Kingdom Success is transitioning from an audio-only podcast to a multimedia presence that includes both YouTube video and continued podcast distribution. Tyler McCart, the show's host, explains that after nearly three months without an episode, he felt led by the Holy Spirit to enhance rather than replace the existing podcast format. The primary driver is reaching a wider audience - YouTube offers greater discoverability and engagement compared to audio alone. Beyond the platform expansion, Tyler is pursuing two certifications in consulting to deepen his capability to help marketplace Christians, particularly men, navigate career advancement and family legacy planning. The consulting work represents a natural evolution of Kingdom Success's core mission: equipping believers in business environments to integrate their faith with professional success. For B2B operators and faith-driven entrepreneurs who've built their network through the podcast, this signals a shift toward more structured, video-based content delivery alongside legacy-building and family finance consulting services that Tyler is positioning as his next offering.

Insight Density

3 / 20

The episode is almost entirely filler and meta-commentary about the host's plans to expand to YouTube. There are no substantive business insights, frameworks, or actionable advice for B2B operators. The entire 5-minute runtime is devoted to announcing a channel transition and stating vague intentions about consulting certifications.

I feel like YouTube also kind of gives you a much greater reach as far as your audience.
I'm actually going through what looks like two certifications of consulting work and to be able to help uh individuals and families uh really take their legacy, take their uh plans, take their desires to another level.

Originality

2 / 20

No original thinking, frameworks, or contrarian ideas are presented. The episode relies entirely on platitudes ('Holy Spirit led,' 'divine health,' 'blessed') and generic announcements about platform expansion that have no intellectual substance.

I feel led of Holy Spirit to not do away with the Kingdom Success podcast, but really kind of more of an enhancement uh for it.
know that you're blessed, you're highly favored, you're empowered to prosper

Episode notes

Send us Fan Mail A quiet feed can either signal drift or discernment. For us, it signaled a pivot born from prayer and a renewed commitment to serve marketplace believers with sharper tools and a wider reach. We pressed pause to listen, and what surfaced was simple: the audio podcast continues, and we’re adding video to amplify the mission. We walk you through the why behind the shift - how YouTube’s discovery and visual format will help us break down practical frameworks for Christian entrepreneurs and professionals. Think family-aligned goal setting, meeting rhythms that honor people and results, and weekly planning that ties prayer to priorities and profit. I’m also pursuing two consulting certifications to bolster the coaching you receive here, giving us common language and proven methods for leadership development, legacy planning, and values-driven decision making at work and at home. You’ll hear how the focus stays steady: equipping men in the marketplace while welcoming women who resonate with this approach.

I believe I'm on 427, if not mistaken. Um hey guys, I know it's been a little while since I have done an episode. Um, I think the last episode, uh, actually, I don't even remember uh when that episode came out. Let me actually go and look.

It was when was this? October 21st. Wow. So it's been almost three months since I've done a podcast episode.

Well, I want to be up front with you guys that have been listening to my podcast for quite a while. I feel like I need to do this episode right here, just as far as the transition. And um, first and foremost, if you've been a listener of mine for several years, thank you. I really do appreciate uh you actually tuning in each week or each month and going on this journey with me uh that I've been on.

But I felt led of Holy Spirit to not do away with the Kingdom Success podcast, but really kind of more of an enhancement uh for it. I feel like I need to do a video version of the podcast along with an audio version of the podcast. So yours truly is actually going to be doing a having a YouTube channel, all right, a YouTube channel uh coming here soon. And I just actually got done uh kind of scripting out, yes, I did say scripting, which is sometimes not typical of what I do and how I do this podcast, but I feel led that to actually shift towards more of the a a little bit more of a bigger audience.

I don't know what's to say it. Uh, I feel like YouTube also kind of gives you a much greater reach as far as your audience. Um I still plan on going through the process of Kingdom Success, helping equip, you know, um specifically men, but also women, but specifically men uh that are in the marketplace and help them with their families, help them with their careers. Um I'm actually going through what looks like two certifications of consulting work and to be able to help uh individuals and families uh really take their legacy, take their uh plans, take their desires to another level.

Uh I feel like that God wants me to go that direction, and so that's kind of where I'm headed towards. And so as a Kingdom Success listener, um, I would invite you to along with that journey. Invite you to take that journey with me. Um and you can find me on YouTube.

Uh you can just type up Tyler McCart. Um that'll probably be what my thing is and uh will be. But yeah, that's where I'm gonna start, guys. I just want to share that with you.

Uh just as a um just as a person that's actually walking through this and following the breadcrumbs, uh so to speak, of what Holy Spirit's leading me to do. And yeah. I just want to share that. Okay.

So I appreciate you guys being on the journey. I hope that you stay with me on the journey. If you do find you know something with my uh episodes or whatever that I have shared in the past, uh good for sharing, uh, share away. But this is the direction I feel the Holy Spirit's leading.

So, gang, know that you're blessed, you're highly favored, you're empowered to prosper, you walk in divine health, the spirit of breakthrough is upon you guys, and gang will catch you on the other side.
