She has worked in various functions, including marketing, communications, IT, and Claims. These experiences, coupled with a master’s degree in Organizational Management and Development and 17+ years in HR, honed her interest in the drivers of positive corporate culture, including leadership, trust and transparency, and organizational design as it relates to accountability and decision-making. Currently, she is the regional head of HR for the US, Canada, and Bermuda for Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS).
