Starting with Pembina Pipelines sanctioned the Heartland Extraction Plant strengthening its leading NGL franchise for a $570 million deal. Kinetic announces a FID of a $260 million King's Landing 2 project, a 300 million cubic feet per day gas plant Phillips 66 announced Zeus gas plant and a third Coastal Bend fractionator Advancing integrated wellhead to market strategy in the Permian and on the on the Gulf Coast. UGI Energy and Prime Data Centers forge Strategic Partnership to Power Data center campus Next Nextera Energy and Dominion Energy are to combine creating the world's largest regulated electric utility business and North America's premier energy infrastructure platform, benefiting customers for about a UH $66.8 billion deal. Technip Energies announces that they've received full notice to proceed on major EPC contract with Commonwealth uh LNG Oglethorpe power breaks ground on a $3.3 billion new Monroe County Combined Cycle Energy facility. Let's jump into the events for the week starting with May 27th 28th Future Bridge, the seventh annual data center Design, Engineering and Construction Summit will Happen in Ashburn, Virginia. May 27 Midstream Networking will have the 2026 annual Oil and Gas Clay Chute in Midland, Texas. May 27 ABC Texas Coastal Bend will have their May Luncheon and will take place in Portland, Texas. May 27 Heels and hustle Industry Night a Luau edition hosted by Space City Distribution. This is where Midstream and Downstream will meet on May 27th and then on May 31st one of our own events, Horsepower and Energy and Allstream Energy Partners exclusive event. This is a family friendly polo match so bring your big hat, colorful dress and guys come correct. Couple of major Save the dates you want to uh, look out for is June 16th and 17th. The 2026 EPC show will take place in Houston, Texas. This is the Energy Projects Conference.
