Episode notes

This episode takes you on a journey as we talk sensitively about self-care for the mind and body as Rosalin shares some of her own experiences around coping with trauma, making her relatable and compassionate. We explore holistic awareness and how being honest with ourselves can support the healing process at any age, as Rosalin describes an experience while working with a holocaust survivor. Rosalin is a counselor, coach and teacher based in Toronto, Canada who helps people who struggle with anxiety and cluttered thinking so they can control their thoughts, practice self regulation, feel more confident and less overwhelmed. Abstract painting is a huge passion and her creativity shines through as she also teaches people, to write therapeutically to support their mental well-being. We did our best to work around the window cleaner and construction workers! :) Contact Rosalin on: Contact me on: LinkedIn: Facebook: Instagram: Email: info@sanartina.com Sanartina: Disclaimer: The views expressed in this video and audio recording by the guest speaker do not necessarily represent the views of Sarah Ashley Neal or SanArtina Ltd.
