Episode notes

This week on the Chefpreneur Podcast, we are thrilled to welcome Chef Lydia Skye Huston, also known as Dharma. A certified plant-based nutritionist and skilled vegan chef, Lydia specializes in creating meals that cater to gluten-free and other dietary needs. Based in Southeast Michigan, her journey is nothing short of inspiring. From her beginnings as a middle school teacher of French, English, and Forensics at The Roeper School for the Gifted, Lydia discovered her passion for health and wellness through food. This passion led her to study under the esteemed Master Chef Al Chase at The Institute for Culinary Awakening in Portland, Oregon, where she mastered plant-based cooking. Today, she operates Dharma's Kitchen, her personal chef service, blending her love for nutrition and creativity to transform lives through whole foods. Join us as she shares her insights on reclaiming health through mindful eating and her experience in building a purpose-driven culinary business.
