having like a coach that you can check in with and ask questions and get mentorship and clarity from, um, and encouragement from and challenge you, like, that is huge. I do too strongly believe, like, even as a coach myself, like, like you can eventually reach the goals that you want to reach on your own, but it's going to take you way longer. If you hire a coach, you're gonna get there faster. Um, and I strongly believe that in, you know, what I teach and, you know, and even in business. Right. And so, um, for me, one of my favorite parts is the, uh, Slack channel and doing daily dose of Cami because it's like 5ish minutes a day where I can listen to a recording and it, it's like something that I can either respond to or think about or challenge be challenged a little bit on. And for me, like, that helps me stay in a good frame of mind because sometimes in business you can get in the funk where you're like super, like, inspired, motivated, you go, go, go. And then you're just like. And so having a coach in your corner when you're just kind of in that slump, motivating you and encouraging you is super helpful. And then having the content prompts in there every single Monday where I can, you know, fill them in and then, you know, submit them and you can, you know, give me feedback and then I use them in my emails. And I send them out every single week. A couple prompts every single week. Um, and then having also that you give us, um, like income producing idea. And I really like every Monday you do that and then you modify it to me sometimes specifically because I don't do social media. So there you're like, hey, this is how you can use it with your email list or with your podcast. This is how you can modify it. So really appreciate that because sometimes you're like, oh my goodness, I, uh, haven't had any clients in a long time. And you're like, well, what the heck could I do? What else can I do? And so you give us like practical, actionable steps. What is something that you can do? So for me it's really helpful to be surrounded by people that are intentionally working. And it just like motivates me to keep going and not get in a slump. Um, and I think there were multiple clients where, um, I feel like I would have lost out on a sale. And I was able to reach out to you and you're like, I'm not sure how to respond, respond how to handle this. And you were able to give me some like, ideas, even like, hey, take a down payment, you know, and hold her spot until she gets the full payment. So even like things like that. I feel like I would have lost out on a sale if I didn't do that. And so that was really helpful for me. Um, and so I think there was just like a lot of pieces. It wasn't just like one thing, it was just all of it put together and just being in a, um, container where like, I can ask you guys questions every single Friday in Slack and get feedback on my website, you know, on, on my pitch, on, like, on anything, my, you know, applications or whatever. It is like having that, you know, third person that is not emotionally involved in the business that has so much, you know, experience and sales and things from that perspective give me feedback on that. I don't know. For me, that was totally worth it and super helpful.
Speaker A: And to your point of what you were saying of like, you know, sometimes we can get into a business slump. I think about it kind of like this. It is the enemy wants us to be in isolation. And, you know, that's why the Lord calls us to like, be in a church community because it's harder to. When we, when we are in our own heads and we are the only one there and nobody's coming in with truth or helping us to challenge the thoughts in our mind. It can be really easy to like slide down that slippery slope of um, discouragement or frustration or whatever have you. But when you get into a room of other people, whether that is a Bible study, whether that is being um, at church on Sundays or Wednesday night youth groups or in this case a coaching container, it is so much harder for the enemy to thrive because there's other people there, specifically believers that come in with truth and we can build each other up. And so I love that aspect of a group container that it's, it's you can get out of a slump faster. And I'm not going to say that that's nobody who ever feels like they're in a slump, but we all feel that. We're all human but we can get out of it faster and get back on a proactive track when we are surrounded by other people.
Speaker C: Oh yeah, for sure. A hundred percent. And even just like mindset work, you know, you've helped me so much with mindset work. I had a lot of you know, um, hard you know, beliefs about money that you know, with my upbringing that have been like. And then faith based. Right? Like you know there's, it's not just like your own upbringing if it's just you know, non believers but even as a Christian there's like a whole nother level that's in there where you're like if I'm poor, I rely more on the Lord. All these things. Right? You have these ingrained beliefs. So help me work through that and create you know, the how to challenge those beliefs and how to create you know, positive, empowering new beliefs and do that prime brain, prime recording. And so there was just a lot more. It wasn't just like you know, the strategy behind it. The mindset piece is also very huge and even like you would sometimes share certain business um, videos and um, through I think with is it Myron Golden? Myron golden, just like he's a you know, business coach. Just like to inspire and motivate us and just even that it's been super, super helpful for me.
Speaker A: Well, I cannot tell you how much of a pleasure it has been to have you inside of high ticket sales machine and to watch the growth that you've had. Because there were between March and October, I remember there were, there were two separate months where you had a five figure. Now was it a five two, five figure cash or five figure sale months and then you had the twenty thousand dollar cash.
Speaker C: So I had two months that I had ten thousand dollars that I earned and then it was March I believe because I was when I joined the high tech sales machines. I was actually promoting a boot camp that same week. I was doing like enrollment. So I already had like you know, um, an event in place that was going on. And so I did get $10,000. And then in the summertime there was another month that I had a ten thousand dollar month. And then in um, September I did another boot camp and we did it slightly differently than I did in the springtime. And then you helped me with all of that as well. And that one ended up being a twenty thousand dollar a month.
Speaker A: Yeah, because I remember you sent that screenshot. It was like the last four weeks, it was like September something to like October 3rd or something like that. It was like a 20,000 cash had come through your stripe account. Um, tell me about that feeling. I want to know the feeling like when you, when you opened up your stripe account and you saw you know, those, those few. Those three times. 10,000, 10,000, 20,000. What emotion were you feeling? And like what did that represent for you?
Speaker C: Yeah, um, well, coming from a background where finances have been really really tight and would bring up a lot of anxiety, um, there was just a big sense of relief. I think for me that's just. And just like gratitude, just relief and gratitude. Like God, thank you so much. I am m so grateful for this and just relief like that I have some money that is. Can go into savings account and just even. And then the other part is just being so um, proud of myself. Um, I don't know if there's a, you know, a feeling for it but like I feeling so proud of myself for not giving up, for staying persistent, for showing up because it's five years this October since I started my business and like, like you said, I already had a lot of things in place when um, I did start working with you. But it just like things really started to move along way faster and I am so grateful for it and just proud of myself that I didn't give up. There were so many times it was just an emotional roller coaster. It's like you get on calls and people, you know, say no and change their mind or you put so much effort and energy output, output, output and then nobody's joining. And it feels so frustrating when you're. There's just a lot of like emotional rollercoaster. But I am so proud of myself for sticking through. I remember my husband asked me in 22, December of 22 when we moved to Florida and when finances were really really hard. And he asked me because he wanted me to stop doing my business. Because at that time I was costing a little bit of money every month, not a ton. But he said, how long are you going to keep going until you give up? I remember that question he asked me. And I just sat there quietly for a long time and I said, who said that I was going to give up? I'm going to keep going until I figure this out. I'm going to make this work. And that's where my mindset was. Like it was that I'm going to make this work no matter what. There's going to be a way. I will figure this out. I know I'm meant to do this. I'm m not where I want to be yet, but I know I'm on the right path and I will figure this out. And I did heard this quote from somebody else. If you just keep going, your success is inevitable. If you just keep going, just keep going forward. And so that was kind of like my vision. I knew that if I just keep going, it's going to happen.
Speaker A: That's beautiful.
Speaker C: That's beautiful.
Speaker A: And what, you know, one of the things that, that I will. That I resonate with in your story. And then I want you to tell us more about your program and um, for the women listening so that they can learn about your program. They can go read about it and see if it's for them. But when I started my business, my husband was very hesitant because we too were in a really challenging financial situation. People on the show have heard that over and over. I won't rehash, you know, the details of that now, but you can go back and listen to previous episodes where I go into detail about that is very hesitant and understandably so. Um, you know, what I, what I like to share is that, you know, the husband's role from the Lord is protector provider. Those are the dominating roles of the husband in the family. And protector provider. Protector also, yes, physically, but also financially. And so when we approach our husbands, especially if we're in a situation where finances are not abundant and we're like, hey, I want to take some of our money, invest it here, because I believe that we can earn more back. It is a natural instinct to no flaw of the husband on his own that like to be a little bit on guard because again, his role is to be protector provider. And what I've seen in my husband, and it sounds like you've seen this in yours as well as, as over the years as he has witnessed my business, um, in its highs and lows, But. But overall, having massive improvement. He's become more supportive. And, um, have you experienced that as well? Like, I'd love to know, like, what. What's. Your husband's on your business now?
Speaker C: Oh, yeah, for sure, for sure. A hundred percent. There was so much hesitation in the beginning, but I think him seeing that I am persistent, I'm not giving up. This is not something I'm gonna just like, oh, it's a fluke. I work on for a couple months a hobby, and then, no, I'm staying persistent. I'm moving forward in the right direction. Um, I am slightly making a little bit more money every month. And then, I mean, last year, he was already starting to get more supportive because last year I earned $35,000 of like, hey, if I need to work, you know, he's like, yeah, sure, no problem. But this year, for sure, there's like, if I say, hey, babe, I need a couple hours at a coffee shop on Saturday. I need to work, he's like, take as much time as you need, like, legit. It has completely flipped because right now, like, uh, based on our current situation, like, my business is bringing in even more income for our family than where he's coming from. And so it's like, he's very supportive, super supportive, because he. And then even with, like, investing, when I, um. Because I told him, I'm like, I want to, you know, sign to, um, another contract with Cami for another, you know, six months. I'm like, ideally, I want to do, you know, 12 months, but at that time, I didn't have any of that 20,000 that came through yet. And so he's like, well, how about we just do six months? And then when I got the other payments, he's like, do you want to extend it to 12 months? I'm like, yes, I do. And so I did. I signed. You know, I extended for 12 months to work together with you. But, um, he. He definitely has really, you know, it became from, like, oh, this is a hobby. You just do it whenever you feel like it. But versus now, it's like, hey, if I say, hey, I really need a few hours to do xyz, super supportive. Like, there isn't any resistance at all. He's like, I got the kids. You know, you go do your thing. You know, I got the kids. So it's been very, very helpful. And I don't think I would be here without his support. I wouldn't. Like, the only reason I was able to do this is because of my husband's Support over the years. Right. You know, um, and I, yeah, I wouldn't be here without his support because even the hours that I work in the evenings with the calls and um, sometimes on the weekends. Um, yeah. And we don't have any family nearby, so it's just me and him. M. So.
Speaker A: And you know, there's nothing like as a wife, you know, you can have a lot of piece of people supporting you, but there's nothing like as a wife to look at your spouse and have your spouse be like, you got this, you can do this. Because there's no other human on the planet, I believe, um, for most people that knows you better than your spouse, obviously the Lord, but like human on the planet that sees you every day, um, and in every state of mind too. And to look at you and be like, you got this. Which is, which is why I believe it's so important to honor the husband's feelings, whether those feelings are hesitant in the beginning or supportive. Um, because I too will unapologetically say my business would not be here without Lucas. Absolutely. Um, and so I love that you shared that, that journey of how his emotions have came because I think that's very, very real. Um, you know, my husband was not like hooting and hollering and super excited about me dropping, you know, multiple four figures when I had made very little in the very beginning because I wanted to hire, go hire a business coach. So I think that's beautiful. I want to switch gears now as we wrap up the episode. I want you to tell people more about your program. Um, and for the woman that might be listening, that is like, oh my goodness, I need this. And then we're going to put the link to your program down in the show. Notes.
Speaker C: Yeah. Thank you. So my coaching program is called Calm Christian mom. It's a 12 week group coaching container, um, where I help Christian moms that struggle with out of control anger, that is destructive, that is damaging in their family, learn how to manage their emotions and um, proactively lower their stress levels and create a peaceful and calm home while nourishing their relationships with their kids. So that is my whole goal. The biggest thing is to teach them how to manage their anger and deal it, deal with it in a God honoring way so it's not damaging their relationship with their kids. And my program is hybrid. They do get one on one calls in the beginning, middle and at the end of the coaching container. And then 90 days after they're done working together, um, my clients also get, um, like a package in the mail, like a care package when they first enroll and then a gift at the end when they graduate my coaching program. So my, you know, that's kind of like what is involved in the container. And they have weekly group coaching calls and then voxer access to me Monday through Friday with support and accountability. And then, uh, the recorded whole coaching container that they watch their lessons and videos and do reflection questions throughout the week. So that's kind of how the program is structured. But it's specifically designed for the mama that is screaming, yelling at her kids. Um, is filled with shame and remorse, feels completely out of control, does not know where to start to manage her anger. And maybe she read the books and listened to the podcast and she still feels stuck. Um, so this is the coaching container for her, for her. And it comes with 100% money back guarantee. So, um, if you show up and you do your work, I guarantee you you're going to see the results and reach the goals you set for yourself at the end of 12 weeks. And if you don't, then you get a full refund at the end. But I haven't had anybody need to do that so far.
Speaker A: Can we acknowledge how amazing that is? That is so amazing. Not only is I really, I, uh, uh, really challenge my sales machine clients to have a guarantee on their program. And then for you to have a 100 money back guarantee, obviously contingent upon that you actually did the work, because nobody could ever expect to get results without doing the work. And to, to add another layer to that you've never had anybody need. Need to have a. Their money back is such a testament to you as a coach. The effect of how effective you are as a coach and how effective your program is like that is something that I think very little people in the coaching industry can say. And to be able to say that is. It speaks volumes to you, to your program, to your methodology, and how successful your clients are when they come into your world.
Speaker C: Yeah. Thank you so much.
Speaker A: Yeah, absolutely. So go ahead and go down to the show notes, you guys. We'll put the link down there. Um, I'll put the link down there for Elizabeth's program and then also, Elizabeth, go ahead and plug your podcast and then I'll put the link to your podcast down in the show notes too.
Speaker C: Yeah, it's the same branding. Everything is Emotionally Healthy Legacy. So emotionally HealthyLegacy.com coaching is the coaching program and then Emotionally Healthy Legacy podcast. So everything is under the same name.
Speaker A: Beautiful. Beautiful. I'll put both of those down in the show notes. Elizabeth, is there anything else you'd like to add before we wrap up this episode today? Thank you so much for your time. I know we're recording this on a Saturday, and, um, I'm grateful for. For your time.
Speaker C: My word of encouragement for you as a mom. I know if you're listening to this, and I know it feels scary if you're thinking of, like, hey, I want to invest into business coaching. It feels scary. It's meant to. If it's supposed to feel uncomfortable, we do not ever grow in our comfort zone. And when we invest into coaching support, we feel, like, almost, like, accountable to ourselves to show up and do the work. And so, um, that's what I tell the mamas that are on. The consultation comes with me, and I'm like, it's supposed to feel uncomfortable. It's supposed to feel like. But also supposed to feel like, hey, this is the next right step for me. It's almost like when you're getting married, you've never done it before. It feels uncomfortable. You have a little bit of, like, you know, nervousness to do it, but it also feels right because, you know, it's the next right thing for you. And, you know, like, it should also feel exciting in a sense, too, and so you can get there faster, you can reach your goals faster if you get the right support. Right. And what, uh, I like about Kami is that she can modify it to your specific situation because, you know, the framework that she does mine is different. Mine is, you know, I don't use the social media, so the framework is different, but we were able to modify it to the way that I run my business and still find a lot of success. And so whoever you hire as a business coach, it should feel right and exciting and, um, and like, a little bit out of your comfort zone, but it should feel like, hey, this is the next right thing for me. So that's my word of encouragement.
Speaker A: Absolutely. Well, Elizabeth, thank you so much. It's been such an honor to. To have you in this container, um, from March to now in October, and know that it's. This episode is not airing until December. Um, but it's been such an honor, and the fact that we get to continue for 12, uh, months is beautiful. I'm so excited.
Speaker C: Thank you.
