BIO - Michael Francis is the Spring Branch ISD Child Nutrition Services Assistant Director. He has been in school nutrition for 12 years, but he his foodservice career actually started at Luby's Cafeteria while in college. Michael loves to cook and is a video gamer for life. He's a graduate of the University of Houston Conrad Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management.
