Episode notes

Confession time: I’ve been straight-up ghosting social media. Not because I don’t want to show up - trust me, I do - but the second I start thinking about everything that goes into posting (the ideas, the captions, the filming, the editing… the whole thing ), I’m already exhausted. And I have a good reason for it. In this episode, I’m finally sharing where I’ve been, what’s been keeping me from showing up online, and - more importantly - how I’m getting back into it without the overwhelm. And if you’ve been stuck in the same procrastination loop, this episode is for you. Because I’m about to introduce you to the Onion Technique - the one simple shift that’s going to make posting on social media feel so much easier. In This Episode, We Cover: The real reason I’ve been procrastinating on social media (and why you might be, too) Why social media posting isn’t one task - it’s a series of tasks (and how that’s tripping you up) The Onion Technique - a step-by-step approach to making social media feel manageable How to stop overcomplicating your content and actually start posting Why your first step back doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s (Sally’s 15-post-a-week system?
