Five dimensions, 20 points each
Nick Delgado, a health educator and anti-aging specialist who has worked with Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy, and Tai Lopez, discusses his new book "How to Lose Weight Without Effort" and reveals why 97% of people fail at New Year's health resolutions. The core problem, he argues, is mindset and systems - not willpower. Delgado prescribes a revolutionary 12-minute workout targeting all seven muscle groups to complete muscular failure, combined with Brain Tap neurotechnology for mental reprogramming, a diet emphasizing 12-15 pounds of raw fruits and vegetables daily, and strategic peptide use (microdosing GLP-1, CJC 1295, GHRP variants) rather than pharmaceutical alternatives like Ozempic. He explains why peptides - developed by Russian and Australian scientists to protect cosmonauts from radiation - cost $600 through specialized providers versus $6,000 through Big Pharma channels, and how rotation prevents receptor desensitization. Delgado also addresses hormone optimization, particularly estrogen dominance and cortisol balance, and discusses stem cell therapy and red light lasers as front-line anti-aging tools. His six-part system integrates sleep, exercise, mindset (via NLP and timeline therapy), peptides, stem cell treatments, and detoxification. The episode targets health-conscious entrepreneurs, wealth builders concerned about catastrophic health incidents eroding assets, and anyone seeking alternative protocols outside traditional pharma and insurance frameworks.
It targets all seven muscle groups to complete muscular failure/achievement with maximum efficiency. Delgado has used this system since his twenties and credits it with enabling him to maintain world-class strength at age 71.
Yes, rotation is essential to prevent receptor sites from becoming desensitized to a specific peptide. Delgado recommends rotating peptides like CJC 1295, Semarellin, GHRP-2, and GHRP-6 after about six weeks to maintain effectiveness.
Pharmaceutical channels charge approximately $6,000, while Delgado's recommended providers charge about $600 for the same quality - often less than a typical insurance deductible.
Delgado identifies two core failures: mindset problems (self-temptation with junk food) and systems problems (claiming lack of time for exercise). He addresses both through behavioral reprogramming via Brain Tap and his 12-minute workout.
Porter stated that people don't need to hit bottom to recover - they need to find a breakthrough first. Delgado's Brain Tap protocol clears five negative emotions (fear, sadness, anger, anxiety) and limiting beliefs at the subconscious theta state level.
Our reviewer’s read on each dimension, with quotes from the episode.
The episode is primarily a promotional vehicle for Nick Delgado's book and event, offering almost nothing actionable for a B2B operator. The few health claims (peptide rotation, microdosing GLP-1) are stated without depth, and the nominal money-health connection never materialises into real insight.
You rotate, so you don't want the receptor sites to get used to a specific peptide
the biggest takedown of your wealth is an unplanned health incident
There is a mildly interesting angle on microdosing GLP-1 versus pharmaceutical ramp-up protocols, and the Russian cosmonaut peptide origin story is a rare framing, but the bulk of the episode recycles familiar health-influencer and anti-pharma talking points with no rigorous development.
We microdose very tiny amounts. We want them to build muscle, burn fat, and reduce our appetite, but not to the point where...it also blunt your urge for intimacy
They don't have to hit bottom, they have to find a breakthrough
Nick Delgado is a self-described health educator and author whose credentials are entirely self-reported in the transcript; he presents as a career health-influencer/podcast guest rather than a practitioner with verifiable, scaled outcomes. The episode's framing - host openly trying to recruit him as an event sponsor - further undermines independence.
I'm going to convince him to be this lead sponsor in our October Big Table
I am the doctor's doctor
A handful of specific peptide names (CJC 1295, Semarellin, GHRP 2, GHRP 6) and one price comparison are offered, but all figures are anecdotal and self-serving, with zero peer-reviewed or third-party evidence cited anywhere in the episode.
if you buy it through...RX, it will cost you $6,000 to get exactly what you can get from my team for about $600
lifted 50,500 pounds overhead in one hour with dumbbells
The host explicitly states mid-episode she wants to sign the guest as a paying sponsor, and every question is a promotional setup or a personal anecdote handed to the guest to validate. There is no pushback, no probing follow-up, and no tension whatsoever - this is a mutual infomercial.
I'm going to convince him to be this lead sponsor in our October Big Table, coming up in Fort Worth, Texas

Loral Langemeier: Hey, this is Hey, this is Loral, and welcome back to Loral's Real Money Talks, a podcast about money. How do we make it? How do we keep it? How we invest it?
How we use a team, and as all of you know, our website is Integrated Wealth systems.com where we actually teach you and educate you why the integration of a team is the most vital thing you put together, because the financial services world is extremely segregated. So, to get a tax person to talk to your insurance person, to your state lawyer, to your real estate broker, very difficult for you to navigate. So, that's what we decided to do, to put that together.
And our primary goal for you is not only make you a millionaire, but it's to reduce your taxes down to every legal limit possible. So we talk in all sorts of categories. Today we're really focused on making money, so whenever I have a health expert with me, I always put it in the make money category, and really I can almost put it with the team and the legacy side, because the number one take down of your wealth is an unplanned health incident. So, today I have somebody who is living, breathing proof of prevention.
Nick Delgado is with me. He is a recognized health educator, author. He and I have traveled to many, many, many events in our careers together. He is the health coach to many in their survival.
We were just talking about somebody who's, I think, I know you had a big hand in that, and I know you've helped Brian Tracy, several of the folks stay healthy and on the planet. So, Nick, welcome. Nick Delgado: Great to be with you here, Loral. I'm so excited, especially the fact that we're both published authors.
My newest book, How to Lose Weight Without Effort, and that is a claim, because people say, What do you mean without effort? It's hard to lose weight, really. Is it hard? Depends on how you go about it.
Just like, how do you plan your finances? If you do it right, it comes out beautifully. If you do it wrong, the steps, the systems, you're pretty much in a bad place. Loral Langemeier: Yeah, I was just on Nick's podcast, and we were correlating that, you know, the, the biggest, like I said, the biggest takedown of your wealth will be an unplanned health incident.
The same, the biggest takedown of your health is the worry and the stress of money. So, we need each other, we need each other desperately. Nick, talk more about your book, I'm going to jump right into the book. And is that, are you talking about peptides?
I know you're always in super alternatives, so you talk about peptides, the natural, you know, not Ozempic, but tricymptide, all the all of that. Talk a little bit about the book and where they go get it. Let's just start right out. Nick Delgado: Yeah, it's on Amazon.
It's already getting five-star reviews. It literally just uploaded this week, and I'm excited, because when people get the book, they're going to be in for a real treat. And I'll tell you what I have to say, that for I'm going on 50 years training people in health and anti-aging lifestyle medicine, having worked with Tony Robbins, Nathan Priddy, and Tai Lopez. I mean, the list is pretty long, but I will say this: that I made a big mistake, and I'll be the first to disclose that mistake.
And that was, I always lead it in with here's how you follow the diet, here's the exercise, and I didn't realize I was really talking to people that have a 97% failure rate on New Year's Eve, right? They make the resolution, and then a week they're in the gym, and the next week their diet goes out the door. Why? And I kept trying to figure that out, and yet here I'm an expert in NLP, timeline therapy, neuro linguistic programming, and I came down to two succinct reasons that I put in my book, and I'll tell you what they are.
I realized it was a mindset, it was a systems problem, and people would tempt themselves with M and M's right in their refrigerator or closet, and they say, I'm gonna give up chocolate, and then the next time they get stressed, what do they do? Chocolate, they reach for the bad stuff, the junk food, right, the ice cream, the et cetera, et cetera. So then I realized, well, what's the biggest excuse about exercise? I don't have enough time, time.
And so I solved that with a revolutionary 12 minute workout that I had been doing since I was 20 some years old, and I discovered a unique system that would take all seven muscle groups to complete muscular achievement. I call it aka failure, but it works so efficiently. But then I still said I have to program in, and I'm using Brain Tap now. I'm going to upload all my best stuff, so people will just listen to it for about seven minutes a day and kind of get their mind going in the right program direction, and you say, 'Wait a minute, that's mind control, that's programming.
Well, you know what, that's what the media does to you. We have to unprogram the stuff that they did to you, and then you'll be successful, permanently losing the weight, keeping it off, getting rid of those love handles, and all that fat that you don't like. Well, and. Loral Langemeier: And I also have all of my work, is also in Brain Tap.
You can go to our show notes and check it out. It is the most extraordinary tool, and it's not mind control. It actually changes, I mean, it changes the programming of your brain, the plaque in your brain, a lot of other things. I don't know if Dr.
Porter told you about this, but it's a nootropic that actually gives 35% boost in your brain efficiency within 20 minutes of drinking one, because it's nootropics that go in, so a lot of cool stuff that Nick and I have been aligned. I'm going to convince him to be this lead sponsor in our October Big Table, coming up in Fort Worth, Texas. And those of you just watching, we're airing this in June of 2026 so that'll be in October. Nick, go back to the book.
So, do you actually like in detail, because a lot of people who write books, as you know, we've seen all sorts of authors, but they never really give up the juice. So, did you actually write about how to do your 12 minute workout in the book? Nick Delgado: Not only that, it's actually a four part series. Part one and two, I leaned in with how do you balance estrogen dominance and hormones, because that's critical.
If you have excess estrogen, you're going to retain fat, man or woman. And if you don't know how to really balance your testosterone, your levels of cortisol, all of these things, and people have cortisol completely wrong. They think you have to suppress cortisol, it's the opposite. You're living off adrenaline if you don't have proper levels of cortisol, now prednisone was released at Big Pharma, and it had a lot of side effects because it lingers in the body a long time.
So, the top author in this subject wrote a book, Safe Uses of Cortisol, not Prednisone, Cortisol, because it's what the body needs, without which you die in minutes. So, I went into the story about the hormones, I went into the story about peptides, and now part three and four coming out here short on the tail will be the 12 minute workout, the exercise, the fitness, the whole thing about what is the ideal diet for man and woman, and with that, but I have to lead into the mindset, the NLP, and the systems, so that it will program in, and it'll lock it in permanently, so they'll be successful.
Loral Langemeier: Perfect. Tell me some of the myths about peptides. You know, Olympics got, you know, the good, the bad, and the interesting reviews. What's your, what's your, your take on it?
You know, and as you answer it to next, I know you're going to go on this answer for a while. Is should people take breaks like that's still a big question. I hear is the people that are on it, like I've been on peptides for years now, which I don't think you knew. In 2020 22,021, I about died 12 minutes from death, lost my spleen in an accident, screwed up all my hormones, all my things.
It's taken, it took a long time to kind of get back balanced, so I'm hyper aware of it. Peptides was a massive part of the healing, anti-inflammatory, just getting back and then supplementing the other organs to take what the spleen doesn't do for me anymore. So, like, really answer the peptide question, and should people take breaks? Because I haven't taken much of a break, and I'm getting criticized, but you should take a break for, like, you know, six months.
I said, I want to take a break. I love what I love, how it makes me feel, and I love what it's, you know, the result. Nick Delgado: To your point, I would first tell you that when you originally mentioned about the spleen and the changes in your hormones, the beautiful thing about peptides is they stimulate your body to release the correct amount of hormones, you see, you could take, for example, human growth hormone, but you're kind of taking a crapshoot, you don't know exactly what dose the body needs.
If you take CJC 1295 you then rotate to your other question about taking breaks to say test wereland, then you rotate after about six weeks or so to one of the other growth hormone releasing hormones, Semarellin, GHRP two, GHRP six. You rotate, so you don't want the receptor sites to get used to a specific peptide. I've been using this, is full disclosure, peptides for nearly 50 years. You go, wait a minute, 50 years.
Yeah, I learned from the Australians and Russians. Do you know the history of why peptides are how they were developed, where they came from? I'll give it dial, that'd be good, good, good inspo. Loral Langemeier: Well, the Russians were sending up cosmonauts to outer space, even around the time before Musk even was around, and they were sending these cosmonauts up, and they were coming back radiated and aged rapidly, so they put their best scientific teams to figure out what can we do, and they discovered peptides was a way to rejuvenate the body to slow and reverse the aging process, protect you from radiation and the harm of outer space, and so that's where and then they translated them to using peptides for sports performance, they were crushing every record in the Olympics.
These white guys, excuse me, but it's not a black-white thing, it's its performance, it's knowing how to do these things. I have broken three world strength endurance records. I'm turning 72 in January. I can still offer $1,000 prize that anyone can outlive.
Nick Delgado: Me, because I use a 12 minute workout, which takes all seven my muscle groups, complete muscular achievement, and at the end of the weekend I do an hour of nonstop lifting, literally nonstop. There's not a man that can hang up to hang up with me, at least to this point. No man's beat me and won that $1,000 from me. But I'll tell you this: peptides are one of the keys.
I used peptides for 50 years. I was one of the first to use melanotanin two, which helps. And full disclosure, I was suffering from a problem due to atherosclerotic plaques. I had a stroke when I was 21 I ate a diet that I thought was conducive to athletes, and now I look back and I was completely wrong.
I was a proteinaholic, like everyone watching this show, and there's a great book Arth Davis wrote, Proteinaholics, you should read it, but the point was I shifted over all of my protein intake, and I thought I was going to shrink away, my muscles would disappear, quite the opposite, I recovered quicker, I built muscle faster, quicker, and I'd eat like a gorilla, 12 to 15 pounds of raw fruits and vegetables a day. You were talking about me eating on the show, I was eating right when we come on.
So, the point is, I maximize my fiber intake, I get phytochemicals, enzymes, and nutrition. I optimize my peptides, which then send signals to my pineal gland, to my testes, to every parts of my body, and my hormones are that of a 24 year old. Even though, as I sit before you at age 71 turning 72 there's not a man that can keep up with me, or woman, or beast. Loral Langemeier: I love it.
You actually need to do a whole, like, YouTube competition, have people come on, we like when you're in Vegas with Lee next month, that'd be kind of a fun, fun. I do. I actually have on YouTube, you'll see me, where these big muscular guys come up with dumbbells, and we take the exact same weight, we start lifting nonstop, and little do they know, I'm the world champion, never been defeated, lifted 50,500 pounds overhead in one hour with dumbbells, went to Team USA, led Team USA in London, and won the World Championships.
When I was the oldest man on stage, my son was the youngest at age 14 at the time, but he's six foot 230 pounds at the time. So I am a living testament, and that's why Brian Tracy hired me to come in and help him restore his body after multiple botch surgeries. I'll just say that I won't criticize the physicians at the time, that's all they knew. But we now know we can use stem cells, we can use peptides, we can use biodunchical hormones, we can use certain exercises, certain things that will restore the body far, and it should be the front line.
When you keep saying alternative, I object. I'm going to say it should be the front line, and just like, just, you know, you got a frontline huge myth, you know, conversation, just like the money conversation, you got Schwab, Fidelity, you know, all of those companies saying that, that their way, even like you and I talked on your podcast earlier, the Dave Ramsey, Suze Orman, pay off everything, and just stay in a safe little box. Now that is not how you become a millionaire.
Millionaires create opportunities and solve problems similar. So, I think we, the alternatives that we teach, should be on the front line. We're not front line close, we're not on the, we're not on the front line. So, that was my next question, is how you combat the fact that farmers don't support any of this, because pharma is not making the big money, so you go to a traditional, any sort of traditional doctor, a our kind of stuff mostly is not covered by health insurance, so people, you know, say they can't afford it, which is actually pretty affordable if you do it right, in my experience.
So, talk about the myth busting, I mean, and how do you get to the front line when you got farmers all over the place blocking? Okay, Nick Delgado: yeah. So you mentioned insurance, and I want to comment on that. The deductible will actually cost you more than the amount you would invest in getting a peptide from the people I would introduce you to, because the truth is that we have the exact same, I just don't use, I'll just say red, I don't use Ozette, I don't use their names, but I call it GLP one, GLP two, GLP three, and evolution GLP three is the newest, it's a triple agonist, it stimulates the body to build muscle, burn fat, and reduce your appetite, that's the ultimate, right, but the problem is big pharma, if you buy it through, I'll just say a current president's name, RX, it will cost you $6,000 to get exactly what you can get from my team for about $600 Yeah, do you hear the math on that?
Your deductible would be more to buy it through that RX. So think about it. We're giving them the best quality, but here's what we do that they don't think of. They ramp up the dose each week, and then eventually you're getting nausea, you're getting side effects, you're getting a lot of problems, gastric problems.
Well, I my. Microdose, the top doctors in the world, we know this. We microdose very tiny amounts. We want them to build muscle, burn fat, and reduce our appetite, but not to the point where, if you take too much, what is it also blunt?
Your urge for intimacy. You don't want to make love, you might even lose your emotions. It blunts these things. It does reduce the craving for alcohol.
I will say that, but you don't have to go to high doses to get that. You go to micro dosing, and it gives you all the benefits without the side effects. And we show them exactly in my book. And then I have online courses with Forever youngevent.
com coming up, which is Saturday, June 27 and they get my VIP enrollment, and it's only $49 and they get $1,000 worth of downloads about peptides. About here's the proper workout, here's the mindset, here's the power of the mind. I give it all to them. I want them to have it all, because when they get results, they're going to turn to me and go to my accession ladder to my VIP immersion, where they come hang out with me, and then I really take them to the next level.
Perfect. What's the link for them to be able, is it in person or virtual, or both? Both, we have Delgado protocol.com forward slash hub, and that takes you to everything, Delgado protocol.
com forward slash hub. Perfect, and I can get all that there before we wrap up. I do want you to talk a little bit more about Loral Langemeier: the just the forward thinking timeline and your NLP, and what you're doing with Brain Tap. Nick Delgado: Yeah, so I've done recent interviews with Brian, that is Patrick Porter, and we talked about weight loss, and we had a very important conversation that I would love to share with your audience, because you and I like to share quality information and give everything we can, and then you know, like Zig Ziglar once said, you help enough people get what they want, you eventually get what you want, which is wealth, happiness, travel around the world, everything we already have, right, Laurel, but, but we were missing one thing, we're leaving all of our friends and our family and all of the people that need us, we're leaving them on the sidelines.
If we don't share this information with them, we must. It is our responsibility. So I say that in answer to your question, Laurel, I think that the key about why the program that I'm introducing on Brain Tap has never been introduced. When I honed in with Patrick Porter, and I said, Patrick, is it true that food aholics, protein aholics, and alcoholics, do they have to hit bottom before they pull themselves through?
And he absolutely quickly answered the following. You know what he said. He said they don't have to hit bottom, they have to find a breakthrough. We will show them a breakthrough before they hit bottom.
We will guide them to be successful, to lose the weight, to get on top of their addictions, and learn the systems and the reason people get addicted or kind of fend from leaning to their financial woes or their relationship problems or their diet or being overweight is because their fear, fear itself, they fear sadness, they fear anger, anxiety, they don't know how to manage their emotions, and we clear these five negative emotions, and then clear the limiting beliefs, and we take them through something that even Tony Robbins has never done for people.
He doesn't do them, but he never shows them how to do it. My courses show you exactly how to do it. We go to the deepest level of subconscious, and you're fully aware it's a theta state, so it's a high learning state, like when Michael Jordan takes his shots, and he always turns Steph Curry takes a shot, turns, and he's running up the court like he doesn't even look to see if he made the shot, and he's gonna make it right, that's that's confidence, conscious competence, we're gonna teach our people conscious competence so much so that they'll start letting go of buying the junk food and putting it in their refrigerator and their cupboards, they're going to load the refrigerator and their cupboards with all the right food, and in my Forever Young event, we prepare five course gourmet healthy food based on 25 years of collecting the best recipes around the world, Simply Healthy Cookbook, and based on my book, How to Lose Weight Without Effort, because it all is a system, it's a six part system: sleep, lean into your exercise, the power of the mind, stem cells, and advanced therapeutics, peptides, and learning about how to release toxins from the body, and pulling the whole thing of anti-aging to the highest level, whether it be red light therapy, we use the most advanced laser ever developed that no one's using, except I know Tony's buying into it right now, that's a different story.
I'm always ahead of the group, and I am the doctor's doctor. People will tell you, you call Ron Klaas, Bob Goldman, you say who is the best guy to go to, you have a choice of 35,000 physicians a World, go to the doctor's doctor, Dr. Nick Delgado. Loral Langemeier: Oh, that's great.
So we're going to give you the link to his book. You can also go to Amazon, grab his book out there, and Nick, give, we'll have the link to your event also in the show notes. So take advantage of getting healthy, getting lean, for those of you that need to get healthier, whether it's lean, whether it's sleep, whether it's an addiction, whatever it is, Nick has been great to have you on. And yes, please share the interviews with you and Patrick Porter.
I'd love to have them back and put them through my podcast, because we both do a lot of work with Brain Tap, and I said my books are in there as well. So, you want to like change your mindset with money, get the Braintap and do that. Nick Delgado: So, one final word I wanted to mention. I come across a little aggressive sometimes, a little chip on my shoulder sometimes in a place that people go, 'Whoa, wait a minute, why is this guy coming on so strong?
Because I love people and I care. When my wife died 33 years ago, when my son was born 10 days after he was born on Thanksgiving morning. I got a call from Hoag Hospital that she had passed away due to a hyperthyroid condition and a thyroid disorder that was took her life due to congestive heart failure. I knew doctors didn't understand hormones.
I spent the rest of my 30 years searching for the best doctors in the world, the best mentors. I found them, I honed it down, I made it simple language. It was all complex in foreign languages. I went all over the world, and I found what were the best peptides, what was the best stem cell treatments.
No one is doing the right thing. They're going to Columbia, they're getting these treatments, they don't even have the right provider. The top lab in the country was providing them, and they cut them off, because the lab director down there literally was trying to reverse engineer their material, and my lab director said, "You're done, no more. I'm the only one with the secret of who has the best stem cells, what doctors to go to, what telemedicine people to work with, like you.
You have your experts, my experts are bar none, and if you want to play around with your money, okay? So, what? You get broke, you go bankrupt. Oh, poor me.
Your health, you're gonna play around with that. I hope not, because health comes first. Everything else comes with it, and the stress of finance. Let's fix it, Laurel.
We got this. Loral Langemeier: We will, as long as I got.. I got the best teams in the world. You have the best teams.
