Episode notes

Do you wonder if you have to sit cross-legged in a true meditative pose? Well, meditation is supposed to help you to relax, unwind and let those racing thoughts slow down as you find your centre, naturally. So if you're not agile, double-jointed, or able to sit comfortably - or perhaps don't want to sit in lotus, on the floor for 20 minutes- then you'll be pleased to know you don't have to. Our guest today has practiced and taught meditation for two decades Learning from different teachers over the years, he’s studied various meditation techniques including Buddhist and transcendental. He’s a certified Taichi Instructor with over 30 years experience under his belt and has a practice of his own that he commits to each day. Speaking to our listeners from the heart he tells us why it’s useful to find some quiet time away from the busyness of life and how easy it can be to meditate when you know how. Known for simplicity, and creator of Zenergie meditaion. Let me introduce you to Darren Pugh.
