He has a range of experience as a patient and a carer across physical and mental health services - and is passionate about platforming patient and carer voices and ensuring services listen and learn from care experiences. Justine and Matthew focus on the importance of communication that is non-judgemental, accessible, and personalised to individual needs, to better support patients suffering from mental illnesses as well as offering efficient training and information to professionals and the wider population.
