Episode notes

When was the last time a complete stranger found you online and became a paying client? If you can't remember - or it only happens when you post like a maniac for two weeks and then collapse - this episode is for you. Getting clients doesn't have to be a terrifying event you have to psyche yourself up for every few months. There are just three parts that make it predictable. Not a 40-step funnel, not a scary tech situation - just traffic, list, and sales, connected and running on repeat. In this episode I walk you through all three, including what's working on Instagram right now for reaching new people every day, why your lead magnet's real job isn't to get downloaded, and how to start making offers in a way that feels casual and consistent instead of uncomfortable and exhausting. Most people already have one or two of these three parts. The shift isn't doing more. It's finding the gap and closing it. "Stop saving it all for one big terrifying launch. Make offers low and slow. Small, regular invitations built into your normal emails.
