Anne Stroh, a sales trainer and creator of the Sales Pipeline Machine, argues that the market hasn't gotten harder - it's just different, and most sales struggles stem from refusing to go-to-market differently rather than actual market conditions. She's spent the last nine months helping multimillion-dollar companies and individual sellers master four specific requirements for consistent sales. The core insight is that ready-now buyers with disposable income no longer want free tips; they want solutions to their expensive now-problems. The episode covers transitioning from tip-based content to positioning-based content, developing the skill to distinguish brain-pickers from actual buyers through behavioral psychology, creating a champion client DNA profile (her trademarked framework identifying who your buyer is and what they desperately need solved today), and learning the specific attraction and communication methods that convert these buyers quickly. Stroh reports that 85% of her clients close tens of thousands of dollars within days or weeks after implementing this shift with their existing audiences, suggesting the problem isn't audience quality but messaging misalignment.

Key takeaways

  • →Stop creating free-tip content that attracts freebie seekers and brain-pickers; instead, create positioning-based content that positions you as the obvious solution to the expensive now-problem your buyers want solved today.
  • →Learn to identify buyer behaviors versus brain-picker behaviors (they're subtle but learnable) so you can rapidly sort through engagement and focus only on ready-now buyers with money to spend.
  • →Create your champion client DNA profile - a framework identifying exactly who your buyer is, what their expensive now-problem is, and where to find them - because most business owners don't actually know what their buyers desperately need solved today.
  • →Buyers in this market are fast-action takers who actively seek solutions and whip out their credit card in seconds when they find the right positioning; they don't browse or consume content like they did in 2020.
  • →The market didn't get harder; it got different, and your sales struggle comes from refusing to change how you go-to-market, not from lack of money in your audience.

Questions this episode answers

Why aren't people buying from my free tips content even though they say it's helpful?

Free tips attract freebie seekers and brain-pickers, not ready-now buyers with money to spend. People engaging heavily with free content are trained by that content to stay engaged with free content, not to pull out their credit card. You're building the wrong audience behavior.

How do I tell the difference between a brain-picker and a buyer in my audience?

Buyers and brain-pickers have different subtle but learnable behavioral patterns. Buyers actively seek solutions to their expensive now-problem and move fast; brain-pickers engage heavily with free content but ghost when it's time to pay. Understanding these behavioral differences lets you identify buyers in seconds.

What is the 'champion client DNA profile' and why do I need one?

Your champion client DNA profile is a trademarked framework identifying exactly who your buyer is, what behaviors they exhibit, and what expensive problem they want solved right now today (not what they could learn or should do). Stroh says 99.999% of clients don't actually know this, and it's essential for positioning yourself correctly.

Can I close sales with my current audience even if I think they're broke?

Yes. Stroh reports 85% of clients close tens of thousands of dollars within days or weeks with their existing audience after shifting their content and messaging approach. The problem isn't the audience quality; it's that you're speaking to them the wrong way.

Why do buyers in today's market behave differently than they did in 2020?

Today's buyers with money are fast-action takers actively seeking solutions to expensive problems they need solved immediately; they don't scroll or consume hours of content like buyers did in 2020. They expect you to clearly position yourself as their obvious next step.

Insight Density

5 / 20

The episode is heavily padded with repetition and filler, cycling through the same few ideas ('it's not harder, it's different') without meaningful elaboration. The four 'required things' amount to: don't give free tips, know your buyer, communicate concisely, and keep a prospect list - none of which are developed with enough depth or nuance to deliver meaningful insight per minute.

It's not harder to get sales. It's different. 100%. It's different. And it's different for everybody.
you need to learn when and how to shut up. You need to learn when to be quiet and when you need to speak.

Originality

4 / 20

The frameworks presented - 'brain picker vs. buyer,' 'champion client DNA,' and 'buyer's list' - are repackaged versions of standard sales pipeline and buyer persona concepts. The core advice (stop giving free content, know your ideal customer, have a prospect list) recycles well-worn sales coaching doctrine without any contrarian or first-principles thinking.

What I call in trademarked your champion client DNA. It's your champion client DNA profile. And this is something I trademarked probably three years ago.
The buyer's list is trademarked. That's my thing.

Guest Caliber

6 / 20

This is a solo-host monologue by a self-described sales trainer/coach with 25 years of experience. She claims to work inside multi-million dollar companies but offers no verifiable specifics. Her profile is squarely in the coach-to-coaches category - a thought-leader selling into the coaching/consultant market rather than an operator who has built or scaled something at measurable size.

I've spent the last 25 years training top performing sales teams and high ticket sellers
I have been in the back end of multimillion dollar companies. These are companies that you guys listen to the podcast, you obsess about these people.

Specificity & Evidence

3 / 20

The episode is almost entirely devoid of named companies, concrete metrics, verifiable case studies, or specific dollar figures tied to identifiable outcomes. The one statistical claim ('85% of our clients close multiple tens of thousands of dollars') is asserted without any supporting detail, and the only time-specific data point offered is what time the host recorded the episode.

85% of our clients close multiple tens of thousands of dollars in a matter of days and just weeks with us, some, um, just hours when we make this shift
at the time of recording this, it's 8:07 in the morning. Prior to recording this, I had already closed a sale this morning

Conversational Craft

3 / 20

This is an uninterrupted solo monologue with no guest, no probing questions, no pushback, and no dialogue of any kind. The episode functions primarily as a lead-generation pitch for the host's paid programs ('Sales Accelerator'), with the 'four things' serving as a wrapper around repeated calls to enroll, which precludes any meaningful conversational craft.

So if this is speaking to you, if you're feeling this, there's a link below, uh, to join us in the sales accelerator
I am not giving you tips. I'm telling you how we help you fix your expensive problem.

Know the difference between a brain picker and a buyer. Communicate your solution clearly and quickly. Build and work a Buyers List™ every day. These are the same shifts helping our clients generate tens of thousands of dollars in sales within days or even hours - with the audience they already have. If you’re ready to solve these expensive problems and start closing with speed and consistency, this episode shows you how. And on August 21 , I’m hosting a free 45-minute masterclass showing you exactly how to execute this in your own business so you can start generating daily sales - ethically, organically, and consistently.

Speaker A: Welcome to let's uh, Talk Sales, the podcast for high performing coaches, consultants and sales professionals who are ready to master the art of ethical high ticket sales and drive peak sales performance. I'm Anne Stroh, a sales trainer and the creator of the Sales Pipeline machine. And I've spent the last 25 years training top performing sales teams and high ticket sellers to optimize their sales process, increase close rates and create consistent scalable results without chasing leads, discounting, or high pressure tactics. If you're looking to refine your sales strategies, attract premium buyers and close with confidence, you're in the right place. Each episode, I'll break down proven sales techniques, buyer psychology insights, and advanced strategies to help you sell smarter, lead stronger, and perform at the highest level. Let's dive in. Hey everybody. Welcome back to another mustache sales episode. Okay, um, on today's episode, I'm going to share four things that, uh, with you guys that are required in today's market to close sales. Um, if you want to close sales today, if you want to close sales every day, if you want to close sales more consistently in your business or at a higher volume. These are the four things that I have been teaching our clients and I have been doing in my own business that we have been hammering, mastering and, and consistently doing now for, I would say about the last nine or so months. Um, and they are working like a charm. So want to share those with you guys. So the, the number one thing I think is really key here for everyone to understand is that the market has definitely shifted. I just think this is important to say, and I know I've said this on the podcast before, but I think, like, the reminder is important and people usually thank me for the reminder. Right? Like, the market is definitely shifted. Um, but I think it's also equally important to remind you guys that that doesn't mean it's harder to get sales. Right? It's not harder to get sales just because the market has shifted. It just means it's different. That's the key thing. I would write that down. It's not harder to get sales or to get more sales or to get consistent sales. It's just different. 100%. It's different. And it's different for everybody. It's not different for some people or certain people. It is literally different for every single person who operates a business. Rather you make a billion dollars a year or you make $0. Right? It is different straight across the board for everyone in every niche. Um, people are definitely buying differently today, but there's still buy in. It's harder. It is different. And I don't think we really can stress that enough. I think so many people that we talk to, they're just always like, oh my gosh, it's so hard. It takes so long. I have to do so many things. I'm working way more than I used to. Nothing is working like, and that can feel hard, but it's just different. And I think a lot of business owners and entrepreneurs are struggling to hit their sales goals or hit them consistently or at the frequency or volume they want. Not because it's hard, because it's not hard, but because they refuse to go to market differently. Let that just kind of settle for a second. Because I have been in the back end for the past two years. I have been in the back end of multimillion dollar companies. These are companies that you guys listen to the podcast, you obsess about these people. They're the go to gurus and leaders, influencers in our, in our market, in our niche. These are the people that are, um, paving the path. We all know these names. We know exactly who all these people are. I've been in the back end of their companies, helping them fix their sales. And the number one thing in every one of those companies is that they're just doing the same thing that they were doing two years and four years ago, and those don't work anymore. So once we shifted and we had those companies, uh, just show up and, and do the things in the way that the people are buying today, their sales went right back up. They shot right back up. So if you want your sales to shoot back up and that can look like whatever you want it to look like, whatever your sales goal is, maybe you're not getting any sales or may, maybe they're so far and few between, or maybe you just want more of them, or maybe you just want them more consistently, right? Or at a bigger volume. Whatever your sales goal is, the answer is that you change how you're going to the market, right? And that is what the problem is. That's where the problem lies. The struggle is due to refusing to do things differently, to change what once worked and move into the, what works now. And that's the, that's the thing right there that, I mean, we could just end the episode right here, less than five minutes in. That's the thing. We. It's not harder to get sales. It's different. And when you refuse to understand what different means and what different looks like, and then show up in alignment with that you will struggle to get sales. It will feel like it's really hard and it probably will be hard for you, but because not because people are not buying and nobody has money, but because the way in which you're showing up, the strategies you're choosing, the energy, you're choosing the how and the way they don't align with the, the way and the how people are buying today. Right. Like, logically, I need that to make sense for everybody because that, that is the number one and probably the only really real reason that anyone would have a hard time getting sales right now. Okay, so here's what I want to do on this episode. I'm just going to share with you guys the four ways that we are helping our clients go to market really powerfully, but simply, okay, um, and close sales every day in just a couple of hours a day. Okay? So our clients are doing six and seven figures in just a couple of hours a day organically. But they did and do and have had to change, uh, the way and the how they've been going to the market compared to what it used to be 100%, not one of them has stayed the same. So these are the most important things required in today's market to close sales consistently. Rather that means, you know, just get an A sale or get in multiple sales, um, whatever that looks like for you. Okay. If you want to go off and generate sales today and this week and doing that consistently, these are the four things that we are helping our clients do. So grab a pen, grab something to write with. You're going to want to write these down. You're going to want to go over this with your team. If m. You have one, talk to them. If you have a seller, they need to be doing this. They should be listening to this episode. They should be in our programs. They should be learning how to sell every day, consistently, easily, quickly. All the things, um, you'll want to kind of write these down and then go strategize, uh, how you're going to start implementing them as of today. Okay? So, um, and these are not tips, you guys. These aren't, this isn't for tips. This is, you absolutely must have to go do this in your business today, whether you make a billion dollars or zero dollars. These are the things that I'm doing, these are things that my clients are doing, and these are the things that I have multi million and even eight figure clients doing right now. These are the things I have seen sales team's doing right now, period. Everyone who's Making any money are mastering and doing these four things right here. Okay? So these are not tips, you guys. You need to go do these things. Okay, so number one, uh, stop training your audience for free tips. So here's the thing that I see a lot in the market right now, and I'm seeing this and I'm just like, yep, that's not going to create sales by the end of today, first of all. And, and, and there's the second tip I'm going to give you is going to kind of lead, it's going to carry on to this one, it's going to build off this one. But first and foremost, if you are someone who is creating content like we did back in 2020 when the whole world was buying everything, um, if you're the person who is showing up online every day and you have posts going out multiple times a day with tips. Free tips. Free tips. Free tips, Right. I want you to understand that that doesn't attract ready now buyers in this market. This free tips is not what people with money to spend are looking for today. They don't have time for free tips. They don't need your free tips. They don't care about free tips. You're ready now buyers. And this is, this is one of the biggest things that we have to work on with our clients across all of our programs right now is understanding a buyer in this market. They're different. These are not your freebie seekers. And we'll talk about this in a second. And number two, and number two, I'm going to talk about this because I think one of the biggest issues right now in the market is everybody thinks that the people who buy are still the same people who bought two, three, and four years ago. And it's not. Those people are long gone. They're not buying anything. Uh, so one of the biggest issues, when people come to me and they're saying we're not generating the amount of sales or the sales that we want to consistently in the frequency, whatever it is, um, a lot of the times we'll go first and we'll look at their content. Um, and we'll see, like, okay, let's, let's look at how you're showing up. Like, who are you speaking to? What do you say and how are you saying it? All that stuff, right? So I'll use my brain science and my human behavior sales psychology brain, and I'll go look and I'll say, okay, well, here's one problem. The biggest problem is you're sharing a bunch of Free tips. So, number one, uh, you're attracting freebie seekers and brain pickers like galore like you would not believe. That's why 99% of your audience is engaging and sucking up all your free stuff and signing up for everything, and they're taking in all of your free tips. But when it comes time to put their money where their mouth is, they're crickets. They're ghosting you. And so, um, the first thing I want you guys to understand in this market today, this is important, you guys, you got to get up to what's going on today. In this market. Today, right now, right here, today, in this market, your people with credit cards and disposable money and money to give. You don't care or want free tips. If they're not attracted to it. It's not what they're looking for. It isn't what's going to get them to stop dishing this out all day, every day. This, uh, isn't going to do it. When you are doing this, you're literally building an audience of people who just want your free tips, which is why you hear things like, oh, my God, that was amazing. Oh, my God, this is so helpful. Thank you so much. Oh, my God. You spoke to my soul. Thank you. Oh, this is great. Oh, my God. I'm going to go do this right now. Oh, my God. I'm going to go try those things. This, um, is why people are asking you for free coaching in your DMs. This is why people are, like, signing up for all your free stuff and then never buy you and this or buy from you. And this is why people are like, oh, thank you, thank you, thank you. And, like, then when it comes time to be like, do you actually want to do the work there? It's like, hello, Hello. Where did you go? And they're gone. You're. You're training these people to do this because you're dishing out free tips. So, number one, there's a difference in nurturing and giving free tips. Um, nurturing is not about giving free stuff. Free stuff. Free stuff. Free stuff. Free stuff. It's about holding the space and building the trust that's required today in this market. And it's about helping them to understand that you have the solution to the problem they want to solve right now. That's totally different than free tips. That is something that I would say 99.999% of the people who come to us do not have in place. They are giving away free tips in everything. They're doing instead of bridging gaps, instead of building trust, instead of showing your potential buyers how you can solve their problems. So the first thing that I do with my clients is we look at, uh, how they're going to market with their content. Because the content is the first thing that builds your audience. Right? Like that's the first. It's like your first impression. It's what everybody sees when they enter your social platform. You, or if you're going into groups or you're going into other markets or other communities or platforms, whatever, right? Like if you're using social media to sell, then your content's your first impression. And that's going to tell everything to what happens with your audience. If they're, if you're training them for these free tips, you're going to have a very hard time getting those people who are obsessively binging your free stuff all the time to start throwing credit cards at you. In this market, it's going to be extremely rare. Okay? So the first thing we do with our clients is we shift their content. Um, no more free tips. And we have them go to market with things that position them, um, as the obvious next solution to the problem, the now problem, the expensive now problem that their potential buyers want closed right now, today, and they have the money to spend to do so. And that's a huge difference. The content definitely needs to be different, um, um, and it needs to be shifted in order to do that. Okay? And here's what I'll tell you. 85% of our clients close multiple tens of thousands of dollars in a matter of days and just weeks with us, some, um, just hours when we make this shift and they go straight to market with the current audience they have. This is an audience that develop that. Our clients come to us and they're like, oh, they're broke. Oh, they have no money, they don't engage, they ghost me, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And as soon as we have them go, um, to market with a different type of message and different content, boom. 85% of our clients generate tens of thousands of sales in hours, days, or just a few weeks, um, every single time. So. And it's with the current audience sitting right there that they said is broke and just brain pickers and dead. So it's not, that's not necessarily true. Everyone has some buyers in your audience. You all have them. The problem is they don't want the kind of content and they don't buy from the type of content you keep putting out. Okay. So number one, with our clients, the way we help you generate, uh, sales with same day sales with the same audience you have right now is we go to market with a different content, with a different type, a different way, a different format of content, um, that is going to speak directly to your ready now buyers. Okay. It's going to position you as like an obvious next step. That's step number one. Okay, so, okay, step number two, it kind of pony backs off this step one, right? Because the second thing that we have to help our clients do, which is a little bit of a skill set, but it's get some strategy in there. Um, the, the second thing that we have to do when clients come to us because we don't just want you guys to get sales one time, we want you guys to get sales every time. All the time. Right? Every day, all the time. And so the second thing that we have to do with our clients is help them to understand when they look at their audience, the people in their audience, we want them to very quickly, not over days, weeks, months and years, very, very quickly, like minutes. We want them to identify and understand the difference between a brain picker and a buyer. And there are differences because buyers, buyers have, um, uh, behaviors that they all do. Like you can pinpoint a buyer because they kind of all have the same sort of behaviors. There are behaviors that show you someone is a brain picker because they're doing brain picker behaviors versus someone who's doing, who's a buyer who's doing buyer behaviors not even remotely close to the same thing. However, the differences can be so subtle that if you're not aware of them, you don't even see them, you don't understand them, you cannot tell the difference because they can be subtle. Okay? So the first thing that we do is we bring a little bit of the skill set where we teach our clients and we help them understand, uh, the psychology. So the behavior of someone who buys versus someone who just picks the brain. There are, there are behavior differences. They're subtle, but that doesn't mean there aren't any. It doesn't change the fact that someone who's a buyer behaves differently than, uh, someone who's a brain picker. They're subtle, but it doesn't change the fact that those exist. And when you don't understand those and you can't see those, you definitely, um, can't tell the difference. And so what happens is a lot of people end up, uh, um, down in dm, um, conversations or on sales. Conversations um, or they fill their, you know, launches or their audience or their buyers list or their groups with a bunch of, um, brain pickers. And then when they're not making money, they don't understand why, but they can't tell a difference. They can't even tell the difference between a brain picker and someone who buys because they don't know the buying behaviors and they don't know the brain picking behaviors. So it's part strategy, but it's also some psychology. It's understanding how a buyer behaves versus how someone who is not really a buyer behaves. And when you understand those, once you understand them, you see them in seconds. You can tell right away. You can tell right away. And so we help our clients, um, identify that because as we start to, you know, uh, put their content out differently and they show up differently, there's going to be people, you know, responding and engaging and reaching out and getting in the DMS and filling out applications and booking calls and doing all the things. And we want our clients rapidly, rapidly, fast, to be able to pick through all the responses, engagement, people, things, and get straight to the buyers very rapidly, fast. And so to do that, they've got to understand the buying behaviors and trends so they can, they can identify those really quickly. Um, you really want to be thinking, you know, um, when you're, when you're thinking about who this is part of it. When you're, when you're understanding this part of this, it's kind of two parts. You also have to know, like, you have to know who your buyer is, right? Like, it's one thing to understand the buyer behaviors, but you can attract people that are not your, that are buyers, but they're not your buyers. Right? Like, that's the other side of it. We do have people who come to us and they do have buyers in their market. It's just not buyers for their, their solution for their services. So that's not really going to help you if you have an audience of buyers, but they're not your buyers, right? You need to understand who your buyer is. And you also have to understand what is their expensive problem. This is what we help our clients do. We help them. Um, what I call in trademarked your champion client DNA. It's your champion client DNA profile. And this is something I trademarked probably three years ago. And it's what we, it's one of the things that we do with our clients when they come into our programs is I want you to create your champion client DNA profile. Because this says uh, who your buyer actually is, what your buyer behaviors, your behaviors are, uh, of your buyers. And what is the expensive problem that they want solved right now, today? I am not talking about all the things they want to learn, all the things they could or should be doing, all the things they used to buy, all that. I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about the thing today that they're actively on social media looking for the result for. They're looking for the solution, they're seeking it, and when they find it, they're going to whip out their credit card in about five seconds and they're going to drop the money. I'm talking about that problem. And I will say this. 99.999% of the clients who come to me do not know what that problem is. They have no idea what that is. And when they tell me what they think it is, I'm like, that's definitely not it. Uh, like you're back in 2020. That's not what people. That's not your, that's not the problem today. And if it is, you are not articulating that very well like that. You're making that really hard to understand. We'll talk about that in a second. So you, you need to, to know what that expensive problem is that they want solved today. The other side of this is where and how do you find these buyers? Those are not the same things. Right? Finding and attracting are two different things. Um, and you have to understand that too, right? So we work with our clients to say, here's how you're going to find these buyers. But once you find them, you need to know how to attract them fast. Because buyers in this market today, they are not willy nilly and down in content. Uh, they're not scrolling, they're not hanging out binging for hours. These are fast action takers. And, and they, they are very, uh, careful and mindful with their time and who they're giving that to. So these people buy fast when they find the solution and they are actively, uh, seeking that solution. And you need to know that once you find those people, once you find the groups of those people, you need to learn how to attract them really quickly. They need to be like, God damn, who's this? Holy. Yep. That's. Wow. This is, I've literally been looking for this. Holy. This is like the answer. And voila. Uh, they're down in your DMs, throwing you tens of thousands of dollars today to get started. That's what you need to know. How to do. And that's what we work with our clients to do. But you can't do that if you don't even know who. If you're just speaking to a bunch of brain pickers, freebie seekers, and you don't even know how to go to market as and position yourself as an authoritative person who has the exact solution to the expensive problem, a lot of people are still showing up, creating content, speaking to a bunch of brain pickers, freebie seekers, lurkers, and you're still putting out content that speaks and attracts those people. And then you're still just chasing, uh, people who are broke. They have no money, they don't have any money to give you. Even if they wanted to work with you, they don't have money to give you. And they don't have the mindset to go get the money, to go find the money to go make or earn the money. They don't even have that mindset. They're just broke mentality. They are broke. And it's not good, bad, right or wrong. It just is what it is. Period. It is what it is. And so you have to understand not just how to find these buyers, but how to attract the people that have a credit card, they have disposable money, and they are actively, before they ever even know who you are, they are actively already looking for the solution to solve that expensive problem that has to be put out today. The problem has got to get solved today. And when they find that person, they're going to throw the credit card down. The problem is if you don't know how to show up properly, if you don't know how to speak to them properly, if you don't know how to attract them properly and communicate properly, then they're going to have objections and they're not going to be certain or sure that you are the person that can help them do that. So they're going to be like questioning it. They're not sure. And that's why you get objections. But yet those same people will turn around, ghost you and go pay tens of thousands of dollars to your competitor. M Because your competitor has their shit together. They have all this figured out and you're so back in 2020, you know what I mean? So again, this is really a big, big part. Now, number three, um, kind of again, it pony backs off what we just talked about. Another thing that we spend probably a lot of time with our clients doing is mastering how to communicate your solution clearly and quickly. I'm just going to tell you right now, if you are still that super wordy, I must share every word with you. I must share every example. I must give you nine, um, thousand different variations of what I am trying to say and how I'm trying to say it and how I might be able to help you. And I have to write a book in a novel when you ask me these things. And all I do is talk, talk, talk, talk, talk, and I just have so much to say. You're not making money in this market because there's nobody. Even your brain pickers don't have the capacity to hold all that information and to consume all of that. Um, that type of energy doesn't create a buy in situation. It creates an overwhelmed, confused situation which ends with objections or ghosting you. Um, and so when you are someone who over compensates, and what I mean is, you think the more I say, the more I teach, the more I give and the more I tell you and all the different ways I could say it and do it, the more you'll buy. I'm telling you, it's the opposite. Less is more. You need to learn in a very loving. I'm going to say this very lovingly. You need to learn when and how to shut up. You need to learn when to be quiet and when you need to speak. And you need to learn how to communicate your solution, not your offer. I want to be really clear. I didn't say offer. I didn't even use that word right. I didn't say offer. I said communicate. Your solution, the one, uh, solution to their micro expensive problem. You need to learn how to clearly and quickly articulate and communicate that right? And so what happens, and we see this every day, is we will say to our clients or our audience, awesome how like, what's the, uh, problem that you solve for your clients? And five hours later we have a mashup of so much information. I still don't know what you do. I still don't understand. I wouldn't pull out a credit card. I'm overwhelmingly confused. And even you're overwhelmed with how much you just said. It's like, that's not. Yeah, you're not gonna. No wonder you're not getting buyers, right? I need you in five seconds to tell me how you're gonna solve my problem. Now it's gonna be really hard for you to do that if you don't know what the expensive micro problem is. You guys are going for macro. You're trying to solve all of their life and business problems in one sentence. And that's part of the problem, right? You have to learn how to communicate your solution very clearly and quickly. But it needs to be the solution to the expensive micro problem that your buyer has today. And that is key. And I will tell you right now, I don't have anybody who comes to me and knows that information. Uh, even the million dollar companies I go into, I'm like, you guys, this isn't, we got to fix this. So this is the biggest problem right now. And I see it in all the content you all are posting because we're connected on social. And I'm like, you just don't have that dialed in yet. You don't have it figured out, right? You haven't shifted how you're going to market. So we teach our clients to do that. Things need to be in their language. And the other thing is like, if your buyer cannot see themselves inside your program doing the work and not work, getting them the result based. And when I say that, I mean solving their expensive problem. If they don't see that the way you're talking about like, oh, here's what you'll do right in the program, here's how we help you solve this expensive problem. Um, if they can't see themselves doing that and, and solving that problem, closing that gap, then they're going to give you an objection. So they need to also, you need to learn how to communicate it so they can say, oh, okay, I could, I definitely see that this is going to solve this expensive problem that I have. How do I sign up? I can definitely come in and do that. This makes sense to me. That comes down to your communication. Like, so I'll give you an example right now on this episode. I am not giving you tips. I'm telling you how we help you fix your expensive problem. And your expensive problem is you don't know these things. You don't know how to go to market and, uh, share, you know, information and how to with your audience and not how to like how to go do these five things. I'm saying how to solve your expensive problem right now. Here's how we help our clients do it. You, you like that's your expensive problem. Your expensive problem is you don't know how to go to market today and, and find and attract and communicate and close your ready now buyers. That's your expensive problem. You don't know how to do it. And I'm showing you, I'm telling you right now, I'm telling you the four ways to do it. I am not, uh, giving you Tips. I'm telling you, this is how we help our clients do this. This is our system. This is our process. This is what we help you do. If you want to close that expensive problem, you want to solve it. I'm telling you the four ways I will help you do it right now, today. That's a. I'm, um, demonstrating to you right now. Do you see the difference? Do you guys sit back, zoom out for a second. Do you see the difference how I'm framing this up? I'm telling you how I will help you do it. I'm telling you the four things we'll do together right now to help you solve the expensive problem of not knowing how to go to market and attract and call in and close your ready now buyers. You see how I'm doing that? This is what I'm talking about. This isn't what you guys do. You guys are given tips. Here's 400 tips on how to close a. It's. It's insanity. Okay? So we need to understand that your buyer needs to say, oh, I can see myself doing that. Number one. I can do that. Sure. That makes sense to me. This is coming together. Um, I feel like, yes, you're right. I'm not doing those things. And I don't know how you're right. Oh my God. As you're saying that that's me. Okay? I can, I can relate and identify with that. And also I can see that this is going to solve this expensive problem. If I know these four things, this expensive problem has been solved. This is a total no brainer. How do I sign up? Do you see what I'm saying, guys? See what I'm talking about? So you need to know how to do that. Okay? They need to be able to relate and they need to be able to see themselves. So they need to see themselves and relate to what you're saying you're going to help them do. And then they also have to believe that's going to solve this expensive problem. That's two parts. Okay? All, uh, right. The fourth thing that we help our clients do, because you need to build systems around your strategies. You guys, this is part of the problem. Um, I go into million dollar companies and I look at their sales teams and they don't even have a buyer's list. Now, I don't expect everyone to know buyers, this, especially if you're new here, because this is something that I've designed and that I've created and that, uh, I do with my clients. And it's what I've done as a high ticket seller for the last 25 years. The reason I have been a top seller in every multimillion dollar company I have ever worked for and run circles around their sales teams who have been there years longer than me. The reason is, well, everything I'm talking about here, uh, I come in knowing this stuff and the other people that the other sellers don't know this stuff. But I also have a buyer's list. So I'm extremely efficient with my time and I am super intentional and picky about who gets my time and attention. I know who my buyers are by name in my buyers list every day. I know exactly who to go to to close a sale. I know who to go to. In fact, right as I, right before I recorded this episode, I closed a sale. And at the time of recording this, it's 8:07 in the morning. Prior to recording this, I had already closed a sale this morning because I already know who my buyers are. So I pop up in my buyers list and I go straight to them and I put the invitation, I put the message out there that needs to be said and I seal the deal. Period. And the problem with a lot of people today is you don't have a buyer's list. You don't even know who your buyers are. If I asked you today, who's closing today and what are they buying? Who's your, who's your buyer today? Give me their name, first and last name and what are they buying today? I have never had anybody come to me and know that. I mean, maybe once, nobody ever know. They're like, uh, I don't even know if I'm getting a sale today. I'm like, how are you running a business? What do you mean you don't know if you're getting the sale today? You run a business, you should be close to sales every day, right? So that's the problem. The problem is you're running around social media and your email list and you're scrolling and scrolling and seeking and seeking and hoping and crossing your fingers and you're throwing content freebie seeker content out, brain picker content free tips, hoping someone's gonna be like, oh my God, I loved your four tips. Here's $10,000. It's not going to happen in this market. That's, that's, I mean maybe once a year or twice a year, you might get lucky. That isn't, that's a high. Create a buyer and you need to have a buyer's list. That is a, uh, Curated, qualified list of people that have that expensive problem that only you can solve. And you need to know who those people are Monday through Friday, every day, by name, and pull them up and know exactly what to say to them, what they need to hear right now, today to get the credit card. And if you don't know that, you are gonna have the hardest time getting sales in this market, because then you're chasing your begging, you're convincing, and you're handling objections all day. And that's about 99.999 of my audience. When they come to us, that's exactly what they're doing. They're chasing, convincing, begging, uh, negotiating, objection, handling instead of closing. So you need to build a buyer's list, like your mortgage depends on it. Like feeding your babies tonight depends on it. And you need to come into the program probably to learn how to do that, because other people, nobody else is teaching a buyer's list unless they stole it from me. So hopefully no one is unethical. Right. This is what we teach in my programs. And this is. The buyer's list is trademarked. That's my thing. Um, and I started that as a high ticket seller 25 years ago. Okay. I started teaching it first initially to real estate agents, and then I moved into the coaching sales space. Okay, so those are the four ways that we can help you, and we help you do other things. There are definitely under each one of these things that I just taught you today, there are other things you definitely need to do. There are systems you need to build around this, and there's other strategies and other skill sets that come with these four things. But these are the four top things that are not only required in this market to close sales consistently, but these are the four things that we help our clients do immediately upon coming into any of our programs and working with us. Because if you don't know this stuff, I don't know how you're getting sales. Uh, I don't know how you would get sales if you don't get these four things dialed in and then learn how to run them Monday through Friday. Okay? So if this is speaking to you, if you're feeling this, there's a link below, uh, to join us in the sales accelerator where we will help you execute very successfully and rapidly, fast. These four things, amongst the other things that kind of go with these that are necessary. Um, it's not a lot of things, guys, but it is these things. And you definitely have to make these shifts. I don't care who you are how much money you do or do not make, how long you've been in business, none of that matters. If you do not change how you're going to the market today and you don't understand these four things, at minimum, you are going to have a hard time closing sales. Bottom line, you're just going to chase and negotiate and beg and convince and you're going to handle objections all day while your competitors are closing the sales all day long, every day. So if this is speaking to you and you feel like these are four areas in which you definitely need to fix in your business, if this is these are your expensive problems, uh, well, we have the solution to these problems and we can solve them as early as today. You can join the program and we can solve them today. All right. I hope this was, um, eye opening for you guys. I hope that you know, um, one way or another you make these changes and, and shift how you guys are going to the market so you can tap into the people who have disposable money and who are buying and investing right now and understand the difference in a brain picker and a buyer.
