Venture Global and China Gas have executed a new 20 year sales and purchase agreement. Enbridge names Michelle Herodance CEO effective January 2027 Energy Transfer announced that it will transfer the Stock exchange listings of its Common units and Series 1 preferred units from the New York Stock Exchange to the Texas Stock Exchange. Williams completes their $5.5 billion acquisition of Momentum Industry Go back to Enbridge. Enbridge agrees to acquire Tallgrass, Pony Express and Powder River Gateway assets for about $2.55 billion. Summit Midstream reaches FID of double E compression expansion, adding 900 million cubic feet per day towards Waha crossover into Downstream UH citgo advances a $310 million Lake Charles refinery depentanizer project and targets the 2029 operations. Chenier and Bechtel have achieved a substantial completion of 7 train Corpus Christi LNG stage 3 and uh last one 1 nuclear science binding site control LOI for a 2.88 gigawatt project, Cayman Gas Plant and 700 megawatt BESS in Louisiana. Let's jump into the events for the week starting with September 14th. The 20 uh 26 Health and Safety Council Louisiana Southwest Louisiana Golf Tournament will take place in Westlake, Louisiana. Also in Louisiana, the Louisiana Pipeliners association will host their dinner meeting over in Thibodeau September 14th through 16th. The LDC Mid Con Mid Continent Natural Gas form will take place in Chicago going over the pond into Bangkok September 20th. Uh, 14th through 17th. Gas deck will take place over there September 15th through 16. North Dakota Petroleum Association Council will host their annual meeting in North Dakota, coming Back to Houston September 16th. The PYP Academy will be taking place at Everline for a tour September 16th San Antonio Pipeliners YP and Young Professionals in Energy San Antonio will host their September Social September 17th Rice alliance will host their 23rd annual Rice Alliance Energy Tech Venture Forum September 17th in the Pasadena area. 2026 Economic Alliance Houston Port Region will host their Gulf coast industry forum on September 17th. The women in Oil and Gas Woga, Colorado will have have their Mastering UH Negotiation event coming Back to Houston. September 17th the PVF Roundtable Young Professionals will have their social event in Houston. Also on the 17th GPA midstream Houston will host their Astros Social Outreach event going to the 18th Oldfield Helping Hands will host their 21st annual Masters Charity Golf Tournament going back to Louisiana. September 18th the Sabine Coding Society will host their golf tournament that will be taking place in Sulphur, Louisiana. And next month Allstream will be hosted Decanted All Opening up Connections in Oil and Gas an evening with executives for wine tasting.
