Why Your Brand Feels Heavy and How to Lighten the Load

Episode notes

In this episode, I’m talking about a type of burnout that so many high-achieving women experience but rarely recognize the quiet burnout that comes from outgrowing the identity your business is still operating from. I share why burnout isn’t always caused by overworking or doing too much, but often by continuing to create, market, and lead from a version of yourself that no longer exists. We dive into what I call “identity lag,” the disconnect that happens when your business, messaging, offers, and audience haven’t caught up to the woman you’ve become, and why that misalignment can make even successful businesses start to feel heavy, dull, or uninspiring. I also walk you through the three identity stages I teach my clients former self, working self, and highest self and how understanding these stages can completely change the way you approach your messaging, leadership, and growth. This conversation is about evolving beyond survival-mode marketing and learning how to build a business that actually reflects your current level of identity, standards, and embodiment.
