How do you maintain a sense of culture in a university of more than 40,000 students across over 180 programs, as well as with the faculty and staff? In today’s episode, John sits down with Karen McDonnell, Chief Human Resources Officer at Kennesaw State University (KSU). KSU started 60 years ago as a two-year community college. Today, it is a doctoral university with approximately 43,000 students.
