Five dimensions, 20 points each
This episode from David Meltzer's Strategic Alliance Mastermind focuses on how relationships function as the primary growth engine for scaling businesses. Rather than chasing clients through ads, content, and cold outreach, Meltzer argues that the world's most successful entrepreneurs, athletes, entertainers and billionaires compound growth through intentional strategic alliances. He identifies three common business scenarios: the expert with hidden potential but limited reach; the business owner with unpredictable growth from declining referral patterns; and the visionary who knows the destination but lacks access to bigger rooms and stages. The solution across all three involves building frequency-based communities and leveraging overlap agreements - non-binding memorializationed of mutual value exchange. Meltzer shares his own transformation: moving from chasing success while living others' dreams, to receiving one introduction to Gary Vaynerchuk that shifted his entire trajectory. He introduces the "Lee Steinberg Effect," showing how one strategic relationship compounds across five partners, then twenty, then exponentially into a full ecosystem. The framework involves converting introductions into keynotes, bestselling books, media coverage, and client-investor communities. Key mechanisms include transferable trust (which moves faster than manufactured credibility), the three-no rule for following up, and building a neighborhood where people buy from and sell for you for life, ultimately creating tax-free compounding wealth.

Building an audience from scratch requires years of content, ads, and funnels in an increasingly competitive space. Strategic relationships instead involve finding people who already have your ideal audience and trust you enough to introduce or recommend you, transferring their credibility to you automatically.
One key relationship (like Meltzer's with Lee Steinberg) opens five additional doors, each of those opens five more, creating exponential network growth. The introduction transferred trust to NFL owners, commissioners, and star athletes instantly - something that would have cost billions in lifetime effort to build alone.
An overlap agreement is a non-binding memorandum between two parties stating how each will help the other (typically aiming for 10% value exchange). It accounts for changing time, emotion, and value margins, allowing relationships to compound through trust rather than scarcity, with adjustments over time.
Most ask 'how do I get more clients' which leads to more ads, content, and cold outreach. The real issue is reach and lack of access to the right rooms. You cannot sell a secret - without strategic relationships to introduce you, the most exceptional expertise remains invisible.
When someone with established credibility endorses you to a third party, that trust transfers immediately rather than requiring you to earn it from scratch. Meltzer used the example of Lee Steinberg introducing him as the new CEO equivalent at the Pro Football Hall of Fame, which built billions in lifetime value in one statement.
Our reviewer’s read on each dimension, with quotes from the episode.
The episode is fundamentally a sales webinar for a $497/year community, with actionable ideas (find who already has your clients, non-binding overlap agreements, three-no rule) buried under extensive motivational filler, repeated restatements, and enrollment pitching. The insight-per-minute ratio is very low.
If you feel growth is hard, you're interfering with the natural state of the universe. You're just interfering with it.
Trust will transfer faster than it's manufactured.
The core framework - leverage relationships instead of cold outreach, borrow trust, find gatekeepers who hold your ideal clients - is well-worn relationship-marketing thinking repackaged with branded terminology ('divine direction,' 'frequency,' 'neighborhood'). No contrarian or first-principles arguments appear; the spiritual framing adds noise rather than analytical value.
Trust will transfer faster than it's manufactured.
Instead of chasing what you desire to dissolve the interference or distraction between you and what already exists.
David Meltzer is a legitimate practitioner - former CEO of Lee Steinberg Sports & Entertainment with verifiable career milestones - but this is a solo sales presentation with a purely facilitative co-host who contributes nothing substantive. No outside guests are interviewed, so caliber is assessed only on Meltzer's own credentials as demonstrated in the transcript.
I was introduced to Lee Steinberg, out of all the millions of people I'd met before in my career, that was one introduction that absolutely defined my future.
Lee Steinberg knew the future of sports was venture capital and technology, and I had credibility and capability.
There are named clients with before-and-after figures (Alex Eisman $60K to $20M+, Mike Krapko $90M exit, Sean Walcheff hospitality podcast platform), plus named contacts and venues, which provide some grounding. However, these are all self-reported marketing testimonials with no independent verification, and the data serves enrollment rather than transferable learning.
When I met him, he was making $60,000 a year. $60,000. His business now, well, exceeds $20 million a year.
He exited for $90 million.
The co-host functions exclusively as a sales facilitator - reading out chat names, confirming enrollment logistics, and asking zero substantive questions. There is no probing follow-up, no pushback on any claim, and no attempt to draw out deeper specifics. This is a one-directional pitch with audience participation scripted toward conversion.
Coming in fast with the yeses. We've got Roxanne, Andrew, Yelena.
So we know when we can attend once we enroll.

In today’s episode, I share how strategic alliances can help us stop chasing opportunities and start attracting them through the power of meaningful relationships. I explain how to create transferable trust, increase our authority and visibility, and build a community of people who buy from one another, sell for one another, and genuinely want to see each other win. Most importantly, I share why removing the interference of ego, leading with service, and consistently giving value can create exponential opportunities, greater alignment, and lasting passion, purpose, and profitability. To join my next free Friday Training sessions, email me at david@dmeltzer.com See Privacy Policy at and California Privacy Notice at

Speaker A: We appreciate everybody from around the world that joins us. Um, and so, uh, please also I want to ask you, you know, I like to find out what people like, don't like, what's working, what doesn't work, what they know and what they don't know. So I'm going to bring up a few scenarios that may hit home with you. Just go ahead and type me in the chat. If you are someone that's tired of the chase, always prospecting, pitching, you're, you're literally following up all day long. You're so busy working on that pipeline, you never make any money. It's an endless cycle of chasing your next client. Type me if, uh, you're tired of that chase. Or maybe you know you're built for more, but you don't understand how you're limiting your self image, how you're limiting your neighborhood, how you're limiting your frequency and community, knowing you're capable of so much more, so many more options, opportunities, touches of favor, bigger deals, bigger impact, all of the things that you're looking at, but holding yourself back. You see the other people doing it that have less capability than you and are working less hard than you. If that's who you are and you know you're built for more, go ahead, type me in the chat. And then finally, gross. If growth feels harder than it should, type me in the chat. Growth is not hard. It's actually aligned with the universe. The universe is expanding at all times. Do you understand that? If you feel growth is hard, you're interfering with the natural state of the universe. You're just interfering with it. So if you build something solid and real, but it's scaling, it seems so much more difficult and real to you and it's taking longer than you think it should. Type me in the chat. Because here's the truth, here's what most people believe. The smartest businesses win. The ones with the best product win. Sharpest marketing, sophisticated funnels. These are the people that dominate the market. But what actually happens is the biggest businesses in the world don't grow because they're the smartest. They grow because they're the most connected. They have the most people in their neighborhood, community buying from them and selling for them for life. Relationships are the unfair advantage that I have taken advantage of and all of our community now is able and capable of taking advantage of. Does this sound like you? You're the expert. You're exceptional at what you do, but not enough people know it. I call this, you can't sell a secret uh, right. You can't sell a secret. You literally develop this expertise, education, intelligence, intuition, inspiration, and you've delivered results for not just you, for other people. And so the problem isn't your skills, knowledge or your desire. You know what your problem is? Reach. You can't sell a secret. If only people knew about my product, service, solution, or me, I would be a David Meltzer. I would have millions of people in my community buying from me and selling for me, for life. Or this is a common one of a lot of my clients, the business owners. Right? You have already built this incredible business and your referrals come in waves. They're not predictable anymore. Things have changed in the environment and circumstances of doing business. And your business runs, but your clients aren't happy anymore. They're not selling for you anymore. In fact, they may be selling against you. But your growth pipeline is unpredictable and you're having difficulty aligning it in this new divine direction that you want your business to grow in. So, you know, word of mouth has always worked for you as a business owner, but now you can't control it. And so you're looking for some stability in your business so that you can utilize a dependable, scalable methodology of revenue that allows you to have a systematic approach to the relationships that you have. Knowing that my community is big enough that I will consistently and persistently provide revenue, and this creates the compounding referral flow that you need beyond just what you used to depend on. Another one of my clients, I call the visionary, uh, you know, your next level requires bigger rooms, bigger people, bigger stages. Like the big stage behind me, I have the biggest waiting room in America, 65,000 people. Uh, we could fill it up, uh, but you don't understand how to get invited into the big rooms or the big stages with the big people. You know, the biggest speaking stages, strategic partnerships, media features, high profile collaborations would accelerate aggregate and compound what you're doing. You can see that and you know exactly where you want to go. But what's missing again isn't the skills, knowledge or desire, the ambition. It's access, it's introductions aligned with the divine direction. And those only come from what, uh, strategic relationships. People who want to help each other and know people that help each other. You need curated rooms. There's too many people to be able to align too many people that have access to what you're doing to be able to align what you're doing with them. You have to literally have a frequency based, essence based plan so that you're curating who you surround yourselves, what I call the teams, leagues and organizations by subject matter, topic and expertise. And we only can do that understanding the community, the neighborhoods that we build. These strategic partnerships and alliances of an intention, not a capability. Because everybody on average is connected to at least a thousand people. So instead of in the old days, we had to specifically find middle aged male who's divorced and bad hair. And so we would call, qualify leads so specifically. Now that's not true. We just need to attract people by frequency that are willing to help us and ask them, do you know anybody that can help me? So which one are you? Are you the expert with the hidden potential and limiting your reach? Are you B, the business owner creating a solid foundation, but it's unpredictable your growth now? Or are you C, the visionary? Clear destination, missing the map. Drop A, B or C into the chat right now. Let me know which one you think you are.
Speaker B: Well, and David, I'm curious because you're actually doing this in real time during one of your strategic alliance masterminds. What do we have in the room too? Because we have A's and C's popping in. Mostly a couple B's. But who's in the room with you right now are we doing?
Speaker A: Raise your hand. Who's an A? All right, got some A's. Who's B? Seems like everybody's short. Oh, one B. There we go. And everybody else is a sea. So overwhelming seas in my room.
Speaker C: I, um, am.
Speaker A: That's awesome. So a lot of visionaries here. And we need to create systems in a clear destination. I call it a divine direction. Uh, and that only comes with frequency with neighborhood and community. Um, which leads me to what are we going to discover today? Right. I'm a takeaway of the day guy. Every single thing I do, interviews, podcasts, TV shows, it all has a takeaway of the day. I do Friday training for 28 years every month. Takeaway. Because so many people are intellectually entertained and if you ask them, I've had people come up to me after one of these and say, oh my God, that changed my life. And I was like, well, thank you. What is it that I taught you that changed your life? And I get the, um. So what are we going to discover today? One authority. How can you position yourself as that expert? So the right people, the right frequency actively seeks you out to help you and introduce you instead of scrolling past you. 2. We're going to learn about these relationships that we build and how to build these strategic alliances that consistently will create high quality Introductions, referrals and game changing opportunities. My life and your life can change and has changed. And with one introduction, and I know in this room here, looking at the people that I may have facilitated one introduction that changed these people in this room's divine direction. I hear it all the time. And I will tell you, when I was introduced to Lee Steinberg, out of all the millions of people I'd met before in my career, that was one introduction that absolutely defined my future. And it was my frequency that got me invited in there, which then gave me the opportunity to run the most notable sports agency in the world, led by one of the most intelligent human beings I've ever met. One introduction changed my entire life. Entered new neighborhoods, new community, new brand level. I was extremely successful. I was actually more economically successful than Lee Steinberg, but Lee gave me that access that I needed. The relationships that changed my life, visibility. We're going to give you these techniques to expand your reach exponentially without pouring more money into ad spend or grinding harder on social media. We're going to give you the relationships of the people that have paid the dummy tax, which is a lot more expensive than ad spend. Dummy tax will cost you everything they ever made and everything you will make. Trust me, I paid a lot of it. And that's why I'm in front of you, to help save that for you. Finally, most importantly to me, revenue, uh, you're going to discover how to make money from for the sake of helping others and having fun. I've never met anyone who makes a lot of money, helps a lot of people, and has a lot of fun that isn't happy. So we are going to convert these relationships, this neighborhood, into predictable, reoccurring income streams that you can depend on, so others can depend on it as well, and it will compound over time. If you want legacy wealth, then we want to put you in a position where your assets create tax free interest that exponentially grows. That's the ultimate goal for me and for my community. I want you to be so wealthy that your assets create interest tax free that exponentially grows guaranteed wealth, economic wealth. So what are the biggest mistakes, right? Where, where do I see with the thousands, now even hundreds of thousands of people that I get to share this information and relationships? Where, where do the entrepreneurs that I work with, the business owners, the billionaires, the millionaires, the entrepreneurs, athletes and entertainers, where do they make their biggest mistakes? They try to build an audience from scratch. They try to build an audience with nothing. That means they would have to duplicate In a more competitive space than when I started. Years of content ads, funnels and chasing followers and leaders. I started 13 years ago and I thought I was behind the game. I actually told Gary Vee when he told me, you gotta do a podcast, Dave. I told him, there's too many podcasts. I'll stick to my radio show with Jim Lehre. It's called the Sports Blender. I'm on Goud Media. You know, check me out on AM radio. It's lot better, right? Uh, but I know and I help people with our community. Find people who already have your ideal audience and they want to share it because you are bringing value to their audience. And building these strategic relationships will give you access to different audience by subject matter, topic or expertise. You're not just borrowing reach, you're borrowing trust and credibility. Trust transfers faster than it can be manufactured. I'm going to repeat that. Trust will transfer faster than it's manufactured. And so many times people will say, can you recommend me? Can you introduce me? And I've earned the transferable trust to be able to make an introduction and be able to say, look, you can give this person the benefit of doubt, save time, and the results are faster growth, warm leads, and less effort, all creating more revenue. But these mistakes aren't your fault, right? I built a brand called made from mistakes over the fact. It's not your fault. It's advice that you've received was incomplete. Two, the strategic partnerships or alliance. Nobody ever teaches this stuff. And then three, every major breakthrough starts, as I mentioned. I call it the Lee Steinberg effect. Right? It all starts with one relationship. And you can be intentional about that relationship. Nobody's out of your realm. You belong in every room. And you belong in a conversation with whoever it is that you want to be involved with. So where's the missing strategy? Most billionaires, millionaires, entrepreneurs, celebrities, athletes and entertainers that I worked with, they asked one question. How do I get more clients? Anybody want more clients? I know very few people, even if they're overwhelmed with clients that don't want more of them. And that leads to what? More ads, more content, more cold outreach, more money, and more hustle. But in this idea, in this community, we want to change what you're asking to who already has my ideal clients. Lee Steinberg had my ideal clients. That's why that introduction changed my life. And all I had to do was earn the trust and credibility with Lee Steinberg and. And he transferred that trust to the owners of the NFL team, to Commissioner Goodall, to Warren Moon, Troy Aikman, Steve Younger, Vandy Holyfield, Lennox Lewis, Carl Lewis, all of these people. You know how long I wanted to have credibility with all these types of guys? And all it took was Lee Steinberg because he held my ideal client. And I earned his trust. I earned his trust by having two capabilities, venture capital and technology and understanding of how it applies to sports. Most people go, how do you end up with that job? You're really not that great of a lawyer, and you certainly weren't a sports agent. How did you end up running the most notable sports agency in the world? Because Lee Steinberg knew the future of sports was venture capital and technology, and I had credibility and capability. And he trusted the fact that he couldn't find anyone that knew venture capital and technology applied to sports than David Meltzer. And he hired me in 48 hours, and then he transferred that trust. If you saw him walking around the Pro Football hall of Fame, oh, this is my new CEO, Gabe Meltzer. He's the new Jeff Morehead. That one little line built what would have cost me billions of dollars in lifetimes to get it. And that's how powerful this is. Strategic alliances create warm introductions and opportunity. They shift the question and you shift your entire growth strategy. This is the foundation of having strategic partners. So imagine this, and this isn't a hypothetical. It's actually how the billionaires, millionaires, entrepreneurs, celebrities and athletes and entertainers leverage careers that they have built one relationship at a time. This applies to coaches, it applies to all the different industries. It goes like this introduction. Keynotes, best selling books, media coverage, and then client and investor community. Every step of this chain begins with one conversation. It's not a funnel, not a campaign, not an ad strategy. It starts with a relationship, a question, an introduction. Are you building the kind of alliances, community, frequency and neighborhood that can set this in motion for you? Creating the content, the modification, the amplification, and the social silo that you're going to need in the future with AO geo, not just SEO. So what changes when you build these alliances? What changes? What gets better? What do you like, what you don't like? Giving you more of what you like. Taking away what you don't like. What works, what doesn't work. Giving you more of what works. Taking away what you don't, what isn't working, what do you know and what don't you know? Giving you more of what you know. Taking away what you don't know. So what changes is instead of chasing which we're all tired of and we don't need to chase. Trust me. People will introduce you. You'll be overwhelmed with the money, options, opportunities and touches of favor that God gives you. Warm pre sold introductions replace cold outreach and endless follow up sequences that were stuck in. Which is how I invented the three no rule. Because people keep on chasing and chasing and they never understand 3 nos is good enough. On the third time, it's obviously not the right time. When it is, let me know. So instead of chasing or instead of convincing people, people recommend you. You borrowed or transferred trust to a third party. Endorsements. They do the selling before you ever enter the room. They're already at an expectation is, oh my goodness, I get to meet David Meltzer. They're already planning on how are we going to get to do business with him. Uh, and it's an entirely different ball game. So you're not competing anymore. There's no judgments, conditions, you know, comparison being the thief of not just joy. I'm telling you, it's the thief of profit. Competing in a business. And uh, when you're not looking inside and you're looking outside, it's a thief of profit. And people collaborate with you, your former competitors. Competitors, sorry. Become your greatest growth partners and referral sources. That's success. Remember, in energy, everything does three things. When we pay attention and give intention, when we're consistently doing it, three things happen. It accelerates. It aggregates resources and it compounds exponentially. That applies to authority as well. Every strategic opportunity builds your credibility. Authority accelerates, compounds that exponentially. More and more people hold the trust of your authority and it's earned over time. And it stacks and it compounds. So every interview introduces you to new audiences and reinforces your expertise. Every stage, every referral, every endorsement, every opportunity makes the next opportunity easier to get. Over time, your authority will compound so much that it will create so much momentum. Advertising alone can never buy this. My whole business model changed from creating opportunity to capturing options, opportunities and touches of favor, distributing them internally and externally, and giving favor to people that have overlap agreements in the community, prioritizing them correctly and then executing on, um, the most important ones and then redistributing the ones that we don't have time to assign to internally and externally. Money can't buy that. Relationships compound beyond your authority. One partner. One Lee Steinberg. An initial strategic alliance creates five partners. Warren Moon, Steve Young, Lennox Lewis, Evander Holyfield and Sabathia. Each of those relationship opened five more doors. So now you have 20 partners who of the same frequency, of the same frequency or greater. And now those expand into a network of people. And I know some of you are shaking your head in here because I've seen that happen for you. One introduction to Wing Lam changed your life. And now you have all these different, beautiful, wonderful frequency people that have known Wing in our community for 30 years. The founder of Wahoo's Tacos, who has worked with the X Games and musicians and all for charity. It has a purpose or a cause. So now you have a full ecosystem built over 40 years by Wing Lamb and it's a growth engine of alliances by a transference of relationship capital and trust. It's exponentially grown. And guess who benefits the most? Wing Lamb, because he has a whole bunch of those people. Which is my mission of empowering a thousand people to empower a thousand, to empower a thousand, over a billion people. Elevating others to elevate myself most importantly, and I know a lot of people shy away from this, but I believe most importantly revenue compounds because you really want to help people, then make a lot of money for the sake of helping them. That's going to help people. You can walk the streets of Calcutta giving away everything that you have and if you're really good of it, you'll die with over a hundred million dollars of assets like Mother Teresa did because she knew that this type of strategic alliance, building a neighborhood of frequency a ah, community that large compounds revenue. Google it. By the way, walking the streets of Calcutta, how did that work? Simply with the philosophy of strategic alliances of providing value to others, building a community of people that want to help each other and help people that help each other. So we have some specific things that we do and our community and Frequency one overlap agreements. We believe in memorializations of how we can help each other that are non binding. So we take into consideration time, emotion and value change. So we make an agreement. Here's how I can help you. Here's how you can help me. I'm going to try to give you 10% and you're going to try to give me 10% of what you do according to the time value or emotion because sometimes I can't build that much margin. So we're going to have to work together to make sure that you're fairly compensated this time or maybe next time when there is margins. But we're going to maintain and grow our relationships through trust instead of scarcity. Speaking in media, building revenue through this amplification of content where I make most of my money investment in advisory. People ask me all the time how do you do so much for free? How do you do this? Because I understand where revenue compounds, and most essentially for me is through Meltzer Cap, my investment in advisory services so that I can make more money to help more people and have more fun. And then the fastest way to make a lot of money as revenue compounds is building a community. People that buy from you and sell for you long term clients, long term. Buying from you and selling for you for life. Ask yourself today, are, uh, the people in my neighborhood people who are buying from me and selling for me for life? If they are, you're on your way to compounding your revenue. So here's what I've learned in this process. Every meaningful breakfast breakthrough in my career started with a conversation, learning about being more interested than interested. What do you like, what don't you like? What do you know, what don't you know, what's working, what's not working by subject matter, topic, or expertise. Never started with a funnel. Never started with an ad. Always started with relationship. They created my biggest opportunities, pivotal moments, they come through people. So the more people you have in your neighborhood, the statistics are untouchable, doubted to help you
Speaker C: out.
Speaker A: These introductions led to opportunities. And like I said, sometimes one relationship changed the trajectory of everything that followed. I want to be that relationship for all of you. I am here on and called by God to be here on my mission to empower you, to empower others. To empower others. And I wasn't prepared in my life to tell people that that's my mission. And, and I know from my mentor, Tim Story, that God did not give me this invitation without already knowing my limitations. So I'm not afraid to tell you. I am that person. And I want to be that person for you. Which is why I show up every day for my community, my before. There's a picture that maybe Kim can post. I was chasing success. I was living out other people's dreams. You see me partying there, probably high with, uh, little John. Uh, my discovery was one relationship, and it wasn't Lee Steinberg. When it comes to what I'm doing today, it was a guy named Gary Vaynerchuk who I offered value to to help him start Vayner Sports, his sports agency. And I was smart enough to receive his advice and ask him for help in my after. As chairman of Napoleon Hill. My after is strategic. Community, neighborhood, frequency. Millions of people that want to help each other and know people that help each other. Thousands of people that buy from me and sell for me for life. The old Way chasing success. I've never quit. I've always have drive. You have to. If you're a, uh, below average college football player, you gotta have drive. You have to learn to love what you don't like or love about what you love. And football's a love of mine. But when you are sitting on the bench, having to go through everything that everybody else and getting beat up at uh practice and hardly getting in during the games. I had drive, talent and ambition when it came to business. But my strategy was built on effort instead of leverage. Not today. No more chasing opportunities. I would make more calls, more and more and more, collect contacts, and then trying to convince them, trying to convince them, overcome objections instead of being of service and of value and learning what you like, don't like what you know, don't know what's working, what's not working. Let me tell you the question that changed everything for me. Is success about getting more or creating more value for the right people? Are you creating more value for the right people? And so yes, funnels will create attention, ads will create awareness. But relationships create that trust. And that transfers faster than any campaign and less expensive than anything that you could imagine. Every single leap in my career started with that one relationship. Started with that one relationship in law school when I wanted to be an oil and gas litigator. And my oil and gas, the Nasi Preovalos, the head of admiralty law, told me that he was making a million dollars a year writing the Louisiana treaties for West Publishing and that I could make a million dollars a year selling it online. One relationship changed my complete trajectory. Meaning Lee Steinberg meeting Gary Vee. The right person, the right conversation leads to the right opportunity. But if you're not having the right people around you, if you don't have the right conversations, you won't have the right opportunity. You have to elevate the rooms, the stages, and the people that you surround yourself with. So I want to move you to a mindset. Instead of chasing what you desire to dissolve the interference or distraction between you and what already exists. When you have something bigger than you, that loves you, promotes you, protects you more than your mom, you know it's already there. If there's an infinite amount of everything, more than enough of everything, then what are you doing all day? You're just interfering with it. So I want you to shift this paradigm from chasing what already exists. It's not even attracting, it's just getting rid of what's interfering with it. The need to be right, offended, separate, inferior, superior, Anxious, frustrated, angry, guilty, and resentful. Those are just a few of the things that we do to interfere with it. So before I had to chase the attention, the credibility, the momentum, and the opportunities, and now I just clear that which interferes. I ask myself, is this something that's in my divine direction, or is this something that's interfering with it so I have the right relationships that are in my divine direction, creating warm relationships, warm introductions in trusted rooms of transference, and opportunities to keep just multiplying. I'm not attracting them. I'm just clearing the interference by not surrounding myself with people that are interfering with me and my potential.
Speaker D: Good news for your toolbox. Black Friday is already here at Lowe's. Get up to 3 free select power tools with the purchase of a select dewalt Craftsman or Cobalt battery kit. Plus, save up, um, to $120 on select power tools. You got here at a good time. Black Friday deals are on now at Lowe's, in store and online, valid through 11 4, while supplies last free tools vary based on battery, kit purchased and location.
Speaker A: Now what I want you to do is apply my story to your business. Ask yourself, where did I used to chase cold outreach, inconsistent referrals, limited visibility, rooms that you can't access or believe you wouldn't belong into. Apply my story to discovery. Who already has the access? I'm making it simple. I have the access. I have the neighborhood. I have the community. Let me be and live to my name. David means beloved. Meltzer means servant. Let me be that beloved servant. Let's identify the partners who already have the clients, the audience, the credibility and distribution that's needed. And now the after becomes what? Alliances change the game for me. What introduction was it that changed? Who's your Lee Steinberg? Your Gary Vee? Who's your Professor Yiannopoulos? We build mutually, um, valuable relationships of people that want to help each other. Know people that help each other so that your authority and revenue compound alongside these relationships. So, what looks. What does it look like when we put it into action? I'll tell you some clients of mine, you may know them. Alex Eisman. The time freedom shift in his life. When I met him, he was making $60,000 a year. $60,000. His business now, well, exceeds $20 million a year. He started at $60,000 a year, but we were able to introduce him into clients like Clear. He actually took his job, and I taught him how to create strategic alliances with his employer. So he became a consultant, which, although they were paying him more money Than his salary was a lot less expensive for the business to have him as a 1099 consultant. And they were building him businesses in all of these people. By the way, you can call, they're part of our neighborhood. Not only call them and ask him, is they full of shit? Did he really build your business to $20 million? But ask him, can he help you because they're part of our community. Bart Berkey, Revenue Renewal Win. Right. He was an, uh, executive with the Ritz Carlton and he utilized my three no rule in understanding valuable relationships and charity first conversations and now he's one of the most sought after speakers in hospitality. Understanding the introductions to bigger events, bigger people, and walking the walk in the right circles with the right people. One of my favorites, Kristen Wood. Uh, I call it the Implementation Edge. CEO and co founder of August Interactive, a human decision intelligence company operating in the nexus of gaming, deep tech and human performance. Um, she was CIA. No idea, no idea how to start a business. But she understood intelligence and she started to realize that gaming creates the greatest training mechanism for decision making. And what if tech support that, that we could use gaming to understand how decisions are made and to make better decisions. How much money? Because I'm a revenue guy and this is how I got into meditation. Because the person who taught me theta meditation told me she could elevate my awareness, my frequency, when to buy or sell. To me, that's the most valuable decision that I could help you with. Imagine if I could increase your ability of when to buy or sell. Making money becomes really easy when you know when to buy or sell. She created a company and has raised millions of dollars off of the idea of using gaming to teach people how to make better decisions. My favorite, Mike Krapko, the confidence breakthrough. Uh, Mike was a young Ohio State grad. Wanted to move to San Diego and I got him a job at Qualcomm. Did, uh, a lot of work with Dr. Jacobs. And the job that I got him, like many of the people who run teams that I got jobs for and I mentored when they were 19 and 20 and 21 and give me way too much credit. President of the Niners, uh, Al Guido, President of Harris Blitzer, Jake Reynolds, all these guys. I got $5 an hour jobs and you would have thought I changed their life. They'll tell you, one introduction to David Meltzer changed their life. But they did the work. Mike was making $50,000 for profile flowers, integrating the website to the ESPN commercials. Uh, that's what he was doing. I'm uh, like bro, this is a business. Get, get out of there. Go back to profilers, get hired as a consultant. But let's start a business. He exited for $90 million. All of these people are available to you to tell you about how one introduction, one community, one network changed their life and being in the right rooms with the right people. Sean Walcheff this one was crazy. Uh, he, he owned a dump in Spring Valley, California, San Diego. It was a barbecue, hole in the wall barbecue. And he came to me and he said can you help me build a hospitality media company? I said sure. Called the bigger stage effect. Put him in to the rooms with entrepreneur with toast with 7 11. And today he has one of the biggest in fact a couple of you are clients of his, one of the biggest hospitality podcast platforms. Millions of dollars. And his tagline that we created together was be the show, not the advertisement, be the show. So we created podcasts for the CEOs so that they weren't the advertiser anymore, they were actually the show. Call any of these people to help you. They're in our neighborhood, they're here to help you. Whatever relationships that you need. This is the accelerator in action. One idea, one action, one result. Give them one idea. Go back and be a consultant. 3. No rule. Maybe it's the student of the calendar, some sort of essence. I give them one idea, one action with one result. With the right people and the right ideas, it becomes exponential. You are one strategic relationship away from a different trajectory. You have a Professor Inopoulos, Elise Steinberg, you have these people, Gary Vee in your life and some of them are here today. And they will tell you how one person, like maybe Magic Johnson, one person changed their life. Or maybe it was David Meltzer, or maybe it was Lee Steinberg, who knows? I guarantee any successful person is stepping on the shoulders of one person. That put them into the trajectory and kept on making more introductions along along the way as you added your credibility and trust. Not because one person will save you, but because the right alliances can accelerate trust, access, visibility and revenue exponentially accelerated and aggregated than you working by yourself. The framework is simple. Position yourself correctly. Find alliances complimentary to your skills, knowledge and desire. Create mutual value of non binding overlap agreements that we are here to help one another. How are we going to collaborate and compensate according to time value and emotion that changes and then multiply the results. Scale the collaborations and the impact that you have. The real results from strategic alliances, they come from a uh, framework as we said before. So they Come from the speaking, the books, the media, the overlap agreements, the investments that you make in people. Now imagine this. Instead of figuring all of this out by yourself and paying the dummy tax, which we know is far more expensive than California or New York tax for all of you Phoenix, Vegas and Florida people, Instead of paying the dummy tax through trial, error and years of these expensive lessons, what if you had three powerful advantages working for you from day one. Proven roadmap. Fastest way to get to where you want to be. Find someone that's already there and asking for directions. A powerful community, A, uh, curated network of people that want to help each other and know people that help each other, that buy from you for life and sell for you for life. And direct access to them to transfer trust so that you start on third base, you start on third base instead of at home plate. You can have it the slow way. I tell you, people hire me and they still want to do it the slow way. They do. I, I, they waste time and energy trying to do it themselves. They never call. You know, I, uh, I love my one on one coaching business. I have hundreds of people on the waitlist. But I love my clients. They come to me, we have a scheduled call, but I'm on call seven days a week. They got a problem and they wait two weeks. I'm like, why didn't you call me? Well, you know, you're busy, I'm busy. Uh, you're paying me to be on call. What a great business, right? Hey, pay me to be on call and never call me. I can take thousands of clients that way. They try to do it themselves. They think there's some sort of heroic, uh, effort in doing it themselves. Look, knowledge used to be really important. Now it's a commodity. I can ask all of you a legal question right now. I'm fairly good lawyer, went to a great law school, did really well. I could ask you a legal question right now and all of you in about two seconds would come up with a better legal answer than I could give you. That's how commoditized knowledge is. The hundreds of thousands of dollars I spent on education that my mom told me would be the reason I was successful. Means, excuse my language, shit, but wisdom, Relationships. The fastest way, by accepting our invitation to become a strategic line partner, gives you the wisdom and the faith because we're supportive of each other. And it's wisdom and faith that shortens the distance of resistance in your life. If you want an invitation to become a strategic alliance partner, put yes in the chat. Now, let me know. You want to be a part of this neighborhood. If you want more authority, more clients, and more revenue, put yes in the chat right now. I will give you the strategic alliance blueprint.
Speaker B: Coming in fast with the yeses. We've got Roxanne, Andrew, Yelena. We have Daryl, Rick, Aisha, Jacob, uh, Adriana, Kathy, Milton, Steven, Harold, Erica, Michael. They're flowing. So I guess. I guess we're going to go ahead and make the invitation.
Speaker A: All right. Raise your hand if you, uh, have, uh, a guest in here. You want to be a part of our community. There we go. We got tons in the room in front of me as well. But if you want a personalized partnership growth plan that's not generic, if you want to customize to your skills, knowledge, desire, your capabilities aligned with what's doing well, what's stable, and you think is doing well, then we will allow you to have that clear positioning, that credibility. The top priority of targets partnered in an activation plan with specific m. I call it a go no go plan with revenue projections tied to specific people and partnerships, not Barney partnerships. Anybody know what a Barney partnership is? You remember the purple dinosaur Barney? What do you do? Right? I love you, you love me. Nobody makes any money.
Speaker C: Um,
Speaker A: I see it all the time. Great people, they love each other, and they sit there blowing smoke up each other's ass, and nobody's making any money. It's like, oh, man, I met with Wing Lam. What a great guy. I got a free taco. Yeah, but you went there to build your business, and Wing didn't know that because you were too afraid to say, wing, I have a franchise that I'm looking to scale. Can you give me your dummy tax? Because I know you didn't build all those wahoo tacos overnight, and the first one I guarantee was not as profitable as the hundredth one. There's a lot of value there, but I see people just go get the free taco. They're good, but I'd rather have the knowledge and the wisdom of Wingli. I give weekly live coaches, uh, every Monday. I've never missed a Monday. I'm there to answer your questions specific to you and make personal introductions beyond the community helping each other, we create partnership playbooks. Exactly how to identify, approach, pitch, and activate these partnerships. It's not rocket science. It's systematic. But you have to have the network, the community of people to do it, and a lot of people don't. They haven't earned it. Over 35 years of continually being of service and of Value when I was at the top and the bottom. Not easy when you're at the bottom to still be of service and of value to people and live with your integrity and take accountability for what you screwed up. And that's what it takes. And a lot of you have been there. So we identify the partners, we approach them confidently, we utilize the best pitch coaches in the world with pitching mutual value of what you like, don't like, works, doesn't work and uh, no. And then we activate and launch you. I provide templates for you. Why reinvent the wheel? You could take my template, put it into AI and create your own template from 35 years of dummy tax. I have outreach templates, follow up sequence templates, overlap agreements which is a necessity. Scripts, all types of different templates. If you're on my Friday or Wednesday trainings, you know that I have um, exercises guides and templates up the wazoo that you can put through AI and say change this template as if I'm Einstein or Gary V. Or whoever you want to be and it will readjust my template to exactly who you would like that template to be applicable to some other things that people don't think about by being in this community or neighborhood. One Unlocking the community. A lot of people are part of an organization, a group. They show up, they come to the VIP dinners, the masterminds and they get that intellectual entertainment, the Barney partnerships that they're looking for. But we give warm introductions. Ask your community who knows us. Have you received that one introduction that changed your life? Change your entire. Dr. Sinecropi is one of the guys, just one of the world's leading bath surgeons. His life from um, just the introductions, including working with Kim and Justin by the way. He just cannot stop how his whole life changed so quickly. A whole new neighborhood frequency. Then instead of being surrounded by doctors all the time, he's now written books, he speaks around the world, he created Longevity Center. He's an entrepreneur and he's now I just got off the deal with ah, uh, Jan Krupt who has Stagecoach wineries. He's a doctor, right? One introduction to a very famous wine guy. He owns like 1300 acres in one of the biggest wineries in the world and he's just a doctor that liked to make house wine referrals and opportunities, options and touches of favor. I don't just provide and we don't provide opportunities for each other. I believe their touch is a favor. I believe in what uh, Napoleon Hill and God says, right? You put two people together it creates a mastermind. It's faith based. And I don't care what your religion is, it's your God. But if you don't have faith, don't join. If you don't believe in something bigger than you, that loves you, protects you, promotes you and perfects you more than your mom, then you're not going to have the faith that it takes to go ahead and ask the Wing lamb for help. Because we are a peer accountability uh, group. You'll also receive my previous life extraordinary sales trainer. So you get all the sales training, my five to thrive training system, all the exercises, guides and my books are free. You will receive all the different clarity each and every day of the five daily practices. How to take consistent action, how to close, how to stimulate interest, transition interest, share a vision, manage and develop a vision and thrive. What is thriving? People buying from you and selling for you for life. This is sustainable momentum. You will make a lot of money, help a lot of people and have a lot of fun if you show up live. Office hours Direct fee I give five minutes to any of our Strategic alliance community and some of you have taken advantage of it. I will give 5 minutes to anyone. I do minimum 125 minutes calls a day. I am in a mission and I have assigned a minimum of an hour a day to be of service of value to anyone in my community. We're going to give clear next steps, real time objection. Handling access to rooms and peers that are facing similar options, opportunities and touches of favor. We have a Strategic alliance vault of over 35 years of content, exercises, guides, books, scripts, templates, playbooks, checklists, student of the calendar trainings. I don't know how many in 28 years trainings I have available for you, but I haven't missed a week and it'll be 29 years on October 11, 2026. That's every Friday. Now I've added since I've been chairman of Napoleon Hill, a Wednesday training as well. We've done 4,600 or more interviews on office hours. I've done 2,600 playbooks of success with people like Darren Prince or Wing Lam if you included everything that I'm talking about. Which other people are charging more for. It's 17, $18,000 a year. That's what people are. Go to the vault with PBD. These are my friends charging you 30, 40, 50 grand a year for this without being able to access them. Go, go to Hermosi who I love. Try to get him every Monday for a minimum of an hour. To answer your questions and make introductions personally because it means a lot more with Alex telling you and introducing than you know, my lad. Being a substitute for me online, that's not what I do. And any one of you know that I'm standing here to provide that type of value. So I'm about for all of you people that said yes. I've never done this before because I didn't take my own lesson about receiving to give more. When I'm able and capable of helping other people. I'm at my higher self. There's plenty of people online in here that will tell you about our VIP dinners. The last one we had Wolfgang Puck powders of Dry bar CEO Bugatti Tim Story today we got Darren Prince here we got Brian, uh, Sher, Tim Story again, Marie diamond from the Secret. So not only we get that $1500 bonus, but the 18, $19,000 of value and all of that is here today. Um, I'm not sure if I'm supposed to tell you the price, but I'm going to anyway. It's simple. It's $497 a year. It's guaranteed. If you cannot afford $497, you're not ready for the group if you're not going to be engaged. That would be the only other reason, because I guarantee the $497. If you don't like my haircut, if you don't like my eye color, if you don't like what I say or you don't see the value that I promise, then just let us give you your money back. It's guaranteed. So we mitigate all risk for you to provide value. And people ask me why I do it. It's simple. This is aligned with my mission. It's the only way I'm going to get to empower over a billion people is to have weekly contact and open up my relationships to the thousand, to invite a thousand to another thousand. It's the only way to get there. And so please join me. I'll, uh, put back up the QR code here. Uh, for you. Go to the link,
Speaker B: Dave. So everyone can click the link right inside the chat. It'll open up a new window. And um, they do need to. And you want to unlock the honor price and the honor bonuses and the fast action bonuses as well that disappear as soon as the broadcast ends. We did get a couple of questions that I wanted to make sure to chime in and ask you. Uh, Ross Pat said, is your strategy applicable to verticals that are not Media, sports or coaching verticals that are more B2B at the C level, that are industrial in nature.
Speaker A: Yeah, we, uh, in our neighborhood, so big with thousands of people, so it is applicable to every industry, career or job, uh, product, service or solution. We work with CPG companies, manufacturers, we work with consultants we have. And not only do I work with them, if you're interested in your vertical, I can introduce you, uh, to those people. Like I said, it's guaranteed immediately for the people that are in your neighborhood, your frequency of people of influence that can have that type of impact. So regardless, book writing strategy, media, uh, you know, I can't even go through all the lists. I deal with the automobile industry dealers, uh, all the different, you know, from hallucinogenics to, uh, marijuana. It doesn't matter. We deal with it all. Oh, especially, uh, if you're starting from zero. Zero to one takes so much time, energy and money compared to one to a hundred. So the people who are at zero, that's the most valuable group of people because you're entering that expensive phase from zero to one. And this strategic alliance group having access to me every Monday and introductions directly from me will accelerate. The most expensive part, which is zero to one, takes longer than one to a hundred
Speaker B: of the mastermind. So we know when we can attend once we enroll.
Speaker A: What a great question. So we do monthly masterminds in San Diego, Newport Beach, SoFi Stadium, where we're at today, Las Vegas, uh, at the Wynn in my studio, uh, at the Wynn in Las Vegas and the Sterling Club combined. These are not just masterminds, but we have VIP dinners and then New York City and then we have other cities combined with where I'm speaking, uh, that's every month. So there's at least one a week on average, more likely closer to three a week, uh, of something that you could participate in. Uh, we've done all, we did the master's mastermind. I've done super, uh, bowl mastermind. So, uh, Duke can count on at least one a week. So funny, because a lot of coaches, uh, number one, need mentorship and coaching. They don't understand perceived value, bottom line. They don't know, uh, how to ask. Uh, they also don't have relationships with enough people to coach. Uh, and so, you know, I'm not a competitor, uh, I'm a fantastic coach, but I have a wait list, uh, of people. So we have every type of coach that not only could help people in the community, but people in the community, uh, are those relationships with other people. That need their help. And this is where it keeps expanding out in that exponentiality. Uh, so whether it's wellness coaches, mindset coaches, handset coaches, performance coaches, specific, uh, Virgil Herring, for example, is one of our coaches. He's the number one PGA golf coach. And you know, nobody's like him in the community and he gets tons of business for kids and you know, he's coached the last three U.S. amateur champions. Sneder, Furich, so many other people just won, uh, the Tennessee state, uh, championship. His guy. So nonetheless, terrific power. Let me just tell you this. If you are questioning whether you belong or not, just ask yourself two questions. One, am I and can I afford it? Or two, am I going to be engaged? Because it's guaranteed you will know immediately how much value this group brings to you. Regardless of the question you have, ask yourself, can I afford it? If you can. Perfect. Or am I going to be engaged? Am I going to show up? Am I going to ask Dave questions? Am I going to ask the network to help me? Am I going to show up to events? Am I going to be engaged? It's a no brainer. It's guaranteed. There's no other question to ask.
Speaker B: Yeah,
Speaker A: yeah. So we have a community, uh, send out. So we have a text community number one. So you can be alerted, invited and informed of everything that we're doing. And that includes free trainings, all the places we are. We do send to all of our group members a monthly schedule, um, which also gets uh, added things every single week. So it's resent to you. Uh, you also have a portal where you can access the calendar, uh, and see what we're doing and you also can call me. I'll give everybody my cell phone right now. It's 858-688-3294. All I ask is leave me a voice message, right? You could text me too, but it's. I guarantee you my phone has zero voice messages on it right now. Everybody says they're going to call, they get two chicken shit. If you really want to know. Dude, where are you going? Just call me. I'm happy to let you know. It doesn't take but a minute. So I don't know the exact. But it's. Thousands of people are in this community, um, and they are billionaires, millionaires, entrepreneurs, celebrities, athletes and entertainers in the community. Startups, uh, to the greatest names that you know that are accessible and uh, for me though, my life is based off of my mission and in order to accomplish what I'm trying to accomplish. I have to be productive, accessible, and gracious. So I'm constantly trying to produce value, be accessible to everyone, and access what I want and be gracious. Uh, and aligned with that is you get my cell phone. I will. There's nobody out there that could tell you David Meltzer, number one, written me off because I've given them back their money. If something should happen, they're not satisfied. And. And two, that they called me and I didn't call them back. Go ask anybody. I'm. I will live by that fact. Nobody out there can say that, because I know. Unless I didn't get the message I called you back. I may be very fast, but I'm going to call you back, so be ready. I just want to thank everyone. Uh, look, I believe in divine time. Uh, please allow. Give me the grace. Uh, I truly believe when you're able and capable of helping other people, you're our highest self. So please allow me the opportunity to live up to my name, to be a beloved servant. Please ask me for help. I will guarantee it. I can't do anything more than that. But if you're not ready, uh, let us know when you are. Appreciate everyone. Remember, be more interested than interesting. Be kind to your future self and do good.
