In the past year or two, in parallel to the growth throughout the industry of Product Management discipline and skills, we are witnessing the growth of product coaching as a career path. On this episode we met with Jackie Flake, a product professional turned product coach, and twice founder. Working with her co-founder at The Brave Start, they developed the Product Coach Academy, a program that helps product leaders make the move towards their independence as product coaches. The program provides participants with an entire toolkit to support them turning the aspiration into an actual business.
