[ENCORE] Communication Tips to Boost Your Sales Results (episode 361)

Episode notes

"Communication is the only task you cannot delegate." - Roberto Críspulo Goizueta. I love this quote and find its timely relevance in today's world of immediate gratification, where we are constantly distracted by noise from our cell phones, social media platforms, texting, etc. At the core, we have become so used to using automation tools that many of us have lost the skill of engaging the other person in the conversation to see how we can potentially help. Communication skills have become a lost art, and I believe it has made sales and communicating with our peers and clients more difficult. The reality is it's easier than you think to master this skill and make your life at work and home so much easier and smoother to get things done when everyone needed in the process is moving in the same direction. So how do we do this? Quickly become better at communicating. I always offer my Communication Style Assessment at the beginning of every show, and I have had thousands of people take the quiz, and the feedback is always the same.
