Episode notes

Today I have the pleasure of chatting with powerhouse, Elizabeth Frisch, who is the founder and CEO of The Thrival Company. She started her career as a chemical engineer and then cross-trained into psychology, business performance, auditing, organizational culture and individual behaviour change. After the birth of her first child, she had the epiphany that ‘You Can’t Engineer Human’, and has spent over 25 years sharing what she has learned with organisational leaders, with the understanding that you cannot neglect the human side of engineering successful companies. Elizabeth has worked with everyone from Fortune 500 companies and VC/Private Equity firms to government agencies, non-profit organisations and the U.S. Military. She is also bestselling author of the book Mission to Millions, which seeks to inspire people to make their big ideas a reality, and she is excited for her upcoming book release this year "You can't engineer human".
