Matt Trammel, a bodybuilding coach, content creator, and former Division 1 track athlete, discusses authenticity as the foundation of his multi-platform fitness and coaching empire. After nearly losing his marriage and career, Trammel rebuilt his life through disciplined habit-stacking, spiritual conviction, and intentional community - themes that permeate his work with clients via his newly launched TR Fitness app, Instagram (@tramfit6), TikTok, YouTube, and one-on-one coaching. The conversation explores neuroplasticity, self-talk, and mindset as prerequisites for physical transformation, with Trammel arguing that your brain can be 'tricked' into believing positive narratives through repetition. For fitness entrepreneurs, personal trainers, and content creators, this episode offers practical frameworks on building audience trust through vulnerability, leveraging viral potential, and creating differentiated digital products - in Trammel's case, a personal training app that combines video libraries, AI food tracking, and direct messaging with the coach himself (not chatbots). Host Marques Ogden emphasizes the parallel between Trammel's philosophy and executive coaching: connecting clients to networks and holding them accountable to sustainable change, not just information transfer.
The TR Fitness app, launched on Apple and Google Play, is a personal training platform featuring video libraries demonstrating exercises with form cues, calorie and macro tracking with a 90% accurate AI food tracker, and direct messaging with Trammel himself - not AI bots - for real-time coaching responses on nutrition and training decisions.
Trammel explains the brain develops neural highways based on repeated self-talk; he intentionally avoids negative language and repeats affirmations like 'Matt, you do hard things' 500 times daily to create automatic discipline, bypassing willpower deficits when difficulty arises.
Authenticity means the person people see online is the same person they meet in person - no persona switching. Trammel argues this consistency is non-negotiable for platform growth; people can sense inauthenticity and won't follow you, and it eliminates the exhausting cognitive load of maintaining a false image.
Trammel attributes his recovery to purposefully constructing his life through 'the next right thing,' building correct habits daily, following a solid blueprint, and stacking days - a philosophy rooted in his Baptist upbringing and later theological studies that reframes focus from past failure or future doubt to present-moment action.
Trammel argues everyone has a platform because someone is always watching - your kids, spouse, coworkers, or social connections - and you will impact people no one else can reach; the size of the audience doesn't define the significance of your influence.
Our reviewer’s read on each dimension, with quotes from the episode.
The episode is wall-to-wall motivational platitudes with almost no novel, actionable, or non-obvious ideas per minute. Nearly every claim is a recycled truism dressed in enthusiasm rather than substantive insight.
your network is your net worth
small little changes equal big results
The episode recycles some of the most overused self-help tropes in circulation with zero first-principles reasoning or contrarian framing. Nothing here would surprise any listener who has encountered motivational content before.
Birds of a feather flock together. The Bible says that bad company corrupts good character.
If I tell you to eat an elephant and you go into the room and you look at that elephant, you say, matt, it's impossible. I could never eat that elephant.
Matt Trammel has some legitimate practitioner credentials in powerlifting (third at the Arnold Classic, trained at Westside Barbell) but is primarily a local fitness content creator from Mansfield, Ohio who just launched a two-week-old app; he has no meaningful relevance to B2B operators.
Third place in the world at the Arnold Classic. That was super cool.
we're brand spanking new brother. We've been there, ooh, two weeks.
The only concrete specifics are biographical and athletic (870 lb squat, third at Arnold Classic, 20-year marriage, 42 years old, ~90% AI food tracker accuracy), none of which constitute business evidence, client outcomes, or data a B2B operator could use.
£870, if you were curious
the best one we could get was about 90% accuracy
The host consistently interrupts with his own stories and motivational quotes, asks exclusively soft leading questions, never challenges a claim, and frequently redirects the conversation back to himself, making the episode feel more like mutual affirmation than an interview.
Matt, fantastic interview. So many great insights.
I love how you said there's no scarcity mindset.

Speaker B: Did you have to fight a dragon?
Speaker A: Nope. She bought it 100% online from her bed, actually.
Speaker B: Was it scary?
Speaker A: Honey, it was as unscary as car buying could be. Did the car have a sunroof? It did, actually. Okay, good story. Car buying you'll want to tell stories about. Buy your car today on Carvana. Uh, delivery fees may apply, but hey,

You've been trying to do it all on your own. Stop. You don't have to go to helpformen.com join. That's helpformen.com join and start rebuilding today. Now here he is, Matt. How you doing, Matt?
Speaker C: What's up, brother? Good to be here, man. Appreciate you having me on.
Speaker B: No doubt. My friend. Matt, first question, my good man. We got connected by my great friend and both of our business partners, Mr. Nathan Poole, who's amazing what he does. Just the wizard at tech and software, you name it. Just great guy. But one thing that you, I and Nathan all share is we're all authentic. So, Matt, first question. What does being authentic mean to you?
Speaker C: Authentic, brother, is a realness that is palpable. You can feel it even through a screen. So I have a little social media following throughout all the platforms. And, you know, I live in little Mansfield, Ohio. So for Mansfield, I'm kind of a big fish in a little pond. And so when I'm at the grocery store, when I'm at the gym, when I'm at, in the sauna, I have people now coming up to me and saying, uh, you've been popping up. I see you, you're. You're matching. And it's like the guy, he's like, me, my wife, come here. This is like. And they're telling me about me, you know, I'm saying, so I always want that moment to be special for them. Right? Even though I'm just mad. I know I'm just mad. I'm nothing. But to them, they see me online, whatever. When you meet me, I don't want you to be disappointed. I want the guy that you see on, um, Instagram is the guy that you see in the aisle at Kroger. I'm gonna help someone. I'm gonna be kind to someone. I always want to leave you better than I found you. So for me, being authentic is just homie. It's just a re. I'm just a, A dude, just a real guy that wants to see people crush it. I'm your biggest cheerleader. There's no scarcity mentality around here. I want to see everybody kill it. If you're on my team and you're killing it, guess what? So am I. So, yeah, man. That's authenticity to me.
Speaker B: I love how you said there's no scarcity mindset. There's no, like, oh, you know, I gotta go and get this, I gotta pull this, you know, Matt, When I coach people, I tell my clients, I'm gonna coach you. M. I'm going to teach you, but I'm also going to connect you. Because if I'm not connecting with people, then I feel I'm not doing my job as your coach, because as your coach, I have a vested interest in your success and sustainability. And teaching you something is one thing, but introducing you to my network of people that I know that can help you do business on your side and grow your network. Grow your network. That's what it's all about. And ladies and gentlemen, that's why Nathan and Matt partner. That's why me and Nathan partner, and that's why we're sitting here right now, because Nathan reconnected me and Mac. I've seen Matt online, him and his wife. What they do is awesome. But, like, now we're telling everybody, uh, in our audience globally, that what Matt does really can make an impact, a positive impact in your life from a health perspective, relationships and confidence. And that's. This is amazing. So, Matt, before we get into what you're doing now, please share with our global audience a little bit of backstory to how you got to where you're at today.
Speaker C: Sure. Before I do that, I do want to just say your network is your net worth. You know what I'm saying? Like it show. I just did a story just yesterday on my little. My little, uh, social media stuff of, uh. Show me your friends. I'll show you your future. Birds of a feather flock together. The Bible says that bad company corrupts good character. So for me, show me your text, show me your phone call, show me your emails. Who you talking to? Am I talking to Marcus Ogden and Nathan Poole or am I talking to my bum high school friend that hasn't done anything? You know what I'm saying? Show me who you're talking to, and I'll tell you very quickly on whether or not you're going to be successful or not. But background, little background on where I am. Where I came from, man, has been a ride. Brother. 42 years old, born in a Baptist pastor's home. My grandpa was a Baptist pastor. My dad was a pastor. I tried really hard not to be a pastor, but eventually, uh, we'll get there. I became a pastor as well, but sports was my whole life, man. I did five sports in high school, two sports in college. Ran track at Liberty at the Division 1 level. Um, and, uh, when I got done running, graduated with a little exercise science degree. So I started training and I started nutrition and I started doing all of these things and, uh, you know, I realized that there was still just something missing. I was still running from the call to ministry that I got as a, as a young person. So I went back to school in my 20s. I, uh, got my master's in theology. And while I was doing that, I became a professional power lifter. So I was really, really big back in the day. I was almost £300. Uh, you know, I have world records and state records and, uh, just really enjoyed it. Third place in the world at the Arnold Classic. That was super cool. And then I transitioned Marcus into bodybuilding. So at 38, I started this little bodybuilding journey. And honestly, man, I'm just, I'm using my gifts, my talents, my abilities, my physique, right? My presence, my personality. It's a vehicle, my friend, and it's all going to point back to Jesus. And I don't know how much you get on, you know, get into that on this program, but for me, it's a vehicle to tell people that Jesus loves them. So that when you look at Matt, not that I've got it all figured out, but I've been married 20 years, I've got four kids, I homeschool, we've got several businesses. Brother, I am the most blessed man that I know. But it took a lot of work to get there, right? I know what, uh, not good looks like. I know what being a loser looks like. Almost losing your marriage and losing your kids, I, I. Losing your life. I know what that looks like. And I didn't want that. So I had to purposely construct my life, start doing the next right thing. And then I keep meeting people like you, I meet people like Nathan. And to where, like, it's just, I'm getting into these rooms where if you would have told me five years ago that I would be getting paid to be a content creator, have a YouTube on, um, podcasts, and you know, I just. Brother, I'm, I, uh, I'm. Gratitude, I have a lot of gratitude in my life and I'm very blessed. So it's been a wild ride. But doing the next right thing and making, building good habits, right, following a solid blueprint, you just stack days and that's what people need to understand. Don't look at your life and say, oh, I've. I'm late to the party. I've missed it. I've, uh, screwed up. You don't know what I've done. I. Homie, you have right now. You have the present right now. That's all you have, you don't have your past, your future is pure imagination. You might not get whatever you think you're gonna get. So while you have it, which is this moment that you and I are sharing, you better live every stinking second like it's your last, because we don't know when it will be. And so for me, I was created to motivate, teach, encourage, and I'm going to use every platform that I have, as long as there's breath in my lungs to use that platform to point people back to Jesus, because that's the source of my people say, Matt, why are you, like, happy? Like, why are you happy all the time? Why do you have. And first of all, I'm not. I'm not, right? I'm not. I have my days. But for me, brother, my opinion of the matter is that I get to or I have to do it anyway. So since my eyeballs are open and I'm in the game, Cinderella's dressed for the ball. I might as well dance my face off. So that's me, homie.
Speaker B: That's just.
Speaker C: And then I want to see as many people do that as well. So that's where I'm at. I. I do real estate. I do commercial and residential. I do a ton of coaching. I just launched my own fitness app thanks to Nate TR Fitness. Uh, so anyway, homie, I. I don't want to talk the whole time, but dag on it. I could talk about how blessed I am from now until. I mean, we could have a six hour podcast. Um, but yeah, that's, man, my journey in a nutshell. Blessed is my journey. Blessed. But it's taking a lot of work, you know what I'm saying?
Speaker B: You know what, Matt? I love what I heard because a couple is unheard, but one is purpose number two is intention, number three is. You heard him say it. He had it. Where he almost lost his marriage, he almost lost his life. So he's not sitting here telling that he's been roses and red rainbows all his life, because that's not what people are going to relate to. And again, I love the fact that Matt is honest and vulnerable and authentic, which is why him and Nathan have partnered, which is why he's doing such great things now as a content creator. He has an app. We're going to talk about that in a moment. He does bodybuilding coaching. He's lived a lot. And I tell people all the time, when you want to get somewhere, hire somebody that's been there. Ladies and gentlemen, your Past is gone. Your future is not here yet. Live in the present. If you start thinking about what you used to do or what you are planning to do, what you can do right here, right now won't get done because you're so focused on things that aren't going to give you what you want. Nothing wrong with having vision and all that, and we agree with that. Vision, blueprint, all that. But you need to also execute in the moment. Because if you execute in the moment, your future gets brighter because it's focusing on the future. But not executing something could and probably will get missed. Matt, next question. How does being authentic and showing authenticity help you in your chosen career path that you're on today?
Speaker C: Well, homie, um, very, very simply, if, ah, I wasn't authentic, people would not follow me. I wouldn't have a platform, I wouldn't have an app, I wouldn't have a voice. Because people would look at that and be like, no, dude's corny. He's not even. He doesn't. He doesn't mean that. I can tell by look, you know the difference between someone doing an ad that they don't give a rip about and then someone that's talking about something that they're passionate about. When I look in the camera at the end of most videos and I say, remember, Jesus loves you. And so do I. Boom. I just had millions of people hear that message, right? So for me, it is the duh thing to do. And I don't have to, like, work. I don't have to put on a Persona to where I'm one way in front of the camera. And then I come home and, you know, I'm awful to my wife and my kids. Like I would do to my character. I would not be able to do that, right? That would be against my character. And so for me, it's. It makes life easier because I can just be Matt. But again, Matt wasn't always this way. It's taken a lot of work, a lot of correct reps. And when we talk about execution, what your audience really needs to hear is this is. I do a lot of life coaching all the way to marriage counseling. Okay. This is what I find, Marcus, is that most people are not very kind to themselves. Okay, here's the problem is that no one talks to you more than you. There's not even a, ah, close second. So if you are constantly saying, uh, negative, negative, negative, we're talking biological stuff. It's called neuroplasticity. Your brain develops and literally builds highways of negativity. So you have to be kind to yourself. You have to show yourself Grace. So for me, I got to the point where, man, this is Matt. This is the message that I have to deliver. I was given a job. I was given a platform. Don't waste it.
Speaker A: Grainger knows when you're a procurement manager for an office park, you're not managing one building, you're managing all of them. And to stay ahead, you need to see through walls and around corners. Lights about to fail, filters ready to clog H vac on its last leg. If you wait until something breaks, you're already behind. Count, uh, on Grainger for quality products, easy reordering, and, uh, 24. 7 support call 1-800-grainger click grainger.com or just stop by Grainger for the ones who get it done.
Speaker B: Ladies and gentlemen, don't waste your platform. Don't waste the opportunity. Don't waste that inspiration inside of you to help others. And that's what inspiration is all about. Breathing life and. Or hope into somebody else.
Speaker C: And real quick, I. Because there's going to be people in your audience that'll say, well, Matt and Marcus, I don't. I don't have a platform. No one listens to me. No one's the, uh, homie, someone's always watching you, whether it's your kids, whether it's your wife, whether it's your co workers, whether someone is always watching. So don't. Again, that's negative talk to say that. Oh, uh, no one wants to. No one cares about. Like, no, no, no, no. You have a platform. You have a purpose. As long as you're in the game, you have something to do that Matt can't do. There's something that you can do that Marcus can't do. You're going to reach people and touch people and impact people that I will never have access to. So don't ever think that you have a little job, you have a big job, or you wouldn't be here. And when your job is over, then you're out of here. And don't threaten me with a good time, huh? You know what I'm saying? Take me home. But anyway, homie, that's. That's it, Marcus, Keep it super simple, man. That's what I try and do.
Speaker B: Well, you know what's funny, right, Matt? You're so right and spot on. Everybody has a platform because if you listen to you, then you have the opportunity to make an impact. If you talk but don't listen to yourself or don't cheer yourself on or aren't positive, then you're right. You're not going to reach anybody else. Here's one of my favorite quotes. I want your thoughts on it before we get into the work you're doing now with your app, your coaching, your content creation. Okay? You ready? Here's the quote. Never tell your mind negative thoughts in a joking manner. Your body cannot disseminate the difference. Words cast spells. That's why it's called spelling. Choose how you talk to yourself and choose wisely. Bruce Lee, what are your thoughts?
Speaker C: Uh, that's my whole message, Marcus. My whole message is that mindset, right? So this is what you need to understand about your brain while it is one of the most amazing creations ever. Okay? All the systems that have to go right for ready for this to happen. Ready, Marcus? This everything that has to go right, uh, for me to just be able to bend one finger and do it at will, whenever I want. Right? There's a lot of things that have to go. So your brain is powerful, okay? But it can be tricked. It doesn't know truth. It doesn't know what 8 reps is. It doesn't know what a 405 bench is. It doesn't know what bad food is. It doesn't really even know what truth is. It only knows what you tell it. Your brain eats on what you feed it. So that's why you have to protect your eye gates and your ear gates, and you have to protect what you say with your mouth. Because I just got on somebody today. Don't let me catch you in the gym. Don't you ever say to me, oh, man, I'm tired. If I ask you how you're doing, don't you ever say, I'm tired. You know why? Because your brain just heard that. Uh, you take that back. You don't say that. You say, I'm fine. I'm good. I'm fantastic. Because if you say that I enough times, guess what? Your silly little brain starts to believe it, positively or negatively. Let me tell you something. I say to myself 500 times a day, matt, you do hard things. Okay? We do hard things. Sometimes I refer to myself in the third person. We do hard things. You know why? Because when a. It's not if. It's when a Scud missile smokes my brain and something hard happens, you know what? My brain catches it in stride and says, well, Matt, this is what we do. We do hard things. And if I told myself I was too hard, I'm tired. I'm, uh, like, homie, There is no decision making in the morning on whether or not I'm going to train. I've made the decision enough times to where there is no. Like, oh, I don't really. I got a lot to do today. I got. No, no, no. Like, you create habits. You're the painter. If you don't like the painting, just change the color palette, change the canvas, change your brush. You're the artist. Do the dang thing. You're here. Do it and don't be scared. And if you are, do it anyway. You'll figure it out.
Speaker B: Uh, another favorite quotes. If you hear a voice in your head telling you not to paint, by all means, paint. Vincent van Gogh.
Speaker C: Sure.
Speaker B: Ladies and gentlemen, you're going to have to push through the hard shit. It's not a question of if life knocks you down or if life is hard. It's going to be hard.
Speaker C: Yes. We're giving you a heads up, spoiler alert. It's gonna be hard.
Speaker B: It's designed for that. It's not designed to be easy. Again, Matt, every morning, five o' clock, when that alarm hits, if money, money through Saturday. Right? So I'm sorry. Well, yeah, Monday through Saturday, that gym I'm at every single day, 5am when that farm goes off, I mean, they're working out in the development gym in my neighborhood. I have my daughter on, um, driving to Lifetime, he was like, Marcus, you play 5:30am basketball. You're up at 4:45 on Thursday to get there, like. Yep. Because honestly, the am I, I go there so much that my car, when I hop in the car, the car knows. Lifetime Gym, 28 minutes away. See, you'll be there soon. It's like it's programmed. And so, Matt, let's talk now about your app and your content.
Speaker C: Sure.
Speaker B: Talk to our global audience. Right, Matt, about that. The creation, what they can expect to gain. Let's talk more about now, your app, content creation and how you help people become the best version of themselves.
Speaker C: Sure. Well, where you can find me again, I try and keep everything very simple. I'm a simple guy. Uh, Everything from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube is all tram fit 6T R A M m. That was my nickname in high school. FIT F I T. I try and be fit every now and then. And I'm a family of six s I x tranfit six. So across all my platforms, that's where you can find me. But what you'll find there is, well, goodness. Like, if you follow me, you, you sometimes you just don't know Ask my wife. I just turn the camera on and every now and then, uh, we get magic. But I do a lot of interaction. Um, you know, I've had some great interactions with some older folks at the gym, uh, that have, you know, some videos that have gone viral. And that's why I tell people, man, if you're a creator, whatever it is that you're doing, it just takes one. It takes one video. It takes one viral video to blow you up. If you're an artist, it takes one song. If you're a photographer, it takes one. Hey, if you're an entrepreneur, it takes meeting one person, right? So that's what I tell people. Like, you just keep doing the thing. So that's kind of what I was doing. I fell into some viral videos that did well. But you're going to find encouragement. You're either going to laugh, learn, be encouraged, or hopefully a mix of all of them. I do fun facts and I do a lot of things with my family behind the scenes. So online, you know, I just, uh, I've got a Trammel's Kitchen where I just, I just try and just, just love on you. That's what I want to do. I just. Man, the Internet could be such a wild place. So if I could just be a little break to just be like, you know what? Okay, I can apply that. That's simple. Oh, Matt told me to just like do, do the next right thing. I can apply like just little, just grab it and then go and then be better. Um, so that's my social media stuff. Uh, as far as the app goes, it's, it's. We're brand spanking new brother. We've been there, ooh, two weeks. Maybe 2ish. Maybe going on three weeks. Uh, you know, time just flies for me. But we're, we're officially on Apple. We're officially on the Google Play. So we're on, on both platforms. And what it is, is it is a personal training app. Okay. So what it's got, it's got a full library. It's me, I'm doing all the stuff, I'm telling you how to do it, the shortcuts, all the form technique. So there's that library. I have all the tracking that you could ever want. I've got an AI food tracker to where you just take a picture of it. And the best one we could get was about 90% accuracy. We haven't gotten perfect yet. Um, but it really gives you a really good idea of where you're at. And it also has it to where if it misses it, you can enter it manually anyway. That's a cool feature. Um, but you can download a thousand free calorie trackers. You can download as many libraries of fitness as you want. The really, the thing that separates it, Marcus, is the personal training aspect to where there's a messaging component to where when you message the app, you are messaging me. It's not. We don't have AI bots. We don't have, uh. Like, if you say, hey, Matt, I'm here at Cracker, uh, Barrel, and I need to know what to eat, brother, boom. I respond like, it's me. It's got that personal touch. So, yeah, you can go and you have chat GPT. Now you got AI uh, you can make a billion programs. But none of those programs have Matt. None of them have 30 years of experience in the gym, coaching, teaching, counseling. You know, if you want to get bigger, faster, stronger, smaller, skinnier. Jack, I've got the blueprints. I've had the opportunity to have some of the best coaches on the face of the planet. One of my buddies was RIP Louis Simmons. I was a Westsider, if anyone knows Westside barbell, I was there. I did my biggest squat in front of Louis Simmons. I said, I'm going to do this or I'm going to die. Anyway, £870, if you were curious. So, yeah, man, I just. It's a personal training app, uh, uh, where it's me. You get me. And so that's, you know, that's what separates you from all the other, uh, all the other apps, man. So. Trammel Fitness. Check it out.
Speaker B: You know, I'm loving this, man. You know, Matt, fantastic interview. So many great insights. You know, here's my last question.
Speaker C: Yes.
Speaker B: For people that are really wanting a change and they plan to come to your app, but they're just looking for some sort of encouragement, some sort of, like, positivity to help them. Just go to, uh, go to Apple Store, go to Google store, and it's press download to get started.
Speaker A: Right.
Speaker B: What would Matt tell them to give them that sense of positivity, encouragement and wisdom that no matter how they're feeling. Right, brother? Because, you know, a lot of times people aren't like you or like me or they don't have that type of, like, innate drive. Right.
Speaker C: But they haven't made the habits yet. You know what I'm saying? They haven't gotten there yet.
Speaker B: Correct. Yeah. What is that one piece of encouragement that Nat would give them to help them say you know what? Boom. If they hear that, they're gonna say, I'm gonna click. So I'm gonna get started. Sure.
Speaker C: Well, the biggest thing you just said, you have to get started. You can't forever just sit there and say, well, one of these days, I'm gonna get in shape. Well, one of these days. One of these days I'm gonna start taking care of myself. Well, my friend, you're gonna get to be 65. And all of that time that you think that you saved and all the time I didn't have to take care of myself, all of that time is going to be dedicated to surgeries, doctor's visits, prescription fillings, rehab. You're just robbing from your future self. Okay, so you nailed it. You have to start. You're not. Don't look at the elephant. If I tell you to eat an elephant and you go into the room and you look at that elephant, you say, matt, it's impossible. I could never eat that elephant. You know where you have to start? Start with the tail. Start with a foot. Just start. People will sit there and they'll say, this is too overwhelming. I look at this elephant, there's no way I can ever eat this elephant. You start with, uh, a bite at a time. And small little changes equal big results, right? Basic things. Walk 10,000 steps, start, just move, just drink water, just sleep. Like, this is not high level stuff, but people don't, you know? So again, I'll take you at any level if you want to be a professional bodybuilder, down to, hey, I'm a 50 year old, 50 year old dude that just wants to feel better. I'm going to hit all of that because, again, you have me. I've been through all the phases. I've coached thousands of people at this point, and I know how to get people better. But, Marcus, it's not just about your body. I am a mind, body, soul. You have three parts, uh, of who you are. And if those aren't all firing on all cylinders, you're going to stay frustrated. Okay? So I got it. I got to get it all working together so that we can start to see results that last and not just, hey, let me get abs two weeks before vacation. Right? But you have to start.
Speaker B: All right, Matt, great interview. One more time. Where can people connect with you? App name market people. Sign up for your awesome product and service.
Speaker C: Yes, sir. Marcus, absolute pleasure, man. Thank you for having me on. Uh, you are absolutely crushing it. I'm proud of you. I'm honored to be Your friend. Thank you for being my friend and thank you for having me.
Speaker B: Absolutely, man.
Speaker C: Tram Fit six is where I'm at. Tram Fit six on all platforms. And then my app is Trammel. Like Camel. Some people say Tramel. Trammel. Trammel like Camel. Two M's, one L. Uh, Trammel Fitness. Reach out. I'm here again. I'm your biggest fan. I want to watch you crush it. I got a real heart for. For fathers, for men, being men, being tough, still being able to rip someone's flesh off, but still be sensitive to your wife. And you can still love Jesus. Amen. And amen. Marcus, you're the man.
Speaker B: Thank you, ladies and gentlemen. Love this. Again, we want to thank our sponsor, Help for men Brotherhood, and Mr. Ralph Brewer, who I will be connecting both with Nathan and with Matt Offline. And the authentic tip of this great interview in life. Just get started. Just get moving. Don't wait for the perfect time. There is no perfect time. So start now.
Speaker C: Hey, if you wait, it's going to pass you, your life's going to be over and you're going to say, man, I wish I would.
Speaker B: And start now. So you, your future self, will thank you later. As a guy that's lost 30 pounds the last three and a half, four months, through walking, lifting, getting stronger, making better choices, putting down alcohol, doing more water. Still a thing like life, but doing better choices, I can tell you it's just that first day. When you start, everything else will start to compound and you'll start to see the results. But you gotta get started. If you don't start, you can never, ever win again. My name is Marcus Ogden. I am the host of the Get Authentic with Marcus Show. Thanks for tuning in. Have a fantastic day.
