Luis De La Cruz came to American with his parents and two brother from Mexico. Through a rough series of events he and his younger brother ended up in the foster system. He tells the story of two different experiences all together. He was placed with an educated couple that would forever change his path and his brother went through a series of group homes, never fully finding his way. Luis went on to college and to have a thriving career working for Deloitte. After years in the corporate world, he made the decision to go into the non-profit world to make the change in the Foster system that is much needed. He is now the CEO of AZ Friend of Foster Children Foundation. His passion for the mission is unparalleled and is a true American success story. Find out more:
