Drawing from her own journey from burning out while running 12 income streams to building a 15-hour-per-week business generating consistent five-figure months, Natalie Sisson introduces the 'First Class Flight Plan' - a framework for moving from economy (time-capped, fully booked, exhausted) to first class (leverage-based, freedom-focused, scalable income). She presents four primary leverage models: group programs (live teaching over 4 weeks to a year), signature courses (self-paced or cohort-based launches), memberships and communities (combining learning with relationship-building), and masterminds (curated high-level groups focused on facilitation rather than curriculum). The masterclass emphasizes that the best scalable offers already exist within your current client work - they're hidden in the problems people repeatedly ask you about and the frameworks you've developed through years of one-to-one work. Sisson advocates for market validation and listening to client struggles rather than building in an ivory tower, positioning this as essential for coaches, consultants, and service providers hitting income ceilings or seeking to create businesses that support their lives rather than consume them.

Key takeaways

  • →Your current scalable offer likely already exists - it's the framework, methodology, or repeated solution you've been using in one-to-one work that clients consistently ask about.
  • →The four most implementable leverage models are group programs, signature courses, memberships/communities, and masterminds, each with different intensity, pricing, and community levels.
  • →Moving from economy to first class means shifting from hours capping income to ideas and capacity capping income - your pricing, scope, and positioning become the limiting factor, not your availability.
  • →Building a first class offer doesn't require abandoning one-to-one work; it can complement existing services while freeing up 15+ hours weekly and enabling five-figure monthly revenue.
  • →Market validation and listening to what clients actually struggle with is non-negotiable; the best offers solve real problems clients repeatedly mention, not what you think they need in your ivory tower.

Questions this episode answers

What's the difference between economy and first class business models?

Economy means trading time for money with one client at a time, where your calendar caps income; first class means serving many people through one offer where your ideas, pricing, and capacity cap income instead, allowing income to rise while working hours drop.

What are the four main leverage models Natalie recommends?

Group programs (live teaching over weeks or months), signature courses (self-paced or cohort launches), memberships and communities (combining learning with relationship-building), and masterminds (curated high-level groups focused on facilitation and peer-learning).

How did Natalie Sisson move from burnout to working 15 hours per week?

After her father's health crisis forced her to step back while still earning money through scalable offers, she designed a Freedom Plan focused on doubling down on high-leverage offers (memberships, courses, coaching) while reducing one-to-one services.

Where do you find the idea for your scalable offer?

It's usually already in your current client work - listen to the repeated problems clients ask about, the framework you use to solve them, and the transformations you deliver; that methodology is what you bottle up into a scalable offer.

Can you combine one-to-one coaching with a scalable offer?

Yes; Sisson herself uses a combination of scalable offers and one-to-one work to maintain client intimacy while creating flexibility and consistent revenue - you're adding a complementary model, not replacing existing work.

Insight Density

6 / 20

The episode is almost entirely composed of well-worn online business coaching concepts (1:1 to 1:many, courses/memberships/masterminds) padded heavily with personal anecdotes, invisible live-chat interactions, and motivational filler. The handful of concrete examples (Julie Trainer's $45K launch improvement, the math tables) are the only substantive moments in an otherwise low-density 51 minutes.

humans are wonderful beings, but we are also lazy, indecisive and massive procrastinators
You can step fully into being the CEO of your life and design a business you love around you that funds your ideal lifestyle and scales your income and impact

Originality

4 / 20

The 'economy to first class' metaphor is a cosmetic rebrand of ideas (scalable offers, leverage your expertise, community retention) that have circulated in the online coaching industry for over a decade. There is no contrarian argument, no first-principles reasoning, and no idea that challenges the received wisdom of the 'freedom business' genre.

We often take things that come easily to us for granted. And yet those are the very things that we need to be sharing as our gifts
people will come for the learning and the coaching and the strategy and the methods that you've got in there. But they'll often stay for the community

Guest Caliber

7 / 20

This is a solo host episode with no external guest; Natalie Sisson has genuine practitioner credibility (16 years, multiple six-figure business, real client results she references) but operates squarely in the lifestyle-coach/freedom-business niche, which is heavily saturated with thought leaders rather than deep domain specialists.

Today I literally work around 15 hours a week. I have my toggle reports for the whole of 2025 into 2026 that proves that
over the three years, built up 12 income streams...That earned me a million doll dollars in sales in those three years

Specificity & Evidence

9 / 20

The episode is above average on specificity relative to its genre: named clients (Julie Trainer, unnamed dentist), real dollar figures ($45K launch uplift, $1.2M Yap on Camera launch, $80K coaching spend, $197 husband's course), and a headcount (153 Freedom Plan participants) give some grounding. It is held back by a heavy reliance on illustrative hypotheticals and unverifiable self-reported metrics.

she quadrupled her launch numbers. She made $45,000 more than she was expecting
she made $1.2 million in, uh, 65 minutes

Conversational Craft

4 / 20

This is a recorded sales webinar repurposed as a podcast episode, not a conversation; the host fields invisible live-chat responses, asks no probing questions of any guest, and closes with a pitch for a $37 product and a paid community. There is zero intellectual challenge, no follow-up, and no pushback on any claim.

Speaker B: I want to do a little something

Speaker A: different on the podcast today. I am giving you exclusive access to the live masterclass that I ran this

Speaker B: week on how to create your profitable scalable offer so you can stop trading time for money. So without further ado, let's get into it. All right, let's go. You are, uh, in the right place if you are currently a coach, a consultant, a service provider, if you're doing great work, one to one work and you're ready to move from one to one into one to many, and hopefully I'll be able to convince you by the end of this why that is such a great idea or you've hit an income ceiling that more hours won't fix. You're fully booked or close to it, but you're not free at all. You know, you have a course, a program, a ah, membership inside you, but it's still just an idea. And you're consuming content about scaling but not implemented, implementing it. And you want a business that actually makes you money in a life you love, not one at the expense of the other. Does that sound good? I hope so. All right, what we're going to cover today is what I like to call the first class flight plan. Right. So step one is all about the route, picking that leverage model that actually fits you best and your business goals. And I'm going to be going over four of those today. Um, the ticket. So building the scalable offer people actually want to buy. Hint, they're probably already telling you about it and what they need. And step three is the destination. So how does that new Freedom business model actually work for you? I'm going to run some numbers in there as well. Okay, so in addition to that, I did say that I have a beautiful bonus that you're going to leave with your one page Freedom biz plan. But as I said, if you prefer good old note paper or notes on your laptop or your phone, please do that. So, first off, I want to do a check in. I want you to tell me if you are person, uh, A. You're flying economy. There are people who would happily work with you, but they can't because one to one is your only option. Or you only have like one offer and you're tapped out. The business is running you, so you're the bottleneck for everything. Love to see how many people are like, yep, that's me. You're often exhausted and stretched, then with no hours left in your busy week to actually enjoy your life, your family and your friends and. Or your income ceiling is actually capped by the number of hours you can work. So you don't have a lever in any way to make more income rather than just working more. So that's person A. Or are, uh, you person B? Are you flying first class? Because if not, that's the ticket that I want to be able to give you by the end of today. Your cash flow actually feels consistent on a month by month basis because you've built a one to one, one to many offer that scales without needing more of you. You're the CEO of your life and your work. You take evenings off, weekends off, even days off midweek to just do whatever lights you up. And you have clients that you love, you have systems in place and they all make things feel easy. And you have total clarity on your goals. So you're not kind of following the next bright shiny object syndrome, of which I have many clients who love to do that. So can you let me know in the chat if you are, uh, person A or person B, And I'd warrant a guess that you are here today. Maybe you're kind of in the middle. Maybe you're flying sort of semi economy into premium or premium into business, but you haven't quite got it all nutted out. But if you are definitely in the economy seat, you are the product. And that's the problem. That is absolutely the problem. Whereas first class is an entirely different business model. And, and it's all about leveraging your, uh, expertise and your knowledge and making it work with how often you actually want to be showing up and increasing your impact so much more than you can just by flying solo. Right. And it's also costing you to stay in economy. Just going to check in on the chat because I want to know, uh, if people have answered, um, whether they are, ah, in fact in economy or on the way to first class, let me know. Oh, I like that person. C. You have lots of freedom, but you haven't really cracked the full potential financial freedom. Thanks for putting in an extra person. I love that. Cool. So you might be a combination of one of those. All right, how do I know this? How do I know that staying in economy is costing you? Because let me take you back to Natalie Sisson of 2014. I was fully in the suitcase entrepreneur mode. That was my business, my brand, my blog, my podcast, my, uh, book. So I had just released my number one best selling Amazon book, sold like 30,000 copies, was super thrilled, and I was burnt out as heck. Even though I'm like, choose freedom, which I was definitely trying to do. I was just working all the time. I had built a business that needed me wholly and completely. I had actually, over the three years, built up 12 income streams. 12 income streams, which is a lot. It's a lot of fun, but it was a lot to manage. That earned me a million doll dollars in sales in those three years. Before that, I was treading water, throwing everything that I could, um, and figuring out what products and offers were working. And then I started to get more traction and then I started refining more and more. But 12 income streams, I mean, really, that's a lot. That's a lot for one lady who's living out of a suitcase, traveling the world. And I will say there were consequences to that. Even though it sounds thrilling and exciting, which it certainly was, don't get me wrong, opportunities everywhere. But it looked really impressive from the outside. I had more, as I said, media opportunities, more collaborations, partnerships coming at me from everywhere. But I was exhausted and I was doing everything myself. I had one virtual assistant who was doing a few hours a week. Everything else was me being like, I could do this, I've got it all. Um, and I didn't actually have the freedom that I was raving about. I mean, probably compared to other people. But in my world, I was chained to my laptop. And I remember traveling to, like, Vietnam and really, really wanting to just enjoy it and look around. And I just feel like I, I just had to keep working. There were a number of countries that I went out and did afternoon tours and adventures but all the while I could just feel myself being drawn back to my big, big to do list. And that ultimately was around the point that I was like, this isn't me being a suitcase entrepreneur and modeling to others what I want for them. So the turning point was this. I was in Berlin speaking at a digital Nomad conference on the topic of freedom and tools and team. Right? Which by that point I had bought in more. And I got a call from my sister that my dad was sick and had been rushed to Hospital. And two days later I flew the many, many 24 hours plus across the world back to New Zealand to be with him. And three months later he was gone. So that was a big pivotal moment for me because I realized that actually I was really grateful to have taken almost three months off my business during that time and was still making money through my offers, which was incredible. So that was the point at which I was like, right, how do I double down on this part of my business versus the bit that required a lot of me and my one to one coaching? So the number one thing that I did, sorry, I was just remembering that time, it's still pretty, pretty potent for me, changed everything, was designing a Freedom Plan that gave me a business built around my life. And this didn't require me to be showing up on socials more, emailing more, um, doing more hours or putting out more offers. What it did do was let me live my life, enjoy it, spend ample quality time with my family and friends and still have a business that was supporting that and supporting all my clients. So I figured it out for myself ultimately. I had been doing it for quite a while, but I created a methodology that actually worked for me and I followed my own method. And then I shared it. I shared it on, um, the stage in TEDx in London, which was a real honor. And I also shared it in the suitcase entrepreneur that I'd said had been out and was a number one bestseller. And then I created the Freedom Plan. And interestingly, that Freedom Plan was built from a pretty incredible scalable offer that I'm going to share with you too in the next bit. Today I literally work around 15 hours a week. I have my toggle reports for the whole of 2025 into 2026 that proves that. And that is by design. There are weeks when I can work way less and weeks when I can work a little bit more. Um, and I also have consistent five figure months. And I will say that it's a combination of a scalable offer and one to one work so I'm not asking you to come along to this workshop today and be like, wait, do I have to drop everything I'm doing? Absolutely not. This is about adding and complementing your current business model in a way that makes it feel even more doable. Right. To make you fall in love with it more versus resenting the work that you're doing. I, uh, hope that's clear and this is the life that it funds. Like, yay. Just like I have. This is a snapshot of photos in the last year of being in Bali, of being at fun, like, events and parties and tournaments and coaching my beautiful club members and being out and about with my son and homeschooling him. And, yeah, just kind of an awesome life. Running my podcast, doing my thing. And it never, ever really feels like work. There are days when there's little bits of things, but thanks to AI coming in as well, I feel like a lot of that is changing. Um, and it feels like a real, real freaking privilege if I'm really honest and always, always has been. In fact, in order to put this masterclass together, I was going back through emails and testimonials and, um, a lot of previous offers and programs of the 30 to 40 plus things that I put out over the years. Um, and it was actually just like a little love fest. I was like, oh my gosh, I remember when they got that result or that person there or what we were doing or when we launched that. So it's a beautiful privilege and can't believe that I'm still doing this after close to 16 years. So are you ready to start generating consistent four to five figure months in a business you love without working 40 plus hours a week? I really hope that none of you are working 40 hours a week. I feel like I sort of attract people into my life and community who are pretty freedom minded. Like Jenna was saying before, um, that you've got a lot of freedom, but now you're actually wanting the money to work with it. So, yeah, just let me know, let me know if you're ready, because I'm ready to show you how. So what I want you to pop in the Q and A is with the way your business is currently built right now, or if you, you know, not in that business world, the way you're working. On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being not at all, 10 being 100% possible, how possible does it feel to have a leverage freedom first business? So somewhere on that scale of 1 to 10, I would really, really like to know. Just Going to give you a little moment for that. Okay. Got some sevens. We've got some sixes. Beautiful. Oh, eight. Love it. Yes, lady, some more sixes. Okay, fantastic. Got fours. Thank you for your honesty. All right, so there's a good range. Do you know it's six, seven. I just can't believe I said that. Six, seven. Um, it's kind of that place that you just, you know, you don't really want to be whenever somebody is giving you feedback or a survey. Six or seven, is that kind of in between number where it's like not really either here nor there. So I want to get you to an 8, a 9 or a 10. Right. Can always be growing. So let me introduce you to the first class flight plan. That's what I've named it. I have always had this fascination with travel and freedom and flying, so everything's a little bit themed that way. But this is my new kind of model or frame of reference for it. Uh, so this is the leverage model that carries you from where you are to where you want to be. All right, so let's start with the route. Uh, I'm going to be like, going through this, so feel free to take notes, um, and just pop any questions in the chat if I'm not stopping for you, because there's, there's quite a lot to cover. So just to recap on economy, if you're in this place right now or in transition, you're probably trading time for money. You have one client at a time that you can see, and your calendar is definitely capping your income. If you're in the first class model, you get to serve many, many, many, many people. That's up to you. You may still just want to have a beautiful, intimate cohort. You may want thousands of people from one piece of work or one offer. And interestingly, your idea or your capacity to hold that caps your income, not your hours. And if you don't quite fully, like if I'm not being clear on what that means is like the sky is the limit, right? So your ideas and what you're doing and your pricing and all of those things will be the actual thing that caps your income, not you physically and how much you can turn up for your work. And then the income can goes up as time goes down, which is where we want to be. All right, so what I'm going to cover is a menu of routes. There is a plethora of ways that you can make money through your business. Business. As you saw earlier, I had 12 income streams at one point, sponsorship, affiliates, partnerships, speaking, books, everything. But when I actually did the due diligence and looked at my profit and loss statement, there were around three that really were making 80% of the income in my business which were um, high level, one to one coaching, uh, my memberships and my courses, digital products. So what I've put here today is the four that I think are the most applicable to where we're at right now. Like the best models or vehicles that I've seen people use and I've experienced and I use myself and I work with my clients on because each of them has that one to many offer in it and it's super scalable. And the first class move really would be that you take one that fits you and commit to it. However, because I'm a flexible freedom person, sometimes some of these things have elements of each other in it. And what I mean by that is let's start with a group program. I'm sure most of you know what that means. Um, this is typically done live over a period of time, anywhere from four weeks through to a full year. And it will have live components like live calls, where you are teaching, coaching, consulting, sharing your framework. And it will also potentially have some, some course related material that people can work through at their own pace, depending. And then a signature course doesn't necessarily have to have you live in it. It can be fantastic, um, methodology in a course that people can go through at their own pace that you have as an open enrollment or year or you launch at specific times of the year to be able to create a sense of community, um, and urgency in some ways. Because humans, as I have long well known, including myself, will only take action when there is actual real urgency. You could have the best course or offer or program in the world, but if there isn't something to actually drive people to jump on board now, they're probably never going to do it. It's a little bit like why people hire personal trainers, coaches, etc. Because we're all very capable, very, very capable, but we are also excellent at procrastinating and holding off doing things until the last minute. So that's why even if you have a anytime enrollment course, there are ways to launch it in a way that still looks like um, it's happening now and it will be happening now for that person in their reality. Memberships and communities, slash communities, similar thing. They are fantastic. Again really, really scalable. Right. Um, and it depends on what you want in that community, how much intimacy you want, how much hand holding how much you're offering. Um, I personally love memberships because the community piece is actually more powerful. People will come for the learning and the coaching and the strategy and the methods that you've got in there. But they'll often stay for the community and the friendships and the relationships that they make. And I have seen that over the years and all of my memberships, um, and even through my retreats that I often tack on to a membership, I still have people sending me photos of my first retreat of 2014 here in Bali. Still now, um, of those people meeting up around the world and keeping in touch. So there have been lifelong friendships formed as a result of communities that I've created. And not just mine, many, um, many other people who run communities. And that is just so special. So that's why I particularly like communities. Um, and then a mastermind, in case you haven't heard of it before, is often a way to not necessarily be putting out a whole lot of course content and curriculum work for people to learn from. But that is actually more about having the right people curating the right people in the room who are at certain stage of their business, their life, whatever it is that you are helping them solve. And that is more about turning up as a coach in that space or a facilitator or a teacher, holding space for them and moving them through whatever part of the journey they're in related to what you teach. Right. So that can be a lot more high level, usually a lot more premium price. And again, you're probably not going to have a mastermind of 100 people could, um, but this is more like a very curated high level group where you are getting specific outcomes for them. But it's not necessarily a teaching framework that you're doing. It's just using your expertise and your wisdom and all your lived experience and everything that you've done up until now to hold them on that journey, their own personal journey. And it's also using the curation of that incredible group of people to help each other. So hope that will make sense. Um, pop anything in the chat if this is landing for you. Resonating, hopefully. All right, now we might be getting to the point where I'm going to ask you which is actually landing for you most right now. So obviously there are other ways to go about this and maybe you've already done some of these. If so, great. Is there one of these that is really standing out to you right now, even if you don't have any idea how you're going to make it happen. So one, just pop one in the chat if it's a, a group program. Two if it's a course, whether that's live or diy. Three if it's a membership. Four if it's a mastermind. Um, and let's add on five if you want to do a combination. Because I love the rebels in here who will be like, what about if I want to do all of them? Okay, let's have a little look. So we got course and community. Yeah, perfect. Often they go hand in hand. Um, so three and four, membership and mastermind. Beautiful. Um, five or one and three. One is what you're currently doing. Two you would love to do. Excellent. Very easy to do that. And three. Okay, beautiful. Thank you for sharing. Oh, some more, some more coming in here. Membership. Okay, perfect. So write that down. All right, let's go into part two. This is about your, what I like to call your signature scalable offer. The thing that people actually want to buy, that you've probably been doing all along. There's a couple of people I know who are live on this master class with me who have just achieved this for themselves recently. You know who you are. I'm celebrating you high fiving. You might have already done that in person. This is when you go, hang on a minute. I've got this. I've got these skills, I've got these certifications. I've got this much lived experience and work experience. I've helped all my other people, clients, whatever they may be. Um, people do this and people are always asking me about how do I do this, But I don't actually have an offer that would help them with it. And the only way they can work with me is through this or this one to one. That's the bit that I really want you to listen for and think about when I'm talking through this next section. Because most of the time it's right in front of you without even knowing. And it's probably something that people have been asking you about for a long time. Cool. All right, let's go. So, in my opinion, after launching a lot of things in my lifetime, the anatomy of a first class offer looks a little like this. Um, we can call it a ticket. Ticket to freedom. Um, it has a tangible promise. Right? What is the promise that you are going to give people? It has a real market problem that it solves. I'm not going to lie. I have sat in my white ivory tower before going. This is the course that every single person needs and I know it and therefore I will give it to the people without doing enough market research, enough testing and validating what they're actually struggling with. And those things usually flopped. And you only need a couple of flops to realize you have to be uh, listening all the time to what your clients are really, really saying to you. So they might be saying, oh, I'm struggling with this, but underneath it there'll be a belief, there will be an internal nervous system regulation thing that they need to work on. There will be a money mindset challenge, there will be an operations team or system challenge. So uh, usually the uh, answers are right in front of you. You just have to be really great at listening and asking more questions and getting curious and then seeing how that merges in with all the beautif wisdom and experience and expertise that you already have. The third is that usually once you figure that out, and maybe you've been doing this in a one to one capacity for a long time, you likely are sitting on a framework or methodology, whether you know it or not. In fact, I'd love to know in the chat whether you already have a framework, a methodology, a certification, something, um, over all the years of pulling together your expertise in your industry, in your area, that is usually the thing that you get to put in this offer. And it doesn't have to be like right in front of you right now, but as you uncover it and discover what you're actually taking people through to get the results and transformations that you currently are, there will be a unique method that only you are using right now to do that. That's the bit that we want you to bottle, bottle up and put out. And then you do also need, as I mentioned earlier, a ah, genuine demand and reason to act now. So as I said, humans are wonderful beings, but we are also lazy, indecisive and massive procrastinators. All right, let's go. So I'm going to give you examples because I love learning through examples. Some of these are mine, my clients. Some of these, uh, one you'll probably know because it's going on right now. So the first one is a tangible promise. What do I mean by that? Is your result that you are offering these wonderful people clear, specific and something that they can actually visualize. Right. So grow your business is so vague. It's obviously a vague example for a reason. Build and fill. Your first group program in 90 days is first class. You can pretty much see where you're at. And if you're going even more granular, you would then add on who that is for. Um, so maybe you're in the accounting space, or maybe you're in the health space, or maybe you're in the self development space. Whatever it may be, that's where you'd weave in specific to them what it is that they need. So here's an example. One of my beautiful clients, uh, has a membership for flower farmers. So there's people who are flower growers who actually need to understand not just how to grow flowers, which they're often really good at, but how to run a business profitably because it is a very cutthroat industry. So my beautiful client, Julie Trainer, is a very keen gardener. She's actually a leadership coach and has done leadership coaching for years. And we work together on her membership, which is the floral business activator membership. And you can see that tagline right there. Build a profitable flower farm that works with your life. So she's really, really clear on who she helps. She is not showing them how to grow flowers. She is showing them how to seasonally run their business to make more profit and all the opportunities that come with that. And these are people who are crying out for that expertise and business leadership coaching because they're just great at flower farming and not necessarily the rest. And when we worked on her, she already had this membership running and was doing quite well. And we worked on her next launch for it and got the messaging and the copy way, way clearer. And the promise and the problem that she was solving. And she quadrupled her launch numbers. She made $45,000 more than she was expecting. She was blown away. She was actually out of words. It was such a joy. She did a lot of that work herself. I was coaching her and holding her hand, because sometimes you can't see exactly what's in front of you, right? When you live this every day and you work with these beautiful people, you sometimes can't even see your genius and what it is that you're actually offering that they value the most. So that was fantastic. And not, you know, not an area of my expertise. I love gardening, but this ain't mine. So it was awesome to work with her on that. Okay, a real market problem that it solves. Is there a genuine paying demand for this result? And so the best offers to solve are, uh, a problem that people already know they have and they're actively looking to fix, not one that you have to convince them of. So here is another one of my clients based in the US she has a thriving membership, earning her multiple 5 figures a month that we were able to add 5k a month to after just making some tweaks and running a live event for. She helps dentists who are already qualified and certified, often running their own practice to become incredible at what they do. So run even better practices and become known for specific techniques in the dental industry. That is what she teaches in there. She's a doctor herself, she's dentist herself. Um, it is incredible she was doing that whilst also being a full time dentist because she really felt she needed to be in that industry to understand and know what they're going through. And the biggest part of her membership that is really not just her training that solves the problem, it is the community. It is a watering hole of dentists being able to meet with like minded people, share their problems, rants, raves, wins. That is actually the bit that people stay for. So what I said before is people will often come for the course or the offer. They'll stay for the community. Right, because you found your people incredible business and she's got so much more to expand on it and it's infinitely scalable. The third is, as I said, a framework or methodology that solves it. And you don't have to have this right away, but hopefully you're noodling on this while I'm talking through. Right. This is your signature way of getting the result for your clients that you've probably been using packaged as really clear steps that they can take as well. It might also be some ip so intellectual property frameworks, templates, calculators, whatever it may be that you add into that, that makes it even easier for them to follow not your path and exactly what you've done, but to follow that methodology and make it work for them. It's teachable to many at once and that's what makes you unmistakably you. Um, all right. An example of that was the Freedom Plan accelerator that I ran for many, many years. It was the first launch that I did as a multiple six figure launch and I was so extremely proud of it. It came off and I'm going to share how I did this in the offer that I m make at the end of this beautiful workshop. But it actually came out by initially emailing a few people with an idea that I had for a live course and then it turned into this full course. As you can see down there, I had 153 people go through it and uh, which was just incredible. So that was a three part framework and then I pulled everything in that course to go into the books. And obviously the book is not the whole course, but that framework was what I then put into the book. And then the book has gone on to be workshops and retreats and all sorts of things. So sometimes you can come up with a framework that has multiple different formats that you can deliver it in and has a lot of lifetime value in it. Yeah, it's by far and wait, one of the most, the things that I'm most proud of. And it was also a huge amount of work at the time because I didn't quite do it the way I needed, but it came out incredible. And people still attribute a lot of their success and quitting their jobs and starting their freedom businesses to this. And I have lifelong friends as a result of this. So just saying, it's all these other benefits that come with putting out a scalable offer that you sometimes don't even think about. And then number four is the genuine demand and a reason to act now. So real urgency, not fake countdowns. By the way, I think, bro, marketing is the thing we don't need to go near. Um, but you do need urgency. As I said, people need a reason to act. A start date, founding, pricing, limited spots, because you can only hold so many. And on the initial launch of this offer, it's important that you get that groundwork right and that you bring in the right people that feels good to you that you know, you can help get results. So, just saying, and I'm just going to show you a real life one. Who here has not heard of this wonderful lady? Jessie? Uh, this is quite an incredible story, but why I just want to bring it up is that she is. This is a very good example of a course that is live. Um, it's called Yap on Camera, a six week posting challenge. She's got this kind of cool vibe going on. Get in, homie. And essentially she's just dropping a little piece of wisdom every day over 40 days and some teaching modules to get people to actually show up and turn up mainly on Instagram or tick tock and do live videos. Um, and just as an FYI, this is incredible. She started from scratch, grew her Instagram account from zero to currently about 400000 people just by yapping on camera herself. So she is teaching exactly what she has been doing over the last six months to get there. And in her first round of offering this out, she made $1.2 million. And it's kind of blown up over the Internet, so if you haven't heard of her, definitely go check her Out. But, uh, this is an example of when you really are honing in on delivering what it is that your expertise is showing up all that time proving that she was a master of yapping and all the psychology behind it. It's not just, hey, I'm on camera and then putting out an offer that actually fixed real people's current problems, which is, I hate turning up on social media. I don't know what to talk about, I'm terrible on video, all those things. And by the way, there are, uh, plenty of people offering courses around this Stu. But she just happens to have built a very beautiful community first and then put out the right offer. And the second time she's launched this, which is happening right now, she made $1.2 million in, uh, 65 minutes. Anyway, that's an example of wow, you are scalable. Offer can really, really, really go far. Anybody not heard of her, by the way? I just, I love showing like real life examples of people crushing it and it's so awesome. And she is not somebody who just did that. She's been 10 years in the making of trying to get businesses going. Right. So, yeah, and a few people have here. If you've got 10 years experience in something already, often you don't even realize how important that is to you. We often take things that come easily to us for granted. And yet those are the very things that we need to be sharing as our gifts. So I hope this is giving you an example of like, you know, she, Jesse just took what she does well, which is this ability to yap and build a community, build a real relationship with somebody on the other side of a screen to the next level. Like it has been life changing for their family because they were struggling. Cool. So pull out your imaginary one page business plan. And I don't expect you to get all of this down straight away, but what I would love you to do is start some scribblings of um, of um, your, of your ticket, of your offer. Even if it's just writing in the how you want to deliver it and the promise that you think you can get people. So really great way to write out a promise is I help this person. Like often it's good to just talk to one person, but this group of people or this person with this particular problem, to do this in order to feel this, have this, uh, achieve this, be this. Does that make sense? We're not looking for perfect here. We're looking for instincts. Okay. All I wanted to do was actually get you started on that by the way. Because there is a whole lot of psychology behind if you start on something, it plants the seed, it starts to give you momentum and confidence about what is possible for you. So please come back to that. I also now do have the live link for the business plan, but, but we'll just carry on. And note taking is great. It's actually even better because it commits it to your memory. Just give me a little bit of feedback on what's come up for you in that if it was easier than you thought, if, uh, if there's something that's come up for you that you haven't thought about, let me know. Let me. Now we are coming into part three, the Destination. And here I'm going to share some numbers. I always find this super, super helpful to understand the numbers that are going to connect the scalable offer, this leveraged offer to the life that you actually want. It's also the time that I really hope you filled in my financial freedom number calculator before this masterclass. That will tell you pretty much how much your life and business this work is costing you right now and what you need to cover. And I think that's important because when you launch an offer, it's not going to suddenly like be the answer to all your dreams unless you're Jesse and you've done the Yep. Challenge. But um, it should definitely start to suddenly take out a big chunk of the income that you need. And that's where it gets exciting to imagine and see those numbers on paper for yourself to see what's truly possible. So without further ado, I'm going to give you some examples. So let's just look at the left hand side for now. This is the economy math. So let's just say for example, you have 10 one to one clients a week right now you charge $150 an hour, that's 1500 dollars a week, $6000 a month. And okay, it's only 10 hours, but it is all the admin and the other things around that, right. And that is what you can currently make. And then on top of that you're probably going to have to do some other sorts of work in order to get up to whatever your financial freedom number is. Now I know people who do ton more than that, but if you are a coach or a consultant yourself, you know how much energy goes into working one to one with people. There is the, the pre, the prep, there's the actual call, there's the follow up, um, there's the in between communications, coaching, audios etc. So there's quite a lot and people underestimate that kind of the relationship building part of it. And also the business admin side. Right. And then there'll be costs and services that are allowing you to run that. So subscriptions, software, team, maybe even um. So hopefully when you do that financial freedom calculator, you put in your living costs and your business costs as much as you know them and you should know them. But hey, if you had to guess some numbers that's fine, but you should have an overall amount that you know is like important for you to hit every month, your cost of living and doing business. And then let's look on the right hand side of what a group program could possibly do for you. So let's say you have 20 people in a program, it's $500, I'm just putting out some numbers here. And it's an eight week live program. You would make 10,000 minus some of those costs, right? Give or take for eight weeks. And you'll probably be doing a couple of hours a week on that. That is an absolutely massive difference to your uh, trading time for money one on one. And when coupled with you doing some one on one which would probably allow you to raise your prices, do more meaningful work, have programs and packages so that again you're not just an hourly rate, you're actually got locked in retainers and packages. This suddenly starts to become really easy to see how you can get five figure plus months. Okay, let's run the numbers again. What about a course? Whether it is live or evergreen or evergreen means always going or you know, do it yourself. Let's say you make a hundred sales of your course and it's only $50, that's $5,000. Now there was probably quite a lot of work that went into that launch a whole lot of your IP that you developed to do it. But smaller courses take a lot less time for you to put together and can still get incredible results for people. But now you've built it and maybe it took you three hours, maybe it took you 10, hopefully won't take you 40. Like my first course took and I hadn't even pre sold it. But now you have a product that can sell all day, any day. Once you set up a really great marketing system for it and also for any of your one to one clients who can't work with you right now, can't afford you, whatever it may be, you can now have something for them to be able to go through in the meantime while they're waiting to work with you or if they're not quite ready. And it's a beautiful way to introduce them to your work. You build it once and really then after that it's about maintaining it or upgrading it. But ultimately it is something that just keeps on selling. And this was so beautiful to see with my husband Josh, who built his AI level up course. And I helped him market and promoted. And he did really, really well on the first launch and actually really well on the second launch. Even though he kind of exhausted his, um, immediate community relationships and credibility. Not exhausted, but you know, that was. The first launch went amazing because of that. The second launch also went really well because people preferred him. But in between time he has been making sales every week of uh, people just signing up to the DIY version. So he has it as a live course that go through. And there's also a, a DIY vision you can get any time. And it's quite lovely when $197 is lands in his account each day. And he hasn't done anything towards doing that. I mean he's obviously done a lot. He's got 20 plus years of amazing experience and teaching and coding and AI now. Um, but that is the beauty of having a course that can just continue to sell. And that is when people say, you know, I woke up in the morning or I was on the beach and I was making sales. I, I used to remember people talking about that. And then I was on a beach in Thailand sipping on some mocktail or cocktail and checking my phone for something that I'd recently launched and I was like, ding, ding, ding. I was like, oh my gosh, this is actually real. It's like an incredible feeling when people value what you do and are willing to pay you for it and you don't have to be there to necessarily deliver it. And as I put down the bottom m, it's your same expertise, right? But your time goes down and your income goes up. And I would also say your impact really, really goes up because there's something about when you have a one to many where people feed off other people's success as well and get spectacular results. Cool. Just want to check this is landing you drop me a yes or if you have any questions, pop them, pop them in there as well. Because I'm super happy I've got time at the end to talk about this. Oh, getting shivers from just visualizing that. Oh, I love that. Okay, great. The, the beach mocktail, Mai Tai. Yeah, it's pretty amazing. All right. And here's another example of a membership. So I'm just putting it out there. 200 members is a lot, by the way. But I think that's actually about the amount that Melissa has in her dentistry one, and they're paying more than $25 a month. But even if it was just $25 a month, which is not much, that's $5,000 a month in income from serving those people one to many. And you're probably doing two to four hours a month to serve them. Depending on what your membership is. You might be in there a lot more, you might be over giving, whatever. But to have that sort of income, ah, that is fully scalable is incredible. Right? And also, just know with memberships, it can be something that you develop and do. You can bring in experts, you, um, can bring in other people to do trainings. It doesn't always have to be you doing the delivering. You can be the community builder and the leader of it. But I just want to put that out there because a lot of people are like, well, what if I don't have all the expertise? Maybe you're an excellent relationship builder. Maybe you have a unique skill in creating the space and facilitating and holding it. And then you can bring in other people who are great at their craft to make it even more, you know, beneficial and beautiful for people experiencing it. All right, mindful of time. All right, let's come back. And what I want you to do is pull up that financial freedom number that you had. If you haven't already, write it on the page that you've got, and then consider what you need and want to earn, because this is going to drive your whole offer in addition to what you're currently earning. I just want you to see the possibility here, right? It's. It's exciting. So hopefully you did that exercise of even just getting that number on paper. Great. It's landing massively. Okay. You got on the call to see if the ideas could help with clients you work with, but it's pointing out a whole different direction. I could take myself with the skills that you didn't even think about. Awesome, Pete. I love it. That's what I wanted. Just one little light bulb moment. And when the math works, as I talked about, you get sales while you sleep, or while you're on the beach, or while you're at the gym, or while you're in a massage. Oh, that was one of my best experiences.

Speaker A: Sorry.

Speaker B: But that Freedom Plan launch that I did, I remember I put a lot of work into it. To get that multi six figure launch, by the way. But it paid for like the next year and a half of my salary, it felt like. And I got to this point in the launch, as I remember I was in San Diego, I was in a house with some other entrepreneurs, we're all working really hard and I went for a massage. I was like, that's it, I've done all I can that it's open now, it's ready, I'm going to go for a massage. Because I am like, ah. And I came out of that massage and there were like 20 sales and I was floating on cloud nine. And I also felt great because I just had a massage. So highly recommend putting in some celebrations when you're launching something, it makes a big difference. Okay, so today I hope that I have given you an idea of the freedom business model that you can have choosing your route and really do pick that path. You don't have to stay on it, but choosing one to start with and really nailing it down is great. And then you can add on levers to make it even better and more impactful and more fulfilling and that it suits you and your personality. Something I'll um, cover in the first class freedom offer. But then you want to actually look at those four elements of what makes a great offer and put them together. And then you want to map your destination so you know and you have a really clear visual of the profit that you can make, not just the revenue. By the way, I get a bit tired of people who talk about revenue all the time, but they're not making any profit. I had somebody come to my retreat years ago who was making a million dollars a year on Amazon selling and drop shipping and we were all like, wow. And he said, yes, and guess what my profit is per year. We're like, what? And he's like, $10,000. And I couldn't believe it. He was on a hot seat coaching session and I was like, right, we're gonna dig into that because that is horrible. It's like 1%. Most online businesses or when you are putting your offers out there, um, and not a brick and mortar business, you should have profits of around 40 to 60%. Some have it even higher. It is absolutely possible with a predominantly online business because your costs of running it whilst still there and substantial are way less than actually having brick and mortar space and all the infrastructure and huge teams and office and furniture and all those sorts of things. So that's why I want you to do that. And then of course, how to fill it predictably, how to get it out there and hold a bigger business without burning out. That's the rest of the journey. That's what coaching is often for. But if you take away one thing, it's this. You can step fully into being the CEO of your life and design a business you love around you that funds your ideal lifestyle and scales your income and impact. And I put in here, if I can, you can. Because I 100 truly believe that. And I'm not saying if you take my exact methodology and do it the way I did. Absolutely not. I'm a completely different person to you. I'm sure we share a lot of traits and characteristics, but you are uniquely you and you have a gift and brilliance that only you can bottle up. Right. And that is going to win over your clients and get them incredible results. And it has to be aligned with how you want to turn up. So some of those four methods that I shared earlier, and of course there are more, but one of those will speak to you louder. That's why I got you to write it down. Do the numbers, think about what that could be. However, uh, I will say I have seen this over and over again with my clients and my students and my courses. There are two reasons that you will stay in the economy lane. You will stick with doing what you're already doing. So stay in the one to one model, which I do fully believe is a fantastic way to start a business. It's how I started my business, this coaching clients getting to the heart of their problems. But it was at a point when I heard every single call, I'm having problem with this, I'm struggling with this that I realized, hang on a minute. I need to create a course or an offering for this so that I can help way more people with this problem. Because there are some problems that are unique to you and there are some problems that are shared by millions. And that's usually after coaching or consulting or doing one to one work that you figure out, oh, this is the framework, this is the method, this is how I'm going to help them. And the second is trying to build it solo and do this on your own. So over the years, I have invested probably up to about $80,000 in coaches and mentors and programs myself whenever I've had a roadblock, which is normally me, or the limits of my capacity or knowledge or understanding of something, and every single time it has paid off in dividends, bar one. You know, every so often you have a dud, but typically if you're in the room with people who are doing awesome stuff and you can learn from them, model them, see how they operate. That example I gave you, when I was in San Diego and I was in a house of entrepreneurs that I'd curated, so there were just three of us, but we were all working on our various different businesses and the energy in there was super cool. Like, we knew when to go out and party, we knew when to take breaks, we knew when to go down to the beach and exercise or jump on a bike ride. But we were also all cheering each other on without work and sharing ideas. And I honestly think that's why I had such an incredible launch, because two months of incubation in that and that house was what I needed. And you can do that with online memberships and communities and courses and coaching, um, with the people that you know gonna get you there. So is it cool? Let me know in the chat if I can show you how I help you build your scalable offer without going through all the trial and error. Like the 40 hours that it took me to develop the first course before I even sold it, and then just hoped that I would be able to. That's a story for another time. Hey, so I really hope that you enjoyed tuning in to that masterclass. I have edited it a little bit for the sake of this podcast. So hopefully you got the key takeaways, the awesome teachings, and you've had some aha uh-huh, moments for yourself. Now, what I invited everybody on that masterclass to do was to either pick up the 48 hour offer kit so that they could create their own offer in less than 48 hours, pre sell it, get paid for it, feel amazing. It's just $37, my friend. And it's got my entire monetize you methodology in it. People in my inner circle have been using it and loving it and coming up with all sorts of crazy cool offers that feel totally in alignment with who they are. So for $37, it is just a steal. And I promise you, you will create something amazing. There are some AI workbooks in there to fast track it for you and to help you gather your thoughts and really work through the scenarios and come out with the best possible offer based

Speaker A: on your lived experience, your skill set,
