In this episode, Karey and Justin are delighted to sit down with Michael Francis, Assistant Director of Child Nutrition and the current President of TASN. We talk pandemic challenges, keeping TASN and the district running over the last 12 months AND, which actor would play him in a movie. BIO - Michael Francis is the Spring Branch ISD Child Nutrition Services Assistant Director. He has been in school nutrition for 12 years, but he his foodservice career actually started at Luby's Cafeteria while in college. Michael loves to cook and is a video gamer for life. He's a graduate of the University of Houston Conrad Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management.
