We continue our Session Replay series with the next product, LogRocket. To learn all about it, we had the pleasure to speak with two guests - Zach Phillips, Senior Product Analyst, and Nikki Zavadska, Lead Product Manager Growth, both at Appfire. Their perspectives were complimentary so we decide, why not? Let’s talk with both! Zach is essentially in the product operations area of Appfire, and his team helps implementing LogRocket for the other teams that build products. Nikki is a growth product manager working on one of these teams, so she has first hand experience with some interesting use cases. As a company that build many apps that are sold on 3rd party app store, such as Atlassian and Salesforce, Appfire needed flexibility and control in their session replay platform that they were able to find with LogRocket. It is always interesting for us to learn new use cases and have aha moments on the show, and this one came to us when Nikki shared an interesting case, where she couldn’t have find the cause for rage clicks without the usage of the session replay tool.
