Didier Fellot, a retired psychotherapist, joins us to talk about handling our own emotions and those of our team mates at work. Didier trained as a psychotherapist at the University of Oxford and has spent his career working for the NHS, Thames Valley Police and the University Counselling Service as well as being in Private Practice. He was a tutor and lecturer at the Oxford Department for Continuing Education’s course in Psychodynamic Counselling and the Chairman of the Oxford Psychotherapy Society.
