In today’s episode, John sits down with Tricia Sciortino (shore-tee-no), CEO at Belay. Founded in 2010 as an all-remote organization, Belay is a virtual staffing solution helping leaders who need remote work. Belay offers virtual assistant solutions, financial and booking, website management, and social media management solutions. Today, Belay has approximately 140 employees and 1700 contractors and has remained all-remote since 2010. Tricia and John talk about what culture looks like at Belay, why culture should be clearly defined at your organization, and the importance of engaging your team members. About Tricia Sciortino As CEO of BELAY and co-host of our One Next Step Podcast, Tricia strives to lead and inspire their team and listeners to provide extraordinary services - all while finding great talent along the way.
