Mia Frankl, a life coach and former Online Business Manager, explores the intersection of personal identity, conscious parenting, and sustainable entrepreneurship. She reveals how defining moments - including a formative university experience, leaving an unhealthy eight-year relationship, and the demands of simultaneous motherhood and stepmotherhood - shaped her approach to leadership and business. Rather than the performative perfection culture of traditional OBM practice, Mia has stripped back to what truly serves: working just 5-7am most weekdays while maintaining a full-time employee role, Girl Guides leadership, and a boutique life coaching business. Her philosophy centers on 'structure without constriction' - using systems like Canva-based landing pages instead of buried software layers (Kajabi, Infusionsoft) to create freedom rather than overwhelm. On community building, Mia champions 'collaborapreneurship,' a model where women gather not to sell but to genuinely connect, fertilize each other's visions through summits and book projects, and create non-competitive spaces where both struggles and wins are celebrated.

Key takeaways

  • →Working 5-7am on your business while maintaining other identities creates freedom and prevents entrepreneurship from becoming your only definition.
  • →Systems must serve your life and values, not constrain them - 'structure without constriction' means simple tools (like Canva links) over buried software complexity.
  • →Authentic community is built on genuine connection and collaborative energy, not transactional sales funnels or vanity metrics of reach.
  • →Vulnerable parenting - apologizing, admitting imperfection, showing emotion management - teaches children resilience and models healthy leadership.
  • →A woman's full identity (parent, employee, volunteer, entrepreneur, healer) creates richer leadership than optimization around a single role.

Questions this episode answers

How can I run a profitable business working only 5-7 hours per week?

Mia works 5-7am most weekdays on her life coaching business by using simple, high-touch systems (like Canva landing pages with payment links) instead of complex software, having a small boutique offering, and automating what she can so the business runs without her constant presence - she emphasizes that this works because she also has a full-time job and isn't trying to scale infinitely.

What's the difference between building community and running a sales funnel?

True community is built on genuine connection, presence, and the leader's clear intention to create a safe space for people to be real - not shallow transaction-based groups promising visibility to thousands; it requires collaboration and shared growth rather than the leader as sole authority.

How does motherhood change the way you show up as a leader?

Children are watching you constantly - how you handle frustration, make mistakes, apologize, and manage emotions - so you must model vulnerability and imperfection rather than curated success; this teaches them resilience and shows them that being human and aligned matters more than being perfect.

What's the right structure for a solopreneur business that doesn't feel overwhelming?

Strip back to only the platforms and systems you actually need (Mia uses Canva, Facebook, and email), keep things close to the surface so you can edit them easily yourself, and remember that some manual work is okay if it means you maintain control and freedom over your business.

How do you balance multiple identities (parent, employee, entrepreneur, volunteer) without burnout?

Identify which platforms and activities energize you versus drain you, build systems around your core identity and values, and set clear boundaries on how much time each role gets - Mia's identity guides her systems rather than the reverse.

Insight Density

5 / 20

The episode is dominated by personal narrative, mutual affirmation, and generic life-coaching platitudes about alignment and identity. The handful of marginally concrete points - morning work blocks, simplified tech stacks - are not novel for any experienced operator.

There's a big difference between being busy and being productive and producing returning ROIs
I work on the coaching business between 5 to 7am most days of the work week. And that has been extreme freedom.

Originality

4 / 20

Every framework deployed - masculine/feminine energy, nervous system regulation, alignment, awakening - is standard spiritual-entrepreneurship vocabulary. Even the self-coined 'collaboratepreneur' is a surface relabel of collaborative entrepreneurship with no new mechanism underneath.

Water is the feminine energy that flows freely and wildly and powerful in her full expression. But she is held by the rock around her
Overwhelm is emotional dysregulation. Stress is body dysregulation.

Guest Caliber

4 / 20

Mia Frankl is a small boutique life coach running cohorts of five to seven women, with a career path through MLM, telecom, and virtual-assistant work before landing in life coaching. She has not operated at meaningful scale and has no demonstrated B2B practitioner credibility.

I started my entrepreneurial journey actually in multi level marketing with a, um, beauty business, and then into telecommunications and then by happenstance, virtual assistant
my life coaching business is very boutique, it's very small and intimate

Specificity & Evidence

5 / 20

The episode contains a few biographical specifics - cohort size, scheduling cadence, Canva vs. Kajabi - but offers no client outcome data, revenue figures, or verifiable evidence that any described approach produced measurable results.

I run a cohort on Wednesday mornings and a, uh, cohort on Friday mornings every other month
These cohorts are intended for five to maybe seven women per group

Conversational Craft

4 / 20

The host repeatedly re-centres the conversation on her own story, asks broad open-ended questions without meaningful follow-up, and offers zero pushback or challenge to any claim. The episode functions as mutual storytelling between two coaches rather than investigative interviewing.

I love that, Mia, I did not even knew that you are an obm. And I have worked as chief operating Officer, Director of operation for small businesses, Mia. So oh my goodness
What were the defining moments in your life, whether it's around motherhood, like your own career path, like, what were the defining moments to where you are today

Episode notes

In this conversation, Mia Frankl and I dive deep into the mechanics of leading yourself before leading your system. As an OBM turned life coach, Mia reflects on the "surgical precision" she once performed and how she flipped that expertise to create "structure with soul" or as she calls it, a waterfall held by rock. We talk about the "Everyday Woman" the woman balancing laundry and ambition and why you don't have to quit your day job to be a "real" entrepreneur. Mia shares her practical approach to business, including using simple tools like Canva for landing pages to keep technology from becoming a barrier to connection. This episode brings attention to the operational side of soul-centered growth. Vulnerability in Parenting: Exaggerating our mistakes to teach children resilience and accountability. Productivity vs. Busywork: Focusing on returning ROIs and working in the "5 to 7 a.m. pocket" for extreme freedom. Intimate Containers: The shift toward small-group, integrated work over large, impersonal coaching programs. The Power of Stillness: Why "quiet stillness time" is the ultimate tool for building self-trust and avoiding AI-induced nervous system hijack.

Speaker A: There comes a moment in your life when the noise fades, when the roles no longer define you and you're left with one question. Who am I when I choose to truly show up?

Speaker B: Welcome to show up with Priyanka.

Speaker A: I am your host, Priyanka Khandarkar. A business owner, operations queen, a spiritual healer and life coach, and a mama walking a path of deep alignment, truth,

Speaker B: authenticity and the evolution. This show is not just about business. It's about who you become as you build.

Speaker A: It's about healing, leadership, energetics, system, um, and the unseen work that shapes everything you create. Because life will meet you with moments

Speaker B: that ask you to pause, to question, to rise. And in those moments, you always have a choice. To give up or to show up. Here, we choose to show up.

Speaker A: In alignment, in truth, in our fullest expression.

Speaker B: So take a deep breath. Come back to yourself. You're exactly where you need to be. Let's begin. Hello everyone. Welcome to show up with Priyanka. This is your host, Priyanka Khandarkar. And I'm so, so excited for today's guest. It's going to be very powerful conversation because she's doing a trip tomorrow to South Africa to coach bunch of beautiful souls on their journey. And that is so exciting. So without further ado, I want to do a formal introduction for my today's guest. Powerful leader for the everyday movement. You know, the ones with a job, kids and a full schedule. With the gifts of love, standing, arrangement and organization, Mia holds space for spiritual growth, meaningful connection to others and big actions. As an everyday woman herself, Mia brings levity to hot topics, simplicity to chaos and create safety in growth. And in today's podcast, we will be also talking about her, uh, Everyday Woman awakening, a six weeks program that she has started to support others. So I truly love that. So let's get going. Hi Mia. Uh, welcome to show up with Priyanka.

Speaker C: Hi Priyanka. It's great to be here.

Speaker B: I'm so excited for today's podcast, Mia. And I feel like it's uh, it's those times where especially during now with everything going on in the world, with all the noises and distractions which can take us away from our part, take us away from bringing that calmness. And especially as you were saying, like you have kids, like you were telling, like today, like kids are home, like you're doing this podcast with little one working on their stuff. But as a mom, like we have come so far, right? And even doing this podcast during this chaotic times means so much for each one of us, right? Mia. So I want to ask you this, Mia. Like, what were the defining moments in your life, whether it's around motherhood, like your own career path, like, what were the defining moments to where you are today, like what you have created today?

Speaker C: It's such a big and wonderful question, and I would encourage everybody to consider that once in a while, reflect back on your life and the things that have shaped you. I viewed myself for a very long time as an ugly duckling. And so I always felt odd and on the outside. And then that became a safe place to be and to hold identity. From, uh, when I started university, around age 2021, I started to realize there was more of me. So that was one pivotal opening chapter in my life. I was in my first relationship at that time, uh, for eight or so years, from 19 to 28, roughly. And it was not what I would consider a healthy relationship or one that I would want to see either of my daughters in. That was another important defining moment because I had to stand up and take charge and sovereignty on myself. So a combination of university with that relationship allowed the ingredients to come together and break free, if you will, and step into my power and a stronger identity. Then I moved across Canada, back to my hometown, and started a new line of work and had to continuously check in with who I am in an environment that was asking things of me that were out of alignment. Then we add in, in the mid-30s, the desire to start pursuing entrepreneurship, and you're an entrepreneur, which I assume your audience largely is. Between that and motherhood, nothing will test you more with your sense of self. And so here we are, having gone through becoming a mother, becoming a stepmother first. Also a heavy defining moment in terms of facing that insecure Persona that still lingered. You know, we may call it imposter syndrome, and business will challenge that, but it's not the business that's pushing on that. It's a deeper. A deeper wound inside. And now, as I embark on this epic and first experience for me of holding women in a space like we're going to hold in person in a foreign country as mostly strangers, I feel very. Yes. Activated, but confident and ready. So. Right. All these pieces feed together to create something on the other side. And we sometimes just look at what's happening immediately without, uh, remembering how it's actually building something bigger. And if we can stretch ourselves across a greater timeline, we can stay invested and be okay with being uncomfortable through certain parts of the journey and allowing them to grow us and change us, rather than resisting and hiding and that's how we stay in an open state, in an open spirit and welcome in more opportunities for ourselves, whatever they may be.

Speaker B: Effy I love that Mia. And I could find so many stories of mind in years like in on my own path of awakening. But I also, I remember I started entrepreneurship 15, like I will be 40 this year. So that's like 10 years back. And I feel like that 30, the age of 30 is when you start really questioning is this what I'm m planning to do right until 13. You are like I was an engineer, like I was like crazy engineer. Working hard, getting all the experience, uh, a little bit of people pleasing. Right. But stepping as a leader every day still. So I have a question for you now since you are a mother now and I have a year old daughter. How old are your kids?

Speaker C: Mia, My stepdaughter is 16, 17 this summer and the little one is 7, turning 8 this year.

Speaker B: Wow. So that's a very interesting dynamics you went through. Right. The motherhood of like raising your own little one but before that raising a step kid. Right. So I think uh, and I know some of my clients, like some of them have created program around that like how to step up as a conscious step parents. Right. And I think that is also powerful and I'm sure all these experiences of motherhood, it probably have also transformed your leadership. So I want to, I want some of the things to like to tell our audience like how motherhood shaped the leadership that you lead with today.

Speaker C: So such a great question. I love these. Priyanka. Thank you. Who's watching you? Who's actually watching you all the time? Your children. You might think and have a self concept of yourself that I'm so great and look at me and look at what I'm doing. But uh, your children are there in the morning trying to get to the bus. Your children are there at school pickup. Your children are there as you drive them to activities, stuck in traffic trying to figure out dinner through every moment of life. And they're watching. And I'm raising two daughters and trying to show up better for them as an example of what's possible. And so it doesn't keep me in this hyper aware state of vigilance by any stretch. Right. It keeps me open and curious and accountable to what I'm teaching them by who I'm being in different moments. And you guys letting yourself have grace and mercy to not be perfect but to be vulnerable and real with them. So I tell my little ones so often I'm not perfect. I Get frustrated too. It's okay for me to not want to put you to bed or not want to get, you know, the perfectly balanced nutritional meal every day. To be, to be imperfect yet aligned.

Speaker A: Ah.

Speaker C: And watchful of yourself. That when I get mad, I apologize, but when I make a mistake, I'm quite almost exaggerated about it because I find in the previous generation, I'm 44, so we're roughly the same. You just, you buried everything. And there is a new awakening, conscious healing in the world. And that's where I want to feed and say we don't need to be perfect. We must make mistakes and we mustn't have shame. Block that and keep us trapped.

Speaker B: And mhm.

Speaker C: There are like my teenager follows me on Instagram and so I'm careful about not being so curated and protective but being like appropriately visible with what's being shared there because there's a lot of steps, family dynamics that she's still a kid and doesn't need to be a part of. You know, maybe when she's 30 plus or something. But so my leadership is really shaped by what are my children seeing, what are they learning?

Speaker B: I love that Mia. And I feel like since I have gone through a little bit of transition, I just had my divorce and my little one is going through her like for last two, three years she and I have like bonded more strongly around this. And what you shared about the vulnerability piece, right? Like they have to see because what happens in lot of dynamics, like there are like maybe some disagreements or you're upset, but the kids doesn't even see how you manage that, how you manage your emotions. And what you said Mia, here, this is so important like to show them I'm human, I can make mistakes, mistake. But when those mistake happens, how I'm correcting them, right? Because they watch that and like it's so interesting. And probably Mia, you see this with your kids too. Like when they come back and they act so mature with the way they say and they said mama, you only the. You are the one who taught me this. I'm like, wow, I am amazed by how you just said that. Like they are so resilient. Our kids are so resilient and they're like this sponge, like they absorb everything and. And my little one is empath too like me. So she feels deeply and so thank you for mentioning that. Mia. Like this identity that we create, right. And how it has created your leadership and how you lead. But also like you, you have a teenager now who is watching your social media. So like the words we use. And I think our words have so much power. So this is so beautiful. So one of the things I want to transition here because I am, um, like I help people with systems and operations and business growth. Right, Mia? So I always talk about first, like, really acknowledging your identity shift that is happening and bringing that identity in your business. Right. And then creating a structure around it so it can protect that identity. Right. So I want to understand from you, dear, like, how are you organizing your life around this identity and still showing up as the powerful leader you are?

Speaker C: I started my entrepreneurial journey actually in multi level marketing with a, um, beauty business, and then into telecommunications and then by happenstance, virtual assistant, kit of assistant. And then a friend recommended I look at online business manager and certification. And that hit me like a breath of fresh air in the desert. I was like, I found my home. And I leaned into that in extremity and in a performative nature. And it was very institutional in a way. Like, to be an OBM means being perfect and being a computer and being able to spit out systems and process in surgical precision. Uh-huh. And then that became, uh, a bit too much for me to keep up with while having a baby and, um, working and, you know, navigating Covid and all these things. But it shaped me and shaped me and refined me. I'm a life coach now with a strong systems background. But what I've done is exactly how you positioned it, has flipped it around where you lead yourself and create the environment around you. And so I often, until very recently, would scoff in disbelief at business owners who say, I work 10 hours a week and I make X amount of dollars. And I'm like, okay, how many people are working for you? What expensive software package do you have? You know, how is that even possible? It seems surreal. And this isn't linear money for time limiting belief. This is actually not understanding what kind of system someone has built until I flipped it on myself and built that. So, um, I want the listeners to understand that I work full time. I volunteer with Girl Scouts, the Canadian equivalent, Girl Guides. And I'm the contact guider, I'm the head guider. So I'm doing all the programming and badge tracking and field trips and paperwork and oh my goodness, my kids have activities, I have a social life, I plan vacations, I have a life coaching business, I'm going away for two weeks, etc. What's happened has been finding out what are the things I need the most to serve me and keep me organized. And keep my business functioning. And so there's a few core platforms that really support me. But it's like you said, it's the identity of the woman who leads the system first. And I love to work. I will set up my computer all day and smash things out. But there's a big difference between being busy and being productive and producing returning ROIs, like things that return on your time investment. And I stripped it all back and I literally now work on the coaching business between 5 to 7am most days of the work week. And that has been extreme freedom. That has been what you said of building a business that fits into your life, not that takes over your life and allows me to then not be defined by. I'm an entrepreneur only, I'm an employee only. I'm, um, you know, any one role. I'm a woman who allows the fullness of her spirit to exist within what we might consider constraints of time, but using M them to my advantage rather than them controlling me.

Speaker B: I love that, Mia, I did not even knew that you are an obm. And I have worked as chief operating Officer, Director of operation for small businesses, Mia. So oh my goodness, this is so exciting that I'm talking to someone who is a systems and operations person because that's my one of M my identity.

Speaker C: Yeah, for sure.

Speaker B: I love this, Mia. And I feel like what you, the way your life has taken this route and I was reflecting on my journey, uh, of how my business model M has evolved over the years. And now of course, as you were saying, like, we, we can work effortlessly, we can bring ease into our life. And now I have a team of nine. But, uh, because of that, like, I had all this situation going on in my life with visa and divorce and I could not even focus on clients. But like hundred percent client work is done by my team now, so I can take my time back and really put time and effort into what is important. Right. So I think what you just said, like, so I had to create this structure around my identity to create that kind of balance. So I can only work two hours the way you are working per day, because I have other identities also. I'm working with this new healing center and also going into life coaching, same as you. So I love this so much, Mia. And I think I want to. Since we are talking about structure and systems, I do want to tell everyone we have a tool here. It's called get your sop, which helps you to automate and delegate that not energizes you. So get it, get it. I will put it in the show notes for everyone. But this is so powerful how Mia and I have created our life with our young babies. Like created a life with a structure which helps us to give our best at every moment and live our best life and really create and really enjoy the work we do. Because at the end we have to be enjoying the work we have started, right?

Speaker C: Yes. Yes. And so one of my commercial jingles is Structure without constriction. And so what happened in the OBM days as I was given context to is I got lost in too much structure. And then that could feel suffocating. And now instead I've built kind of a custom flow that is more supportive. Um, so then I'm not too busy managing the back end, that there's no front end or. And especially business owners. You do need structure. You do need structure. I'll use the analogy of a waterfall. Water is the feminine energy that flows freely and wildly and powerful in her full expression. But she is held by the rock around her and that is what allows her to give life to the ecosystem that is recipient of the waterfall. And as a business owner, we don't like structure and we don't like systems organizing being a bad word. No. It is necessary or it is not a business. And the lesson is developing something that works for you. Right. That works for. For you. So I simplified and stripped back and it is so beautiful now. Very specific example. The landing page for my everyday Woman Awakening program is a Canva link with hyperlinks to the payment plans. Anytime I want to edit that, I just go into Canva and make edits if I need to change links, et cetera. And it all lives very close to the surface versus in a kajabi or an infusion shot. Infusions. Infusion. I know.

Speaker B: There's so many different softwares now.

Speaker C: Yeah. Buried 17 layers deep.

Speaker B: Mhm.

Speaker C: So there's a lot of ways of creating something that serves my life coaching business is very boutique, it's very small and intimate. So I can handle a bit of manual labor to go with that. But you know, building something that you can run, it's just me in my case. So I need to be able to run it and fix it and be the Jane of all trades. Hm. But it does need to be there so that when I'm selling, it can run on my behalf and people can buy from me without me being there all the time to hold them all the way through it. And these are just basic principles that give you freedom that. That create that 10 hour a week, work week, that still has impact and still is building the greater vision that you have in your, in your heart.

Speaker B: I love that. And Mia, the way you like you said structure with constriction. Right.

Speaker C: Without constriction.

Speaker B: Right, without constriction. Sorry.

Speaker C: Without constriction.

Speaker B: I call it structure with soul. Where structure is the masculine and soul is the feminine. And when you bring those two together there's the third energy, the source energy, which make manifest all the amazing wonderful dreams and visions in our divine timing. So I love this so much dear. So I want to like bring it back to the things about community because I know you are big on it right now, right? What. And you are from operations world. So I'm going to ask you very much like this question because for me I'm also planning to build a community soon Mia. Um, because that is calling. There's some things inside us like universe has like divine already has a plan for us, right. We can avoid it couple of times but it will keep on pushing you because there will be inquiry about that or there will be all these different sign and I have been like really bringing, I will be bringing this out maybe later quarter four or something. Uh, but I want to ask you dear, like what does true community means to you and also how are you going to make it, differentiate it with what is out there kind of a thing.

Speaker C: So I do a lot of my business online through Facebook. Um, right. What's happening now is it's actually trickling from social media into the real world. The visibility is increasing and so people who actually live and work and exist near me are approaching this. I1am a builder, which is why the OBM world worked so well for me. But I'm also like a gatherer, particularly of women. I build incredible groups of people who are complementary to one another. And what I found is the leadership is important. The intention is what breathes life into the community. On Facebook there are a lot of groups that you can buy a spot in and are promised visibility in front of 100,000 plus people ready to buy. But the thing is it's still relationship based. There is this as old as time frequency to building community which has to do with connection, genuine connection. And so I've been through it myself. I just want to be somewhere where people are going to buy and be a billboard on the side of the highway or a flashing sign in Vegas. Pick me, pick me, pick me. But that is shallow energy and that can lead into shallow community. Where I find the big impact is in presence and in being earnest. Being very, very earnest. And then making it even more holistic where it's not just about me as the leader. I will provide an arena and we will build the content and the heart of it together. Collaboration coined a while ago. I'll take credit for it because I don't see this term really elsewhere. Entrepreneur. And I'm very women centric when it comes to online business. Just the sisterhood, soul, heart, you know, nurturing. We let tiny humans live in our bodies like it does. Makes a difference typically to our soul is bringing in a desire for everybody to succeed and to not do so alone. So that was like more solopreneuring. We collaborate preneur. We come together. We do this together. I love gathering women to create summits. I'm. I've completed four out of six in a series I'm currently running. Last year, this year, um, um, I partake in book projects. So I get together with other women who will take the lead on something that's, you know, either outside my realm or too complicated or not desirable, but contribute to that. And this is where we, we fertilize the garden together. And so if you're building a community, you have to know the. Get in touch with the purity of your heart as to why and then be ready to hold and lead a safe space in there for people to be real. Like, I want spaces where we can say, I didn't make money today. I'm having a hard time with, you know, my belief is low. And I closed, uh, a VIP high ticket and I booked this and I'm ready to host a retreat. Who's coming with me? Where it all exists. Where there's no pretenses, where there's no sensationalism. It's just very real. Um, and non judgmental and non competitive.

Speaker B: Wow, that was amazing. Mia and I learned something new word. Country Bruner.

Speaker C: Country. Bruner. Calabra.

Speaker B: Calabra. Wow. Okay. That is so beautiful. I always talk about that term, um, when I'm, um, like my team culture, like bringing, but more of like that, but also like bringing. Your. No. Collaborate. Collaborator.

Speaker C: Yes.

Speaker B: So I talk about contributing energy. Bring contributing energy. So everyone is like going together. And I love what you said about fertilizing together. That is so powerful and so heart centered. Right. Because it's all about collectives coming together and helping each other to really grow. And like they always say you need a. What do you call a village to raise a kid. You actually need a village to raise your mission. M Out in the world. Right? So. And yeah, it's just so powerful. And I have like, I remember when I launched this podcast in 2020, I had a whole community of people, they all came and they gave me around. I had like close to hundred, hundred plus reviews in first week on my podcast. Right. And that made me like top top 50 or something, uh, in US, right. In like first week itself. And that boosted it to top being this podcast, being top one person. But I could have not done that alone. Right. So what you just said here, Mia, uh, like it brought me back that memory. And I had to tell that it's like how many years? Uh, 2020 when I launched this podcast. But so beautiful what you brought in here. And I feel the intimacy is so important now more than like with AI age.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker B: Like, I was watching this YouTube video today for my hair, how to grade, make it longer, and this whole video was going on. And then I read the comment, this is AI created. I'm like, oh, I did not even think, think it is created. Right? So like once you know that, then you question what is real. Right. So at this moment in life or where the world is going, where everything is transitioning, intimacy is so important on human level, soul level. And Mia, I love that you have created this space. So now I want to dive into your program. So tell us more about this six weeks program and whom you are calling in to work with you.

Speaker C: Thank you. This program is. I'm in awe of it. You know, it's like I truly gave birth to something that took a life of its own. So the Everyday Woman Awakening is an adaptation from the program that I built to deliver on this trip I'm leaving for tomorrow, a woman's safari with a life coaching element woven in. And so when I say the Everyday Woman, it is not like a generic boring term. It is to elevate and breathe life into laundry and ambition. Right. We are holding dual realities. I limited myself by thinking that I wasn't a real entrepreneur if I still had a job. The Internet was saying you have to build your business and quit in six months. And yeah, ah, then you're going to be amazing like the rest of us on the shiny side. And you get to choose what's right for you in your life. So the Everyday woman is building something bigger in the life she's living. Right now. I'm taking vacation from my day job to go and deliver this program. And we're all talking about it. It's all harmonized together. So that's. That's the client avatar. You're, you're living your life wondering when I'm telling you it's now, it is freaking now. If I can do all the things that I'm doing and create, you can too. But it comes from getting into alignment. And this program resulted from, you know, clarity and identity, work and exposure to the coaching industry for years. Evolving from OBM to life coaching. I actually also coined like coach bm. So it's, it's like obming, um, with life coaching put together is the more holistic approach which you'll probably naturally evolve into Priyanka, seeing your composition. And the program is based on four pillars. Four pillars that are that structure without constriction. So there's the support system that holds you as you fine tune and anchor in your identity. And the pillars are spirituality, the heart, which is love, emotional regulation, and your body. And your body from, um, a nervous system perspective as well as a vitality perspective. Right. And so we spend time in these four pillars, finding out where the connection is for us and letting them lead us through the day. And so what this looks like I did habit tracking for two and a half years. It's April now, around March. I slowed down because these four pillars are there directing me. So I have a very strong sense of identity based on how am I showing up in faith, how am I showing up in love? And I mean the tough love, the uncomfortable love, the love you don't want to give in tough situations. How am I being very real and safe in my emotions without them taking me for a ride, but letting them show me where I need to learn about myself more? And how am I stewarding my body through all this? The body, the vessel that's holding all of this, that's holding all the logistics, the trips, the energy, the expansion, the success, the shrinking, all of it. How am I taking care of that vessel? And we put that together over four weeks. And in the, in the everyday version, there's symbols for each pillar. Symbols like the couch, the coffee cup, the mirror, and oh my goodness. And the kettle.

Speaker B: Oh, wow.

Speaker C: And the kettle. And so, you know, think about which one goes where. Um, and we invoke these very ordinary symbols around us to connect us to this framework. And from there we change our identity and we make it safe to put down the roles we hold and actually be the fullness of the woman that we are without apologizing, right? Without self abandoning. How can you improve your marriage? Right? By getting into alignment. Sometimes the strife comes from trying to meet a model that Just doesn't work for you. But you're trying. You probably tried that leading up to the divorce. It's not something you take lightly and it just didn't work. You set yourself free by no longer trying to fit a paradigm that didn't work for you. How can you improve your parenting? You know, how can bedtimes be mind 7 be more enjoyable rather than go to bed so I can get back to work? No, that's not the kind of woman I want to be. Uh-huh. We talked about business fitting into life, not running it. That comes from your body and your emotions. Uh-huh. Overwhelm is emotional dysregulation. Stress is body dysregulation. So we're cleaning those pieces up and letting that lead us forward in this beautiful six week container. It really is just an awakening. It really is cracking open the portal to what's possible in the life we're living now.

Speaker B: I love, I love each and every piece of it, Mia, and the whole alignment of how everything comes together. And I feel like my own journey has been like looking at all the five elements around us. Right. And like really living each and every day with that body, mind, soul, alignment. Because when you're working through that, you are in, like working through that core center, which is calm, which is peace. And you said something about nervous system. Like we function so much better in our life and business when our nervous system is calm and peaceful. And you actually are talking about all those different things that will help you to bring, bring, make that nervous system at peace. So. Wow, this is amazing, Mia. And is it like you're doing this couple of times in the year or how is that like six, uh, weeks Program?

Speaker C: Yeah, six week program. So here's the system that supports the business owner and the big life six week program. I run a cohort on Wednesday mornings and a, uh, cohort on Friday mornings every other month. So we, I get a two week break in between cycles. And you mentioned the word intimacy. And I'm so grateful for that because that is, that is the space that I hold. These cohorts are intended for five to maybe seven women per group. And it's not me blabbing away for an hour, it's me introducing and then us doing the work while we're in that time. Sure, you can have homework that will thread us through to the next week and build that momentum and sustainability, but when we meet for this hour, hour and a half, that is the time that we're shown up to do the work in that Time, it doesn't just disappear on the shelf after, like, it really gets integrated and allows for, um, new awareness and new identity to anchor in. And I need it to be intimate for me and for like just holding that woman's face in my hands virtually, you know, to really be seen. I've been in group coaching programs that were big, where there's spot coaching and that does serve the collective, but I just want something that, that's far more direct. So it's almost like one on one coaching, but in a small group setting. And the women that come together are going to be divinely orchestrated to serve and create their own friendships and healing journeys inside and outside the program.

Speaker B: Yeah, I love that.

Speaker A: Mia.

Speaker B: Uh, I always feel like everything is divine orchestrated in our life and that's why like, we both come from this hustle kind of life. So now. But we both are more in like not chasing energy, but attracting energy. Right. And that is the key here. We are not like everything is divine orchestrated. The clients who are coming in, they were already planned. Right. So that's why we don't have to be like overthinking or overwhelmed, but really live with that alignment that what is supposed to come will come to me at the right time. Right. So I love this. I can go on like longer and longer with the conversation. There's so many different topics to talk about. Right. But I want you to like, tell our viewers, like our, uh, listeners, what are the ways they can connect with you to take that next step? Right.

Speaker C: Yeah, yeah. I mean, I live on Facebook. Air quotes. I love it over there. So you can shoot me a dm. Everything is, uh, should be tagged Powerful Inc. P O W H E R F U L L I N C um, and send me a direct message. Or you can email me nia powerfulinc.com and I mentioned earlier about building the relationship. Right. It's building the relationship and not the chasing. Energy means that I'm not trying to close a sale. Again, the intimate containers aren't about a high volume of revenue. Not that I'm against money, but my math is beautiful. If you want to know about that, we can talk about that. But it's, it's building the relationship. Because if something spoke to you, then you're responsible for acting on it. Um, and then I'm responsible for seeing if we're going to be a fit or not. Because I'm not a fit for everybody. And that's okay. And due to the intimacy of the space, we. I want to know the women that I work with. I want to know their hearts and. And support them. Like consider myself sort of your first life coach. So you're starting off to build a business or to expand your identity and powerful Inc as the incubator to that as the stepping stones. You come into my nursery and I take care of you and then you launch and go from there. And so, yeah, coming back more directly is email or direct message. I'm an open door and I'm very much about the personal relationships. Then of course, Priyanka will put the sales page and my socials, et cetera, in the show notes. Um, but those are. Read it conversation starter and then just come direct to the source like I am the store. Walk in and let's talk.

Speaker B: Love that, Mia. So I'll put everything in the show notes, everyone. So make sure you go in and click on that and keep that conversation going with Mia and see where this today's podcast. What did you hear? That one aha moment that you like? It's always that one shift we need, right? That brings the 3% of shift in, whether it's your bottom line or anything else. Right. So, um, me, I want to ask you last question. What is that one thing that has simplified your life daily? It can't be AI So tell me something else.

Speaker C: Well, it's not, that's for sure. If anything anecdote AI like, hijacks my nervous system. It's like, it's. I'm a generator in human design. So when AI is like, what do you want to do next? I'm like, everything.

Speaker B: Yeah, I'm a generator too. And I had this, uh, OPS roundtable recently where all the OPS expert were sitting together and we were talking about how AI tells you that this thing, which we normally tell as an ops person, it can be done in 90 days. It tells you you can do it tomorrow.

Speaker C: It's like, what? Yeah, adding fuel to the fire. For me, I'm a spiritual person. I believe in the Lord. And it's. It's quiet stillness time. Right. I build myself in the self trust in that, um, in the tapestry of my lifetime, in the tapestry of my role in my lineage. And I know that might sound grandiose and metaphysical, but it is a very like, evident, evidentiary fact that we are part of this huge lineage. And so it's taking stewardship and responsibility for that and taking time to be calm because, yeah, generator. One of my friends, we tease me all the time that I can outgenerate myself. It's exhausting. The stillness, the moments that's where the self trust grows. That's where the confidence and the alignment aligns. In that moment, in that quiet time, it's, you know we can overstimulate ourselves beyond even what AI can.

Speaker B: Mhm.

Speaker C: And the opposite is needed. Particularly with the conscious healing state of the world. These things is, is coming back. Be still and know that I am God. Know who you are and let yourself lead. You know Priyanka, there's a lot of elements running in this conversation. From spirit, from soul, from deep within, the wisdom, a um, wild woman within.

Speaker B: I love that Mia. And I feel that like for both of us, like we have that time in our day to day to bring that solitude because that's, that's what bring the strength and that's where the divine speaks to you in silence. So, so beautiful. Thank you so much Mia for being on the show today and I truly enjoyed our conversation and it was just a uh, beautif beautiful like sitting like I wish we could have a tea together here. Bring a tea. I have a tea here next to me. But it was like beautiful like sister soul talking together like on these beautiful topics we love to connect on. Right. So thank you so much Mia for bringing your brilliance, your light to today's episode and everyone. I'm so thankful you are here and I will see you in the next episode episode.

Speaker A: Take care. Before you go, I want to leave you with this. If you have been feeling stretched, overwhelmed or like your business is asking more from you than you can give, it's not because you are doing something wrong. It's normally a sign that you need to bring more structure in your business so that you can step back and be in your creative and visionary zone. It's time to automate and get delegate the noises, the distraction so that you can create more support, more flow around you. I have created a free automate and delicate playbook to help you get clarity on what you should stop doing and what your team or systems can take over.
