The Learn-It-All™ podcast is built on the conviction that the leaders worth following aren't the ones with all the answers. They're the ones who never stop learning. If you've chosen growth over coasting, and curiosity over the comfort of being the smartest person in the room, you're a learn-it-all.

the Learn-It-All™ podcast ranks #3800 on The B2B Podcast Index with a substance score of 59.0 out of 100, scored across 1 recent episode. It scores highest on guest caliber and specificity & evidence. Billy Keels has genuine 26-year practitioner credentials - SAP sales leadership with real exposure to multi-billion-euro enterprise deals - which gives him credible source material. However, he has since transitioned into a life/executive coach and podcast host role, and the conversation reflects that shift: the substance is more personal-development coaching than operating know-how.
Averaged across 1 recently scored episode, with cited evidence.
The episode delivers a handful of usable concepts - optionality number, investing vs. spending time, every corporate relationship ends - but they are spread thinly across 69 minutes dominated by personal emotional narrative, life coaching platitudes, and extended podcast promotion. The ratio of novel-idea minutes to filler minutes is poor for a B2B operator audience.
“do you need to continue to do the extra 15 hours a week when you're already doing 60, 65 hours, did you need to do those extra 15 to get to 280%? Or would 200% have been enough if you got 10 of those hours back”
“money doesn't solve all problems. Money solves money problems.”
The core frameworks - identity crisis in corporate, find your 'enough' number, build passive income on the side - are thoroughly well-trodden FIRE-movement and executive-coaching territory rebranded with terms like 'optionality number.' Nothing is contrarian or first-principles; the episode recycles standard self-help concepts through a corporate lens.
“I like to talk about, you know, what is your optionality number when you're in your corporate role”
“Every single relationship ends. Everyone, right? Corporate relationship, personal relationship, whatever, they all end”

“working for enterprise software company at the time, SAP... there are very few companies where you can sit down with multi billion euro and dollar CEOs”
“I invested $75,000 in a, in a coach, uh, for a one on one coaching program”
There are scattered concrete details - the October 2012 date, 26 years at SAP, $75K coaching investment, Oracle's 30,000 layoffs, 75% of clients already have a side business, three-month change threshold - but the only client case study is deliberately anonymized and vague, and no hard business or financial outcomes are shared with real numbers.
“more than 75% of the, of the people that come and move forward are people that have a side business”
“at the corporate role, um, not only promotion but also uh, working less hours than was worked before, um, traveling one day less per week”
The host shows some genuine craft - the pointed 'Did you have to get on the plane?' follow-up and the pivot to asking for a specific client story are solid - but the conversation repeatedly drifts into emotional support mode, softball phrasing ('How did that make you feel?'), and extended mutual podcast promotion with zero pushback on any framework or claim.
“Did you have to get on the plane.”
“How did that make you feel? I mean, when you. So Billy, as a high achiever, right, as somebody, and it's like. And you don't want to be vulnerable”

If you want to become a better leader in your career and your life, this has been a really great new podcast I’ve had in rotation. Damon is a great host!

I am a big fan of the Learn-it-All Podcast. Damon asks great questions and love how he gets the guests to be vulnerable and share their failures. Makes them seem very relatable. Highly recommend it for leaders at any level!
