Before being named Partner in September 2021, Komson was Vice President of Research and Portfolio Strategy, spanning responsibilities in macro strategy, asset allocation, portfolio construction, and ESG. Prior to joining Sage in 2016, Komson spent nine years at the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, most recently as an investment manager in its Asset Allocation group. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the CFA Institute.
