We continue our Session Replay series with the next product, FullStory. To learn about it, we invited Mandar Karlekar to return to the pod all the way from Australia. Last time we talked with Mandar in Episode 72, when we learned about Loom for async communication. Even back then we learned how much Mandar loves FullStory, so we were sure to invite him again to tell us all about it. FullStory started as a Session Replay platform, with a unique functionality - creating insights from multiple sessions. Mandar shared many reasons he likes the product, such as its simple and intuitive user experience, the fast time to value, how easy it is to implement, and how valuable it is to all business units.
