Five dimensions, 20 points each
Bella Vasta presents a five-step system called the 5D Visionary that replaces static vision boards with a multi-sensory AI-powered approach: writing a vivid sensory description of your future self, turning it into song lyrics, generating a personal anthem with Suno, creating images with AI tools, and producing video clips to watch before sleep for neuroplasticity-based transformation.
Key takeaways
- Use ChatGPT to write a detailed, sensory-rich vision of your life three months from now in first-person present tense, then record yourself reading it aloud to leverage your brain's response to your own voice
- Convert your vision writing into personalized song lyrics and use Suno to generate a fully produced personal anthem that serves as an emotional neural pathway strengthener
- Generate multiple cinematic images of specific scenes from your vision using image AI tools, then convert those images into short video clips to create a 40-second movie to watch before sleep
- Play your vision content (voice recording, song, video) before sleeping when your brain is most suggestible and neural pathways consolidate, replacing stress-inducing nighttime scrolling
- Apply the principle of neuroplasticity by exposing yourself to your future self through five entry points (reading, hearing your voice, song, images, video) daily to rewire your brain's pattern recognition toward opportunities aligned with your vision
What our scoring noted
Our reviewer’s read on each dimension, with quotes from the episode.
Insight Density
The episode is almost entirely motivational filler and step-by-step tool instructions with no non-obvious claims for a B2B operator. The one conceptual hook - neuroplasticity - is asserted superficially without actionable depth, and the rest is padded with self-help affirmations and promotional appeals.
Vision boards fail because they are one scene, one time, then forgotten.
Your brain does not know the difference between a true story and a repeated one.
Originality
The AI-tool-as-vision-board framing has mild novelty in execution, but the underlying ideas - neuroplasticity, multi-sensory visualization, identity-based goal setting - are decades-old self-help tropes repackaged with product names attached. No contrarian or first-principles thinking is offered.
I call it the 5D visionary. Five steps. Write it, sing it, see it, watch it, become it.
I call this brainwashing yourself.
Guest Caliber
This is a solo episode with no guest whatsoever. The host positions herself as a speaker and coach but offers no verifiable B2B operating credentials, scale of business built, or domain expertise beyond selling coaching sessions.
I'm just talking by myself in my office. Are you out there?
This is what I do for my business owners.
Specificity & Evidence
Scientific claims are entirely unreferenced ('this is decades of research, it's not my opinion'), success stories are a single vague anecdote, and the only concrete numbers in the episode are promotional price points for the host's own coaching services.
This is decades of research. It's not my opinion, okay?
One of the women I taught this to said, I have all these ideas floating in my head.
Conversational Craft
The episode is a solo monologue with no interviewer, no questions, no pushback, and no dialogue of any kind. What craft exists is undermined by repeated hard-sell calls to purchase coaching, making the episode feel like a long advertisement.

Speaker A: I want you to picture yourself three months from now. Not the to do list version, the real version of you. Where are you? What does your morning look like? What does your body feel like? What are people saying about you? Can you see it? Most people can for about four seconds and then it's gone. Competing with grocery lists, work emails, what to make for dinner. And by tomorrow, you won't even remember what you saw. Vision boards are dead. What if you could see it, hear it and feel it every single day? Today I'm going to show you what replaced vision boards for me. And the people that I teach you are going to write your future. Turn it into a, uh, song. Generate images out of it, create a photo, a video. People pay five to ten thousand dollars for this kind of work. And you're about to do it for free. I'm going to hand you all the tools. Welcome to AI for the Busy Human. My name is Bella Vasta and this is not like any other episode. This one might change your life. So let's go. Let me give you the science in 60 seconds. Because without it, this is gonna sound so woo woo. In fact, for years I was. I thought it was woo woo. I. I bucked against anything that was like this. I immediately turned off to it. So if that's you, listen. Your brain has a feature called neuroplasticity. It is physically. It physically rewires itself based off of what you repeatedly think, see, feel and hear. Neural pathways strengthen or weaken based on what you feed them. This is decades of research. It's not my opinion, okay? Your brain does not know the difference between a true story and a repeated one. Or a fake one. Vision boards fail because they are one scene, one time, then forgotten. Your visual cortex literally habituates to static images. It stops seeing them within two weeks. You need more than a picture on a wall. What we're building is multi sensory. You will read it, hear it in your own voice, hear it in a song, see it in images, watch it in video. Five entry points into your nervous system. Experience daily, especially before you sleep, when your brain is most open to rewiring. I call it the 5D visionary. Five steps. Write it, sing it, see it, watch it, become it. Alright, a quick thing. This episode uses ChatGPT, Sunno, Image AI and Video AI. The link is in the description and let me also Say suno is not included in that bundle, but let's build your future. Step one. You're going to describe your life three months from now in a, uh, five, uh, full sensory dimensions. Not goals, not a to do list. The complete experience of already being the person you want to become. Vivid enough that when you read it, your body responds. I want to create. Here's, here's the prompt that you're going to do, okay? And it will ask you questions. Uh, uh, I want to create a vivid, detailed, sensory, rich vision of my life three months from now. Write it in first person, present tense, as if I'm already living it. Include all five senses. What I see, hear, physically and emotionally feel, what I smell, and what I know to be true about myself. Make it specific, not generic. Make it feel like a movie scene of my best life. Do not use vague information, language, use concrete details. This is who. Here is who I am. Describe your current situation, your dreams, your goals, what you want your days to look like, what kind of person you want to be, what your relationships look like, what your body feels like, what your mornings look like, everything. And write it as a two to three minute read aloud piece that I can record in my own voice. Now, this might be hard for some people, and that's okay. The hack to this is to give it this prompt that's also in the show notes and ask it to ask you questions so that you can just answer the questions. And as we've talked early on in this, this podcast, I would speak your answers back. All right, so let's assume that you did that. Do that prompt. What comes back is not a list of goals, it's a scene. I wake up at seven. The house is quiet, sunlight through the window. I reach from my phone not to check email, but to look at my calendar. And it is a, uh, full of things I choose. That's not a goal, that's an identity. Now the power move. Record yourself reading it out loud. Your brain responds to your own voice, different than any other voice on the planet. When you hear yourself describing your future in present tense, your subconscious starts coding it as something that is happening. Play it before sleep. Play it before you wake up. Now this is only a very short podcast, so I can't get into the nitty gritty. I do that when I get uh, hired to speak in front of crowds. And I talk about this kind of stuff all the time or um, in my one on one coaching sessions. But this is an overview and a blueprint of exactly what you can do right now, as soon as this episode is over, now that you have that vision, I want you to take that version and turn it into a personal anthem. Your specific life, your specific morning, your specific transformation, not generic motivation. Take the 5D vision you just wrote. This is the prompt. Take the 5D vision you just wrote for me and turn it into song lyrics. Make it feel like a personal anthem. Empowering but not cheesy. Confident but grounded. Use imagery from my vision. Reference specific details from my life. Structure it with verses, a chorus, and a bridge. Keep it around three minutes. Now, the beauty of this is that once you do that first step that I just showed you and you really pour everything into it, let it, let it interview you. If you can't just immediately create it out of your memory, that foundation is drastically important to the rest of this episode. Okay? So I really want you to do that first step now. It's going to give you lyrics and you can do this two or three times. You can have couple different, you know, lyrics for a song. Now step three is you're going to take those lyrics and you're going to put it into suno.com. it's actually free. S U N O. Paste them in. Tell it what genre you want, what vibe you want, and in 60 seconds you're listening to a fully produced song about your future self with melody, with your chorus that you're not going to be able to get out of your head. And it's your version, your words, your life, playfully. I call this brainwashing yourself. Now you can paste your lyrics for this style. Um, upbeat indie mode, warm female voice, acoustic guitar with light electronic production. Inspiring 110 beats per minute. Feels like sunrise. Drive with the windows open or whatever makes you feel happy. Okay, maybe your heart responds more to R B or gospel or country or lo fi or hip hop. I have seen grown adults cry doing this. Not because it's sad, but because it's the first time they've ever heard their own dream being sung back to them. Music bypasses your logical mind and goes straight to your emotional center. It triggers dopamine and creates emotional associations faster than any other stimulus. Put this song on your phone. Every time it plays, that neural pathway gets stronger. Step four. See it. Take the scene from your vision and turn them into images. Your dream morning, your office, your. Your on stage. The moment your kid where with your kid, where you're fully present. Based off here's, here's the prompt. Right. So. And you could do this in Gemini. You could do this in Claude. Um, um, you could do well. Not. Not Claude. Let's see. Gemini and chat gbt would be good for these. So based off the 5D vision you wrote, wrote for me, create five detailed image generation prompts I can use in chatgpt, midjourney or any other AI tool image each should be should describe a specific scene from my vision with vivid detail, setting, lighting, mood colors, what's happening, make them cinematic. Include my physical description so the person feels like me. Or what you can do is upload a selfie of you so you can say, put me in the scene. Now you're going to come out with like three to five images of this vision come to life. Okay? So you're going to generate those images. You can set it as your, your wallpaper on your iPhone, your rectiliar activating system. The part of your brain that decides what to notice starts filtering for opportunities that match the images you keep showing. You start seeing doors that were always there. They just, you weren't tuned into them. This stuff is wild and it's real and it's changed m my life now. Combined everything. Take your image prompts and generate short video clips using Sora. Or maybe you can use vo. That's part of the Gemini, um, thing. You can ask whatever LLM m you like, Hey, I want to take this picture and make it a video. What's the best free aa a eye to do it? All right, you can play this movie before bed. You're gonna have all these different, like little video clips. Like let's say you have five photos and you take those five photos and they become eight second video clips. Now you take those eight second video clips and you open up, um, Edits app that you can use for Instagram. It's a free app and you just pick, you select all five of those, those videos and you make one video that's now a 40 second video of you doing the future things in your life that you can watch. Play it before bed every night when you're falling asleep, you can listen to it. Your brain is in the most suggestible state. The window where you are fed has an outsized impact on how your neural pathways consolidate overnight. Most people fall asleep scrolling news or replaying everything they didn't get done or listening to, like murder mysteries. They are programming their brain with stress every single night. What if instead, the last thing your brain sees and hears is a cinematic video of your future self set to a song written about your life? Or you're falling asleep to your own voice? This is powerful life Changing things, everything. I just showed you, you can do it tonight with the prompts I gave you. They're all going to be written in the show notes. Start it tonight. Seriously. And it's perfectly okay to feel really awkward about this and to hate listening to your own voice. But guys, you're the only one that's going to see or hear this. And this is way more important than a vision board. If you want someone to build the experience with you, sit with you, pull the vision out of your head, craft the prompts, generate the song, generate the images, build the video, and hand you a complete neuroplasticity toolkit you can use every single day. This is what I do for my business owners. People pay coaches five to $10,000 for identity work that doesn't even include this technology. Just go to bellavasta.com 30 and in that 30 minute session we can explore whether connecting and contracting together. For me to help you do this, for your life, for your business, makes sense. This is the work that I do that changes people's lives. So here's what we did today. First, we did a 5D version of your future self, written in present tense, designed to be recorded in your own voice. Then we did a song. We made song lyrics based off of that 5D vision. Vision. Then we produced a full personal anthem on Suno music that you can listen to every day. Then we took that 5D vision and we generated images of a scene with you inside of them. Then we took those images and we made those images a video. Then we took that video and we spliced them together to make one long movie. Write it, sing it, see it, watch it, Become it. I did this myself. Within three months, things started happening. Opportunities, connections, doors. It felt like magic. But I knew better. My brain was tuned into a frequency and started finding matches. Subconsciously. One of the women I taught this to said, I have all these ideas floating in my head. When I went through this, I could actually visualize it for the first time. I could see it. This is the moment that changes everything. Remember, our brain doesn't know the difference between reality and fantasy. So here's your homework. Tonight, open up ChatGPT and just give it the first prompt. Describe your life three months from now, or explain what we're trying to do and ask it to ask you in depth questions. And if you want me to build the full experience with you, go to bellavasta.com forward/30 for a session where we can talk about if it makes sense for you to invest in this.
