Episode notes

Book discovery call here: joewintersjr.com/start In the coaching industry, there's a lot of telling coaches who they should be. I don't agree with that. I believe in helping people think for themselves. So today I'm asking you three questions that I believe every coach needs to sit with. When I look at what makes a great coach, a lot of it comes from the sports world. Great coaches win championships and prepare their athletes to be great beyond their sport. In business coaching, I see three levels: creating transformative results is winning championships, making progress without the transformation is a winning season, and missing the mark entirely is a losing season. The difference between those levels comes down to who the coach is. Their being. Their essence. In this episode, I break down three questions every coach should answer honestly: → What do you stand for, and what do you stand against? → How do you communicate, and are you willing to evolve? → What is your process for self-reflection so you can continue growing no matter what?
