Copper Tariff Deadline June 30: The US Department of Commerce must submit its Section 232 refined copper assessment by Monday. COMEX inventories have surged from 80,000 to a record 652,200 tonnes since early 2025. Goldman Sachs expects copper to breach 4,000/tonne once tariffs formally take hold. 3. BHP - Brandon Craig Takes Command July 1: Final leadership reshuffle announced Friday. Americas split into North and South. Jessica Farrell heads North America (Jansen, Resolution).
