In this episode, Noel breaks the agent landscape into three tiers and matches each one to a skill level. Agent systems like Cowork and ChatGPT Work are the beginner starting point, already included in your subscription, but they carry a risk most people haven't considered. Agent builders like Clyde, Grokbot, Make.com, Zapier and n8n sit in the intermediate space, and Noel explains why the $200 a month entry price on Grokbot is a hard sell for a business owner.
