This could be by developing a client’s self-confidence, providing clarity and direction to their role, providing them with the tools and techniques to create the right conditions to apply “transformation” to their department or company, and much more. I have had a 20 year career in Learning, Leadership and Organisational Development and my overall style is influenced by positive psychology and a Strengths-Based approach.When working with my clients, I aim to strike the right balance between:· Pragmatism· Creativity and Playfulness· Support, Challenge and ProgressIn addition to the work I do with my clients I am the Chair of Governors of a local primary school and a volunteer with Leeds Young Authors.
